Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a corner outer wall and a coating method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional corner outer walls are described in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-503 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-119514.
The method described in the above Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-503 is a method of forming a corner outer wall by cutting a V-shaped groove from the back surface of a plate material, applying an adhesive to the inner surface of the V-shaped groove, The plate material divided by the groove is bonded via the inner surface of the V-shaped groove.
Further, the corner outer wall described in the above Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-119514 is bonded to the outer wall and the outer wall at an angle of less than 180 °, and the bonded portion is bonded with an adhesive, and the protruding outer surface around the bonded portion is shaved. The adhesive in the joint is exposed to the protruding outer surface.
By attaching the corner outer wall to the corner portion of the building, the expansion and contraction force of the outer wall is concentrated on the joint portion of the corner outer wall, and the problem is that a crack occurs in the joint portion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional corner outer wall, when the adhesive strength of the joint is insufficient or the adhesive deteriorates with time, the joint is cracked due to expansion and contraction of the outer wall, and the joint strength of the joint is reduced. The problem was not solved.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to improve the joint strength of the joint, reduce the occurrence of cracks in the joint, and have excellent design characteristics. Is to provide an outer wall.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the first aspect of the present invention, in the corner outer wall formed by joining the outer wall and the outer wall at an angle of less than 180 ° and bonding the joined portion with an adhesive, the outer wall protrudes across the outer wall along the joined portion. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is attached to the side outer wall surface, and a step between the both end edges sandwiching the adhesive tape joining portion and the outer wall surface is filled with a filler and is coated from above.
[0006]
In the first aspect of the present invention, a preferable example of the adhesive for the joint is one having heat resistance and water resistance, which is liquid at the time of application and which reacts and cures over time. . Specific examples include acrylic adhesives, epoxy adhesives, urethane adhesives, and modified silicon adhesives. In particular, an elastic adhesive having elasticity after reaction hardening like a modified silicon adhesive is preferable.
[0007]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the adhesive tape preferably has elasticity. The adhesive tape has elasticity means, for example, a material obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to a base material having elasticity such as a synthetic resin foam sheet such as polyethylene or polyurethane, or a sheet of a suitably crosslinked acrylic foam pressure-sensitive adhesive. The thing formed in the shape can be mentioned.
[0008]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the filler preferably has elasticity. Examples of the filler having elasticity include an elastic sealing material such as polyurethane, polysulfide, and silicone, or an elastic paint made of acrylic rubber, polyurethane, chloroprene rubber, and the like.
[0009]
In the invention described in claim 1, a preferred example of the paint used for painting is water-impermeable, and the applied paint forms a water-impermeable coating film. As such a paint, either a paint mainly composed of a synthetic resin solution in which a synthetic resin is dissolved in an organic solvent or a paint mainly composed of a synthetic resin emulsion in which a synthetic resin is dispersed in water may be used. . Specifically, paints mainly composed of acrylic resins and acrylic-styrene resins and paints mainly composed of urethane resins can be mentioned.
[0010]
The present invention according to claim 2 is a method of painting a corner outer wall in which the outer wall and the outer wall are joined at an angle of less than 180 °, and the joined portion is bonded with an adhesive, and straddles both outer walls along the joined portion. Thus, an adhesive tape is attached to the outer wall surface of the protruding side, and an elastic paint or a sealing material is applied to a step portion between the both end edges and the outer wall surface sandwiching the joint portion of the adhesive tape.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the corner outer wall coating method according to the second aspect, an elastic paint or a sealing material is applied to the stepped portion between the outer surface of the adhesive tape and both end edges sandwiching the joint portion and the outer wall surface. It is characterized by that.
[0012]
As the elastic paint or sealing material according to claim 2 or 3, the above-mentioned elastic paint or elastic sealing material is preferably used.
[0013]
(Function)
The corner outer wall according to claim 1 has adhesive tape attached to the projecting side outer wall surface along both joints along the joint portion, and fills the step between the both edges and the outer wall surface sandwiching the joint portion of the adhesive tape. Since it is buried with the material and painted from above, the joint is reinforced with the adhesive tape and the joint strength is improved. Therefore, it is difficult for the adhesive layer to be displaced and the adhesive layer to break (crack). For example, even if a crack occurs, it is insulated by the adhesive tape layer and does not reach the coating layer. And since the level | step difference of the both-ends edge and the outer wall surface which pinched | interposed the junction part of the adhesive tape is filled up with the filler, the level | step difference of the adhesive tape after coating is not visible, and it is excellent in design property. Moreover, it becomes difficult to generate peeling from the end portion of the adhesive.
[0014]
4. The method of painting a corner outer wall according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a step portion between the both end edges and the outer wall surface sandwiching the joint portion of the adhesive tape, or a step portion between the both end edges sandwiching the outer surface and the joint portion and the outer wall surface. Since an elastic paint or a sealing material is applied to the outer wall, when the entire outer wall is subsequently coated, it is possible to obtain a corner outer wall with excellent design that does not show the step of the adhesive tape. Moreover, it becomes difficult to generate peeling from the end portion of the adhesive.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 (a) is a perspective view of a corner outer wall, (b) is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part of FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional explanatory view of countermeasures when a crack is generated on the corner outer wall. A corner outer wall and a coating method thereof will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a corner outer wall, and this corner outer wall 1 is used by being attached to an outer wall corner portion of a building.
The corner outer wall 1 has a main body formed by abutting and joining the long sides so that the outer wall 2 and the outer wall 2 made of a long wood piece cement plate are at an angle K of 90 °. The butt joint 21 is liquid at the time of application, and the outer wall 2 and the outer wall 2 are bonded together with a urethane-based adhesive 3 having water resistance after reaction hardening. The adhesive 3 applied to the butt joint 21 is caused to flow out by being brought into a pressed state, and the thickness of the adhesive is made constant.
[0017]
The corner outer wall 1 has an adhesive 3 placed on the indoor side surface extending along the butt joint portion 21 and straddling the outer walls 2 and 2, and the indoor side joint portion 31 is formed by the accumulated adhesive 3. ing.
In addition, although the adhesive agent 3 which forms this indoor side junction part 31 utilizes what was made to flow out indoors by making the butt | joint junction part 21 into a pressing state, another adhesive agent, for example, Epoxy-based and modified silicon-based adhesives may be used.
Furthermore, the corner outer wall 1 has a stepped corner formed on both sides by cutting off the apex on the outdoor side, and the adhesive 3 is applied to the surface of the corner to form an arc-shaped outdoor joint 32. Has been.
[0018]
The adhesive 3 that forms the outdoor side joint portion 32 may be the same as the adhesive of the butt joint portion 21 or may be different. That is, when the adhesives of the butt joint 21, the indoor joint 31, and the outdoor joint 32 are all the same, any two may be the same, or both may be different. With these adhesives, the bonding between the outer wall 2 and the outer wall 2 is further strengthened.
[0019]
Reference numeral 4 denotes an elastic tape with a coating layer, which is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which an acrylic paint is previously applied to the upper surface side and an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive material is applied to the lower surface side using a urethane nonwoven fabric as a base material. This elastic tape 4 with a coating layer is made into a roll-shaped roll with a release paper in between, and when used, a tape sticking jig (not shown) is used, or while rewinding by hand, as shown in FIG. Affixed along the longitudinal direction to the joint of the corner outer wall. The end portions of the intermediate coated elastic tape 4 are folded at both ends of the corner outer wall 1 so as to reach the indoor side as shown in FIG.
[0020]
Reference numeral 5 denotes an acrylic step-filling elastic paint, which is a filler for filling a step formed between the elastic tape 4 with a coating layer and the corner outer wall. The step filling amount is applied by an airless gun (not shown) with a gun tip having a diameter of 0.7 mm, or is applied only to the step portion using a medium hair roller R having a hair length of 25 mm. Then, using a short hair roller R having a hair length of 14 mm or a medium hair roller R having a hair length of 25 mm, the stepped portion is smoothed to make the surface uniform.
Then, it is conveyed to the coating line, and the undercoat 62 and the topcoat 61 are applied to the entire surface of the corner outer wall 1 to form the coating film 6 and finish it.
The corner outer wall 1 of the present invention is excellent in design because the steps and the coating method do not show the step of the elastic tape 4 with a coating layer. Moreover, the effect which prevents peeling of the elastic tape 4 with a coating layer by the level | step difference filling paint 5 is also acquired.
[0021]
The corner outer wall 1 is joined within a range where the corner angle K is 90 ° ± 1 °, but when the angle is changed by −1 ° and the angle between the outer wall 2 and the outer wall 2 becomes 89 °, the apex portion opens. The width becomes 0.3 mm, and cracks 7 are generated on the coating film surface 6 as shown in FIG. 6 in the conventional corner outer wall, resulting in a decrease in appearance quality and a decrease in durability.
In the corner outer wall 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the crack portion 7 and the coating surface 6 are insulated by the elastic tape 4 with a coating layer until the opening width of the apex portion is 0.5 mm. 6 prevents the occurrence of cracks, maintains the appearance quality, and provides the corner outer wall 1 with excellent durability. It should be noted that the elongation rate is reduced upward from the elastic tape 4 with each coating layer, and the difference in elongation rate between the three layers is alleviated.
[0022]
(Example 2)
FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part of the corner outer wall, and FIG. A corner outer wall and a coating method thereof will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0023]
In FIG. 4, 1A is a corner outer wall, and it is the same until Example 1 and the process (refer FIG. 5 (a)) of sticking the elastic tape 4 with a coating layer. Then, a step filling paint is applied as shown in FIG. Here, the paint tank T is pumped to the paint gun G by the pump P, and the paint gun G pushes the paint in a curtain shape in an airless manner, thereby enabling painting with a uniform paint thickness and width. The gun tip has a clearance of 0.1 mm and a width corresponding to the coating width. In this way, the same acrylic step-filling paint as in Example 1 is applied to the both end edges sandwiching the entire surface of the elastic tape 4 with the coating layer and the joining portion of the tape to form the coating film 5A. Furthermore, the corner outer wall 1A is obtained by forming the coating film 6 made of the top coat 61 and the undercoat 62 paint on the entire corner outer wall 1A.
[0024]
Compared with Example 1, Example 2 differs from Example 1 in that a step-filling coating is applied to both ends of the intermediate-coated elastic tape 4 and both ends of the tape at the joints to form a coating film 5A. Even in this embodiment, the step of the elastic tape 4 with the coating layer is not visible, and the design is excellent. Moreover, peeling of the elastic tape 4 with a coating layer is prevented, generation | occurrence | production of the crack of the coating film 6 is prevented, external appearance quality is maintained, and the corner outer wall 1A excellent in durability is obtained. It should be noted that the elongation rate is made smaller from the elastic tape 4 with each coating layer, and the difference in the elongation rate between the three layers is alleviated.
[0025]
Further, in the second embodiment, since the step filling paint is applied by the above-described coating method, a prescribed amount of paint can be applied to only the apex portion of the corner outer wall without masking, and the workability is excellent.

【The invention's effect】
The corner outer wall according to claim 1 has adhesive tape attached to the projecting side outer wall surface along both joints along the joint portion, and fills the step between the both end edges sandwiching the joint portion of the adhesive tape and the outer wall surface. Since it is filled with the material and painted from above, the joint is reinforced with the adhesive tape and the joint strength is improved. Therefore, it is difficult for the adhesive layer to be displaced and the adhesive layer to break (crack). For example, even if a crack occurs, it is insulated by the adhesive tape layer and does not reach the coating layer. And since the level | step difference of the both-ends edge and the outer wall surface which pinched | interposed the junction part of the adhesive tape is filled with the filler, the level | step difference of the adhesive tape after coating is not visible, and it is excellent in design property and durability. Moreover, it becomes difficult to generate peeling from the end portion of the adhesive.
[0027]
The corner outer wall coating method according to claim 2 and 3 is elastic to a stepped portion between both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape and the outer wall surface, or a stepped portion between both end edges sandwiching the outer surface and the joint portion and the outer wall surface. Since the coating material or the sealing material is applied, a corner outer wall having excellent design and durability in which the steps of the adhesive tape are not visible can be obtained when the entire outer wall is subsequently coated. Moreover, it becomes difficult to generate peeling from the end portion of the adhesive.
