Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for removing rust of a member located at a high place such as a power transmission tower using an air blast gun.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, metal fittings such as large insulators for holding electric wires of a power transmission tower as shown in FIG. 16 have been painted or plated, but are exposed to wind and rain to cause rust. Therefore, remove these metal fittings, lower them to the ground several tens of meters below, spray blasting material with an air blast gun to remove rust, and then apply new paint or plating, and then apply the metal fittings again. Was raised to the top of the tower and attached to the original location. With this method, it is necessary to take down the metal fittings at a high place such as a steel tower to the ground, remove rust, paint, etc., and then lift and attach it again to the top of the steel tower, which makes the work extremely complicated.
Therefore, it is conceivable to spray blast on a member such as a target metal fitting with an air blast gun on the steel tower without removing the metal fitting.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the blast is sprayed onto the target member on the steel tower in this way, the blast is a fine particle having a particle size of about 0.3 to 0.8 mm, so it reflects and scatters around, and also collides with the target member. As a result, debris such as blast and fine dust are scattered and the environment is polluted. In addition, the scattered blast is not collected and is extremely uneconomical.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention is a method of removing rust of a member located at a high place such as a steel tower, and spraying blast onto the member with an air blast gun without removing the member. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a method and an apparatus for preventing reuse of the blast by circulating the blast and preventing reuse of the blast.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 is a construction method in which rust of a member located at a high place is dropped using an air blast gun, and an inner peripheral piece of a funnel having a blade at the tip provided on the inside of a flexible sheet at the site. , Fitted with a funnel applied to the outside of the sheet, provided a hole in the sheet with a blade at the tip of the inner peripheral piece, attached the funnel to the sheet, between the outer periphery of the target member to remove the rust Cover it so that there is space , close the surface fastener provided in advance on the outer periphery of the sheet, seal the inside of the sheet, air from the outside into the sheet through a small hole on the sheet surface that is closed with removable tape insert the nozzle of the blast gun, inside the sealed sheets, the descaling by spraying the target member blasting with compressed air from the air blast gun, sprayed blast from the tip of the funnel sheet It is collected in a tank separately provided through the hose led out to the section, and the compressed air is exhausted by providing an exhaust hole in the tank, and the blast in the tank is sucked into the air blast gun through the hose and reused. Rust removal method for high-altitude members was adopted.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing the whole of the apparatus, and the periphery of the rust occurrence portion 1a of the hardware 1 at the top of the steel tower is covered with a transparent and flexible vinyl sheet 2, and the outer periphery of the hardware 1 is Both ends of the sheet 2 are fixed to the hardware 1 with the tape 3 in a state where it is covered loosely so that a space is formed between the inner periphery of the sheet 2. Thereby, the inside of the sheet 2 is in a sealed state. Further, a nozzle 5 a of an air blast gun 5 to which compressed air is supplied from a separately provided compressor 4 is inserted into the sheet 2 with a hole formed in the sheet 2. Also, a hole is made in the bottom of the sheet 2, a funnel 6 is provided in accordance with the hole, a blast recovery hose 7 is connected from the funnel 6, and the tip of the blast recovery hose 7 is introduced into the tank 8. Yes. The tank 8 is provided with a compressed air exhaust port 8 a having a filter 9 at the top. Further, a blast suction hose 10 is led out from the tank 8 and its tip is connected to the air blast gun 5.
[0009]
In order to remove rust using this apparatus, the compressor 4 is operated to supply compressed air to the air blast gun 5, and the blast stored in the tank 8 is sucked through the blast suction hose 10, and the air blast gun 5 is sprayed into the sealed sheet 2 from the nozzle 5a. Thereby, the inside of the sheet 2 is filled with compressed air, and the sheet 2 swells. At that time, the nozzle 5a of the air blast gun 5 is separated from the rusted portion 1a of the hardware 1 by about 10 to 15 cm in the sheet 2 and sprayed toward the portion. Then, the air blast gun 5 is sprayed over the entire outer periphery of the hardware 1 while shifting the air blast gun 5 within the sheet 2. The sprayed blast is recovered from the funnel 6 provided at the bottom of the sheet 2 through the blast recovery hose 7 to the tank 8, and the compressed air is exhausted from the exhaust port 8 a of the tank 8 through the filter 9 to the outside. The blast accumulated in the tank 8 is again sucked into the air blast gun 5 through the blast suction hose 10. In this way, the rust of the hardware 1 at the upper part of the steel tower is removed. In order to confirm the degree of the rust removal, it can be visually confirmed from above the transparent sheet 2. However, the inner surface of the sheet 2 may be damaged by the reflected blast, or fine dust of the scattered blast may adhere to the inside of the sheet 2 and the sheet 2 may become cloudy. If the peripheral surface fastener 2a is opened, it can be visually confirmed directly.
[0010]
FIG. 2 shows an example of the sheet 2, in which a surface fastener 2a is provided on the outer peripheral edge of a transparent sheet made of vinyl, and a funnel 6 is provided in a hole 2b provided in the center in accordance with the hole 2b. In addition to this hole 2b, a small hole 2c for receiving the nozzle 5a of the air blast gun 5 is provided. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the sheet 2 is folded with the funnel 6 at the bottom so as to cover the metal to be rusted, and the small hole 2c is closed with a removable tape 11. The sheet 2 is preferably transparent or translucent, but is not necessarily transparent.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the funnel 6 is applied to the outer periphery of the hole 2 b of the sheet 2, and the inner peripheral piece 6 a is stacked with the sheet 2 sandwiched from the inner side of the small hole 2 b. It is fitted at the periphery. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the funnel 6 may have a blade 6 b at the tip of the inner peripheral piece 6 a, in which case the funnel 6 is attached to the sheet 2 without providing the hole 2 b in advance in the sheet 2. At the time, the inner peripheral piece 6a of the funnel 6 is fitted, and at the same time, a hole is opened in the sheet 2 by the blade 6b at the tip of the inner peripheral piece 6a.
[0011]
Since the rust removal method of the present invention is intended for members such as metal fittings at high places such as steel towers, all of the above members used in this method must be lifted up except for the compressor 4. . If even one member is not lifted, it must be returned to the ground again. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, all these members except the compressor 4 are put in a container 12 as a set, the container 12 is lifted to a rusted place, and in some cases, a rope is attached to a hanging hook 12 a of the container 12. The container 12 is suspended and the sheet 2, the air blast gun 5, the funnel 6, the blast recovery hose 7 and the blast suction hose 10 are taken out from the container 12 and can be operated as described above. At that time, if a tool for painting after rust removal is also put in the container 12, painting work can be continuously performed following rust removal, and work efficiency is improved.
[0012]
Further, when rusting the metal fittings near the large insulator of the transmission tower using the method and apparatus of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the insulator 13 and the multiple wires 14 are connected. A plurality of connecting members 16 with the balance yoke 15 being fastened are collectively covered with the sheet 2 and the outer periphery of the connecting members 16 is rusted. Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the balance yoke 15 is entirely covered with the sheet 2, and the balance yoke 15 is rusted within the sheet 2. Thus, the work is performed by covering the sheet 2 for each member.
[0013]
In the case of FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 described above, a sheet 2 ′ divided into upper and lower parts as shown in FIG. 11 can be used. In the case of this sheet 2 ', several insulator protection frames 2'b are provided on the upper and lower edges of the bent piece 2'a provided on one side of each sheet 2', and each of these sheets 2 'is attached to the above-mentioned multiple lines. When covering the connecting member 16, the insulator protection frame 2 ′ b is applied to each insulator of the insulator device 13, the sheets 2 ′ are overlaid, and sealed with tape or the like to cover the multiple connecting members 16. . Thereby, in the rust removal operation | work by spraying of a blast, it can prevent that the said blast hits the said insulator and can protect an insulator.
In addition, unlike the case of FIGS. 7 and 8 above, when the rust removal work is performed by covering the connecting member 16 for each line with the cover 2, as shown in FIG. 12, one end of the state in which the sheet 2 is folded. In addition, an insulator protection frame 2d having a shape having a central hole in a disk is provided, and when the sheet 2 is put on a connecting member 17 in FIG. 13 to be described later, the insulator protection frame 2d is applied to the insulator at the end of the insulator device 13. It is possible to protect the insulator by covering the sheet and preventing the blast from hitting the insulator during the rust removal work by spraying the blast.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, these operations are performed by using a single compressor 4 and covering the steel brace (not shown) and the connecting member 17 with the insulator device 13 with the sheet 2, and The connecting member 16 between the balance yoke 15 holding the electric wire 14 and the insulator device 13 is covered with the sheet 2 and at the same time, the connecting members 16 and 17 may be rusted off.
Moreover, in the case of the above work, since said part is an aerial part which protrudes outside from the armrest of a steel tower, as shown in FIG.14 and FIG.15, between an electric wire and the insulator apparatus 13, as shown in FIG. A part of the two tight wire ladders 18 connected to each other by steel pipes 19 is suspended in the part, and a scaffold can be easily made with these ladders 18 and work can be performed on these tight wire ladders 18. it can. These ladders 18 are hung at one end of each ladder 18 connected by the steel pipe 19 with a wire 20 holding each electric wire 14 and with a belt sling 21 wound around the apparatus 13 at the other end. As a result, stable work can be performed even at the wire retaining portion outside the armature of the steel tower.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
By using the apparatus and method of the present invention, it is not necessary to remove the member from the rust and remove it from the ground, and remove it from the ground. The member can be rusted off while being hung up, and the work efficiency is remarkably good. Moreover, the blast to be sprayed does not scatter around the object just by covering the object to be rusted off, and the surrounding environment is not polluted. Furthermore, since the sprayed blast is collected from the sheet into a tank and reused with an air blast gun, it is extremely economical. In addition, since the outer periphery of the sheet is closed with a hook-and-loop fastener, when checking the degree of rust removal during the rust-removing operation, it is convenient that the sheet fastener can be directly visually confirmed by opening the hook-and-loop fastener.
[0016]
Also, when attaching the funnel to the sheet at the site, if the inner peripheral piece is overlapped and fitted on the inner peripheral surface of the funnel, the funnel can be easily fixed to the sheet, and When fitted as described above, a hole is naturally opened in the sheet by the blade at the tip of the inner peripheral piece, so that workability is extremely good.
