Description

The present invention relates to an external corner scaffold suitable for exterior work in the vicinity of an external corner in a building having openings such as an inner balcony or a veranda on outer wall surfaces on both sides of the external corner.

For example, when an exterior work is performed in the vicinity of an external corner of a building having an inner balcony (a balcony provided on the inner side of the outer wall surface), a corner scaffold is generally temporarily set on the outer side of the outer wall surface.

The conventional outer corner scaffold is a structure in which a scaffold member formed of steel or the like jumps outward from the inner balcony, and an anchor is placed at a position avoiding a column member forming the outer corner. The scaffold member was fixed.

However, since the conventional external corner scaffold is a cantilever beam, there is a problem that the scaffold member becomes larger and the weight increases due to the necessity of increasing its strength.

In addition, after the exterior work is completed, in order to repair the anchor placement marks, a repair work must be performed using a gondola or the like, which increases the cost.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and it is possible to reduce the weight of the scaffold member and to prevent the building from being damaged so large that a large-scale restoration work is required when temporarily constructing the scaffold. The goal is to provide a scaffold for external corners.

The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems. That is, the present invention has openings on both outer wall surfaces that form the external corners of the housing in the building, and when performing exterior construction of the building in which the pillar members in the external corners are exposed in the openings, An external corner scaffold temporarily installed in an external corner of the building, wherein the scaffold member is disposed along at least one of the outer wall surfaces on both sides of the external corner of the building; and the scaffold A protective frame member extending upward from the outer peripheral side of the member; a gripping means provided on the frame member for gripping the pillar member of the building; and a member constituting the casing projecting from the frame member into the opening And a receiving member placed thereon.

In the present invention, the column member is gripped by the gripping means provided on the frame member, and the load of the entire external corner scaffold is supported by the structural member of the frame via the receiving member. There is no need to place anchors in the building for temporary installation.

In addition, since the scaffold member is provided along the outer wall surface of the frame, the strength of the scaffold member can be reduced as compared with a conventional case where the scaffold member is a cantilever beam.

Here, it is preferable that the scaffold member is formed in a substantially L shape, and both side portions of the substantially L shape are disposed along outer wall surfaces on both sides of the outer corner.

In this case, exterior work can be performed on the outer wall surfaces on both sides of the outer corner with one scaffold member.

The fixing means is engaged with a pair of tie rods extending from both ends of the frame member along the inner side surface of the column member, and an inner corner of the column member, and at any position on the pair of tie rods. It can comprise by the latching metal fitting which can be latched by.

In this case, the external corner scaffold can be easily temporarily set on the external corner of the building simply by locking the locking metal fitting to the tie rod. It is also easy to remove the external corner scaffold. The configuration of the gripping means can also be simplified.

Furthermore, it is desirable to provide a plurality of scaffold members. In this case, it is possible to perform exterior work on the outer wall in a range corresponding to a plurality of floors of the building by installing the external corner scaffolding in one place.

It is preferable that the multi-stage scaffold member corresponds to each level of the building. In this case, it is possible to enter / exit each scaffold member of the external corner scaffold from an opening such as an inner balcony in each level of the building.

Further, the frame member and the gripping means can cooperate to grip the column member. Thereby, the structure of a holding means can be simplified.

Furthermore, the frame member can be provided except for a portion of the outer periphery of the scaffold member that faces the outer wall surface. In this case, since the frame member does not get in the way when performing exterior construction of the outer wall surface, work efficiency is improved.

As described above, according to the scaffold for external corners of the present invention, it is not necessary to use an anchor when temporarily setting the external corner of the building, so that it is possible to prevent the building from being greatly damaged.

Therefore, since it is not necessary to perform a large-scale repair work after the exterior construction of the building is completed, it is possible to reduce the cost and the construction period.

Further, since the scaffold member is arranged along the outer wall surface of the building, the strength can be reduced as compared with the case where the scaffold member is a cantilever beam as in the prior art, and the weight can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the external corner scaffold 1 according to the present invention has a multi-level structure in a building frame and an exterior work, particularly a finishing work, of a building 11 having an inner balcony 10 as an opening. It is preferably used when performing (seal work, grout injection work, etc.). Note that the present invention can be applied not only when the inner balcony 10 is provided in the housing but also when openings such as a balcony and a veranda are provided.

The column member 17 provided in the external corner 12 of the building 11 is exposed to the inner balcony 10 on the entire circumference. Here, the balcony provided inside the outer wall surfaces 13 and 14 of the building 11 is referred to as an inner balcony.

As shown in FIG. 1, the external corner scaffold 1 includes a scaffold member 15 disposed along at least one of the outer wall surfaces 13 and 14 on both sides of the outer corner 12, and the scaffold. And a protective frame member 16 extending upward from the outer peripheral side of the member 15.

In this example, the scaffold member 15 is formed in a substantially L shape, and both side portions 15 a and 15 b in the substantially L shape are disposed along both outer wall surfaces 13 and 14 of the building 11.

Further, in this example, the frame member 16 is provided except for a portion of the outer periphery of the scaffold member 15 that faces the outer wall surfaces 13 and 14.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the external corner scaffold 1 protrudes into the inner balcony 10 from the frame member 16 and the gripping means 18 provided on the frame member 16 for gripping the column member 17. And the receiving member 20 placed on the opening edge 51 of the outer wall 50.

Next, each of the above configurations will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the scaffold member 15 is formed of, for example, a striped steel plate. Both side portions 15a and 15b in the substantially L shape of the scaffold member 15 have a width suitable for the worker to walk.

One side portion 15 a of the scaffold member 15 is formed longer than the width of the column member 17 by a predetermined dimension. Further, the other side portion 15 b of the scaffold member 15 is formed slightly longer than the width of the column member 17.

In this example, as shown in FIG. 1, the scaffold member 15 is provided in two stages up and down. The frame member 16 is continuously provided from the lower scaffold member 15 to a predetermined height above the upper scaffold member 15.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the frame member 16 is formed in a lattice shape by a plurality of vertical members 16 a and horizontal members 16 b, and is provided so as to surround a side surface in the upper space of the scaffold member 15.

As shown in FIG. 3, an entrance / exit 21 for entering and exiting the scaffold member 15 from the inner balcony 10 is provided at the end of the frame member 16 provided on one side portion 15 a of the scaffold member 15. .

The entrance / exit 21 is provided with a trapping 22 that communicates between the upper and lower scaffold members 15, 15.

As shown in FIG. 6, the gripping means 18 includes a pair of tie rods 25, 25 extending along the side surfaces of the column member 17 from both ends of the frame member 16, and a slidable engagement with these tie rods 25, 25. And a locking metal fitting 26 to be stopped.

In this example, the frame member 16 is provided with a reinforcing member 35 extending along the side surface of the column member 17. As shown in FIG. 7, the reinforcing member 35 is provided with a mounting bracket 27 for mounting the tie rod 25.

The mounting bracket 27 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, a bolt hole 28 through which the tie rod 25 is inserted is provided on one side 27a, and mounting holes 29 and 29 for fixing to the reinforcing member 35 are provided on the other side 27b. It has been. On both sides of the mounting bracket 27, reinforcing ribs 34 are provided.

One end of the tie rod 25 is inserted into the bolt hole 28 of the mounting bracket 27, and a nut 32 is screwed into the screw portion 30 at the tip via a washer 31. As a result, the tie rod 25 is locked to the mounting bracket 27.

The mounting bracket 27 is fixed to the reinforcing member 35 by bolt portions 33 and 33 inserted through the mounting holes 29 and 29.

As shown in FIG. 8, the metal fitting 26 of the gripping means 18 is formed by combining steel plates in the horizontal and vertical directions. The locking fitting 26 has a locking recess 40 that can be locked to the internal corner 38 of the column member 17 and insertion holes 41 and 41 through which the tie rods 25 and 25 are inserted.

The locking recess 40 is provided by making the vertical plates 42, 42 orthogonal. Further, the insertion holes 41 and 41 are provided in the vertical ribs 43 and 43 that are orthogonal to each other.

The tie rods 25, 25 are inserted into the insertion holes 41, 41 of the locking metal fitting 26, and nuts 46, 46 are screwed into the screw portions 44, 44 at the tips via washers 45, 45. Thereby, the locking metal fitting 26 is locked to the tie rods 25, 25.

As shown in FIG. 9, the mounting bracket 27 provided on the reinforcing member 35 of the frame member 16 and the locking bracket 26 locked to the inner corner 38 of the column member 17 are coupled by tie rods 25 and 25. .

Then, by tightening the nuts 32 and 46 screwed into the screw portions 30 and 44 at both ends of the tie rods 25 and 25, the locking metal fitting 26 and both the attachment metal fittings 27 come close to each other.

Eventually, the four side surfaces of the column member 17 are strongly held by the locking metal fitting 26, the reinforcing member 35, and the frame member 16. That is, the column member 17 is firmly held by the reinforcing member 35, the frame member 16, and the holding means 18. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the outer corner scaffold 16 from wobbling in the temporary state.

In addition, in this example, as shown in FIG. 10, although the two holding means 18 are provided up and down at an appropriate space | interval, one or three or more can be provided.

Further, in this example, the frame member 16, the reinforcing member 35, and the gripping means 18 are configured to cooperate to grip the column member 17. However, the column member 17 can be gripped only by the gripping means.

As shown in FIG. 11, the receiving member 20 protrudes from the lower end portion of the frame member 16 into the inner balcony 10. Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the receiving member 20 is formed in a substantially triangular shape by combining steel materials.

The receiving member 20 is placed on the opening edge 51 of the outer wall 50 in the inner balcony 10 of the building 11 as described above. As a result, the weight of the external corner scaffold 1 is supported by the outer wall 50 via the receiving members 20, 20. In addition, the receiving member 20 can be mounted not only on the opening edge 51 of the outer wall 50 but on a structural member of a housing such as a hallway or a beam member.

Thus, in the external corner scaffold 1 of the present invention, the column member 17 is gripped by the frame member 16 and the gripping means 18, and the entire weight of the scaffold 1 via the receiving member 20 provided on the frame member 16. Since it is supported by the outer wall 50 which is a constituent member, it can be temporarily installed in the outer corner 12 of the building 11 without using an anchor or the like.

Accordingly, since it is possible to prevent the building 11 from being damaged so much that it needs to be repaired, it is not necessary to perform repair work using a gondola or the like after the exterior work of the building 11 is completed, thereby reducing costs and construction time. Is possible.

Moreover, since the scaffold member 15 is arrange | positioned along the outer wall surfaces 13 and 14 of the building 11, and is hold | maintained by the frame member 16, it is enough if it only has the intensity | strength which can support a worker's weight. Therefore, the weight can be reduced as compared with a conventional cantilever scaffold.

In the above embodiment, the case where the scaffold member 15 is provided in two stages up and down has been described. However, the scaffold member 15 may be provided in one stage or three or more stages.
