近年に於いて、毛髪を意のままに処理し、形成する技術の開発が著しく、「ヘアメーク」と言われる分野が確立されつつある(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。その反面、この様な処置により、毛髪を傷める機会も増加し、所謂パサパサ状態になる人が少なくない。この様なパサパサヘアの形態的、或いは、生理的な特徴は、その表面が荒れていて、摩擦係数が著しく大きくなっていると同時に、毛髪内部においては水分含有量が著しく低下しており、タンパク間相互の結合が極めて脆弱になっていることが挙げられる。この様な毛髪を、元の美しい御髪に戻すには、第一には、加水分解コラーゲンのような保湿性が高く、且つ、生体親和性の高い成分を、毛髪内部に補充するとともに、水透過性が低く、且つ、毛髪表面の摩擦係数の低下を促すシリコーンのような成分をコートすることが必要となってくる。これらの成分は、一方が極めて親水性の成分であり、他方が極めて親油性の成分であるために、通常はこの様な処置には乳化剤形が使用されている(例えば、特許文献2を参照)。しかしながら、乳化剤形の組成物を毛髪に投与では、親水性成分と親油性成分が同時に存在するため、毛髪の状態は改善できても、毛髪のツヤが損なわれ、見た目の美しさを損なう場合が少なからず存した。即ち、毛髪のツヤを損なわずに、前記毛髪ダメージを改善する手段の開発が望まれていた。 In recent years, to treat the hair at will significantly development of forming technology, it is established areas called "Heameku" Ru Tsutsua (e.g., see Patent Document 1). アウトバス・ヘアパック1を得た。又、このもののイソステアリン酸PEG(20)グリセリルをPOE(20)硬化ヒマシ油に置換した比較例1、従来の乳化混濁タイプの比較例2を作成し、これらで毛束を処理し、グロスメーターでツヤを測定した。結果を表1に示す。これより、本発明の化粧料はツヤ付与効果に優れることが判る。尚、アウトバス・ヘアパック1は20℃で無色透明な溶状を示し、比較例1はやや曇のある大凡透明な溶状を示し、比較例2は白濁の溶状を示した。
