Description
この構成によれば、加熱筒に供給するための射出材料の外径寸法が大きくても、その材料の外皮を第2のリング部材によって予め所望する外径の数値となるように削り取ることができる。そのため、射出材料を加熱筒の内部に供給する際、射出材料の外周と加熱筒の入口側の内周とによって生じる押し込み抵抗を小さくすることができる。これにより、押し込み能力の小さな油圧シリンダによって、加熱筒の内部へ射出材料を供給することができる。

Claims (1)
- 所定の内径を有しその内径より大きな外径を有する円柱状の金属材料を内径と一致する外径の数値となるように外皮を削り取るための第1のリング部材と、入口側端部に前記第1のリング部材が設けられ第1のリング部材を通過した材料が送り込まれて真空状態下で材料を溶融状態へと加熱する加熱筒と、予備加熱後の円柱状の金属材料をピストンにより押して第1のリング部材を通過させ前記加熱筒へ送り込む油圧シリンダと、加熱筒で溶解された材料を金型内へ導出するホットノズルとを備えた溶融金属射出成形機において、
円柱状の金属材料の所望する外径と一致する内径を有し供給を受けた材料のうち内径より大きな外径を有する材料について内径と一致する外径の数値となるように外皮を削り取る第2のリング部材と、入口側端部に前記第2のリング部材が設けられ第2のリング部材を通過した材料を受け入れて予備加熱する予備加熱装置と、供給を受けた円柱状の金属材料をピストンにより前記第2のリング部材へ押し込むとともに第2のリング部材を通過させて予備加熱装置へ供給するアクチュエータとを備えて成り、前記第2のリング部材の内径が、第1のリング部材の内径より小さな値であって、前記予備加熱装置で所定の加熱温度で予備加熱された材料の外径が熱膨張によって第1のリング部材の内径より大きな値となるように設定されて成る溶融金属射出成形機。
