A swing lever 20 provided with a U-shaped hook F in a plan view formed so that 1 is sandwiched from both inside and outside and the inside hook portion f is hooked to the cross member 2 of the scaffolding frame 4 is provided. The swing lever 20 is pivotally connected to the release operation horizontal bar 8 and the handrail main body 7. The swing lever 20 is hooked to the horizontal member 2 with the hook F sandwiching the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4. It is possible to swing between a possible latching posture and a latch releasing posture in which the hook F is retracted from the vertical member 1 and the transverse member 2 of the scaffolding frame 4 to the handrail body 7 side, and is always horizontal for the releasing operation. The bar 8 is held in the latching posture by its own weight, and the horizontal bar 8 for releasing operation is lifted to swing from the latching posture to change the posture to the latching releasing posture. .

Claim 2 is the safety handrail according to claim 1, wherein the handrail body 7 is provided with a handrail body side grip bar 19 that is gripped together with the horizontal bar 8 during the lifting operation of the release operation horizontal bar 8. It is characterized by being provided in parallel with the upper bar of the release operation horizontal bar 8.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the safety handrail according to the first or second aspect, the guide means 10 protrudes from a movable bracket 32 that pivotally supports a plurality of rollers 31 that are in rolling contact with the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4. The horizontal shaft body 33 is supported by the fixed bracket 34 on the handrail body 7 side so as to be horizontally movable, and the roller 31 is urged between the horizontal shaft body 33 and the fixed bracket 34 so as to be always pressed against the longitudinal member 1. A spring 35 is interposed, and at the rear end of the horizontal shaft body 33, the roller 31 is pulled against the spring 35 so that the roller 31 is retracted from the vertical member 1 to the handrail body 7 side. A lock lever 36 that locks in the retracted and pulled position is pivotally attached.

The effect of the invention by the above solution will be described with reference numerals of the embodiments described later. The safety handrail T according to the first aspect of the invention is attached to the handrail body 7 and the handrail body 7 so that only the vertical movement is possible. Guide for guiding the release operation horizontal bar 8, the movable hook units 9 provided on both ends of the release operation horizontal bar 8, and the handrail body 7 along the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4. Each movable hook unit 9 includes a pair of hook portions f and f on both sides, and the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 is sandwiched from both inside and outside, and the inside hook portion f is lateral to the scaffolding frame 4. A swing lever 20 having a U-shaped hook F hooked to the material 2 provided at the tip is pivotally connected to a release operation horizontal bar 8 and a handrail body 7. 20, the hook F sandwiches the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 and the cross member 2 It can swing between a hooking posture that can be stopped and a hook releasing posture in which the hook F is retracted from the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding frame 4 to the handrail main body 7 side. 8 is held in the latching posture by its own weight, and the horizontal bar 8 is lifted to swing from the latching posture to change the posture to the latching release posture. When installing T, the horizontal bar 8 for release operation is lifted so that the swing lever 20 of each movable hook unit 9 is in the latch release posture, and the handrail body 7 is placed between the building frames 4 and 4 for both scaffolds. What is necessary is just to insert in the predetermined height position between the vertical members 1 and 1 which oppose, and when the handrail main body 7 installed in the predetermined position of the lower stage side scaffold is moved to an upper stage side scaffold, the handrail main body 7 is grasped and left as it is. If you slide along the vertical members 1, 1 of the building frames 4, 4 on both sides scaffolding When the handrail main body 7 is sequentially moved downward when the frame scaffold is disassembled, the handrail main body 7 is lifted and the swing lever 20 of the movable hook unit 9 is in the latch release posture. 7 can be slid down, so that the handrail main body 7 can be installed at a predetermined position, moved upward and downward from that position quickly and easily with a simple operation. In particular, according to the safety handrail T, in order to change the swing lever 20 from the latching posture to the latching release posture, it is only necessary to lift one place on the center side of the horizontal bar 8 for the releasing operation. It will be very easy.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the handrail main body side gripping bar 19 is provided on the handrail main body 7 so that the release operation horizontal bar 8 and the handrail main body side gripping bar 19 can be connected during the lifting operation of the release operation horizontal bar 8. By holding together, the release operation horizontal bar 8 can be easily lifted, and the release operation horizontal bar 8 can be easily and easily changed from the latching posture to the latching release posture.

According to the third aspect of the invention, the guide means 10 attaches the horizontal shaft body 27 to the movable bracket 26 that pivotally supports a plurality of rollers 31, and the horizontal shaft body 33 is attached to the fixed bracket 34 on the handrail body 7 side. A spring 35 is interposed between the horizontal shaft 33 and the fixed bracket 34 so that the roller 31 is always pressed against the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 so as to be horizontally movable. A lock lever 36 that pulls the horizontal shaft body 33 against the spring 35 so that the roller 31 is retracted from the vertical member 1 to the handrail body 7 side at the front end portion of the shaft body 33 and locks to the pulled position. Since it is pivotally attached, the lock lever 36 is operated only when the handrail body 7 is inserted between the vertical members 1 and 1 of the building frames 4 and 4 for both scaffolds, or removed from between the vertical members 1 and 1, The state in which the roller 31 is retracted from the vertical member 1 to the handrail body 7 side What is necessary is just to lock, and in the state in which the handrail main body 7 is installed, the handrail main body 7 is freely moved in the vertical direction while guiding the handrail main body 7 along the vertical members 1 and 1 while keeping the roller 31 in pressure contact with the vertical member 1 at all times. Can be made.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are schematic perspective views showing a use state of the safety handrail T according to the present invention, and FIG. 3A is an enlarged front view of the safety handrail T in a state, FIG. 3A is an enlarged view of a portion indicated by an arrow X in FIG. 2, FIG. 3B is a plan view of the portion indicated by X, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the portion indicated by arrow Y, (d) is a plan view of the portion indicated by Y, (e) is a left side view of the portion indicated by Y, and (a) of FIG. The enlarged view of the part shown by the arrow Z, (b) is a top view of the part shown by the same Z.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the safety handrail T includes a rectangular frame-shaped handrail main body 7 disposed between the opposing vertical members 1 and 1 of the scaffolding frames 4 and 4, and the handrail main body 7. The release operation horizontal bar 8 attached to the release operation horizontal bar 8, the movable hook unit 9 provided on both ends of the release operation horizontal bar 8, and the both sides of the handrail body 7 are provided respectively. The guide rail body 7 is constituted by guide means 10 for guiding the handrail main body 7 along the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the scaffolding frame 4 has a substantially portal shape by a pair of left and right vertical members 1, 1, a cross member 2 connecting the upper ends of both vertical members 1, 1, and a reinforcing frame 3. Is formed.

The structure of the safety handrail T will be described in more detail. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the handrail main body 7 includes upper and lower horizontal frames 11 and 12, left and right vertical frames 13 and 13, an upper middle rail 14, and left and right The middle vertical bars 15 and 15 and a plurality of upper and lower middle horizontal bars 16 are formed in a rectangular frame shape. Each of the left and right vertical frames 13 is formed by joining the upper vertical frame portion 13a and the lower vertical frame portion 13b in a partially overlapped state, and the upper middle rail 14 has substantially L-shaped members 14a and 14a. Are formed by joining them symmetrically.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 (c) to (e), the release operation horizontal bar 8 is attached so as to move up and down within a certain range along the left and right middle vertical bars 15 and 15 of the handrail main body 7. Yes. That is, the release operation horizontal bar 8 is slidably inserted vertically through slits S formed so as to penetrate the required portions of the right and left middle vertical bars 15 and 15 made of a rectangular tube material in the left-right direction. In addition, a substantially L-shaped connecting member 17 is attached to each end of the horizontal bar 8 with bolts 18.

As can be seen from FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), each movable hook unit 9 sandwiches the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 from both the inner and outer sides by a pair of hook portions f and f on both sides and the inner hook portion. The swing lever 20 provided with a hook F having a U-shape in plan view formed so that f is hooked to the cross member 2 of the scaffolding frame 4 is provided at the distal end of the horizontal bar 8 for release operation and the handrail body 7. The swing lever 20 is one of the (inner side) of the swing lever 20 with the hook F sandwiching the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4. A hooking posture in which the hook part f can be hooked on the cross member 2 ((a) in FIG. 3)
3) and the hook release position in which the hook F is retracted from the vertical members 1 and 2 of the scaffolding frame 4 to the handrail body 7 side (indicated by the phantom lines in FIG. 3A). The posture can be changed to the posture), and is normally held in the latching posture by the weight of the release operation horizontal bar 8 as shown by the solid line in FIG. Is lifted to swing around the pivot shaft 22 on the handrail body 7 side to change the posture from the latching posture to the latching release posture, whereby the hook F is fixed to the vertical member 1 and the side of the scaffolding frame 4. It is in a state of being retracted from the material 2.

The mounting state of the swing lever 20 will be described in more detail. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, predetermined positions of the upper and lower vertical frame portions 13a and 13b of the left and right vertical frames 13 are shown. A bracket 24 having a U-shape in plan view is attached with a rivet 25 and passes through slits x, y, z formed in the upper vertical frame portion 13a, the lower vertical frame portion 13b, and the bracket 24, respectively. The swing lever 20 is pivotally attached to the bracket 24 by the pivot shaft 23 at a position near the end opposite to the hook F side so that the angle range can be swung up and down. Further, the swing lever 20 has a projecting end portion of an L-shaped connecting member 17 whose ends opposite to the end portion on the hook F side close to the pivot shaft 23 are respectively attached to both end portions of the horizontal bar 8 for release operation. The shaft insertion hole 20a of the swing lever 20 through which the pivot shaft 22 is inserted is an arc-shaped elongated hole as shown in FIG. 3 (a). .

Therefore, the swing lever 20 is normally positioned in a horizontal posture by pressing the portion from the pivot shaft 23 to the hook F against the upper ends of the slits x and y of the upper vertical frame portion 13a and the lower vertical frame portion 13b. In addition to being restricted, a downward load due to the weight of the release operation horizontal bar 8 is applied to the end opposite to the hook F side end, thereby maintaining the horizontal latching posture as shown by the solid line in FIG. Thus, when the release operation horizontal bar 8 is lifted with respect to the handrail body 7 from this horizontal hooking posture, the swing lever 20 is lifted at the end opposite to the hook F side end. The hook F side end portion pivots downward about the pivot shaft 23, and the hook is released as shown in the phantom line in FIG. The pivot shafts 22 and 23 are each composed of a bolt.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 (c) and (e), the handrail body 7 is gripped together with the release operation horizontal bar 8 when the release operation horizontal bar 8 is lifted. A handrail main body side grab bar 19 for facilitating the lifting operation is provided in parallel with the release operation horizontal bar 8, and this handrail main body side grab bar 19 is provided on the uppermost intermediate rail 16 forming the handrail main body 7. Both ends are attached and fixed to the middle vertical rails 15 and 15 of the handrail main body 7 at a position slightly above the release operation horizontal bar 8 in the downward and hanging posture. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (e), the grip bar 19 has a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of an upper plate portion 19a and a rear plate portion 19b, and the upper plate portion 19a is formed of the release operation horizontal bar 8. It is located at the upper limit position, and is attached so that the back plate 19b is located outside the horizontal bar 8 for release operation, that is, on the back side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the guide means 10 for guiding the handrail body 7 along the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 has a height direction middle portion and a lower end portion 2 of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the handrail body 7. It is provided in the place. As can be seen from FIG. 3, each guide means 10 has a horizontal shaft body 28 mounted on a movable bracket 27 that pivotally supports two upper and lower rollers 26, 26 that are engaged and engaged with the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4. One end portion is attached, and the horizontal shaft body 28 is supported by a fixed bracket 29 attached to the vertical frame 13 of the handrail body 7 so as to be horizontally movable. A roller 26 is interposed between the horizontal shaft body 28 and the fixed bracket 29. A coil spring 30 that is urged so as to be in constant pressure contact with the vertical member 1 of the scaffold building frame 4 is interposed, and a roller 26 and a movable bracket 27 are provided at the distal end portion of the horizontal shaft body 28. The horizontal shaft 28 is pulled against the coil spring 30 so as to retreat from 1 to the handrail body 7 side, and a lock lever 31 that locks to the pulled position is pivotally attached by a bolt 32. The fixing bracket 29 is attached and fixed to the vertical frame 13 with bolts and nuts 34 via a U-shaped frame-shaped mounting bracket 33 fitted to the vertical frame 13 of the handrail body 7.

In FIG. 4, a state in which the roller 26 is pressed and engaged with the longitudinal member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 by the urging force of the coil spring 30 is indicated by a solid line. In this state, the lock lever 31 is in a suspended position as shown in the figure. Therefore, when the lock lever 31 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to FIG. 4 from the state shown in FIG. 4, the arcuate portion 31o of the substantially trapezoidal guide portion 31a formed at the base end portion of the lock lever 31 is formed. The horizontal shaft body 28 is pulled while being in contact with the front end surface 29a of the fixed bracket 29, the coil spring 30 is compressed, and the lock lever 31 is in the horizontal posture as shown by the phantom line in FIG. When the stopper 31b comes into contact with the rear end surface 29a of the fixed bracket 29, the roller 26 and the movable bracket 27 are locked at the retracted position where the roller 26 and the movable bracket 27 are retracted from the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 to the handrail body 7 side.

In this embodiment, the guide means 10 is provided at two locations, that is, the middle step portion and the lower end portion of each vertical frame 13 of the handrail body 7, but it may be provided at only one location of the middle step portion. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 35 denotes an auxiliary guide provided in the middle between the middle stage side guide means 10 and the lower end side guide means 10 of each vertical frame 13 and is made of a U-shaped member in plan view. In the state shown, it is attached to the vertical frame 13 so that a slight gap is formed between the opposing surfaces of the auxiliary guide and the vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4.

Next, a method for assembling a frame scaffold using the safety handrail T configured as described above will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), a pair of scaffolding frames 4 and 4 are arranged at the front and back, and a crossing difference 5 is made between the vertical members 1 and 1 of both the building frames 4 and 4 facing each other. The scaffolding plate 6 is stretched between the two cross members 2 and 2 to assemble the first stage scaffold, and the safety handrail T is installed on the first stage scaffold. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the safety handrail T is installed on the front side of the scaffolding of each stage because of the complicated display of the drawing. Similarly, a safety handrail T is installed.

In installing the safety handrail T, the release operation horizontal bar 8 in the latching posture and the handrail main body side grip bar 19 on the upper side thereof are grasped with both hands, and the release operation horizontal bar 8 is held by the handrail main body. 7, the swing lever 20 of each movable hook unit 9 is brought into the inclined latch release posture as shown by the phantom line in FIG. The lock lever 31 is set sideways so that the roller 26 and the movable bracket 27 are drawn (retracted) toward the vertical frame 13 of the handrail body 7, and the handrail body 7 is used for both scaffolds in this state. After inserting at a predetermined height position between the opposing vertical members 1 and 1 of the building frames 4 and 4, as shown in FIG. 2, the lock lever 31 of each guide means 10 is rotated 90 ° downward from the lateral state. By taking a drooping posture The roller 26 engaged pressure engagement to the longitudinal member 1 of scaffolding Kenwaku 4.

Since the hand holding the release operation horizontal bar 8 of each movable hook unit 9 is released, each swing lever 20 changes its posture from the latch release posture to the latch posture by its own weight. The vertical member 1 of the scaffolding frame 4 is sandwiched between the hooks F of the swing levers 20 and the hook portion f inside the hook F is hooked on the transverse member 2 of the scaffolding frame 4. A safety handrail T is installed on the stage scaffold, and this state is shown in FIG. When the swing lever 20 is changed from the latch release posture to the latch posture, the release operation is performed after lifting the handrail body 7 so that the hook F is positioned above the cross member 2 of the scaffolding frame 4. The horizontal bar 8 is released.

By installing the safety handrail T on the first stage scaffold as described above, the assembly work of the second stage scaffold, that is, the second stage scaffolding frame 4 is added to the scaffolding frame 4 of the first stage scaffolding. , The work of hanging the crossing bars 5, 5 between the opposing vertical members 1, 1 of the two scaffolding frames 4, 4, and the scaffolding plate 6 between the cross members 2, 2. It is possible to carry out the work over the road safely.

Accordingly, the second-stage scaffolding frame 4 is added to the scaffolding frame 4 of the first-stage scaffolding, and crossing between the vertical members 1 and 1 of the opposite scaffolding frames 4, 4 is different. When the assembly work of the second stage scaffolding is completed by suspending 5 and spanning the scaffolding plate 6 between the opposing cross members 2 and 2 of the building frames 4 and 4 for both scaffolds, The safety handrail T on the second stage scaffolding is installed on the second stage scaffold. To install the safety handrail T on the second stage scaffolding, the handrail body 7 is attached to the first stage scaffolding frame 4. , 4 from the vertical members 1, 1 to the predetermined height position while sliding along the vertical members 1, 1 of the second-stage scaffolding frames 4, 4.

That is, in the state where the safety handrail T is installed on the first stage scaffold as shown in FIG. 1A, the swing lever 20 of each movable hook unit 9 has the hook F on the side of the scaffolding frame 4. Since it is only latched on the material 2, when the handrail body 7 is gripped and lifted, for example, by the upper horizontal frame 11, the swing lever 20 is horizontally latched as shown by the solid line in FIG. The hook F of the swing lever 20 hits the lower surface of the cross member 2 of the second-stage scaffolding building frame 4 when the handrail body 7 is further lifted as it is. When the lifting force exceeds the weight of the release operation horizontal bar 8, the swing lever 20 swings to the latch release posture as shown by the phantom line in FIG. If the lifting force of the handrail main body 7 is released after passing through the cross member 2, the swing lever 20 returns to the latching posture by the weight of the release operation horizontal bar 8 and the second stage scaffolding construction. It can be hooked on the cross member 2 of the frame 4. FIG. 1 (b) shows a state where the safety handrail T is installed on the second stage scaffold.

Thereafter, the same work as described above is repeated, and the frame scaffolding is sequentially assembled in multiple stages while installing the safety handrail T on the lower stage scaffolding prior to the assembly of the upper stage scaffolding for each stage. go.

In addition, when disassembling and removing the frame scaffold assembled in a multi-stage shape as described above, the safety handrail T is sequentially slid downward while disassembling the frame scaffold in the reverse order of the assembly operation described above. Therefore, the disassembly work of the frame scaffold can be performed quickly and easily and safely.

When the safety handrail T is sequentially slid downward when the frame scaffold is disassembled as described above, the release operation horizontal bar 8 is lifted with respect to the handrail body 7, and the swing lever 20 of each movable hook unit 9 is moved to the position shown in FIG. The handrail main body 7 may be slid down along the longitudinal members 1 and 1 of the two scaffolding building frames 4 and 4 in the state of the inclined latch release posture as shown in the phantom line of FIG.

Further, when removing the safety handrail T from the frame scaffold, the lock lever 36 of each guide means 10 is set sideways, and the roller 26 and the movable bracket 27 are drawn (retracted) to the vertical frame 13 side of the handrail body 7. In this state, the handrail main body 7 may be removed from the opposing vertical members 1 and 1 of the building frames 4 and 4 for both scaffolds.

As can be seen from the above description, the safety handrail T according to the present invention includes a rectangular frame-shaped handrail main body 7, a release operation horizontal bar 8 attached to the handrail main body 7 so as to allow only a vertical movement, and the release operation horizontal bar 8. The swing bar 20 is composed of a movable hook unit 9 provided on both ends of the horizontal bar 8 and guide means 10 provided on both ends of the handrail body 7. The swing lever 20 has a hook F for scaffolding. A hooking posture that sandwiches the vertical member 1 of the building frame 4 and can be hooked to the horizontal member 2 and the hook F is retracted from the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding building frame 4 to the handrail body 7 side. It can be swung to the release posture, and is always held in the latching posture by the weight of the horizontal bar 8 for the release operation. By lifting the horizontal bar 8, it swings from the latching posture to the latch releasing posture. Since it is designed to change, install a safety handrail T At the time, the horizontal bar 8 for the release operation is lifted and the swing lever 20 of each movable hook unit 9 is set to the latch release posture, and the handrail main body 7 is a vertical member facing the building frames 4 and 4 for both scaffolds. 1 and 1 is inserted at a predetermined height position, and when the handrail body 7 installed at a predetermined position on the lower stage scaffold is moved to the upper stage scaffold, the handrail body 7 is held and the building for the two-sided scaffold is left as it is. What is necessary is just to slide along the vertical members 1 and 1 of the frames 4 and 4, and when moving the handrail main body 7 sequentially at the time of disassembling the frame scaffold, the release operation horizontal bar 8 is moved with respect to the handrail main body 7. The handrail main body 7 may be slid down in a state where the swing lever 20 of the movable hook unit 9 is lifted and in the latch release posture.

Therefore, the installation of the handrail body 7 at a predetermined position, the upward movement from the position, and the downward movement can be performed quickly and easily with a simple operation. In particular, according to the safety handrail T of the present invention, in order to change the swing lever 20 from the latching posture to the latching release posture, it is only necessary to lift one place on the center side of the horizontal bar 8 for the release operation. At this time, if the release operation horizontal bar 8 and the handrail main body side grip bar 19 are held together, the release operation horizontal bar 8 can be lifted very easily.
