Description

The present invention relates to a fixing device for a removable anchor.

A removable anchor is an anchor that removes anchor anchors and steel wires that are no longer needed from the ground after the purpose of use of the anchor has been achieved.
For this purpose, there is known a conventional removable anchor in which a steel wire coated with a resin is folded in a U shape at the deepest part in the ground and removed by pulling out one end of the steel wire at the time of removal. (For example, see FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1)
JP-A-5-295729

The conventional removable anchor described above has the following problems.
<I> Since the steel wire is bent into a U shape within the drilled hole, a large deformation external force acts on the bent portion, and the strength is reduced.
<B> Since the steel wire bent at a steep angle in the deepest part is pulled out, the bent part becomes a large resistance and cannot be pulled out unless a considerable force is applied.
<C> Since a machine cannot be pulled out unless a large force is applied, a machine is required to pull it out. In order to pull out by a machine, a site for installing the machine and a site for moving the machine are necessary, and there are many problems in a small site.
<D> Since a steel wire with a large diameter cannot be folded back into a U shape, it is necessary to use a large number of thin steel wires. Therefore, the diameter of the hole is increased or a large number of holes are required, which increases the labor and cost of the hole.
<E> The steel wire is covered with a resin pipe so that it can be pulled out, and oil and fat are applied around the steel wire. Therefore, the drawn steel wire is covered with oil and fat, and the work place is easily contaminated with oil and fat. In addition, the steel wire pulled out and collected is covered with oil and fat, so it cannot be reused, and special consideration is required for disposal.
<F> Resin pipes and a large amount of oil and fat remain in the ground even after the steel wire is removed. For this reason, fats and oils may ooze out into the ground for many years and may contaminate the ground and groundwater.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a fixing anchor fixing tool according to the present invention is an anchor steel wire fixing tool that is inserted into a drilled hole. A fixing outer cylinder is provided, and a pin engaging groove is formed on the bottom side of the hole on the inner surface of the outer cylinder, and a wedge having an inner diameter increasing toward the bottom side of the hole on the hole mouth side. The outer cylinder is formed of a cylindrical piece that supports a wedge piece divided into a plurality of pieces and a wedge piece group on the bottom side of the hole and that can slide along the inner wall. A supporting member is accommodated, and a pushing force is applied to the supporting member by a pushing spring toward the hole opening side, and a pin that can be pushed out toward the inner surface of the outer cylinder is accommodated in the supporting member. between the interposed member disposed by cutting the exposed portion of the outer holes of the steel wire, steel wire that has been applied until then The tension force is released, the force acts as a force to push the support member back from the hole mouth side to the hole bottom side via the end of the hole bottom side of the steel wire, and the elasticity of the push spring that pressurizes the support member is Set smaller than this pushing back force, slide the support member toward the bottom of the hole, move the support member by a certain distance, and the pin falls into the engagement groove to engage with the engagement groove on the inner surface of the outer cylinder. In this configuration, it is impossible to return to the previous position again .

Since the fixing device for the removable anchor of the present invention comprises the above means, the following effects can be obtained.
<I> Since the steel wire is used in a straight state without bending the steel wire into a U-shape in a narrow hole as in the prior art, the strength does not decrease.
<B> Since the steel wire is used in a straight state, unlike a conventional U-shaped anchor, there is no large resistance portion. Therefore, even a long steel wire can be easily pulled out by human power.
<C> Since a large force is not required for extraction, there is no need for a machine for extraction, no site for installing the machine or a site for moving the machine, and it is easy to perform the extraction work even in a small site or a site with poor scaffolding. It can be carried out.
<D> Although a thick steel wire cannot be folded back into a U-shape with a small diameter, in the present invention, such a need is not required, so a steel wire with a large diameter can be used as an anchor. Therefore, there is no need for a large number of holes, and the labor and cost of the holes can be greatly reduced.
<E> Since there is no resistance at the end of the steel wire, there is no need to cover the steel wire with a resin interposed. Therefore, since the oil and fat are not attached to the drawn steel wire at all, the working environment is good, and the drawn and collected steel wire can be reused.
<F> Many conventional fixing devices of this type use oils and fats, but the fixing devices of the present invention do not use oils and fats, so there is no oil remaining in the ground, and soil and groundwater are contaminated. There is no possibility to make it.
<G> The interposition member 5 is disposed between the wedge piece 2A and the wedge base 2B. Therefore, the steel wedge piece 2A does not bite into the steel wedge base 2B, and both of them easily separate and slide toward the bottom of the hole. As a result, the gap between the wedge piece 2A and the wedge base 2B is opened, and the gripping force holding the steel wire 4 disappears in the wedge piece 2A group, and the steel wire can be reliably released from the fixed state.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention is an anchor steel wire fixing tool that is inserted into a drilled hole, and includes a fixing outer cylinder that houses a terminal on the underground side of the steel wire. On the inner surface of the cylinder, an engagement portion is formed on the hole bottom side of the hole, and on the hole side, a wedge base having an inner diameter increasing toward the hole bottom side of the hole is formed. A wedge member divided into two pieces and a support member for supporting the wedge piece group on the hole bottom side of the hole are accommodated, and an interposition member is disposed between the wedge piece and the wedge base, and the support member has a hole opening side. This is a removable anchor fixing tool configured such that when the support member is pushed back to the hole bottom side of the hole, the engagement portion on the inner surface of the outer cylinder and the support member are engaged with each other. .

Embodiments of a fixing device for a removable anchor of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

<A> Fixing outer cylinder.
The fixing tool of the present invention is a fixing tool that is inserted into the drilled hole and fixes the end of the anchor steel wire in the ground.
And the fixing outer cylinder 1 which accommodates the terminal of the underground side of a steel wire is provided.
The outer cylinder 1 is a cylinder with one open, and a gripping mechanism and an engagement mechanism are provided on the inner wall thereof.
Actually, the outer cylinder 1 is divided into a hole-side outer cylinder 1A disposed on the hole-opening side and a hole-bottom-side outer cylinder 1B disposed on the hole-bottom side of the hole. Both outer cylinders are configured so that they can be divided and integrated with screws.
Therefore, the hole side outer cylinder 1A is formed as a cylindrical shape with both ends open, and the hole bottom side outer cylinder 1B is formed as a cup-shaped cylinder with one end closed.

<B> Steel wire gripping mechanism.
A gripping mechanism is provided inside the hole side outer cylinder 1A, and the steel wire is gripped from the periphery by the gripping mechanism.
For example, a wedge mechanism is provided as a gripping mechanism.
For this purpose, the inner wall of the hole-side outer cylinder 1A forms a wedge base 2B whose inner diameter increases toward the hole bottom side of the hole.
Accordingly, the inner surface of the hole-side outer cylinder 1A is formed as a trumpet-shaped slope whose inner diameter increases toward the hole bottom side of the hole.
On the other hand, a wedge piece 2A obtained by dividing a cylinder into a plurality of pieces is accommodated inside the hole-side outer cylinder 1A in parallel with the center line thereof.
This wedge piece 2A is an arc-shaped plate body, its inner side surface forms a curved surface parallel to the central axis of the cylinder, and its outer side surface is formed in a shape whose outer diameter decreases toward the hole opening side. To do.
Then, the outer surface of the wedge piece 2A and the inclined surface of the wedge base 2B are formed at an angle so as to contact as a surface.
Therefore, when the plurality of wedge pieces 2A are located on the bottom side of the hole, the interval between the wedge pieces 2A is widened. When the wedge pieces 2A are pushed out to the hole opening side, the wedge pieces 2A are inclined surfaces of the wedge base 2B. The space is narrowed while sliding, and finally the inner surface forms a substantially single cylinder.

<C> Intervening member.
As will be described later, the gripping force of the anchor steel wire 4 is generated when the inner diameter contracts due to the arc-shaped wedge piece 2A being dragged into the trumpet-shaped wedge base 2B when the anchor steel wire 4 is tensioned.
At that time, there is a possibility that the steel wedge piece 2A is pressed against the steel wedge base 2B with a large force and bites into the wedge base 2B.
If so, it may be difficult to separate the wedge piece 2A from the wedge base 2B when the anchor steel wire 4 is removed. If the wedge piece 2A is not separated from the wedge stand 2B, the anchor steel wire 4 cannot be pulled out because the gripping of the anchor steel wire 4 is not released.
In order to avoid such a problem, the interposing member 5 is disposed between the wedge piece 2A and the wedge base 2B in the fixing device of the present invention.
This interposition member 5 is disposed between the steel wedge piece and the steel wedge base, and is widely used as long as it is a member that does not directly contact and press both of them and can avoid the occurrence of strong biting between them. can do.
For example, the interposition member 5 is coated with a layer of the interposition member 5 on the surface of the wedge piece 2A.
Or the layer of the interposed member 5 is similarly coated on the surface on the wedge base 2B side.
Or the sheet | seat of the interposed member 5 is arrange | positioned between both.
Alternatively, the tape-like interposition member 5 coated with an adhesive is attached to the wedge piece 2A or the wedge base 2B.
As an example of the interposition member 5, a low friction member having a small friction coefficient can be interposed. As the low friction material constituting the interposition member 5, a fluororesin represented by PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) (Teflon (R)) is generally used.
However, it is not limited to PTFE. Besides that, MOWAX in which molybdenum disulfide is the main ingredient, lubricating wax and graphite are mixed, molybdenum disulfide alone, graphite alone, PTFE mixed with graphite, low friction ceramics, Al-Si alloy-impregnated graphite composite, MC nylon, diamond carbon (DLC) film, boron carbonitride (BCN) film, and other low friction materials known at the time of filing this application can be selected and used.

<D> Support member.
The support member 3 that supports the wedge piece 2A group on the hole bottom side of the hole is accommodated inside the hole bottom outer cylinder 1B.
The support member 3 is a cylindrical body that can slide along the inner wall of the hole bottom-side outer cylinder 1B. The support member 3 is given a pushing force toward the hole opening side by a pushing spring 31.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a wedge piece locking groove 32 is provided in the hole side of the support member 3.
On the other hand, a locking shelf 33 is formed on the bottom side of the wedge piece 2 </ b> A, and the locking shelf 33 can be engaged with the locking groove 32 of the support member 3.

<E> Engagement mechanism.
The support member 3 can be engaged with the hole bottom side outer cylinder 1B via an engagement mechanism.
For example, the engaging mechanism is constituted by an engaging pin 34 provided with an elastic force protruding from the support member 3 toward the inner wall of the hole bottom outer cylinder 1B.
For this purpose, the support member 3 is formed with a storage hole directed toward the inner wall, and the pin 34 and the spring are stored in the storage hole.
On the other hand, a pin engagement groove 35 is formed on the inner wall of the hole bottom side outer cylinder 1B.
Therefore, when the support member 3 pushed to the hole opening side by the pushing spring 31 moves to the hole bottom side by a certain distance, the pin 34 falls into the pin engaging groove 35 on the inner wall. As a result, the support member 3 is prevented from being pushed back to the hole side.
Note that the engagement mechanism is not limited to the combination of the pin 34 and the pin engagement groove 35, and may be one of dropping the spring plate into the groove and projecting the engagement member from the outer cylinder side to the support member 3. A known check mechanism that allows sliding in the direction but prevents retraction can be widely adopted.

<F> Configuration at the time of fixing. (Figure 2)
The hole-side outer cylinder 1A and the hole-bottom-side outer cylinder 1B are separated, and the underground end of the steel wire 4 is passed through the inside of the cylindrical hole-side outer cylinder 1A into the hole-bottom-side outer cylinder 1B. insert.
The periphery of the steel wire 4 is covered with a synthetic resin coating 41 so that the steel wire 4 is not fixed by the mortar injected into the periphery, and the steel wire 4 is exposed only at the terminal portion. However, as will be described later, there is almost no resistance to drawing even when the steel wire 4 is drawn, so that it is not necessary to interpose oil and fat between the steel wire 4 and the surrounding coating 41 as in the prior art.
The end of the steel wire 4 thus exposed is inserted through the space surrounded by the wedge pieces 2 </ b> A to a position where it contacts the support member 3.
Next, when the outer cylinder is rotated via a screw to integrate both outer cylinders, the wedge base 2B moves to the bottom side of the hole, and the wedge pieces 2A group that has been divided and arranged are narrowed down. The steel wire 4 is clamped and fixed from the periphery by the wedge pieces 2A.
At this time, the interposition member 5 is interposed between the wedge piece 2A and the wedge base 2B.
A separately prepared load-bearing body is attached to the steel wire 4 to which the outer cylinder has been fixed, inserted into the drilled hole, fixed by injecting mortar, and then a tensile force is applied to the steel wire 4 with a jack from outside the hole. However, the anchor installation process can employ various conventionally known methods.

<G> When removing the steel wire 4. (Figure 3)
When the use as an anchor is completed, the steel wire 4 is removed from the ground.
Therefore, the exposed part outside the hole of the steel wire 4 is cut.
Then, the tension force of the steel wire 4 applied so far is released, and the force acts as a force for pushing the support member 3 back from the hole opening side to the hole bottom side via the end of the hole bottom side of the steel wire 4.
In addition, when the pushing back force to the hole bottom side through the steel wire 4 is insufficient, the same pushing back force can be obtained by hitting the outer end of the steel wire 4 with a hammer.
If the elasticity of the pushing spring 31 that pressurizes the supporting member 3 is set to be smaller than the pushing back force, the supporting member 3 slides toward the bottom of the hole.
Then, the support member 3 is engaged with the outer cylinder by the engagement mechanism, and cannot be returned to the previous position again.
As the support member 3 slides, the wedge piece 2A attached thereto also slides toward the bottom of the hole.
In this case, the interposition member 5 is interposed between the steel wedge 2A and the steel wedge 2B. Therefore, the wedge piece 2A does not dig into the wedge base 2B firmly and slides away from the wedge base 2B toward the bottom of the hole.
As a result, the distance between the wedge piece 2A and the wedge base 2B is increased, the gripping force holding the steel wire 4 disappears in the wedge piece 2A group, and the steel wire 4 is released from fixing.
When the gripping force at the end on the hole bottom side is released, the external force acting on the steel wire 4 disappears, so the steel wire 4 can be easily pulled out of the hole by human power.
Thus, the removal of the steel wire 4 from the ground is completed.
