【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、紙製パックや缶入りの飲料水等を幼児やお年寄りなどに飲ませる際に用いて好適な飲料容器の保持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
周知の如く、ミルクやジュース、お茶などの各種飲料は、箱型の紙製容器や筒状のアルミ缶などに入れられ、常温のままかあるいは加熱・冷却などの処理を施して販売されている。このような各種飲料を幼児に飲ませる場合、例えば紙製パックのまま持たせると、強く掴みすぎて飲料を溢れさせてしまい、飲料が衣服にかかるなどの問題があった。
そこで従来は、筒状の容器本体と軟性のストローを設けた蓋体とにより構成したトレーニング用の容器に飲料水を移し換え、容器を幼児に持たせストローにより吸い飲みさせていた。前記容器本体は硬質材料で形成されているため、幼児が強く握っても、飲料水が溢れ出ることはなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のトレーニング用容器は本来、哺乳ビンを使用している乳幼児がコップ等を使用することができるようにトレーニングするためのものであるため、自宅で使用する場合にはさほど問題はないものの、外出時等にあっては次のような問題があった。
すなわち、▲1▼ 予め容器内にミルク等を入れて外出することはできるものの、中が空になっても、容器本体や蓋体、ストローのいずれも合成樹脂製であるから折り畳むことができなかった。
▲2▼ また、容器本体の側面に両手で持てるように把手を付けたものもあり、この構成ではさらに大型になってかさばることとなっていた。
▲3▼ さらに、外出時等に缶飲料等を購入した場合には、親等がトレーニング容器に移しかえる必要があり、煩雑であった。

このため、図18及び図19に示すような簡単な構成の容器保持具を用いることもあった。例示した容器保持具61は、薄い合成樹脂を用いて箱型に構成したものであり、上部の開口部には板状の蓋体62が設けられている。容器保持具61に飲料容器63を収納する場合は、図19に想像線で示すように蓋体62を押し込むようにして容器保持具61内に入れる。
この構成によれば、幼児は容器保持具61のまま飲料容器63を掴み、ストロー64によって吸い飲みすることができる。そして、飲料容器63の硬さに容器保持具61の硬さが加わるので、飲料水の溢れも防止できた。
しかし、例示した容器保持具61は、軽量ではあるが折り畳むことはできず、持ち歩きが不便である。また、飲料容器63の形状や大きさは多岐にわたるが、容器保持具61自体に可変性がないので、使用することのできる飲料容器63の大きさ・形状等が限られてしまうため汎用性に乏しいといった問題があった。

なお、前記容器保持具以外にも、実用新案登録第3034568号公報によって、「紙パック飲料保持容器」の一例が開示されている。その概要を述べると、ヒンジ部によって上面から見てほぼコ字状型に、また折り畳み可能な二つの容器本体の端部をスライド可能に係止したものである。この構成によれば、不使用時に折り畳むことができ、形態に便利であるが、箱型の飲料容器であっても種類が限定される上に、缶やビンの収納が不便である等の問題がある。
しかも、二つの容器本体をスライドさせて大きさを合わせる際、収納する容器に合わせて調整しないと隙間ができて容器ががたつくのであるが、その調整作業が面倒である。また、把手がないので幼児には掴みにくい等の問題もある。
本発明は、前記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は携帯に便利である上に、飲料容器の大きさ形状の如何に関わらず安定に保持でき、しかも持ちやすい飲料容器の保持具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の飲料容器の保持具の発明は、合成樹脂を板状に成形した保持具本体であって一方の端部には半円弧状の係止部が形成され、他方の端部には前記係止部を係止するためのシャフトが形成され、両端部間に肉薄部分による縦ヒンジを3箇所に形成しかつ上端に係止部と下端に縦方向に延びるガイド溝とおよび上下に表面から突出して成る軸受け部材を形成した保持具本体と、前記ヒンジにより折り曲げて前記係止部を係止して前記保持具本体を筒体に組立てた状態で内部に対向する側面に設けられ前記筒状に組み立てた保持具本体内に収納された飲料容器を他の側面に押圧する押圧部材であってほぼ中央部に横方向に延びる肉薄部分による横ヒンジが形成されて該横ヒンジの位置で山型に折れ曲がるカバー部材と該カバー部材の谷側に置かれて前記保持具本体の中心へ常時押圧する板ばねとで構成され、前記カバー部材は上端に前記係止部に係止させる係止突起と下端に前記ガイド溝に係合して上下に移動するガイド突起が形成されかつ背面側の前記横ヒンジの上部に板ばね用突起が形成され、前記板ばねは挿通孔が形成され、前記板ばね用突起を前記挿通孔に挿通することで前記カバー部材と前記板ばねとを一体化して成る前記押圧部材と、前記軸受け部材に係合する部材を備えることで、前記保持具本体を筒体に組立てた状態で外側面に対し直立する位置と前記外側面に沿うように折り畳まれる位置との間で回動可能な把手と、により構成したことを特徴としている。
そして、請求項2記載の発明は、請求項1記載の飲料容器の保持具において、前記軸受け部材の形成された部位の上下に横方向に延びるスリットを前記保持具本体に形成することにより、前記保持具本体の前記スリット間に挟まれた部位が弾性を有するようになり、前記把手を立てた状態を安定化し得るとともに、折り畳み及び組み立て時にクリック感を発生させたことを特徴としている。
また、請求項3記載の発明は、請求項1又は2記載の飲料容器の保持具において、前記保持具本体を筒体に組立てた状態で保持具本体内に収納された飲料容器の底部の少なくとも一部を下支えする載置板を設けたことを特徴としている。
さらに、請求項4記載の発明は、において、飲料容器の一部を下支えする載置機能と折り畳み時の係止機能とを合わせ持つ係止板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の飲料容器の保持具。

また、請求項6記載の発明は、請求項1又は2記載の飲料容器の保持具において、前記保持具本体を筒体に組立てた状態で前記押圧部材に対向する側面に、円弧面を形成して円筒状の飲料容器を安定に保持することを特徴としている。
さらに、請求項7記載の発明は、請求項1又は2記載の飲料容器の保持具において、前記保持具本体を筒体に組立てた状態で前記押圧部材に対向する側面に、弾性材を設けて円筒状の飲料容器を安定に保持することを特徴としている。
そして、請求項8記載の発明は、請求項1又は2記載の飲料容器の保持具において、前記押圧部材が、側面から見て山型に形成され、その頂部であって前記飲料容器に接触する位置に、前記飲料容器が角形の場合その角部近傍に接触する突起または角部を押圧する傾斜面を備えていることを特徴としている。

前記構成の飲料容器の保持具によれば、板状の保持具本体の端部に設けた係止部を係止するとともに、複数、例えば三箇所に形成したヒンジにより折り曲げて筒状に組み立て、その内部に飲料容器を収納する。保持具本体には板ばね等のばねと、このばねににより付勢されて飲料容器を押圧するカバー部材とにより構成した押圧部材が組付けられるので、保持具本体内に飲料容器を収納することにより保持具が構成されるとともに、飲料容器はがたつき無く保持される。
しかも、飲料容器が大小に対応して押圧部材が変形し、缶に対応する円弧状凹部も形成されているので、多種の飲料容器を保持できる。
保持具本体に設けた係止板は、保持具本体内に飲料容器を収納した場合は係止解除になされるが、筒状のまま折り畳んだ場合は保持具本体の他の側板に係止するので、全体として二枚重ねの板状になり、携帯に便利な形状が保持される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図17を参照して本発明を適用した飲料容器の保持具の実施形態を説明する。図1は保持具の構成を示す斜視図、図2は保持具の折り畳み例を示す斜視図、図3は保持具の構成を示す正面図、図4は保持具の構成を示す平面図、図5は保持具の構成を示す一部切り欠き側面図、図6は保持具の構成を示す背面図、図7及び図8は保持具の折り畳み状態を示す平面図、図9は保持具の展開図、図10は保持具を展開した状態の平面図、図11は押圧部材の平面図、図12は押圧部材の正面図、図13は押圧部材の断面図、図14は板ばねの斜視図、図15は把手の形状を示す正面図、図16は把手の作用を示す平面図、図17は押圧部材の変形例を示す平面図である。
なお、実施形態の説明あたっては、保持具の全体構成と作用について説明し、次いで各部材について説明する。

本実施形態における保持具1は、図1に示すように組み立てて内部に例えばミルクやジュース入りの紙製の角柱状飲料容器(紙パック)2や更に清涼飲料水入りの缶等の飲料容器2’(図4参照)を収納して保持するとともに、不使用時には図2に示すように折り畳み得る構成になっている。
組み立て状態の保持具1は、図1及び図3〜図6に示すように上面から見て上部が開口された四角形の筒体になっている。そして、内部には飲料容器2を側面から押圧する押圧部材3が設けられ、底部の一部には飲料容器2の一部を下支えする載置板4と載置機能と折り畳み時に係止機能とを合わせ持つ係止板5とが張出ている。なお、図4には係止板5は図示されていないが、押圧部材3の下側に設けられていて、折り畳み時には図2に示すように係止を行う。
また、保持具1の外側面には、左右一対の把手6が上下一対の軸受け部材7a,7bによって、図4に矢印A,Bで示すように回動自在、言い換えれば側面に沿わせるように折り畳み自在に設けられている。なお、一対の軸受け部材7a,7bの近傍に上下2条のスリット8a,8bが形成されている。
このスリット8a,8bを形成することによって、スリット8a,8bに挟まれた部分、すなわち保持具1の側面の一部が弾性を有するようになり、把手6を立てた状態を安定化し得るとともに、折り畳み及び組み立て時にクリック感を発生し得るようになる。

保持具1によって飲料容器2を保持する場合は、図1のように組み立てて内部に飲料容器2を収納し、ストロー9を挿入して幼児に持たせる。幼児は一対の把手6を両手で掴み、ストロー9をくわえてミルク等を飲む。保持具1内に収納される飲料容器2の形状は特に角柱形状のものに限定されるものではなく、図4に想像線で示したように、側面の一部に円弧状の缶収納部10を形成しているので、円柱状の缶容器2’をも確実に保持することができる。
このように大きさや形状の異なる各種の飲料容器2を収納した場合、押圧部材3が図5に実線及び想像線で示すように変形しながら飲料容器2を押圧するので、飲料容器2が保持具1内でがたつくことはない。

また、保持具1を折り畳んだ場合、図7及び図8に示すように全体が板状に変形する。なお、保持具1の折り畳み形態は二種類あって、図7は図2に示した折り畳み状態の平面図であり、図8は他の折り畳み形態を示している。
因みに、図1に示した組み立て状態では、保持具1の高さHは89,7mm程度、幅Wは70mm程度(但し両把手6を含めた場合は124mm程度)、奥行きDは64,4mm程度であるが、図7に示すように折り畳んだ場合は全体の厚さが22,9mm程度に、また図8に示すように折り畳んだ場合は全体の厚さが23,05mm程度になる。従って、保持具1を使用しない場合は、全体の容積を小さくすることができ、持ち運び、バッグ等への収納が容易になる。
なお、前記寸法はいずれも例示であって、飲料容器2へ大きさ、部材の板厚などにより適宜変更されるものである。

以上に保持具1の概要を説明したが、次に保持具1を構成する部材等について更に詳細に説明する。
保持具1は、図9及び図10に示すように合成樹脂を板状に成形した保持具本体(以下、単に本体と略称する)21に後述する各種部材を組付けて構成されるものである。本体21には、3か所にヒンジ(肉薄部分)22a,22b,22cが形成され、一方の端部には半円弧状の係止部23a,23bが形成され、他方の端部には前記係止部23a,23bを係止するためのシャフト24a,24bが形成されている。
従って、ヒンジ22a〜22cにおいて折り曲げ、係止部23a,23bをシャフト24a,24bに係止すると図1等に示したように上面から見て四角形の筒体になる。そして、ヒンジ22a〜22cは折り曲げ自在であり、係止部23a,23bとシャフト24a,24bとの係止部分は、あたかも蝶番のように作用するので、図2等について説明したように折り畳むことができる。

図9は保持具1の外側面を示すように展開したものであり、前記スリット8a,8bの形状や位置、缶収容部10等の位置が理解できる。前記スリット8a,8bの近傍には、把手6を回動自在に係止するための軸受け部材7a,7bが設けられている。軸受け部材7a,7bは、本体21の表面から突出し、軸受け部材7aについては上方に、軸受け部材7bについては下方に向けて軸挿通孔26a,26b(図10)が形成されている。なお、軸受け部材7a,7b及び軸挿通孔26a,26bの構成については、図3の右方に示した切り欠き部分に断面図で図示してある。

本体21の一側面、すなわち図1においては背面に相当する位置に、前記押圧部材3の一端(図1では上端に相当)を係止するための2個の係止部27と、押圧部材3の他端(図1では下端に相当)を上下方向に支持するためのガイド溝28とが形成されている。
なお、係止部27とガイド溝28の構成は、図5の右方に示した切り欠き部分に断面図で図示してある。

次に、図11〜図13を参照して押圧部材3の構成について説明する。
ここで、図11は押圧部材3の平面図、図12は正面図である。押圧部材3は、合成樹脂を成形したカバー部材31と図14に示した板ばね32とにより構成されている。図12において、カバー部材31のほぼ中央部には、横方向に肉薄のヒンジ33が形成され、上端の二箇所に前記係止部27に係止させる係止突起34が、また下端には前記ガイド溝28に係合して上下に移動するガイド突起35が形成されている。
また、カバー部材31の背面側であって、ヒンジ33の上部には突起36が形成され、この突起36を板ばね32(図14)に形成した挿通孔37に挿通させ、カバー部材31と板ばね32とを一体化して押圧部材3を構成する。この構成によれば、押圧部材3を側面から見るとヒンジ33の位置で折れ曲がり、ほぼ山型と言える形状になる(図5参照)。

押圧部材3について注目すべきは、カバー部材31表面の中央の一部に縦方向にくぼんだ凹部38が形成されるとともに、ヒンジ33の上部の両端部に突部39が形成されていることである。押圧部材3は、前記のように角柱状の飲料容器2の側面を押圧する機能を有しているが、この突起39を設けることによって飲料容器2の陵辺部に近い位置を押圧するようになり、側面中央部近辺は押圧しない。陵辺部は側面中央部と比べて構造的に変形しにくいから、押圧部材3によって飲料容器3を押圧しても内容物の溢れをより確実に防止することができる。
また、飲料容器2の形状によっては、押圧部材3の角度が変わるが、凹部38を形成することにより飲料容器2の側面押圧を低減することができる。

次に、図15及び図16を参照して把手6について説明する。
把手6は両端が板状に形成され、その先端は角状に形成されている。そして、板状部分の内側に前記軸挿通孔26a,26bに挿通する軸41a,41bが形成されている。把手6を本体21に、言い換えれば軸受け部材7a,7bに組付ける場合は、把手6の両端を開いて軸41a,41bをそれぞれ軸挿通孔26a,26bに嵌め込むだけでよい。
把手6を立てた状態、すなわち図1を参照して説明したように使用時においては、把手6の先端の全面が図16に実線で示すように保持具1の側面に接触する。この状態から想像線で示すように横方向のいずれかに倒そうとすると、角部によって保持具1の側面が押され、押された位置が実線に示した直線状から想像線で示すように撓み変形する。
把手6により押される位置は、既に説明したようにスリット8a,8bにより弾性が付与されている位置である。そして、把手6を想像線で示した状態から更に倒すと、保持具1の弾性により付勢されて自動的に倒れる。

一方、倒れている把手6を立てる場合も、前記同様に把手6の角部により保持具1の一部が押されて撓み変形し、それ以上に回動すると保持具1が元の形状に戻ろうとする弾性が付与されて勢いよく立つ。従って、使用者は把手6が正規に立てられたことをクリック感で知ることができるうえに、保持具1を撓ませないかぎり把手6は安定に、しかもがたつき無く立つので、幼児等の取扱が容易になり、安全性も向上する。

ここで、保持具1の組み立てについて説明する。
先ず、押圧部材3の組付けについて述べると、カバー部材31に形成した係止突起34を板ばね32に形成した挿通孔37に挿通する。係止突起34の周囲には、二つ折りされた板ばね32の一方を位置決めする枠42(図12)が形成されているので、板ばね32はがたつき無くカバー部材31の裏面に一体化される。
なお、枠42については図12に点線で、また図13に一部を実線で図示してある。カバー部材31のほぼ中央部には開口部43が形成されているが、板ばね32が枠42内に正規に固定されると、板ばね32の下端32aが開口部43を閉塞するようになり、正規に固定されたか否かを確認することができる。

このようにして組付けられた押圧部材3は、係止突起34を係止部27に係止させ、ガイド突起35をガイド溝28に押し込んで、本体21に組付けられる。この結果、板ばね32は図5に示したようにカバー部材31と本体21との間に挟みこまれ、この組付けにより押圧部材3が完成する。
ガイド溝28は縦長に形成され、押圧部材3にはヒンジ33が形成されているので、押圧部材3の突部39の近傍を押すと、ガイド突起35がガイド溝28によって案内されながら上下し、押圧部材3全体が図5に実線で、或いは想像線で示したように多様に変形する。この場合、押圧部材3がどのような状態に変形しても突起36が常に頂部に位置するように突起36の高さを決めておけば、前述のごとく突起36は紙製の角柱状飲料容器2の陵辺部付近を押圧することとなり、けっして飲料容器2の側面中央部を押圧することがないので、側面中央部を押圧することによる飲料容器内部の飲料の噴き出しを避けることができる。

このように本体21に押圧部材3を組付け、更に前記のように軸受け部材7a,7bに把手6を取り付け、次いでヒンジ22a〜22cにより折り曲げた後、図9に示した係止部23a,23bをシャフト24a,24bに係止させると、図1に示したような筒状の保持具1が完成する。
この構成によると、飲料容器2を収納すると押圧部材3によって押圧されるので、本体21の変形防止と飲用容器2の形状及び大きさの如何に関わらず、がたつき防止とが同時に行われる。そして、不使用時には係止部23a,23bを係止したままで押し潰すようにすると、押圧部材3が押圧されて全体が偏平状になるとともに、係止板5の先端に形成した係止突起5aが図2に示したように本体21の一端に係止する。
従って、係止突起5aを解除しない限り、図7及び図8に示した折り畳み形状が維持され携帯が容易になる。
また、飲料容器2の形状や大きさに合わせて、二つの部材をスライドさせる等の面倒な作業が不要になる。

次に、図17を参照して押圧部材3の他の実施形態を説明する。
本実施形態では、突部39に代えてカバー部材31の頂部に中央部が凹み、両端が高くなる斜面51を形成した。この構成によれば、飲料容器2の形状が想像線で示すように変わっても、角部を確実に押圧することができ、飲料の溢れ出しをより確実に防止することができる。
また、本体21の内側面の全体にスポンジ等の弾性材を張り付けてもよく、この場合は押圧部材3との併用、或いは弾性材の張り付けのみにすることも可能である。

以上、本発明の実施形態を説明したが、本発明は前記構成に限定されるものではない。すなわち、ストローの固定具等を付加してもよく、把手の形状や弾性の付与構造も前記に限定されない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明に係る飲料容器の保持具は、板状の保持具本体に形成した複数、例えば三箇所に形成したヒンジにより折り曲げ、且つ端部に設けた係止部を係止して筒状に組み立て、その内部に飲料容器を収納するとともに、保持具本体に組付けられている押圧部材によって、保持具本体内に収納した飲料容器を押圧して飲料容器のがたつきを無くすように構成した。
また、保持具本体内に飲料容器を収納した場合は係止解除になされるが、筒状のまま折り畳んだ場合は保持具本体の他の側板に係止する係止板を設けた。
従って、保持具本体内に収納した飲用容器は、その形状や大きさの如何に関わらず安定に保持されるとともに、保持具本体によりカバーされるので押されることがなく、飲料の溢れ出しを防止することができる。
そのうえ、保持具を全体として二枚重ねの板状にすることができるので携帯が便利になり、利用する場合は面倒なスライド作業等を行うことなく、飲料容器を差し込むだけで保持できるようになる。
