Description
Claims (10)
- 強い熱応力を受ける2個の部品の2つの管の間の結合位置で気密性を確保するために使用される金属継手であって、少なくとも一つの開口部(12)を有する少なくとも2つの鋼板(16、18)を含み、少なくとも一つの鋼板が、前記開口部(12)を取り囲んで前記開口部の縁(22)から一定の距離に配置されている少なくとも一つのリブ(20)を含むものにおいて、
前記リブ(20)と前記縁(22)との間に配置されている複合材料からなるインサート(24)を含み、前記複合材料が、熱応力に強く、経時的にその弾性を維持することを特徴とする金属継手。 - 前記インサート(24)が繊維の複合材料からなる請求項1に記載の金属継手。
- 前記インサート(24)が鉱物繊維の複合材料からなる請求項2に記載の金属継手。
- 前記複合材料が、気密性を改善するように、温度上昇に応じて膨張する傾向のあるものの中から選択されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の金属継手。
- 前記インサート(24)が、周に沿って変化する幾何学的特徴又は機械的特徴を具備可能である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の金属継手。
- 継手をなす前記2つの鋼板(16、18)が、それぞれ、互いに対称に向かい合って配置されている1個のリブ(20)を有し、前記インサート(24)が、前記開口部(12)の縁(22)と前記リブ(20)との間に配置されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金属継手。
- 前記開口部の縁(22)が、前記2つの鋼板(16、18)の間に前記インサート(24)を密封するように、かしめ固定部(26)を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の金属継手。
- 段差が形成されるように、前記2つの鋼板の一方(18)の縁(22.1)が折り曲げられて他方の鋼板(16)の上に配置されている請求項7に記載の金属継手。
- 前記2つの鋼板のうちの一方の鋼板(18)の縁(22.1)を折り曲げて他方の鋼板(16)に貼りつけ、打出し工程を介して、前記縁(22.1)の上面と、この縁が部分的に被覆する前記他方の鋼板(16)の上面とが、ほぼ同じ高さに配置されるようにし、それによって前記他方の鋼板(16)が、前記縁(22.1)を収容可能な段差(28)を形成している請求項7に記載の金属継手。
- 前記インサート(24)が、2個のリブの間又は2組の同軸リブ(20.1、20.2)の間に密封されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の金属継手。
