【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、景品等添付用の袋に関し、更に詳しくは、ボトル詰め商品に景品等を添付する際、好適に使用することのできる袋であって、景品、試用品、リーフレット等の内容物を安全に収納し、ボトルの首部に簡単に装着できると共に、装着された袋が垂れ下がってボトルに施されたデザイン面を隠すことをできるだけ避けられるようにした景品等添付用の袋に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、商品に、景品、試用品、リーフレットなどを添付して販売する際には、通常、それらの添付物を袋詰めし、例えば、その袋の上部など一部に帯状、スポット状などに接着剤を塗布し、商品の天面などに貼り付けて販売する方法が採られていた。

しかし、商品の容器がガラス瓶やプラスチックボトルなどの場合、天面はキャップであり面積が小さいため貼り付けが難しく、また、ボトルの側面に貼り付けたのでは、ボトルの表面に施されたデザインが隠される上、横方向の占有面積が広がるため輸送効率を低下させるなどの問題があった。
このため、例えば、添付物を収納した袋の上部など一部を折り返して、その部分に輪ゴムなどをホッチキス止めし、輪ゴムをボトルの首部に掛けるなどの添付方法が採られていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような添付方法を採った場合でも、添付物を取り出す際、ホッチキスの針を取り外すと、金属で小さく、特に幼児のいる家庭では危険であり、その廃棄処置が煩わしい問題があり、また、袋への輪ゴムの取り付け作業が手作業になるため、生産性が低く、コスト高になる問題があった。
更に、添付物を収納した袋が多少でも大きくなると、商品の販売時にボトルの首部から垂れ下がってボトルに施されたデザインを隠し、見えにくくすると共に、外観面でも好ましくない問題があった。

本発明は、このような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的とするところは、景品、試用品、リーフレットなどの内容物を収納し、ボトル詰め商品に添付して販売するために用いる袋であって、内容物を安全に収納でき、ボトルの首部への装着も容易で、更に、袋の寸法が多少大きい場合でも、ボトルへの取り付け位置を高くでき、ボトル表面に施されたデザインが隠されることを避けられるようにした景品等添付用の袋を低コストで生産性よく提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題は、以下の本発明により解決することができる。
即ち、請求項１に記載した発明は、景品等の内容物を収納し、ボトル詰め商品に添付するために用いる袋であって、該袋が、内容物の収納部と、該袋をボトルの首部に嵌め込むための装着部を有することを特徴とする景品等添付用の袋からなる。

本発明において、袋の材料は、特に限定はされないが、袋の生産性の点から、熱板シール、インパルスシール、溶断シールなどヒートシールにより製袋できるフィルム材料であることが好ましく、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンなどの熱接着可能な単体フィルムのほか、各種のフィルムまたは紙などを基材として、これにシーラント層を積層した積層材などを使用することができる。

前記装着部は、景品等の内容物を収納する袋とは別に、板紙などを打ち抜いて作製された装着部材を袋に接合して設けてもよく、また、収納部を形成する袋のヒートシール部など一部の袋材料を延長し、その部分にボトルの首部に嵌め込むための穴などを設ける方法で形成してもよい。

前記のような構成を採ることにより、本発明の景品等添付用の袋は、通常のプラスチックの単体フィルムまたは積層フィルム製の袋と同様な工程で生産性よく製袋して製造することができる。
内容物の充填についても、収納部の一端を開口させておくことにより、通常の袋と同様に、内容物や数量に応じて自動充填および手充填のいずれもが可能であり、充填後、ヒートシールして内容物を安全に密封することができる。
また、内容物が充填された袋をボトルの首部に装着する際も、例えば、袋の装着部にボトルのキャップまたは首部に対応する大きさの穴や切り目線などを設けておくことにより、容易に嵌め込んで装着することができる。

また、請求項１に記載した発明は、前記装着部が、内容物の収納部から延長された延長部と該延長部に設けられた切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の景品等添付用の袋からなる。

上記延長部に設ける切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部は、この部分をボトルの首部に嵌め込んで袋をボトルに装着するためのものであり、その形状は特に限定はされず自由に設計することができる。
切り目線で設ける場合は、例えば、延長部の中心部側から外側に向かって放射状に伸びる複数の切り目線などで設けることができ、切り欠き部で設ける場合は、ボトルのキャップなどに対応する形状、例えば円形状などの穴で設けることができる。

このような切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部は、ボトルの首部にスムーズに嵌め込める程度の大きさであることが好ましい。また、切り目線と切り欠き部は、いずれか一方のみで設けてもよく、両方を組み合わせて設けてもよい。両方を組み合わせて設ける場合は、例えば、前記延長部の中心部側から外側に向かって放射状に伸びる複数の切り目線を設けた場合、その外側の端部に小さな円形などの角部のない切り欠き部を設けることにより、延長部の切り目線による引き裂き切断を効果的に防止することができる。

前記のような構成を採ることにより、袋の装着部を内容物の収納部と同一の袋材料（単体フィルムまたは積層フィルムなど）で形成でき、且つ、装着部の切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部も、製袋機に打ち抜き装置を組み込むことにより、製袋とインラインでの加工が可能であるため、装着部を安全な材料で形成できると共に、景品等添付用の袋を一層低コストで生産性よく製造することができる。

また、請求項１に記載した発明は、前記装着部が、袋の背面側に設けられ、且つ袋の上下方向の中間部近辺乃至中間部よりも上寄りの位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の景品等添付用の袋からなる。

このような構成を採ることにより、景品等の内容物を収納した袋をその装着部でボトルの首部に嵌め込んだ時、収納部をその上端よりも低い位置で保持できるので、収納部の寸法が多少大きい場合でも、下方に垂れ下がってボトル表面に施されたデザインを隠すことを防止でき、デザインを明瞭に見せることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の製造に用いる材料、および袋の製造方法など発明の実施の形態について説明する。
本発明の景品等添付用の袋は、先に説明したように、景品等の内容物を収納し、ボトル詰め商品に添付するために用いる袋であって、該袋が、内容物の収納部と、該袋をボトルの首部に嵌め込むための装着部を有する構成を基本とするものである。

また、本発明は、前記装着部が、内容物の収納部から延長された袋材料の延長部と該延長部に設けられた切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部で形成された構成、そして、前記装着部が、袋の背面側に設けられ、且つ袋の上下方向の中間部近辺乃至中間部よりも上寄りの位置に設けられた構成、更に、前記収納部の一端に内容物の充填口として開口部が設けられ、該開口部の一方の袋材料に、該袋材料を折り返して開口部を封止する封止片が連設されると共に、該封止片の内面、または該封止片を折り返して開口部を封止した時、該封止片が重なり合う袋の外面に粘着剤層が設けられ、更に該粘着剤層の上に離型フィルムが貼着された構成を含むものである。

このような構成の景品等添付用の袋の製造に用いる袋材料は、できるだけコスト面で安価なものが好ましいが、熱板シール、インパルスシール、溶断シールなどヒートシールにより製袋可能なフィルムであれば何でもよく、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンなどの熱接着性を有する単体フィルムのほか、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ナイロンなどの延伸フィルムや紙などを基材として、これにポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、またはこれらの共重合体などをシーラント層として押し出しコートなどの方法で積層した積層材、或いは、前記基材にヒートシール剤をパターンコートした積層材などを使用することができる。
紙を基材とする場合、必要に応じて更にその上にプラスチックフィルムを積層することもできる。

上記のような袋材料を用いて製造する本発明の袋は、景品、試用品、リーフレットなどの内容物を安全に収納してボトルの首部に容易に嵌め込んで装着できればよく、袋自体の形状は特に限定はされない。
只、製袋の容易性や能率の点では、袋の装着部を収納部の上に連設して設ける場合は、三方シール形式または四方シール形式の袋を利用して製袋することが好ましく、また、袋の装着部を、袋の背面側に、袋の上下方向の中間部近辺乃至中間部よりも上寄りの位置に、袋材料を延長して設ける場合には、例えば、ピロー形式やガセットパウチ形式の袋のように背シール部を有する形式の袋を横向き（背シール部を横向き）に用いて、その背シール部を延長して装着部に使用することが生産性に優れる点で好ましい。
但し、上記のように装着部を、袋の背面側の袋の上下方向の中間部近辺乃至中間部よりも上寄りの位置に、袋材料を延長して設けるような場合には、前記背シール部の位置をずらせて設けるような調節は必要である。

次に、前記装着部に設ける切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部は、切り目線または切り欠き部のいずれか一方で設けてもよく、切り目線と切り欠き部を組み合わせて設けてもよい。
このような切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部の代表的な例を図５に示したので、図５を参照して説明する。
図５の（ａ）〜（ｍ）は、それぞれ本発明の景品等添付用の袋の装着部に設ける切り目線及び／又は切り欠き部の一例の形状を示す平面図である。
但し、これらの形状は、袋を装着するボトルのキャップおよび首部の外形が一般的な円形であることを想定して設計したものである。従って、ボトルのキャップや首部の外形が多角形など円形と異なる場合は、それぞれの外形に対応する形状に変更して設けることができる。

図５の（ａ）〜（ｆ）は、切り目線７のみで設ける場合の例を示したものであり、このうち（ａ）〜（ｃ）は、中心部側から外側に向かって放射状に伸びる複数の直線状の切り目線７で形成したもので、（ｄ）〜（ｆ）は、前記（ａ）〜（ｃ）の切り目線のそれぞれの外側の端部が丸みを持つようにＵ字状に折り返した形状の切り目線７で形成したものである。このように外側の端部を折り返すことにより、切り目線で装着部が引き裂かれることを防止することができる。

図５の（ｇ）〜（ｊ）は、切り目線７と切り欠き部８を組み合わせて設けた場合の例を示したものであり、このうち（ｇ）〜（ｉ）は、前記（ａ）〜（ｃ）に示した切り目線７のそれぞれの外側の端部に円形の切り欠き部８を設けて形成したものである。このような円形の切り欠き部８を設けることにより、前記（ｄ）〜（ｆ）に示した切り目線７と同様、切り目線で装着部が引き裂かれることを防止することができる。また、（ｊ）は、両側に三日月状の切り欠き部８を円弧を外側に向けて設け、その間に両者に繋がる直線状の切り目線７を設けて形成したものである。

図５の（ｋ）〜（ｍ）は、切り欠き部８のみで設けた場合の例を示したものであり、（ｋ）は円形の切り欠き部８、（ｌ）は円とその左右の外側にＵ字状の突出部を組み合わせて形成した切り欠き部８、また、（ｍ）は楕円形状の切り欠き部８を設けた形状である。
以上のような切り目線７及び／又は切り欠き部８を袋の装着部に設けることにより、景品等の内容物を封入した袋を、この部分をボトルの首部に嵌め込んで容易に装着することができる。

次に、本発明の景品等添付用の袋において、内容物収納部の封止手段として、前述のように、収納部の一端の内容物充填用の開口部の一方の袋材料に、その袋材料を折り返して開口部を封止する封止片を連設し、その封止片の内面、またはその封止片を折り返して開口部を封止した時、封止片が重なり合う袋の外面に粘着剤層を設け、更にその上に離型フィルムを貼着した構成を採る場合、その粘着剤層には、ゴム系の粘着剤のほか、アクリル樹脂系、シリコーン樹脂系などの公知の粘着剤の中から適宜選択して使用することができる。
また、粘着剤層の上に貼着する離型フィルムは、前記封止片で開口部を封止するまでの間、粘着剤層表面がべたつかないように一時的に使用するものであるため、低コストであることが好ましく、特に限定はされないが、例えばポリエチレンフィルムまたはポリプロピレンフィルム、或いはこれらにシリコーン加工、その他の離型処理を施したフィルムなどを使用することが好ましい。

このような粘着剤層と離型フィルムを袋の前記所定の部分に設ける方法は、例えば、離型紙の上に帯状などに粘着剤層を形成し、その上に前記離型フィルムを貼着したロール状のテープ体を用意し、袋の製袋時などに離型紙を剥がしながら連続的に袋の所定の部分に粘着剤層と離型フィルムとを接着させ、製袋のカッティングと同時に切断して設けることが生産性に優れる点で好ましい。

【実施例】
以下に、図面を用いて本発明を更に具体的に説明する。
但し、本発明は、これらの図面に限定されるものではない。
図１は、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の第１の実施例の構成を示す正面図であり、図２は、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の第２の実施例の構成を示す正面図である。
また、図３は、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の第３の実施例の構成を示す斜視図であり、図４は、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の第４の実施例の構成を示す斜視図である。

図１に示した景品等添付用の袋１００は、四方シール形式または三方シール形式の袋を利用して形成したものであり、前後の壁面にヒートシール可能な袋材料１（ヒートシール可能な単層または積層構成のフィルム材料）を用いて、下部に内容物の収納部４を、両側の端縁部を側部シール部３でヒートシールして設け、上部に袋１００をボトルの首部に装着するための装着部５を、ボトルの寸法に対応する適宜の長さで形成し、その全面を装着部シール部９でヒートシールすると共に、その略中心部にボトルの首部に嵌め込むための切り欠き部８を、この場合、円形でその左右の外側にＵ字状の突出部を設けた形状〔図５の（ｌ）に示した形状〕に設けて構成したものである。
尚、下部の端縁部は、内容物充填用の開口部１４とし、内容物の充填後に開口部シール部１０をヒートシールして密封するものである。

上記の構成では、装着部５の全面を装着部シール部９でヒートシールしたが、必ずしも全面をヒートシールする必要はなく、周囲の端縁部と切り欠き部８の周囲など一部をパターン状にヒートシールしてもよい。
全面をベタシールすると袋材料１の構成によってはカールを生じやすくなるため、むしろ周囲の端縁部と切り欠き部８の周囲との間の部分などは、ストライプ模様や格子模様などのパターン状にヒートシールすることが好ましい。

装着部５に設けた切り欠き部８の形状に関しても、図示した形状に限定するものではなく、前記図５の（ａ）〜（ｍ）に示した（ｌ）以外の切り目線７及び／又は切り欠き部８の形状などに自由に置き換え、または新たに設計して設けることができる。
また、袋１００の前後の袋材料１には、必要に応じて絵柄、文字などの印刷を施すことができる。
上記の補足説明事項は、以下の図２〜図４に示す景品等添付用の袋においても同様である。

このような構成を採ることにより、景品等添付用の袋１００は、例えば四方シール形式の袋の製袋機を使用して、装着部シール部９をヒートシールするシールヘッドを取り替え、また、切り欠き部８を設ける打ち抜き装置を付加することにより生産性よく製造することができる。
また、内容物の充填は、袋１００の下部の開口部１４から容易に充填することができ、充填後、開口部シール部１０をヒートシールすることにより安全に密封することができる。
内容物が密封された袋１００をボトルの首部に装着する際は、装着部５に切り欠き部８が設けられているので、切り欠き部８をボトルの首部に容易に嵌め込んで装着することができる。

図２に示した景品等添付用の袋２００は、前記図１に示した景品等添付用の袋１００の構成において、袋の下部の内容物充填用の開口部１４の封止手段のみを、ヒートシール方式ではなく、粘着剤を利用して封止できるよう以下のように変更して構成したものである。
即ち、開口部１４の前後の袋材料１のうち、一方（図では背面側）の袋材料１に、その袋材料１を折り返して開口部１４を封止する封止片１１を連設し、その内面に粘着剤層１２を設け、更にその上に離型フィルム１３を貼着して構成したものであり、その他の構成は総て図１に示した景品等添付用の袋１００と同様に形成して構成したものである。

前記封止片１１は、開口部１４の前面側の袋材料１に連設してもよく、むしろその方が、内容物の充填後、封止片１１を折り返して開口部１４を封止した時、封止片１１が袋２００の背面側に接着されるので、袋２００の外観を向上させることができる。
また、このような構成は、例えば、袋２００に充填する内容物の形状が複雑で自動包装機による充填シールが難しく、手作業で充填した方がメリットがあるような場合に、簡便に使用できる構成である。

前記のような構成を採ることにより、袋２００に内容物を封入する際、開口部１４から内容物を収納部４に充填した後、離型フィルム１３を剥がすことにより、封止片１１の内面に設けられた粘着剤層１２が露出するので、封止片１１を折り返して袋の外面に押圧するだけで、容易に封止片１１を粘着剤層１２で接着させ、内容物を袋の収納部４に封入することができる。
また、前記変更点以外は、前記図１に示した景品等添付用の袋１００と同じ構成であるため、図１に示した景品等添付用の袋１００で説明した作用効果と同様な作用効果を得ることができる。

次に、図３は、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の第３の実施例の構成を示す斜視図であり、袋の背面側に設けた装着部を分かりやすくするため、袋を背面側から見た場合の斜視図である。
図３に示した景品等添付用の袋３００は、ピロー形式の袋を利用して形成したものであり、ピロー形式の袋を、その背シール部が横方向に向くように使用すると共に、背シール部の袋材料を延長して、その部分に袋の装着部を形成するように構成したものである。

即ち、図３に示した景品等添付用の袋３００は、ヒートシール可能な袋材料１を用いて、その上下を所定の長さ（収納部４の上下方向の長さ）になるように袋材料折り返し部２、２で折り返し、折り返された袋材料１の内面同士を、袋３００の背面側の上下方向の中間部近辺の位置で合掌貼り形式に重ね合わせてヒートシールし、収納部４を形成すると共に、その重ね合わせ部を延長して装着部５に使用し、装着部５は、この場合、その全面を装着部シール部９でヒートシールし、更に装着部５の略中心部にボトルの首部に嵌め込むための切り欠き部８を、前記図１に示した景品等添付用の袋１００に設けた切り欠き部８と同様な形状〔図５の（ｌ）に示した形状〕に設け、また、袋３００の収納部４の左右の端縁部のうち、一方の端縁部を側部シール部３でヒートシールして封止し、もう一方の端縁部は、内容物充填用の開口部１４として開口させて構成したものである。

このような構成を採ることにより、景品等添付用の袋３００は、ピロー形式の袋の応用形態であるため、例えば、ピロー形式の袋の製袋機、または充填包装機などに切り欠き部８を設けるための打ち抜き装置を組み込むことにより生産性よく製造することができる。
内容物を充填する際は、袋３００の側部の開口部１４から、内容物を収納部４に充填し、充填後、開口部１４をヒートシールして内容物を安全に密封することができる。
また、必要な場合には、上記の充填包装機を用いることにより、製袋と同時に内容物の充填シールを行うことも可能である。

内容物が密封された袋３００をボトルの首部に装着する際は、装着部５に設けられた切り欠き部８をボトルの首部に嵌め込むことにより容易に装着することができる。
この時、装着部５は、収納部４の背面側の上下方向の中間部近辺の位置に設けられているので、収納部４は高い位置に保持され、収納部４の寸法が多少大きい場合でも、収納部４がボトルの側面に垂れ下がってボトルの表面に施されたデザインを隠すことも防止でき、ボトルのデザインを明瞭に見せることができる。

図４は、本発明の景品等添付用の袋の第４の実施例の構成を示す斜視図であり、この場合も前記図３と同様、袋の背面側に設けた装着部を分かりやすくするため、袋を背面側から見た時の斜視図で示した。
図４に示した景品等添付用の袋４００は、ガセットパウチ形式の袋を利用して形成したものであり、ガセットパウチ形式の袋を、その背シール部が横方向に向くように使用すると共に、背シール部の袋材料を延長して、その部分に袋の装着部５を形成するようにして構成したものである。

従って、前記図３に示した景品等添付用の袋３００とは、その構成において共通するところが多く、異なる点は、景品等添付用の袋４００の内容物の収納部４の上下がガセット部１５を有する形式に形成されている点のみであり、袋の装着部５を設ける位置とその形状などは、図３に示した袋３００と同様に構成されている。

このような構成を採ることにより、内容物の収納部４が上下のガセット部１５により前後に広がりやすくなるため、内容物の形状が特に厚みのある立体形状のものであっても、側部の開口部１４から内容物を容易に充填し、充填後、開口部１４をヒートシールしてコンパクトに密封することができる。
また、内容物が密封された袋４００をボトルの首部に装着する際も、図３に示した袋３００の場合と同様に、装着部５に設けた切り欠き部８をボトルの首部に嵌め込んで容易に装着することができ、また、装着された袋４００は、その収納部４が装着部５により高い位置に保持されるので、収納部４がボトルの側面に垂れ下がってボトルの表面のデザインを隠すことも防止でき、ボトルのデザインを明瞭に見せることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上、詳しく説明したように、本発明によれば、景品、試用品、リーフレットなどの内容物を収納し、ボトル詰め商品に添付して販売するために用いる袋であって、内容物を安全に収納でき、ボトルの首部への装着も容易で、更に、袋の寸法が多少大きい場合でも、ボトルへの取り付け位置を高くでき、ボトルの表面に施されたデザインが隠されることがなく、明瞭に見せることのできる景品等添付用の袋を低コストで生産性よく提供できる効果を奏する。
