Claims (8)
- 所定形状の管体と、管体の内部を挿通する熱線と、前記管体の両端部を閉塞する封止キャップと、を備える放熱パイプにおいて、
前記管体の内部に多孔質の難不燃性作動媒体が充填され、該多孔質の難不燃性作動媒体には揮発性の作動流体が作動媒体の気孔容積に対して20〜80%の範囲内でかつ作動媒体の表面から流れないほどの量を含浸されていることを特徴とする電気放熱パイプ。 - 前記作動媒体は、サイズが1〜3mmとなる円形、楕円形、あるいは多角形状のものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気放熱パイプ。
- 前記作動媒体は、黄土粒子、墨、砂利及びゼオライトよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気放熱パイプ。
- 前記作動媒体は、多孔質の真綿、不織布、木綿及びロープよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種の難不燃性繊維系のものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気放熱パイプ。
- 底面に設けられる断熱部材と;所定形状の管体と、前記管体の両端部を閉塞する封止キャップと、前記管体に挿通され、電気が供給されれば発熱を行う熱線とを備える放熱パイプと;前記放熱パイプの上部に設けられる伝熱板と;前記伝熱板の上部に設けられる仕上材層と;を備える通常の電気マットにおいて、
前記放熱パイプの内部に多孔質の難不燃性作動媒体が充填され、該多孔質の難不燃性作動媒体には揮発性の作動流体が作動媒体の気孔容積に対して20〜80%の範囲内でかつ作動媒体の表面から流れないほどの量を含浸されていることを特徴とする電気マット。 - 前記作動媒体は、黄土粒子、墨、砂利及びゼオライトよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種であるか、あるいは、多孔質の真綿、不織布、木綿及びロープよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電気マット。
- 所定形状の管体よりなる放熱パイプと、前記放熱パイプに内装され、電気が供給されれば発熱を行う熱線と、前記放熱パイプに垂直に立設され、放熱パイプからの熱を放出する多数枚の放熱板と、を備える通常の電気ラジエータにおいて、
放熱パイプの内部に多孔質の難不燃性作動媒体が充填され、該多孔質の難不燃性作動媒体には揮発性の作動流体が作動媒体の気孔容積に対して20〜80%の範囲内でかつ作動媒体の表面から流れないほどの量を含浸されていることを特徴とする電気ラジエータ。 - 前記作動媒体は、黄土粒子、墨、砂利及びゼオライトよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種であるか、あるいは、多孔質の真綿、不織布、木綿及びロープよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか1種であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の電気ラジエータ。
