【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、組立式の陳列棚の棚板、特に木製の陳列棚に用いる木製の棚板に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、組立式の陳列棚は、棚板等の高さ位置の設定、変更が容易であり、種々の組合せが簡単にできる有利性がある。最近は、木製のこのような組立式の陳列棚が、その素材感から求められて来ている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような木製の組立式のものの一例としては、例えば、実公昭59-23557号公報記載の組立家具があげられる。この組立家具では、止めピンを用いて縦枠に横枠を、また横枠に棚板を止め付けているが、この構造では、棚板の高さ位置の設定、変更には自由度がなく、しかも部品点数が多くなり不都合である。

本発明は、上述の問題点に鑑み、高さ位置の設定、変更に自由度がある棚板を側枠へ取り付けるに際して、側枠への取り付け態様が異なる棚板の前後に設ける取付金具の共通化を図り、部品の種類を減少しうるようにした陳列棚の棚板を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 陳列棚の左右の側枠における前後部の縦杆の対向面に受けピンを突設し、少なくとも前後方向の4本の受けピンにより支持するようにした陳列棚の棚板であって、前記受けピンに対応する前後の端部下面に正面視が下向きコ字形をなし、かつ上辺の前後いずれか一方の端部より垂下する垂下片に、受けピンを挿入しうる挿入孔が穿設され、かつ他方の端部が開口して、前記受けピンに跨嵌しうるピン係合金具を設ける。

(2) 上記(1)項において、ピン係合金具の上辺に止めねじ挿通用の孔を設け、止めねじによってピン係合金具が下面に固着され、かつ前記止めねじの頭部が各受けピンの先端の内側に位置して該受けピンを抜け止めするように前記孔の位置を設定する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明の棚板を用いる陳列棚を途中まで組み立てた状態を示す。この例は木製のもので、その前後面の両方に陳列面が形成されている。以下の説明では、前面部の構造を代表として詳述する。

図1に示すように、陳列棚は、左右1対の側枠(1)を有している。側枠(1)は、前部縦杆(2)と後部縦杆(3)とを、前後方向を向く複数の側部連結部材(4)により連結して枠構造としたものである。
後部縦枠(3)は、後面部の陳列面を構成する縦枠と共用されるので、前部縦枠(2)よりも大分太めの角材を使用している。

前部縦枠(2)及び後部縦枠(3)の対向する面には、いわゆるダボ孔である複数の受孔(5)が、左右2列として、上下方向に等間隔をもって穿設されている。前部縦枠(2)の受孔(5)については、後部の陳列面を構成する前部縦枠(2)を参照されたい。

これら左右1対の側枠(1)の後部縦杆(3)同士は、左右方向を向く複数の連結部材(6)により連結され、このようにして、前面を高さ方向全長にわたって大きく開放した構造体が形成される。

このような構造体に架設される木製の棚板(7)には、図2に示すようにその四隅下面に方形の切り欠き部(8)が設けられ、ここにピン係合金具(9)が嵌合して固定されている。

ピン係合金具(9)は、図3及び図4に示すように、板金を折り曲げて形成した底面開放の箱形の部材で、その前後の一方の面(後面)(図3参照)は、板金を上辺から切り放して開放され、他方の面(前面)(図4参照)は、上辺から折り曲げられて垂下する垂下片(9a)が形成され、垂下片(9a)の中央上部に挿入孔(10)が形成されている。また、上面には、取付用の孔(11)が穿設されている。

図2及び図6に示すように、ピン係合金具(9)を、棚板(7)の前側では挿入孔(10)が前面に露出するように前側として、凹部(8)内に嵌合し、止めねじ(12)により取り付け(図2の左側及び図6の右側参照)、棚板(7)の後側では、開放面が端面に露出するように挿入孔(10)を前側として、凹部(8)内に止めねじ(12)により取り付けられている(図2の右側及び図6の左側参照)。

棚板(7)の取り付けは、図5に示すように、前後部縦杆(2)(3)の所望の同じ高さ位置の受孔(5)に、いわゆるダボまたはダボピンをなす受けピン(13)を挿入して突設し、先ず棚板(7)の前端を矢印により示すように、後上方から前下方に向かって斜めに前部縦杆(2)に近づけて、ピン係合金具(9)の挿入孔(10)を、前部縦杆(2)の後面より突出する受けピン(13)に差し入れる。

次いで、棚板(7)の後縁部を、矢印により示すようにまっすぐに下方に下げて行き、後縁部のピン係合金具(9)の開放端面すなわち凹溝部を、後部縦杆(3)の受けピン(13)の上に被せて、ピン係合金具(9)の上片の下面に当接させる。この最終状態が図6に示されている。
この状態では、棚板(7)の前端部は、上下左右いずれの方向にも移動不能となるように前部縦杆(2)に係止されるとともに、棚板(7)の後端部は、左右方向移動不能となるように後部縦杆(3)に係止される。

また、この状態では、図6に示されるようにピン係合金具(9)を棚板(7)に固定する止めねじ(12)の頭部(12a)は、受けピン(13)の先端の内側に位置して、該受けピンの抜け止めを果たしている。換言すれば、止めねじ(12)のための孔(11)は、このような関係となる位置に穿設されている。

このようにしていくつかの棚板(7)を取り付けると図7に示す構造体となり、これらの棚板(7)は、縦杆、ことに前部縦杆(2)(2)間を連結するので、陳列棚の全体の構造的な強度を充分確保することができる。

図8は、ピン係合金具(9)の変形例を示す。このピン係合金具(9)は、挿入孔(10)が穿設された垂下片(9a)が設けられた端部と反対側の端部の上片より垂下片(9b)を垂下させ、この垂下片(9b)の下端中央に、受けピン(13)に跨嵌しうる逆U字状の切欠き(15)を設けてある。
このような構成とすると、切欠き(15)が跨嵌した受けピン(13)とピン係合金具(9)との左右方向のがたつきを確実に防止することができる。

なお、ピン係合金具(9)の前後の向きをすべて反転して棚板(7)に取り付け、棚板(7)の取付要領を図5に示すものと前後逆として実施することもできる。この場合、左右の側枠(1)の前部縦杆(2)同士を連結部材(6)により連結し、後部縦杆(3)同士の連結は省略するのがよい。

【発明の効果】
請求項1記載の発明によれば、棚板の前後に同一種類のピン係合金具を設けることにより、異なる態様の強靱なダボ受け部を形成することができる。
このように、ピン係合金具を共用化することにより、部品の種類を少なくすることができる。

As an example of such a wooden assembling type, there is an assembled furniture described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-23557, for example. In this assembled furniture, the horizontal frame is fixed to the vertical frame and the shelf board is fixed to the horizontal frame using a fixing pin, but in this structure, there is no flexibility in setting and changing the height position of the shelf board.
