本発明は、パチンコ機に関する。

一般にパチンコ機は、外枠、前枠、遊技板、機構板などで概略構成される。前記前枠の一側上下部分にはピン型金具があり、一方、外枠の一側上下部分には軸受型金具があり、このピン型金具と軸受型金具の嵌め合いにより前枠が外枠前面に開閉動可能な状態で取り付けられている。また、前枠裏面には、桟枠部材が一体成形又はビス着されており、該桟枠部材の中に遊技板が嵌まり込んでいる。遊技板は前記桟枠部材に対して着脱自在であり、該桟枠部材に設けたクランプ金具によって桟枠部材(前枠)にロックされている。

従来の順序で前枠を外枠に組み付ける場合の作業は、先に遊技板と機構板が取り付いていて前枠が非常に重いため過酷な重労働であった。また、前枠を外枠に組み付ける作業は、ピン型金具のピンを軸受型金具の軸孔に、しかも上下二箇所ほぼ同時に差し込むようになっているから、重い前枠を操って微妙なピン合わせが必要であり、作業性が極端に悪い不具合もあった。

上記の目的を達成するため本発明は、枠材で縦長長方形に枠組みした外枠と、外枠の前面に開閉動可能に装着した前枠と、該前枠に着脱自在に設置した遊技板と、その遊技板を前枠にロックするクランプ金具と、を備え、前記クランプ金具は、操作用の摘み片を有し、該摘み片を回動させて、摘み片が遊技板の側面近くに寄り添うクランプ位置と、摘み片が遊技板の外側に跳ね上がるアンクランプ位置と、を切り替えるものであって、前枠が外枠の正面に重なった閉じ位置にあるとき、クランプ金具のクランプ位置からアンクランプ位置への摘み片の回動軌道と外枠を構成する前記枠材の内面位置とが重なるようになっているパチンコ機において、前枠が閉じ位置にあるときの外枠の前記クランプ金具と対向する位置に、クランプ金具の摘み片のアンクランプ位置への跳ね上げを可能とする操作窓を設けたパチンコ機を提供する。

周知のようにパチンコ機は、外枠1、前枠2、遊技板3、機構板4などで概略構成される。

外枠1は、木製又は合成樹脂製であって、図1,図2に示したように、上下の枠材1a,1bと左右の枠材1c,1dで縦長長方形に枠組みし、その前面下縁に幕板1eを張設してなる。外枠1には正面向かって左側に、上のコーナー部分と前記幕板1e上面に夫々軸受型金具5が取り付けられている。また、外枠1の枠材1a,1c,1dには、後述するクランプ金具7に対応する位置に該クランプ金具7用の操作窓1wが貫設されている。図示した操作窓1wは、貫通穴の形態にしてあるが、枠材1a,1c,1dの前縁或いは後縁に開放するコ字状の切欠形態にしてもよい。なお、このような操作窓1wの形態は、全枠材1a,1c,1dで統一する場合と、統一しない場合があり、後者の場合、例えば、一つの枠材1a(1c,1d)に貫通穴形態の操作窓1wを、残りの枠材に切欠形態の操作窓1wを設ける、という具合になる。

前枠2は、木製又は合成樹脂製であって、その下端縁が前記外枠1の幕板1eの上端面に載る状態で外枠1の正面に設置される。前枠2は、大きな窓穴2wを有する額縁形態であって、裏面に前記窓穴2wを囲う状態で桟枠部材2aが固着(前枠2が合成樹脂製である場合は一体成形の場合もある。)されている。また、前枠2には正面向かって左側の上下両コーナー部分にピン型金具6が取り付けられており、該ピン型金具6のピン(図示せず)が前記外枠1の軸受型金具5の軸孔(図示せず)に嵌っている。従って、前枠2は、ピン型金具6のピンを中心として外枠1に対して開閉動自在である。

遊技板3は、ベニヤ板の表面に合成樹脂製の化粧板を貼着したものであって、図6に示したように桟枠部材2aの中に嵌まり込み、さらに、図10に示したように複数個(三個)のクランプ金具7,7,7でロックされている。該クランプ金具7は、桟枠部材2aから突出する回転軸8に回動自在に軸着した手回し構造であって、操作用の摘み片7aと、遊技板3の裏面をクランプする作用片7bとからなる。前記回転軸8には図3に示したように頂部に止めナット8aがあり、該止めナット8aとクランプ金具7の間に圧縮ばね8bが介装されていて遊技板3を押圧する方向の力が常時クランプ金具7に作用している。

機構板4は合成樹脂製であって、景品球用の球タンク9や景品球を放出する景品球放出装置10、また、入賞球を集める入賞球集合樋11や入賞球を処理する入賞球処理装置12などが集約設置されている。この機構板4は、遊技板3の裏面に重合する状態で上下二個のヒンジ具13,13により前枠2の桟枠部材2aに開閉動自在な状態で取り付けられている。

前記ヒンジ具13は、桟枠部材2a側に固着したヒンジ構成部品13aと、機構板4側に固着したヒンジ構成部品13bとの組み合わせである。桟枠部材2aのヒンジ構成部品13aは、桟枠部材2aに当接するビス止め用の台板13cと、該台板13cから直角に曲げ起こした軸受板13dと、その軸受板13dに穿設した軸孔13eとを有し、さらに台板13c後部(機構板4に対向する側)に軸孔13eに達する切欠部13fを設けてなる。なお、この切欠部13fは外に向かって広がるテーパ形状になっている。

一方、機構板4のヒンジ構成部品13bは、機構板4に当接するビス止め用の台板13gと、該台板13gから直角に曲げ起こした軸支板13hと、その軸支板13hに下向き突設したピン13jとを有する。該ヒンジ構成部品13bのピン13jは、基端部13j0と先端部13j1の太さが異なる段付き構造であって、基端部13j0の直径が前記軸孔13eにほぼ等しく、先端部13j1の直径が前記切欠部13fの最大広さにほぼ等しい。また、ピン13jの基端部13j0の長さは、軸支板13hの厚みより僅かに長い程度に設定してある。そして、パチンコ機の完成状態においては、桟枠部材2aのヒンジ構成部品13aの軸孔13eに機構板4のヒンジ構成部品13bのピン13jの基端部13j0が嵌って回動自在に接合する。なお、軸孔13eには切欠部13fが設けてあるが、ピン13jの基端部13j0の直径が該切欠部13fより大きいため外れない。

次ぎに、上記パチンコ機の製造(組立)方法について説明する。先ず、前枠2のピン型金具6と外枠1の軸受型金具5とを合体させて外枠1に前枠2を取り付ける。この段階において前枠2には遊技板3も機構板4もなく、発射装置14やスピーカー15(図1参照)など、ごく一部の部品だけしか取り付けられていないため軽量であり、それだけ外枠1への装着も容易である。なお、このとき枠材1a,1cに対応するクランプ金具7,7は、図10二点鎖線のクランプ位置に回動させておく必要がある。そうしなければ、クランプ金具7の摘み片7aが図2に示した外枠1のポイントPにぶつかるため、桟枠部材2aが外枠1内に入らないからである。但し、操作窓1wを枠材1a,1cの前縁に開放するコ字状形態にした場合は、クランプ金具7がアンクランプ位置にあってもぶつかるおそれがないため、クランプ金具7をクランプ位置に一々回動させる煩わしさがない。一方、枠材1dに対応する残りのクランプ金具7は、前枠2の回動中心近くにあるために摘み片7aが枠材1dの前縁を回り込むようにして移動する。従って、枠材1dに対応するクランプ金具7は、例え操作窓1wが貫通穴形態であっても、摘み片7aが枠材1dの前縁を回り込んで直接操作窓1wに飛び込むため、クランプ位置に回動させる必要がない。

次ぎに、外枠1の操作窓1wから指を入れ、図10実線のように全クランプ金具7をアンクランプ位置に回す。因に、従来のパチンコ機にはこのような操作窓1wがないため、桟枠部材2aが外枠1で囲われている状況下ではクランプ金具7の回動余地がない。それ故、従来のパチンコ機では、前枠2に遊技板3を設置してからその前枠2を外枠1に組み付けていたのである。

なお、前記のように用済みの操作窓1wを蓋部材1xで塞ぐようにした場合、定期的に行う遊技板3の嵌め換え作業などにおいてクランプ金具7の締め忘れ防止に効果がある。すなわち、操作窓1wが外枠1の前縁に開放するコ字状の形態である場合、用済みの操作窓1wを蓋部材1xで塞いでおけば、もしクランプ金具7を締め忘れたとしても、摘み片7aが蓋部材1xに衝突して前枠2が締まらない。また、操作窓1wが貫通穴形態か又は外枠1の後縁に開放するコ字状形態である場合、前記のように枠材1a,1cに対応するクランプ金具7,7は、図2中外枠1のポイントPに衝突するから蓋部材1xの有無に拘わらず締め忘れのおそれがないものの、枠材1dに対応する残りのクランプ金具7は、前記のように枠材1dの前縁を回り込むように移動するから、蓋部材1xが無ければ摘み片7aが操作窓1wに直接飛び込んで締め忘れに気付かないおそれがある。これに対して、枠材1dの操作窓1wを蓋部材1xで塞いでおけば、クランプ金具7の摘み片7aが枠材1dの前縁を回り込んだ後蓋部材1xにぶつかって止まるから、間違いなく締め忘れに気付く。もちろん、前記枠材1a,1cの操作窓1wを蓋部材1xで塞ぐことは自由である。

このように本実施形態の機構板4は、外枠1に組み付けたままの前枠2に対して該前枠2の裏面と垂直な方向に動かしてヒンジ具13のヒンジ構成部品13a,13b同士を接合させる、という特有の装着構造になっているが、一旦装着した後は従来通りヒンジ具13を中心として機構板4の開閉が可能であり、また、前枠2を開いて機構板4を持ち上げれば、ヒンジ構成部品13bのピン13jがヒンジ構成部品13aの軸孔13eから抜けるから、従来通りの要領で機構板4を着脱することができる。

以上のように本発明のパチンコ機は、外枠の操作窓を利用することにより、前枠を外枠に装着したままの状態でクランプ金具をクランプ位置からアンクランプ位置に自由に回動操作することができるため、前枠を外枠に先付けしてからでも該前枠に遊技板を取り付けてロックすることができる。これにより、前枠を外枠に組み付ける工程を遊技板を前枠に取着する工程より先に実行する、というようにパチンコ機の組立ラインを入れ換えることが可能であり、それによって作業者の肉体的負担の軽減及び生産効率の大幅アップ、という優れた効果を発揮する。
