【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、開口枠に沿って壁部材を取り付ける際に、開口枠の表面に対する壁部材の表面の傾きを調整し得るようにした開口枠と壁部材の取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
住宅では、躯体に開口枠を取り付けると共に該開口枠の周囲に軽量気泡コンクリートパネル(ALCパネル)やコンクリートパネル(PCパネル)等の壁パネルを取り付けて、壁(外壁)及び壁の窓や出入口等を構成することが多くなっている。このように、壁パネルと開口枠とによって連続した壁面を構成する場合、開口枠を構成する枠部材と壁パネルとの間に棒状の壁部材を配置すると共に該壁部材を開口枠に取り付けることがある。

棒状の壁部材を開口枠に取り付ける構造について図5により簡単に説明する。開口枠51の縦枠51aには上下方向の少なくとも2個所に取付片51bが設けられており、これらの取付片51bに夫々W字状或いはクランク状の第1固定部材52が固定されている。また壁部材53の裏面側にはW字状或いはクランク状の第2固定部材54が配置され、ボルト55を利用して壁部材53に固定されている。更に、第1固定部材52と第2固定部材54は互いにボルト56を利用して固定され、これにより、壁部材53は開口枠51に取り付けられている。従って、壁部材53は開口枠51に連結され、壁パネル57との縁は切られている。

上記従来の取付構造では、棒状の壁部材に捩れが生じたり、固定部材の成形形状に公差範囲内の変形が生じた場合、壁部材の表面が開口枠の表面に対して傾斜することがあるが、この傾斜を調整し得ないという問題がある。

本発明の目的は、開口枠に壁部材を取り付ける際に生じる虞のある開口枠の表面に対する壁部材の表面の傾斜を調整し得るようにした開口枠と壁部材の取付構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る開口枠と壁部材の取付構造は、開口枠に沿って壁部材を取り付ける取付構造であって、前記開口枠に壁面方向に突出させた状態で設けられる延長片と、前記壁部材の裏面に前記延長片と対向可能に配置された調整片とを備え、前記延長片には、前記調整片と対向する位置に一対の雌ネジ部が前記壁面方向に並んで形成され、該一対の雌ネジ部には、調整ネジがそれぞれ螺合されており、これら一対の調整ネジは、先端部を前記調整片に当接させた状態でそれぞれ独立して調整片と延長片の間の螺合長さを調整することで、前記開口枠の表面に対する壁部材の表面面内に直交する方向の傾斜及び捩れを調整することを可能とするものであって、これら一対の雌ねじ部及び調整ねじの間に、前記調整した状態で前記調整片を前記延長片に仮固定又は固定する固定手段が設けられているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る取付構造の好ましい実施形態について説明する。本発明の取付構造は、開口枠を躯体に固定して壁面に窓や出入口等の開口部を構成する際に、壁面を構成する部材と開口枠との間に配置した特に棒状の壁部材の開口枠に対する取付構造に関するものであり、特に、壁部材の表面と開口枠の表面或いは壁面との平行度を調整し得るようにしたものである。

本発明に於いて、住宅は木造であって良く、鉄骨躯体を有する鉄骨造であっても良い。また壁面を構成する部材としても特に限定するものではなく、軽量気泡コンクリートパネル(ALCパネル)やコンクリートパネル(PCパネル)等の壁パネルを利用することが可能である。何れにしても、窓や出入口等の開口部を有する壁面を構成する場合、開口部を開口枠を用いて構成すると共に、開口枠と壁面を構成する壁パネルとの間に棒状の壁部材を配置して構成したものであれば良い。
