Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laying structure of a floor decorative material laid on a floor such as a balcony, a veranda, or a terrace.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a laying structure of a floor material (deck material) on a balcony or a veranda, a plurality of fixed substrates having locking grooves are screwed onto the joists as conventionally found in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-51563. At the same time, a structure has been adopted in which the protrusion on the back side of the long deck material cut to the size of the balcony or the like is press-fitted into the locking groove of each fixed substrate.
[0003]
On the other hand, in recent years, as a flooring material that covers the floors of balconies and verandas made of concrete, etc., a rigid synthetic resin is formed into a rectangular shape, and a drainage space is formed between the back side and the laying surface. Unit-type floor decorative material with a structure in which a surface material such as wood or tile is locked or bonded and fixed to the upper surface of a floor material body (resin mat) formed integrally with a plurality of legs A unit-type floor decorative material having a structure in which a floor material body and a resin surface material are integrally molded has been put into practical use.
[0004]
When such unit-type flooring materials are laid outside such as balconies and verandas, the entire flooring material may swell when wind blows into the bottom surface of the flooring material, which eliminates this For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-10191, when a floor is constructed by laying a tile unit (floor decorative material), a resin floor having a water permeable opening in at least a part of the periphery of the floor. A tile unit laying structure has been proposed in which mats are laid to reduce the effects of wind.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the laying structure described in JP-A-7-10191 described above, when laying a relatively heavy flooring material such as a tile on the floor surface of a balcony or the like surrounded by a rising wall, Although a certain degree of effect can be expected, when a lightweight floor decorative material F made of resin is laid on the balcony V with a handrail as shown in FIG. 10, the wind passing through the handrail H at the end of the balcony There is a possibility that the floor decoration material F enters the lower surface side and the entire floor decoration material is rolled up and blown off.
[0006]
In addition, such problems can be caused by typhoons with wind speeds of 50 m / s or higher, or when gusts with a large instantaneous wind speed blow, or on floors with low parapets or on floors with large areas such as roofs. It may also occur when laying in
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a structure for laying a floor covering material that can prevent wind-up when the floor covering material is laid on a balcony or a veranda. To do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the laying structure of the present invention is a laying structure of a floor decorative material that constitutes a floor by laying unit type floor decorative material on the floor surface of a veranda, a balcony, a rooftop, etc. Floor decorative materials provided with legs on the back side and at least one connecting plate having a hole for insertion between the legs are arranged on at least a part of the floor to be laid, A predetermined number of floor decorative materials are connected by a long bar inserted into each connecting plate, and the long bar is connected to a structure located in the vicinity of laying the floor via a connecting member. At the same time, one end of the long bar-like object is bent in a step shape, and the step-like bent portion is arranged between the legs of the floor decorative material.
[0009]
In this way, the floor decorative material to be placed on the end portion of the floor is connected and integrated by a long bar-shaped object, and the long bar-shaped object is further fixed to a handrail column, etc. Even if the wind passing through the floor enters into the lower surface of the floor decorative material and the floor decorative material rolls up (sprays) from the end, the units of the floor decorative material are not disconnected and scattered.
[0010]
Moreover, since a stepped bent part is formed at one end of the long bar-shaped object, and the bent part of the long bar-shaped object is arranged between the legs of the floor decorative material, The position in the axial direction of the long bar-shaped object is fixed with respect to the floor decorative material, whereby the long bar-shaped object can be prevented from being detached from the floor decorative material due to thermal expansion and contraction of the floor decorative material or wind.
[0011]
Here, in this type of floor decorative material, generally, the units are connected by fitting the male / female connecting portion, and the male / female fitting portion has a slide mechanism for absorbing thermal expansion and contraction. In addition, when such a floor decorative material is connected with a long bar-like object, it is considered that the sliding effect at the male / female fitting portion is impaired, but in the laying structure of the present invention, the long bar-like object is attached to the connecting plate. Since it is merely inserted into the hole, such a problem does not occur.
[0012]
In addition, when connecting a floor decorative material provided with a connecting plate with a mere long bar-shaped object made of metal (a straight bar-shaped object having no step-like bent portion or the like), the linear expansion of the floor decorative material and the long bar-shaped object When the floor decorative material shrinks due to the different rates, the ends of the long bars adjacent to each other may collide with each other and the flooring material laying surface may be lifted. Although there is a possibility that the long bar-like object may come off from the connecting plate (risk of scattering), in the present invention, one end of the long bar-like object is bent in a step shape, so that it is illustrated in FIG. In addition, it is possible to arrange the end portion of the straight portion 6b of the long rod-shaped object (stainless steel pipe 6) in a state where a gap is opened in the bent portion 6a of the adjacent long rod-shaped material. Absorbs the difference in thermal expansion and contraction (difference in linear expansion coefficient) between the floor decorative material F1 and the long bar. The results can be, it is possible to avoid the risk of lifting-scattering of the laying surface as described above.
[0013]
In addition, the material of the elongate rod-shaped object used for the laying structure of this invention is not specifically limited, For example, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, resin etc. can be mentioned. Of these, stainless steel is preferable in view of anticorrosion. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the long rod-like object is preferably a solid or hollow circular cross-section.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0015]

Further, the flooring main body 11 is provided with a plurality of female connecting portions 13... 13 having connecting holes 13a at two edge portions adjacent to each other at a constant pitch. On the opposite side, male connecting portions 14,... 14 are provided in a positional relationship corresponding to the female connecting portions 13,..., Respectively. ) Can be interconnected.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 3 (A) and 3 (B), the other floor decorative material (with a cocoon-like connection plate) F1 is a square (30 cm square) floor material body 1 formed by molding a hard synthetic resin into a cocoon-like shape. The plurality of legs 1a, 1a are integrally formed on the back side thereof.
[0019]
The flooring main body 1 is provided with a plurality of female connecting portions 3... 3 having connecting holes 3 a at the end edges of two adjacent sides at a constant pitch. On each of the opposite sides, male connecting portions 4... 4 are provided in a positional relationship corresponding to the female connecting portions 3... 3, and a plurality of units (floor makeup) are made using these male and female connecting portions. Material) can be connected to each other. The female connecting portion 3 and the male connecting portion 4 of the floor decorative material F1 have the same shape and dimensions as the female connecting portion 13 and the male connecting portion 14 of the floor decorative material F, and the floor decorative material F1. And the floor decorative material F can be connected.
[0020]
In addition, on the back side of the flooring main body 1, connecting plates 5 are integrally formed at the edge portions (each at two locations) of each side. A circular hole 5a is formed in the central portion of the connecting plate 5 for passing a stainless steel pipe 6 (FIG. 4) described later. In addition, the diameter of the hole 5a of the connecting plate 5 is preferably a dimension with a margin of about 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm with respect to the diameter of the stainless pipe 6, but if the stainless pipe 6 can be inserted, The dimensions are not particularly limited. The thickness of the connecting plate 5 is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 3 mm.
[0021]
The stainless steel pipe 6 is a pipe having a diameter of 6 mm, and as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the bent portion 6a can be disposed between the leg 1a and the leg 1a of the floor decorative material F1, and the stainless pipe 6 is inserted into the hole 5a of the connecting plate 5 of the floor decorative material F1. With the leading end of the straight portion 6b inserted, the leading end of the bent portion 6a can be inserted into the hole 5a of the connecting plate 5 positioned in a direction perpendicular to the straight portion 6b.
[0022]
Note that the two types of floor decorative materials F and F1 used in the present embodiment are such that the connecting holes 3a and 13a of the female connecting portions 3 and 13 are long holes, respectively, and the floor decorative materials F and F1 in the laying state are provided. This structure can absorb the heat expansion and contraction at the male / female connecting portion.
