Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sterilizing liquid metering method in aseptic filling in which a container is filled with food in a sterilized state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 62-15407 discloses a sterilization apparatus in which chambers are placed oppositely above and below a horizontal traveling path of a container, and sterilized by spraying a heat sterilizing liquid from a nozzle installed in each chamber. Are listed.
The aseptic filling method of filling a container with food is sterilized by spraying a hydrogen peroxide solution on a metal can or the like in a sterile room that has been sterilized by spraying the hydrogen peroxide solution used as a sterilizing solution. This is a filling method in which the food is filled in the container with the sterilized filling equipment so that the subsequent heat sterilization step is omitted to prevent the deterioration of the flavor of the food.
[0003]
In general, sterilization with a hydrogen peroxide solution is performed by attaching the hydrogen peroxide solution to the object to be sterilized in a fine mist, and drying and removing the hydrogen peroxide solution adhering to the object to be sterilized with aseptic heated air. If the hydrogen peroxide solution remains in the hydrogen peroxide solution supply pipe after the completion, the remaining hydrogen peroxide solution is added during the next sterilization, so that an excess amount of the hydrogen peroxide solution exceeds the predetermined amount. There arises a problem that the hydrogen peroxide solution remains on the object to be sterilized after the sterilization.
In order to solve this problem, the hydrogen peroxide solution to be supplied is measured and managed so that excessive supply does not occur in the supply pipe.
[0004]
FIG. 3 shows a conventional example of a hydrogen peroxide solution metering device.
This metering supply device 30 always feeds a fixed amount of hydrogen peroxide solution into the tank 31 from the injection tube 32 and causes excess hydrogen peroxide solution or foamed hydrogen peroxide solution to flow out of the discharge tube 33 to supply the supply source. The water level of the hydrogen peroxide solution in the tank 31 is kept constant.
In this state, the measuring cup 35 attached to the tip of the air cylinder 34 is pulled up from the state where it is submerged under the surface of the hydrogen peroxide solution as indicated by the broken line to the position indicated by the solid line, and the measuring cup 35 is measured. The hydrogen peroxide solution is sucked up from the supply pipe 36 and supplied to the spraying place.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional measuring supply device 30 has the measuring cup 35 attached to the tip of the air cylinder 34, when changing the supply capacity of the sterilizing solution such as hydrogen peroxide, it is necessary to replace the measuring cup with a different capacity. .
An object of the present invention is to provide a metering supply method in which the measuring cup does not need to be replaced when the desired supply capacity of the sterilizing solution is changed in the sterilizing solution metering supply apparatus of the above type.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention uses hydrogen peroxide water as a sterilizing liquid , the sterilizing liquid is constantly injected into the tank, the excess sterilizing liquid is discharged, and the measuring cup is installed in the tank where the liquid surface position of the sterilizing liquid is constant. In the method of measuring and supplying a sterilizing liquid by measuring the sterilizing liquid and sucking the measured sterilizing liquid in the measuring cup and supplying it to the sterilizing place, the volume of the measuring cup is inserted into the measuring cup. When the amount of the inserted block is changed and adjusted as desired, and when the measuring cup is filled with the sterilizing liquid, the level of the sterilizing liquid in the tank is lowered from the open end of the measuring cup to remove the sterilizing liquid in the measuring cup. This is a method for measuring and supplying a sterilizing liquid which is weighed and sucked up and supplied by the measuring cup.
As a method of lowering the level of the sterilizing liquid in the tank from the opening end of the measuring cup, the sterilizing liquid in the tank is discharged with the discharge valve, or the opening end of the drainage pipe is lowered from the opening end of the measuring cup. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention.
A tank 1 of the hydrogen peroxide solution measuring device shown in FIG. 1 includes a transparent cylindrical body 2 made of acrylic, an upper lid 3 and a bottom plate 4 that close both ends thereof, and a measuring cup 5 is installed on the bottom plate 4. The upper lid 3 has a servo motor 6 for moving the capacity adjusting block 7 inserted into the measuring cup 5 by a desired amount, an injection pipe 8 for supplying a constant amount of hydrogen peroxide solution into the tank, and a measuring cup. A supply pipe 9 that sucks up the hydrogen peroxide solution in 5 and supplies it to the spraying place is installed, and the tip of the supply pipe 9 is located close to the bottom in the measuring cup 5.
[0008]
The bottom plate 4 is attached such that the upper end opening of the drainage pipe 10 having a diameter larger than that of the injection pipe 8 is higher than the opening end of the measuring cup 5, and the discharge valve 11 is attached to the bottom of the bottom plate 4. ing.
[0009]
When a constant amount of hydrogen peroxide solution is constantly injected into the tank 1 from the injection tube 8, the measuring cup is filled with the hydrogen peroxide solution, and eventually bubbles and excess hydrogen peroxide solution are discharged from the opening of the drain tube 10. It overflows and flows out.
In this state, the servo motor 6 is actuated to insert the capacity adjustment block 7 located at the ascending position indicated by the broken line in the figure into the measuring cup 5, and the desired amount is lowered to the position indicated by the solid line so that the inside of the measuring cup 5 is reached. Weigh the hydrogen peroxide solution to the desired amount. At the same time, the discharge valve 11 located at the closed position indicated by the broken line is moved to the open position indicated by the solid line in the drawing and opened.
[0010]
Then, the hydrogen peroxide solution always injected from the injection pipe 8 and the hydrogen peroxide solution overflowing from the measuring cup 5 are discharged from the discharge valve 11, and the liquid level of the hydrogen peroxide solution in the tank is the opening of the measuring cup 5. It falls below the end, so that no new hydrogen peroxide solution flows into the measuring cup 5.
The hydrogen peroxide solution in the measuring cup 5 measured as described above is supplied from the supply pipe 9 to the spraying place.
[0011]
As another method of measuring a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide solution and supplying it to the spraying place, or when supplying a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide solution continuously, the capacity adjusting block 7 is placed in the measuring cup 5. The discharge valve 11 may be opened after holding a predetermined amount inserted and confirming that the hydrogen peroxide solution overflows and flows out from the drain tube 10.
[0012]
FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 only in that the drain valve 11 shown in FIG. 1 is eliminated and the configuration of the drain pipe 10 is changed instead. The same reference numerals as those in FIG.
A drain pipe 12 is attached to the bottom plate 4 ′ of the tank 1 ′, the opening end thereof is set at a position lower than the opening end of the measuring cup 5, and a hollow cylindrical body 13 is screwed inside the drain pipe 12. The body 13 is rotated by a servo motor 14 installed on the upper lid 3 ′ so that the position of the open end of the hollow cylindrical body 13 can be adjusted up and down.
[0013]
In this embodiment, the position of the open end of the hollow cylindrical body 13 is set to the ascending position indicated by a broken line in the figure, the hydrogen peroxide solution is injected into the tank 1 ′, and the hydrogen peroxide solution overflows from the drain pipe 12. After confirming the outflow, the position of the opening end of the hollow cylindrical body 13 is moved to a position lower than the opening end of the measuring cup 5. Since a new hydrogen peroxide solution does not flow into the measuring cup 5, the measured hydrogen peroxide solution in the measuring cup 5 is supplied from the supply pipe 9 to the spraying place.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention eliminates the need to replace the measuring cup when changing the desired supply volume of the hydrogen peroxide solution in the sterilizing liquid metering device.
