Description

The present invention relates to a ball game machine provided with a ball tray having a ball storage section for storing game balls, a rectifying passage for aligning and rolling down the game balls stored in the ball storage section, and the like.

Pachinko machines are widely known as a representative example of a ball game machine having the above-described ball dish. In a pachinko machine, a game ball launcher is attached to an intermediate region of a front frame located on the lower side of the game board, and a ball tray is provided in front of the ball tray so as to protrude from the front. The game balls in the ball tray are sent to the game ball launching device one by one by the ball feeding device provided on the back of the ball tray, hit by the hammer of the game ball launching device, and launched into the game board. In the process of falling, the game device is configured to drop into the winning device or the collecting port and to be discharged outside the pachinko machine by the game-completed ball discharging mechanism connected from the winning device and the collecting port. Note that a launch handle for the player to operate the game ball launching device is generally provided to project from the lower right part of the front surface of the ball tray.

The ball storage portion provided in the ball tray is formed in a semicircular dish shape whose periphery is surrounded by a surrounding wall and whose upper surface is opened. Similarly, the rectification passage is opened when the upper surface is opened and the game balls are aligned and rolled. It is formed with a bottom wall slightly wider than the diameter of the game ball so as to flow downward, and the ball storage portion and the rectifying passage are integrally communicated with each surrounding wall as a common member. . In addition, the integrally formed ball storage portion and the bottom wall of the rectification passage are directed from the upstream sphere storage portion to the downstream rectification passage in order to smoothly roll down the game balls in the ball tray by their own weight. The ball tray is configured by aligning the downstream end portion of the rectifying passage and the ball feeding device. (For example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, the pachinko machines currently used for games include a pachinko machine having a configuration with a single ball tray and a pachinko machine with a configuration having two upper and lower ball dishes. In the case of a ball tray configuration, the upper ball tray in the upper stage is usually configured to include the above-described ball storage section and rectifying passage. In any of the above-described pachinko machines, for example, a ball removal mechanism for discharging the game ball stored in the ball storage unit at the end of the game is provided. As disclosed in Patent Document 1, a ball removing mechanism provided on an upper ball tray of a pachinko machine having a configuration with two upper and lower ball trays can freely open and close the bottom wall of the downstream end portion of the rectifying passage. It is always formed by a valve member that is in the closed position, and by opening this valve member, the game ball flows down to the ball passage that is provided below the rectifying passage and that has a surrounding wall on the top, bottom, left and right. It is configured to let you.

In addition, a pachinko machine player places a hand on the launch handle and drives a game ball onto the game board, while drinking or smoking a drink or cigarette for the other hand that is free. In many cases, a player plays a game by placing a beverage container on a ball box mounting table or the like of a game island that is installed below the ball tray. In addition, in consideration of gaming machine manufacturers, ordinary pachinko machines have an ashtray formed in a box shape with an open upper surface that forms part of the outer shell of the ball tray, and is located on the opposite side of the launch handle installation position. Provided.
JP-A-10-295909 (3rd page, FIGS. 1 to 3)

By the way, each pachinko machine is arranged upright in the left-right direction in the gaming facility, and the player is forced to play a game in a state where the distance between the left and right players is extremely narrow. In addition, a chair disposed opposite to each pachinko machine is fixed on the floor so that the distance between the player and the pachinko machine cannot be changed as desired by each player. For this reason, the posture that the player can take during the game is subject to considerable restrictions on the front, back, left and right, and drinking and smoking during the game are performed in a cramped state. For this reason, with drinking or smoking during the game, there have often been events such as beverages and cigarette ash spilling unexpectedly on a ball tray with the top open. When such an event occurs, usually the staff of the game facility is called to take away the spilled beverage or ash. It will flow down the bottom wall of the rectifying passage.

Here, when measures such as wiping are not taken promptly, beverages and ash flowing down the rectifying passage reach the ball removing mechanism, the ball feeding device, and the game ball launching device. When beverage or ash flows into the ball feeding device or game ball launching device, not only the problem that dirt adheres during the inflow process, but also there is a possibility that these gaming devices including electronic devices may break down.

Furthermore, when game balls covered with beverages are supplied to the game ball launching device and fired on the game board, the game balls roll onto the game board and fall into various game parts such as nails and prizes. There is a risk that the dirt and the like may cause a failure of a sensor or the like that detects that a game ball has dropped into the winning tool. Similarly, there is a possibility that dirt will adhere to the already-played ball discharge mechanism for collecting the game balls that have been rolled and dropped. In this way, when beverage or cigarette ash spills on the ball tray, not only the area around the spilled area, but also the pachinko machine is scattered with various flows of the pachinko machine along with the flow of the game ball. There is also a possibility that a secondary problem of causing a failure of the gaming device of each part occurs.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem. Even if a foreign matter such as a beverage or cigarette ash spills unexpectedly on a ball tray during a game of a ball game machine, the foreign matter flowing down the rectifying passage is removed. The bullets that can be collected quickly and prevent the dirt from spreading to each part of the ball and ball machine connected from the downstream end of the rectifying passage, and can prevent the game devices of the ball and ball machine from failing. An object is to provide a ball game machine.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ball game having a ball tray that includes a ball storage section that stores game balls and a rectifying passage that aligns and rolls the game balls stored in the ball storage section. In the machine, a rectifying passage is formed to roll down the game ball, while a falling hole is provided for dropping a foreign matter that has entered the rectifying passage, and a dropping hole of the bottom wall of the passage is provided. An ashtray formed below and formed with an inclined bottom portion, a housing member for housing foreign matter falling from the drop hole, and an open top surface disposed near the ball tray And one end connected to the inclined downstream end of the bottom of the housing member, and the other end is disposed on the information on the open upper surface of the ashtray, and is disposed from the drop hole in the bottom wall of the passage. The foreign matter is removed from the ashtray through the housing member and the communication flow path forming member.落流 to be able to make up.

In the ball game machine with the above configuration, even if a foreign object such as a beverage or cigarette ash suddenly enters the rectifying passage during the game, it rectifies from the fall hole provided in the bottom wall of the passage in the process of flowing down the rectifying passage. These foreign substances can be dropped in the lower part of the passage into a housing member disposed below the drop hole. For this reason, it can prevent that a foreign material reaches | attains each component of the ball game machine connected from a rectification | straightening channel | path. Therefore, according to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the foreign matter that has unexpectedly spilled on the ball tray from flowing down the rectifying passage and preventing the spread of dirt to each part of the ball game machine and the failure of each game machine. It is possible to provide a possible ball game machine.

In addition, since the bottom of the housing member is inclined downward and a communication channel is formed from the downstream end of the housing member to the ashtray, the liquid material contained in the housing member can be dropped to the ashtray. It has become. For this reason, water is poured into the rectifying passage in a state where moisture does not flow into the ball feeder from the rectifying passage, and this water is dropped into the housing member through the fall hole and naturally falls to the ashtray through the bottom of the housing member and the communication channel. The housing member can be cleaned by disposing of the water that has fallen to the ashtray. For this reason, it becomes possible to attach the ball tray to the front frame and perform the work in the closed posture, and to save labor in the cleaning work.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. When the operation lever is turned, the game balls stored in the upper ball tray 5 are sent one by one to the launch rail 22 by the ball feeding device 59, and are launched by the hammer of the game ball launching device 21 to play the game area PA. Led to.

The game ball that has reached the game area PA rolls and falls in the game area PA while being played by a large number of game nails and windmills in the game area. It is guided to the side or dropped without falling into the winning device 14 and guided to the back side of the decorative board 11 through the out port 16 and both through the game ball discharge passage of the back set board 40 and amusement island. It is discharged to the recovery device. Each winning tool is provided with a winning ball detector for detecting a winning game ball, and the detection signal is output to the main control board. The main control board outputs a payout signal based on the winning detection signal to the payout control board. The ball payout device 43 pays out a predetermined number of game balls according to the payout signal.

The game balls paid out from the ball payout device 43 are normally guided to the upper payout passage and stored through the upper outlet 25 penetrating the front frame 2 and the prize ball outlet 55 formed in the upper ball tray 5. Guided to part 56. Then, it flows down the ball storage portion 56, is aligned and waits in the rectifying passage 57, is sequentially sent out to the launch rail 22 by the ball feeder 59, and is launched into the game area PA. When a game ball is further paid out in a state where the ball storage unit 56 is full and the upper payout passage is filled, the paid out game ball flows into the lower payout passage side, and the lower ball passes from the lower payout passage. It is guided to the lower ball tray 8 through the tray communication bucket 34 and the lower outlet 26.

On the other hand, behind the speaker cover 31 attached to the game assisting board 20, a foul ball collection port 32 is formed which is spaced apart from the firing rail 22 and the outer rail 12 and opens upward. A foul ball collection passage is formed through which the foul balls dropped into the ball collection port 32 flow down, and the foul ball collection passage is connected to the lower ball tray connecting bucket 23 through a collective collection port 23 formed vertically through the front frame 2. 34. As a result, the foul balls that have fallen into the foul ball collection port 32 without being able to reach the game area PA flow down from the collect collection port 23 to the lower ball tray connection bucket 34 through the foul ball passage and through the lower outlet 26. To the lower ball tray 8.

Now, in the pachinko machine PM that is structured as described above and is supplied and discharged with game balls, the upper ball tray 5 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6 together. 3 to 6 will be briefly described in advance. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the upper ball tray 5. FIG. 4 is an exploded rear view of the upper ball tray 5 shown in an exploded state. FIG. 5 is a rear view of the upper ball tray 5 mainly showing the accommodating member 73, and FIG. 6 is a plan sectional view of the upper ball tray 5 mainly showing the rectifying passage 57.

The upper ball tray 5 includes a horizontal rectangular abutment plate 51 that matches the width of the front frame 2, a bowl-shaped exterior body 52 that is attached to the front side of the abutment plate 51 and protrudes forward, and an abutment plate 51. The main body 53 is sandwiched between the outer body 52 and the outer body 52, and the main body 53 is attached to the outer body 52. It is integrally formed by screwing from the side. In addition, a ball feeding device 59 is provided on the back side of the abutment plate 51 for supplying the game balls stored in the plate body 53 and rolling down to the game ball launching device 21 one by one, and is formed in a tray shape. The accommodation member 73 to be assembled is assembled.

The dish main body 53 is roughly divided into a ball storage portion 56 for storing game balls, and a passage formation portion (rectifying passage 57, ball removal passage 67) formed on the right and below the front of the ball storage portion. For example, it is integrally formed by molding means such as injection molding using a resin material such as ABS resin.

The sphere storage portion 56 is formed in a semicircular dish shape having an open upper surface on the left side when viewed from the front, and the right side is formed in a tapered shape and communicated with the rectifying passage 57. The rectifying passage 57 has an open top surface and extends in the left-right direction, and the passage bottom wall is formed somewhat wider than the diameter (11 mm) of the game ball (for example, about 12 mm). The bottom wall that supports the game ball in the ball reservoir 56 and the rectifying passage 57 is configured by an inclined surface that uniformly inclines downward from the left ball reservoir 56 in the front view toward the right rectifying passage 57. .

In addition, a ground metal plate 57 a covers the bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57, and a sheet metal member such as stainless steel formed in a U-shaped cross-sectional view is formed on the bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57 from the back side of the plate body 53. And is provided. A ground wire is connected to the ground metal plate 57a and is connected to a ground terminal disposed on the back set board 40. The potential of the game ball rolling down the rectifying passage 57 is grounded to the ground potential. A detection switch that detects that a game ball rolling and falling on the board has entered the winning device 14 is electrostatically destroyed by the charged game ball, or a circuit board disposed on the back set board 40 or the like is a game ball. This prevents malfunctions under the influence of electrostatic noise due to the charge accumulated in the battery.

A ball removal mechanism 60 is provided at the right end portion of the plate body 53 corresponding to the downstream end of the rectifying passage 57. As shown in the rear view of the plate body 53 in FIG. 4, a lower wall surface 53a is formed extending downward from the lower surface of the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57. The lower wall surface 53a protrudes from the lower wall surface 53a to the rear side and is lowered to the right in the rear view. Inclined wall walls 67a and 67b extending in the left and right directions are provided, and a ball opening passage 67 having an open back surface is formed. The ball extraction passage 67 is continuously provided so as to extend downward from the rectification passage 57 at an alignment position where the rectification passage 57 and the base end portion of the firing rail 22 face each other in the front-rear direction. The rectifying passage 57 and the ball passage 67 are communicated with each other. At the downstream end of the ball removal passage 67, a ball removal port 68 penetrating the contact plate 51 in the front-rear direction is formed, and communicated with the ball removal reception port 33 of the game auxiliary board 20 that is aligned in the closed position of the upper ball tray 5. ing. The rectifying passage 57 and the ball removal passage 67 are always partitioned by the valve member 62 of the ball removal mechanism 60 provided in the folded portion, and are formed through the contact plate 51 at the downstream end of the rectification passage 57. It is connected to a ball feeding device 59 through a ball feeding port 58.

The downstream end of the rectifying passage 57 is changed in a substantially orthogonal direction to guide the game ball to the ball feed port 58. Therefore, a turning guide 57g is provided on the right end side wall of the rectifying passage 57, and is formed in an arc shape to smoothly guide the game ball to flow backward. Similarly, a turning guide 67g for smoothly guiding the game ball from the ball discharge port 68 is also provided at the downstream end of the ball removal passage 67.

The ball removal mechanism 60 is exposed on the upper surface of the upper ball tray 5 and is provided with a ball removal lever 61 that is swingable up and down, and is arranged so as to be slidable in the left-right direction. And a coil spring 63 that normally biases the valve member 62 in the closing direction, and is always biased to the left end position in the rear view by the spring force of the coil spring 63. The member 62 is in a closed state that partitions between the rectifying passage 57 and the ball passage 67.

For this reason, in a normal gaming state, the valve member 62 forms a part of the passage wall of the rectifying passage 57, and the game balls aligned and waiting in the rectifying passage 57 receive the guidance of the turning guide 57g and are smoothly rearward. The flow path is switched to the ball feed device 59 through the ball feed port 58 and sent to the launch rail 22 one ball at a time by a ball feed cam 59c controlled to swing in synchronization with the operation of the game ball launch device 21. The game ball launcher 21 is launched toward the game board 10.

When the ball release lever 61 is pressed, the valve member 62 slides to the left in the front view in accordance with the press operation, and the rectifying passage 57 and the ball discharge passage 67 communicate with each other in a "<" shape. Changed to state. For this reason, the game balls that have been waiting for alignment in the rectifying passage 57 flow into the ball removal passage 67 and flow down through the ball passage, and the passage is smoothly changed to the rear side under the guidance of the turning guide 67g. It flows into the punch ball receiving port 33 on the side of the game assisting board through the discharge port 68, and is guided from the collective recovery port 23 to the lower ball tray 8 through the lower ball tray connecting bucket 34 and the lower outlet 26.

In addition, a slit hole 71 is provided in the bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57 as a drop hole for allowing the game ball to roll down and to drop liquid, powdery or granular foreign matter. On both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the ground metal plate 57a covering the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57 where the slit hole 71 is provided, edge recesses that are concave in plan view are provided. On the other hand, the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57 formed by the plate body 53 has a rectangular shape in plan view that aligns with the edge recess of the ground metal plate 57a when the ground metal plate 57a is attached to the rectifying passage 57. A plurality of slit holes 71 are formed side by side in the flow-down direction. In addition, as indicated by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 6, the center axis X 1 in the flow-down direction of the game ball in a state where the game ball is in contact with the passage side wall on the abutment plate 51 side, No slit hole 71 is provided between the game ball and the central axis X 2 in the flow-down direction of the game ball in a state of being in contact with the passage side wall, and a flat passage bottom wall is formed.

The lower plate 53 has a lower space 53b formed between the rectifying passage 57 and the ball removal passage 67 on the back side of the upper ball plate 5 when the plate 51 and the plate body 53 are assembled. A substantially right triangle shaped receiving hole 72 extending in the left-right direction is formed so as to open. The receiving hole 72 is provided such that the hypotenuse of a substantially right triangular shape follows the inclination of the upper wall of the ball passage 67 forming the lower space 53b, and is inclined downward to the right in the rear view. . Further, the receiving hole 72 is provided with a flange 72a protruding on the back side.

On the back surface of the plate 51, locking tools 74 are provided near the left and right ends of the receiving hole 72. The locking member 74 includes a support shaft portion 74a that protrudes from the back surface of the abutting plate 51 in accordance with the protrusion height of the flange 72a of the receiving hole, and a swingable engagement that is pivotally coupled to the support shaft portion 74a. It comprises a stop side 74b, and is configured to support and fix the rear surface of the housing member 73 by swinging the locking sides 74b and 74b.

The housing member 73 is formed in a dish shape whose outer shell is slightly smaller than the receiving hole 72 and can be loosely inserted into the receiving hole 72. For example, the housing member 73 is formed by a molding means such as injection molding using a resin material such as ABS resin. Is done. The depth of the housing member 73 is equal to the distance in the front-rear direction from the lower wall surface 53a to the locking side 74b in the assembled state of the abutment plate 51 and the dish body 53.

The dish bottom 73a of the housing member formed in a dish shape is formed with an inclined surface that is inclined downward to the right in the rear view in the same manner as the lower side of the receiving hole 72. Furthermore, the water-absorbing sheet 75 formed by combining single or a plurality of synthetic resin systems such as a starch system, a cellulose system, and a polyacrylate system is provided on the dish bottom 73a of the housing member.

In this way, the dish main body 53 provided with the ball removing mechanism 60 and having the plurality of slit holes 71 in the rectifying passage 57 is assembled to the exterior body 52, and the ball feeding device 59 is attached to the back surface thereof. The cover plate 51 is covered and fitted on the front surface, and screws are fastened and fixed to the respective parts of the exterior body 52 and the plate body 53 from the back surface side of the contact plate 51. Next, the accommodating member 73 is loosely inserted through the receiving hole 72 provided on the back surface of the abutment plate 51 so that the front end surface of the accommodating member 73 is brought into contact with the lower wall surface 53a, and the engaging side 74b is swung to thereby move the accommodating member 73. Locked and held in the lower space 53b. In this way, the upper ball tray 5 is formed as shown in part in FIG.

At this time, the accommodating member 73 is sandwiched in the front-rear direction by the lower wall surface 53a of the dish main body with which the front end face abuts and the latching side 74b of the latching tool abutting against the back side of the rear end face, and the dish bottom 73a The lower surface is supported on the upper wall surface 67 a of the ball extraction passage 67, and the portion protruding from the receiving hole 72 to the back side is supported by a flange 72 a formed integrally with the abutment plate 51. In this way, the housing member 73 is stably held in the lower space 53b.

The upper ball tray 5 assembled as described above is assembled to the front frame 2 through the hinge mechanisms 4a and 4b so as to be openable and closable, and is used in the game in a closed state in which the front of the game auxiliary board 20 is closed. The In performing a game, for example, an appropriate number of game balls borrowed from a ball lending machine by a player are put into the ball storage section 56 of the upper ball tray 5 and the launch handle 9 is rotated.

Since the ball storage portion 56 and the rectifying passage 57 are configured by an inclined support surface that uniformly decreases from the upstream ball storage portion 56 toward the downstream rectifying passage 57, the borrowed game balls are spheres by their own weight. It rolls down the bottom wall of the reservoir 56 and flows into the rectifying passage 57. Here, the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57, between the two central axes X 1, X 2 described above is formed flat, a slit 71 is provided on the outside of the respective central axes X 1, X 2 Therefore, the game ball on the rectifying passage 57 smoothly rolls down without being caught by the slit hole 71. For this reason, the game ball that rolls down the ball storage portion 56 and the rectifying passage 57 flows down to the ball feeding port 58 positioned at the downstream end of the rectifying passage 57 without being disturbed by the stable ball flow.

On the other hand, when the player drinks while rotating the launch handle 9 and picks up the beverage container placed on the game island, the beverage suddenly spills into the ball storage section 56. In this case, the beverage also flows down the inclined support surface of the ball storage portion 56 and reaches the rectifying passage 57 as the game ball rolls down.

The beverage that has reached the rectifying passage 57 passes through the plurality of slit holes 71 provided in the rectifying passage 57 and falls below the dish body 53. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the beverage from flowing into the ball feeding device 59 and the game ball launching device 21 from the rectifying passage 57, so that these devices are not contaminated and there is no possibility of causing a failure. In addition, even if a beverage spills down, it quickly falls below the pan body 53 and does not adhere to a large number of game balls, so that the game area PA such as a nail or a prize-winning tool 14 is accompanied by the flow of the game balls. It is possible to prevent secondary game parts, or the ball paths such as the launch rail 22, the foul ball collection path, and the game-completed ball discharge path from being secondarily contaminated.

The dropped beverage is stored in the storage member 73 held in the lower space 53b formed below the bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57. For this reason, it can prevent that a drink spread | diffuses or remains in the obstruction | occlusion space between the plate main body 53 and the this board 51 which are screwed together. Further, the accommodating member 73 is easily detachably attached from the back surface of the contact plate 51. For this reason, when cleaning the housing member 73, it is not necessary to remove the upper ball tray 5 from the front frame 2 and disassemble the abutment plate 51 and the plate body 53. It can be easily done by removing it.

Further, a water absorbing sheet 75 is provided on the dish bottom 73 a of the housing member 73. For this reason, even if the water storage allowable amount of the storage member 73 is greatly improved and a beverage exceeding the capacity of the storage member 73 is accidentally spilled, the water absorption sheet 75 of the dish bottom 73a absorbs the water and stores it. It is possible to prevent the beverage from overflowing from the member 73.

Up to now, the case where the beverage was accidentally spilled during drinking during the game was illustrated, but when the ash of the cigarette spills down during smoking, the ash is dropped downward from the slit hole 71 in the same manner. It is possible to drop into the housing member 73 held inside, and it is possible to prevent dirt from diffusing to each component and each component of the pachinko machine PM in which cigarette ash is connected from the rectifying passage 57.

In this embodiment, the slit hole 71 as the drop hole is illustrated as a rectangular shape. However, the holes provided at the front and rear edges of the passage are outside the center axes X 1 and X 2 in the flow-down direction of the game ball. As long as it is located, the shape of the drop hole is not necessarily limited to a rectangle. For example, a form in which a plurality of semicircular through holes are provided side by side in the flow-down direction of the game ball so as to be located outside the two central axes X 1 and X 2 may be employed.

Further, in the above, a rectangular through hole is provided in the plate body 53 that forms the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57, and a plurality of edge concave portions in a plan view are provided on both side edges of the ground metal plate 57a, thereby forming slit holes. 71 is exemplified, but the rolling flow of the game ball is not disturbed and the liquid or powdery / granular foreign matter such as the ash of beverage or cigarette is dropped below the rectifying passage 57. Any other form may be used as long as the hole can be made as shown in FIG. In addition, the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57 shown in FIG. 7 is configured to incline downward toward the left when viewed from the front of the page, and the game ball flows down from the right side when viewed from the front of the page.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, a notch extending in the left-right direction is provided in the center in the front-rear direction of the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57, and a slit hole 171 is formed in the passage bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57. May be. At this time, the slit hole 171 is formed so as to prevent the game ball from sinking deeply when the game ball is placed on the slit hole (for example, the width in the front-rear direction is about 2.5 mm). . By providing the slit hole 171 in this way, even if a liquid or powdery / granular foreign material such as beverage or cigarette ash enters the upper ball tray 5, it can be dropped downward from the slit hole 171. . In addition, the game ball in the rectifying passage 57 rolls down on the slit hole 171 provided in the center of the rectifying passage 57. That is, the slit hole 171 serves as a guide groove for aligning the game balls and rolling them down, thereby ensuring a stable alignment standby state of the game balls. Further, at the downstream end portion of the slit hole 171, the game ball can easily escape from the slit hole 171 by the rolling pressure due to its own weight and the ball pressure received from the upstream game ball, and the stable ball flow of the game ball Is not inhibited. In addition, in the connection part 157b connected from the downstream end of the slit hole 171 to the flat flow surface, the passage bottom wall may be formed in a tapered shape so as to incline downward toward the slit hole 171 in the left-right direction. As a result, the lower apex of the game ball that sinks slightly into the slit hole 171 in the rolling flow process flows down to the connecting portion 157b without any step, and for example, even if it is the last game ball that does not receive the ball pressure from the upstream side Then, the rolling flow stably flows to the ball feeder 59 by the rolling flow due to its own weight. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7A, an example in which the slit hole 171 is provided just before the downstream end portion is shown, but it may be cut out to the downstream end portion of the rectifying passage 57, and by doing so, It is possible to smoothly roll down from the end of the notch to the valve member 62 of the ball removal mechanism 60, and even the last game ball that does not receive the ball pressure from the upstream side can stably feed the ball feeding device 58. Can be made to roll down.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), a slit hole 271 that extends in the left-right direction and that is widened downstream may be formed in the rectifying passage 57. This guides the aligned flow of the game balls in the same manner as 171 illustrated in FIG. 7A, and more effectively liquid or powder / granule such as beverage or cigarette ash at the downstream expansion portion. The foreign matter can be dropped downward. Similarly to the connection part 157b illustrated in FIG. 7A, the connection part 257b connected from the downstream end of the slit hole 171 to the flat flow surface is inclined downward toward the slit hole 171 in the left-right direction. The passage bottom wall may be formed in a tapered shape. By forming in this way, the game ball can be supplied to the ball feeding device 59 by a more stable ball flow. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7B, an example is shown in which a slit is provided just before the downstream end, but it may be cut out to the downstream end of the rectifying passage 57. It is possible to smoothly roll down from the end of the notch to the valve member 62 of the ball removal mechanism 60, and even the last game ball that does not receive ball pressure from the upstream side can be stably transferred to the ball feeding device 59. It can be made to roll down.

Next, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show other configuration forms, which will be briefly described below with reference to these drawings. Here, FIG. 8 is a front view of a pachinko machine shown as an example of a ball game machine to which another configuration form is applied, and FIG. 9 is a side sectional view seen in the direction of arrows IX-IX in FIG. In addition, when summarizing the pachinko machine of this configuration, the housing member 373 is attached from the back of the contact plate 51 in the same pachinko machine PM as described above, and the housing member 373 is attached to the ashtray 81 for smoking provided in the lower ball tray 8. It is the form which has the communication flow path 377 which connects, The slit hole of the bulb | ball storage part 56 and the rectification | straightening channel | path 57 shall be the same as the form shown in FIG. Therefore, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted, and different parts will be mainly described.

The contact plate 51 of the pachinko machine PM having this configuration has a receiving hole that extends to the left of the front view of the pachinko machine PM shown in FIG. 4 and is above the ball passage 67 that forms the lower space 53b. It is formed so that the lower side of the receiving hole is inclined downward to the left in front view along the inclination of the wall.

The accommodation member 373 of the pachinko machine PM having this configuration is attached by being loosely inserted into the receiving hole in the same manner as the configuration described above, and is engaged with the lower side of the receiving hole while the accommodation member 373 is loosely inserted into the receiving hole. The dish bottom 373a of the member 373 is formed to be inclined downward to the left in front view. Moreover, the opening part is provided in the inclination downstream end of the dish bottom part 373a. In addition, in this structure, the water absorption sheet 75 provided in the dish bottom part by the above-mentioned structure form shall not be provided.

A communication channel 377 is provided that communicates the opening of the dish bottom 373a of the housing member and the upper surface opening of the ashtray 81 that is exposed to the left of the front surface of the lower ball tray 8. As shown in the side sectional view of FIG. 9, the communication flow path 377 includes an upper falling member 377b disposed on the back surface of the upper ball tray 5, and a lower falling member 377c disposed on the lower ball tray 8 side. Etc.

The upper falling member 377b is formed of, for example, a tube formed of a resin material such as vinyl chloride resin or a rubber material such as butadiene rubber, and the upper opening portion is provided in the rear folded portion of the contact plate 51. While being fixed to the fixing hole 351a, the lower opening is connected to the opening provided at the inclined downstream end of the dish bottom 373a. Further, the front frame 2 has a communication hole at a position facing one end opening of the upper falling member 377b fitted to the abutment plate 51 in a state where the upper ball tray 5 is assembled to the front frame 2 to be in a closed posture. 302a is provided, and an insertion hole 302b is provided above the ashtray 81 in a state where the lower ball tray 8 is assembled to the front frame 2 to be in a closed posture.

The lower falling member 377c is formed of a tube formed of a resin material or a rubber material in the same manner as the upper falling member 377b, and is fitted into the insertion hole 302b from the back surface of the lower ball tray 8, and has one end The opening is opposed to the communication hole 302a, and the other end opening projects forward from the insertion hole 302b so as to be positioned above the open upper surface of the ashtray 81. 2 is fixed.

In such a pachinko machine PM of this configuration, if a drink is accidentally spilled into the ball storage section 56 when drinking during a game, the inclined surfaces of the ball storage section 56 and the rectifying passage 57 are changed as in the above-described pachinko machine. The beverage flows down and falls downward from a slit hole 71 provided in the bottom wall of the rectifying passage 57 and flows into the dish bottom 373 a of the storage member 373.

The beverage that has flowed into the housing member 373 flows down to the left in front view along the inclination of the dish bottom 373a. The beverage that has reached the inclined downstream end of the storage member 373 flows into the upper opening of the upper falling member 377b that communicates, and flows downward in the upper falling member 377b on the back side of the upper ball tray 5, and flows upward. From an opening end that passes through a communication hole 302a provided to face the lower opening of the member 377b, falls into the lower falling member 377c, and projects forward from the lower ball tray 8 of the lower falling member 377c. It is discharged and accommodated in the ashtray 81.

As described above, the pachinko machine PM having this configuration can be quickly dropped below the tray main body 53 even if a beverage spills on the upper ball tray 5 in the same manner as the configuration described above, and rectifies along with the flow of the game ball. It is possible to prevent dirt from diffusing and causing failure in each part of the pachinko machine PM connected from the downstream end of the passage 57.

Further, in this configuration, water is poured into the ball storage portion 56 so that moisture does not flow into the ball feeding device 59 by means such as inserting a rubber sponge or the like in the downstream portion of the rectifying passage 57 or the like. The storage member 373 is dropped into the storage member 373, naturally flows down to the ashtray 81 via the tray bottom 373 a of the storage member and the communication channel 377, and the storage member 373 is cleaned by disposing of the water flowing down to the ashtray 81. Is possible. For this reason, the operation | work which opens the upper ball tray 5 and removes the accommodating member 373 is not necessarily required, and the cleaning operation can be simplified.

Up to now, the case where the beverage was accidentally spilled during drinking has been exemplified, but when the ash of cigarette spills down during smoking, the ash is dropped downward from the slit hole of the rectifying passage 57 in the same manner in the lower space 53b. Can be accommodated in the accommodating member 373 held by the ash, and dirt can be prevented from diffusing to each component and each component of the pachinko machine PM in which the ash of the cigarette is connected from the rectifying passage 57.

In addition, although the upper falling member 377b and the lower falling member 377c are configured by tubes formed of a resin material or a rubber material, the material and shape are not limited to this, and liquid or powder is transferred from the storage member 377 to the ashtray 81. Any member can be used as long as it is a member capable of flowing down the particulate / granular foreign matter. Moreover, although the accommodating member 373 and the upper falling member 377b of the communication flow path are formed as separate members, they can be integrally formed and attached from the back side of the upper ball tray. The number of parts and man-hours can be reduced.

Further, in each of the above configuration forms, the ball game machine according to the present invention is exemplified as a pachinko machine having two upper and lower ball trays (upper ball tray 5 and lower ball tray 8). The pachinko machine, the arcade game machine, the smart ball machine, and the like that are provided can be similarly applied as long as the ball game machine has a ball tray in which the support surface of the game ball is inclined.

In the above-described ball game machine having two upper and lower ball trays, the upper ball tray 5 including the rectifying passage 57 and the lower ball tray 8 including the ashtray 81 are separate structures, and each ball tray is independent. Since the front frame 2 can be opened and closed and assembled, the member forming the communication flow path 377 that connects the housing member 73 disposed directly below the rectifying passage 57 and the ashtray 81 is disposed above. A plurality of ball trays and lower ball trays are required. However, in the case of a ball game machine having a single-stage ball tray configuration, the members forming the communication channel 377 can be configured as a single unit. The number of members and the number of man-hours can be reduced as compared with a game machine having a two-stage ball tray configuration. Moreover, it is also possible to integrally form the housing member and the communication flow path and attach them from the back side of the ball tray. By configuring in this way, the number of members and the number of steps can be further reduced.
