本発明は、すき鋏に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般的なすき鋏は、刃縁を形成した刃板と櫛刃を多数並設状態に突設した櫛状刃板とを、両刃板の交叉部で枢着して開閉自在に構成し、前記櫛刃の先端縁で毛髪を支承保持し、この支承保持した毛髪を刃板の刃縁によって切断し、前記櫛刃間に入った毛髪は、刃板の刃縁によって切断し得ないように構成されているものである。

この従来のすき鋏においては、前記櫛刃の先端縁が何ら凹凸のない平坦縁であると、毛髪を確実に支承保持できず良好に切断できないだけでなく、切断できなかった毛髪に枝毛の原因となる折れ目が付いてしまうため、この平坦縁の中央部に毛髪を確実に支承保持するためのＵ字状やＶ字状の凹状保持縁を形成することで、この凹状保持縁において支承保持される毛髪を折れ目を付けることなく良好に切断している。

ところが、前記凹状保持縁においては毛髪が確実に支承保持されるため毛髪の切断を良好に行うことができるが、この中央部に形成された凹状保持縁の左右両側にわずかでも平坦縁があると、この平坦縁において毛髪を良好に切断できずに折れ目を付けてしまうことがある。

そこで、前記平坦縁がなくなるように前記櫛刃の先端縁全体を前記凹状保持縁に設定した場合には、櫛刃の先端縁全体で良好に毛髪の切断を行うことができ、折れ目が付くことを阻止できるが、この凹状保持縁に支承保持される毛髪が多くなり過ぎて一度に切断する毛髪の量が多くなり、切断時の抵抗が大きくなって前記刃板と櫛状刃板の開閉動作が重くなることで、軽快なカッティングを行うことができず、カッティングを行う理容帥や美容師の負担が大きくなってしまうという問題点がある。

この際、切断する毛髪を少なくするために凹状保持縁を浅く形成しても、この凹状保持縁に支承保持される毛髪の量は僅かしか減らすことができず、また、この凹状保持縁を非常に浅く形成すると支承保持作用を良好に発揮できず、平坦縁と同様に毛髪を良好に切断できなくなってしまう。

本発明は、上述のような現状に鑑み、櫛刃の先端縁に傾斜長辺部とこれと対向状態に設ける傾斜短辺部とから成る偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成し、この偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成する傾斜長辺部は、毛髪を前記傾斜短辺部側に案内する傾斜案内縁となるように形成し、前記傾斜短辺部は、前記傾斜案内縁としての傾斜長辺部により案内された毛髪が、櫛刃間に入ることを阻止する阻止縁となるように形成して、この傾斜短辺部と傾斜長辺部の低位部とにより、前記櫛刃の先端縁の一側寄りに形成される凹縁部を前記凹状保持縁とすることで、前記凹縁部において支承保持された毛髪だけを確実に切断できるだけでなく、この凹縁部に入り切らなかった毛髪は前記阻止縁を越えて櫛刃間に排出されるから、この凹縁部に入り切らなかった毛髪にも折れ目を付けることなくカッティングを行うことができ、しかも、前記傾斜案内部に設定された傾斜長辺部に載った毛髪を前記凹縁部に集めることができると共に、この凹縁部に集まった毛髪が多い場合には毛髪が前記阻止縁を容易に越えて前記櫛刃間に入るから、常に適切な量の毛髪をカットできることになり、効率良く軽快にカッティングを行うことができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なすき鋏を提供するものである。

添付図面を参照して本発明の要旨を説明する。

刃縁11を形成した刃板１と櫛刃２を多数並設状態に突設した櫛状刃板３とを、両刃板１，３の交叉部で枢着して開閉自在に構成し、前記櫛刃２の先端縁に毛髪４を支承保持する凹状保持縁５を形成し、この凹状保持縁５に支承保持される毛髪４を刃板１の刃縁11によって切断し、前記櫛刃２間に入った毛髪４は、刃板１の刃縁11によって切断し得ないように構成したすき鋏であって、前記櫛刃２の先端縁に傾斜長辺部６とこれと対向状態に設ける傾斜短辺部７とから成る偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成し、この偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成する傾斜長辺部６は、この傾斜長辺部６に載った毛髪４を前記傾斜短辺部７側に案内する傾斜案内縁８となるように前記櫛状刃板３の基端側から先端側に向かって下り傾斜する略直線状の前記傾斜短辺部７より長い傾斜縁に形成し、この傾斜案内縁８としての傾斜長辺部６と対向状態に設けられる前記傾斜長辺部６より短い前記傾斜短辺部７は、この傾斜案内縁８としての傾斜長辺部６の高位基端側から低位先端側へと案内された毛髪４が、櫛刃２間に入ることを阻止する阻止縁９となるように前記櫛状刃板３の先端側から基端側に向かって下り傾斜するように形成し、前記傾斜長辺部６の基端側端の突出端部は前記傾斜短辺部７の先端側端の突出端部よりも前記刃板１側に突出状態となるように形成して、前記傾斜短辺部７とこの傾斜短辺部７と対向する前記傾斜長辺部６の低位部６ａとにより前記櫛状刃板３の先端側寄り位置に前記凹状保持縁５を形成し、前記傾斜長辺部６の前記傾斜短辺部７と対向する低位部６ａを除く残余部に載った毛髪４が、閉動する前記刃板１により前記残余部の高位基端側から低位先端側に押圧されて押し進められ前記凹状保持縁５へと誘い込まれてこの凹状保持縁５に支承保持されると共に、この刃板１の閉動による押圧によって凹状保持縁５に誘い込まれる毛髪４のうちこの凹状保持縁５に支承保持しきれない毛髪４が、この刃板１の閉動による押圧によって前記傾斜短辺部７の突出端部を越えて押し出されて櫛刃２間にあふれ排出され得るように、前記傾斜長辺部６及び前記傾斜短辺部７の傾斜角度並びに前記傾斜長辺部６及び前記傾斜短辺部７の長さを設定したことを特徴とするすき鋏に係るものである。

また、前記傾斜長辺部６の前記櫛状刃板３の長さ方向に対する傾斜角度と前記傾斜短辺部７の前記櫛状刃板３の長さ方向に対する傾斜角度とは異なる傾斜角度に設定したことを特徴とする請求項１記載のすき鋏に係るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
好適と考える本発明の実施の形態（発明をどのように実施するか）を、図面に基づいてその作用効果を示して簡単に説明する。

刃板１と櫛状刃板３とにより挾持した毛髪４を切断する。この際、前記櫛状刃板３に多数並設状態に突設した櫛刃２間に入った毛髪４は切断されず、前記櫛刃２の先端縁に形成した凹状保持縁５により支承保持された毛髪４だけが良好に切断されることになり、毛髪４に折れ目が付くことが阻止される。

具体的には、傾斜案内部８となるように形成した傾斜長辺部６（傾斜長辺部６の傾斜短辺部７と対向する低位部６ａを除く残余部）に載った前記毛髪４は、閉動する刃板１により押圧されて傾斜長辺部６と対向状態に設けた前記傾斜短辺部７側に案内され、阻止縁９となるように形成した傾斜短辺部７により前記櫛刃２間に入ることが阻止されて、この毛髪４は前記傾斜長辺部６の低位部６ａと前記傾斜短辺部７とにより前記櫛刃２の先端縁の一側寄りに形成される凹状保持縁５である凹縁部にたまることになる。

この際、この凹縁部に毛髪４がたまる程、前記傾斜短辺部７の阻止縁９としての作用は小さくなり、毛髪４は前記傾斜短辺部７を越えて前記櫛刃２間に入りやすくなる。

即ち、前記凹縁部には前記傾斜案内部８上の毛髪４が誘い込まれて確実にたまることになり、しかも、この凹縁部に入り切らない毛髪４は閉動する刃板１による押圧により容易に前記阻止縁９を越えて前記櫛刃２間にあふれ出ることになる。

また、前記傾斜長辺部６の基端側端の突出端部が、前記傾斜短辺部７の先端側端の突出端部よりも前記刃板１側に突出状態となる前記偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を前記櫛刃２の先端縁に形成することで、より幅狭の凹縁部を前記櫛刃２の先端縁の一部に形成できることになり、前記櫛刃２の先端縁全部を凹縁部に設定した場合より毛髪４がたまる量を少なく設定でき、これにより常に大きな抵抗なく切断できる量の毛髪４のみを前記凹縁部にためられることになる。

従って、従来のように一度に切断できる毛髪４の量が少なすぎたり多すぎたりせず、常に適切な量の毛髪４を凹状保持縁５である前記凹縁部にためて切断することで、効率良く軽快にカッティングを行えることになる。

即ち、前記傾斜長辺部６は前記櫛状刃板３の基端側から先端側に向かって下り傾斜し、前記傾斜短辺部７はこの櫛状刃板３の先端側から基端側に向かって下り傾斜するようにして前記偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成し、前記刃板１と前記櫛状刃板３とが閉じる際、毛髪４はこの刃板１により刃板１の基端側から先端側に押動され、前記傾斜長辺部６により傾斜短辺部７側に案内され、前記傾斜短辺部７によりこの毛髪４がそのまま櫛刃２間に入ることが阻止されて、所定量の毛髪４が前記凹状保持縁５に支承保持されると共に残余は前記櫛刃２間に入るように構成することで、基端側から先端側に向かって徐々に閉塞する刃板１と櫛状刃板３の閉動作に応じて前記傾斜案内部８に載った毛髪４が強制的に基端側から先端側に向かって前記凹縁部に誘い込まれることになり、前記傾斜案内部８に載った毛髪４を確実に前記凹縁部に集めてから前記刃板１により切断することができ、より確実に前記傾斜長辺部６上に載った毛髪４を凹縁部に集めることができると共に、毛髪４に折れ目が付くことをより確実に阻止できることになる。

従って、本発明は、凹縁部において支承保持された毛髪だけを確実に切断できるだけでなく、この凹縁部に入り切らなかった毛髪にも折れ目を付けることなくカッティングを行うことができ、しかも、常に適切な量の毛髪をカットでき、効率良く軽快にカッティングを行うことができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なすき鋏となる。

【実施例】
本発明の具体的な実施例について図面に基づいて説明する。

本実施例は、刃縁11を形成した刃板１と櫛刃２を多数並設状態に突設した櫛状刃板３とを、両刃板１，３の交叉部を支点ネジ10で枢着して開閉自在に構成し、前記櫛刃２の先端縁に毛髪４を支承保持する凹状保持縁５を形成し、この凹状保持縁５に支承保持される毛髪４を刃板１の刃縁11によって切断し、前記櫛刃２間に入った毛髪４は、刃板１の刃縁11によって切断し得ないように構成したすき鋏であって、前記櫛刃２の先端縁を、傾斜長辺部６とこれと対向状態に設ける傾斜短辺部７とから成る偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁に形成すると共に、前記傾斜長辺部６の基端側端の突出端部が前記傾斜短辺部７の先端側端の突出端部よりも前記刃板１側に突出状態となるように形成し、この偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成する傾斜長辺部６は、毛髪４を前記傾斜短辺部７側に案内する傾斜案内縁８となるように形成し、前記傾斜短辺部７は、前記傾斜案内縁８としての傾斜長辺部６により案内された毛髪４が、櫛刃２間に入ることを阻止する阻止縁９となるように形成して、この傾斜短辺部７とこの傾斜短辺部７と対向する前記傾斜長辺部６の低位部６ａとにより、前記櫛刃２の先端縁の一側寄りに形成される凹縁部を前記凹状保持縁５としたものである。

具体的には、前記傾斜長辺部６は前記櫛状刃板３の基端側から先端側に向かって下り傾斜し、前記傾斜短辺部７はこの櫛状刃板３の先端側から基端側に向かって下り傾斜するようにして前記偏Ｕ字状縁若しくは偏Ｖ字状縁を形成し、前記刃板１と前記櫛状刃板３とが閉じる際、毛髪４はこの刃板１により刃板１の基端側から先端側に押動され、前記傾斜長辺部６により傾斜短辺部７側に案内され、前記傾斜短辺部７によりこの毛髪４がそのまま櫛刃２間に入ることが阻止されて、所定量の毛髪４が前記凹状保持縁５に支承保持されると共に残余は前記櫛刃２間に入るように構成している。

更に具体的に各部を説明すると、刃板１は、先端部に刃縁11を形成し、基端部に母指穴12を設けたものである。

従って、前記傾斜長辺部６に載った毛髪４は自重により前記傾斜短辺部７側に案内されることになるが、この傾斜短辺部７は阻止縁９となるように形成しているから、前記櫛刃２間に入ることが阻止されて前記凹縁部に誘い込まれることになる。

また、本実施例においては更に、前記刃板１により毛髪４が基端側から先端側に押動されて強制的に前記凹縁部に誘い込まれるように構成している。具体的には、前記刃板１が閉じる際の軌道に沿って前記傾斜長辺部６が傾斜するように構成している。

即ち、前記櫛状刃板３をカットを行う人の頭部に当てることで単に凹縁部に入った毛髪４だけでなく、前記傾斜長辺部６に載った毛髪４が、この傾斜案内部８に形成した傾斜長辺部６を滑り落ちて前記凹縁部に入ったり、基端側から先端側を徐々に閉塞する前記刃板１と櫛状刃板３の閉動作に応じて基端側から先端側に向かって前記刃板１によって押動されて前記凹状保持縁５である凹縁部に強制的に誘い込まれるように構成している。

従って、前記櫛刃２を幅狭として本実施例でいう凹縁部だけを先端縁に設定した場合（単に凹縁部に入った毛髪４だけしか切断できない構成）と異なり、前記傾斜案内部８に設定した傾斜長辺部６に載った毛髪４を前記凹縁部に誘い込むことができるから、前記凹縁部には確実に毛髪４をためることができる。

しかも、前記刃板１により強制的に毛髪４を基端側から先端側へ押動し凹縁部に誘い込む場合には、前記傾斜長辺部６に前記毛髪４が残った状態で前記刃板１が閉じて毛髪４の切断が行われることがより確実に防止されることになる。

即ち、この傾斜長辺部６上の毛髪４を前記櫛刃２間に押出若しくは前記凹縁部にためた上でこの毛髪４の切断が行われることになるから、確実に前記傾斜長辺部６に載った毛髪４を前記凹縁部に誘い込むことができると共に、毛髪４に折れ目が付くことを一層確実に阻止できる。

また、前記阻止縁９により、前記傾斜案内部８によって凹縁部に誘い込まれた毛髪４が凹縁部にたまることになり、この凹縁部にたまった毛髪４が多くなるほど、この阻止縁９の発揮する阻止作用は小さくなり、毛髪４はこの阻止縁９を乗り越えて前記櫛刃２間に入りやすくなる。

また、前記凹縁部の大きさは前記櫛刃２間に前記毛髪４が入ることを阻止する阻止縁９である前記傾斜短辺部７の長さと前記傾斜長辺部６の傾斜角度によって決定されることになり、前記阻止縁９の果たす阻止作用の大きさは、この傾斜短辺部７の傾斜角度によって決まることになる。

また、本実施例においては、前記傾斜長辺部６の低位部６ａと傾斜短辺部７とから形成される凹状保持縁５である凹縁部が、前記櫛刃２の先端縁の一部に幅狭に形成されるように設定している。

即ち、前記櫛刃２の先端縁全体でなく、この一部に前記凹縁部を形成することにより、この凹縁部をより幅狭に形成できることになり、前記櫛刃２の先端縁全部を凹縁部に設定した場合より毛髪４がたまる量を少なく設定でき、これにより常に大きな抵抗なく切断できる量の毛髪４を前記凹縁部にためられることになる。

このように前記凹縁部を幅狭とした場合でも、前述したように前記傾斜案内部８に設定した傾斜長辺部６により、この凹縁部には前記毛髪４が確実に誘い込まれてたまることになるから、切断する毛髪４が少なくなり過ぎることはない。

尚、本実施例においては、前記傾斜長辺部６と前記傾斜短辺部７の長さの比は略４：１となるように設定し、前記傾斜長辺部６の低位部６ａの長さも前記傾斜短辺部７と同様に略４：１となるように設定している。

また、前記傾斜長辺部６の傾斜角度は約４５°、前記傾斜短辺部１の傾斜角度は約３０°に設定しているが、傾斜長辺部６及び傾斜短辺部７の傾斜角度は、この傾斜長辺部６の先端が前記傾斜短辺部７の先端より前記刃板１側に突出するような傾斜角度であればどのような組み合わせでも良い。

上述のような構成の傾斜長辺部６（の低位部６ａ）と傾斜短辺部７とで形成される凹縁部を有するすき鋏によってカッティングを行ったところ、前記刃板１と櫛状刃板３の一回の開閉動作で数本〜十数本の毛髪４を折れ目をつけることなく良好に切断できると共に、切断時に大きな抵抗を受けることなく軽快にカッティングを行うことが確認できた。

本実施例においては、前記凹縁部に数本〜十数本の毛髪４がたまるように前記傾斜長辺部６と傾斜短辺部７とを構成したが、前記刃板１と櫛状刃板３の一回の開閉動作で切断できる前記毛髪４の量が少なすぎたり多すぎたりせずに、適切な量の毛髪４を一回の開閉動作で切断できる凹縁部を形成できる構成であれば他の構成でも良い。

また、本実施例においては、前記櫛刃２の先端縁を（一の）前記凹状保持縁５とした構成であるが、図４に図示したように、この櫛刃２の先端縁に前記凹状保持縁５を複数設けた構成としても良い。

また、図３及び図４に図示したように、前記櫛刃２を、基端部から先端部に向かって徐々に前記櫛状刃板３の先端側に傾斜するように構成し、この櫛刃２の先端縁がやや前記櫛状刃板３の先端側を向くように構成した場合には、前記毛髪４のカットを行う際、特に、右利きの人であれば左から右に鋏を引きながらカットを行う際に前記櫛刃２間に入った毛髪４が抵抗なく良好に抜けることになり、より一層良好にカットを行うことができることになる。また、特に、前記櫛刃２を湾曲状態とすることで毛髪４を一層スムーズに前記櫛刃２間から毛髪４を抜くことができる。

本実施例は上述のように構成したから、刃板１と櫛状刃板３とにより挾持した毛髪４を切断する際、前記櫛状刃板３に多数並設状態に突設した櫛刃２間に入った毛髪４は切断されず、前記櫛刃２の先端縁に形成した凹状保持縁５により支承保持された毛髪４だけが良好に切断されることになり、毛髪４に折れ目が付くことが阻止される。

具体的には、傾斜案内部８となるように形成した傾斜長辺部６の残余部に載った前記毛髪４は、閉動する刃板１により押圧されて傾斜長辺部６と対向状態に設けた前記傾斜短辺部７側に案内され、阻止縁９となるように形成した傾斜短辺部７により前記櫛刃２間に入ることが阻止されて、この毛髪４は前記傾斜長辺部６の低位部６ａと前記傾斜短辺部７とにより前記櫛刃２の先端縁の一側寄りに形成される凹状保持縁５である凹縁部にたまることになる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述のように構成したから、凹縁部において支承保持された毛髪だけを確実に切断できるだけでなく、この凹縁部に入り切らなかった毛髪にも折れ目を付けることなくカッティングを行うことができ、しかも、常に適切な量の毛髪をカットでき、効率良く軽快にカッティングを行うことができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なすき鋏となる。

また、請求項２，３に記載の発明においては、本発明を一層容易に実現できる一層実用性に秀れたすき鋏となる。
