【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、天板を、使用時に略水平姿勢となり、非使用時には略垂直の起立姿勢となるように、机本体に対して蝶番を介して起伏回動可能に構成した机装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の机装置は、机本体に対して蝶番を介して基端部周りに起伏(上下)回動可能に設けた天板と、この天板の下方に水平方向に進退動可能に設けた抽斗等の移動体と、前記天板の起伏回動に伴って前記移動体が進退動するように連動させるリンク杆とを備えている。

使用時には、略垂直状等に起立した状態(以下、起立姿勢という)の天板を下向き回動させて、略水平な状態(以下、水平姿勢という)とする。このとき、前記天板の下向き回動に連動して移動体が前進動し、この移動体の上面で前記天板を支持して略水平姿勢が保持される。

逆に非使用時には、水平姿勢の天板を上向き回動させて、起立姿勢で机本体内に収納する。このとき、移動体は前記天板の上向き回動に連動して後退動し、前記机本体内に収納される。

しかし、前記構成の机装置では、天板を下向き回動させる際に手を添えておかないと、天板は自重により加速して移動体の上面に勢いよく衝突するため、その衝突時に大きな音が発生したり、天板や移動体が傷ついたり、不注意で天板と移動体との間に指を挟むおそれもあった。

このような天板の急激な前倒れ(下向き回動)を防止する構成として、特許文献1には、移動体の側部に回転ダンパを設け、この移動体側の回転ダンパと天板の側部とをリンク杆を介して連動連結することが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記特許文献1のように回転ダンパを利用する場合、天板の水平姿勢への下向き回動方向の動作時にのみダンパー作用(回動に対する抵抗作用)を有し、天板を水平から起立方向への回動時には、何らの作用も奏しないのであった。

従って、前記天板を上向きに回動しようとするとき、使用者の手には当該天板の重量がそのままかかり、重たく感じるという問題があった。

本発明は、前記の問題を解消した机装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を解決するため、請求項1に記載のの発明の机装置は、机本体に対して略垂直状態の閉止姿勢と略水平状態の開き姿勢となるように基端部周りに起伏回動可能に設けた天板と、この天板の下方で水平方向に前後動可能に設けた移動体とを備えた机装置において、前記天板の起伏回動に連動して前記移動体が前後動するように、一端部を前記天板の側面部に回動可能に枢支し、他端部を前記移動体の側面に回動可能に枢着したリンク杆を備え、前記リンク杆の他端部にはカム体を備える一方、前記移動体の側面に収納ケースを固定し、該収納ケース内には、前記カム体のカム面に当接して移動可能な受け体と、前記カム体に受け体を弾力付勢するための付勢手段とを備え、前記収納ケースに配置した支軸に前記リンク杆の他端部とカム体とを回動可能に枢支させたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明を具体化した実施形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。図1〜図8は本発明に係る机装置の第1実施形態であり、図1は机装置の概略斜視図、図2及び図3は天板と移動体との連動関係を示す要部拡大側断面図である。

図1〜図3に示すように、第1実施形態の机装置は、前面を開口した略箱型の机本体1における左右両側板2,2間の前面開口部のうち上部を塞ぐ上下(起伏)回動可能な天板3と、机天板1内のうち天板3の下方に前後移動可能に設けた抽斗等の移動体4と、天板3の側面部と移動体4の側面部との間に跨るように配置した側面視逆「く」の字状の左右一対のリンク杆5,5とを備えている。また、机本体1のうち移動体4より下方右側には袖抽斗6が配置されている。

略矩形板状の天板3は、その基端部が机本体1内の上下中途高さ部位に設けた固定棚板7の前縁部に蝶番8を介して連結されており(図2及び図3参照)、この天板3は、机本体1の前面開口部のうち上部を塞ぐように略垂直状の起立姿勢(図1の実線状態参照)から略水平姿勢(図1の二点鎖線状態参照)までの範囲で、すなわち天板3の基端部を中心に略90°の範囲で上下(起伏)回動するように構成されている。

移動体4は、図6に示すように、略矩形板状の天枠体9aと、この天枠体9aの下面のうち左右両側端に下向き突設した左右両側枠体9b(図6で右側のみ示す)と、これら左右両側枠体9bの内面間に設けたサスペンションレール10を介して前後方向に出し入れ可能に設けた鏡板11a付き抽斗11とを備えている。

各側枠体10の外面には、前後長手で断面略コ字状のガイドレール12が固定されている一方、机本体1における左右両側板2,2の内面には、複数個の転動コロ14(第1実施形態では2つずつ)が取付けられている。各ガイドレール12のコ字状溝内に、これに対応する各転動コロ14を嵌め込むことにより、移動体4は机本体1に対して前後移動可能に支持されている。抽斗11は、天枠体9a及び左右側枠体9bと共に一体的に前後移動可能であるが、これら枠体9a,9bとは別個に前後方向に出し入れすることもできる。

なお、移動体4を前後移動可能とする構成は、前述の形態に限らず、例えば左右両側板2,2の内面のうち固定棚板7の下方に一対の支持枠を固定し、これら各支持枠とこれに対応するガイドレール12との間に、リテーナで自転可能に保持された多数個のボールを一列状に介挿して、ガイドレール12ひいては移動体4を軽い力で前後移動可能とするサスペンション手段であってもよい。

前記各リンク杆5の他端部(移動体4側)にはカム体15を備える一方、前記移動体4の外側面には、前記カム体15のカム面に当接して移動可能な受け体20と、前記カム体15に対して受け体20を弾力付勢するための付勢手段21とを備えたものである。第1実施形態では、ポリアセタール樹脂等の合成樹脂製の収納ケース16を前記移動体4の外側面にビス止めし、該収納ケース16内に、リンク杆5の他端部、カム体15、前記受け体20及び付勢手段21が配置されている。

左右一対のリンク杆5は、天板3の上下回動に連動させて移動体4が前後移動するように関連付けるためのものである。第1実施形態における一対のリンク杆5、カム体15、収納ケース16、受け体20及び付勢手段21は、天板3及び移動体4の左右に対してそれぞれ左右対称状に設けられており、いずれも基本的に同じ構成である。そこで、図2〜図8を参照しながら、天板3及び移動体4の右側に配置したものを例として以下に説明する。

リンク杆5は略く字状の金属製等の板状のものであり、その一端部は、天板3の側面のうち基端寄りの部位にねじ止めした取付け金具22に、枢支軸23で回動可能に枢着されている一方、当該リンク杆5の他端部は、移動体4としての右側枠体9bのうち常に蝶番8よりも前寄りとなる部位に配置された支軸24に対して回動可能に枢支されている。そして、この支軸24は、前記右側枠体9bの側面にビス25止めされた収納ケース16の幅方向(天板3の幅方向と平行な方向)に貫通するように固定されている(図4(b)参照)。

収納ケース16は図4、図5及び図7に示すごとく、側面視で略矩形状に一体成形されている。収納ケース16の広幅面のうちの一方(側枠体9bの側面に対峙する面)には、前記受け体20と付勢手段21としての一対の圧縮バネ21aを収納するための横長の凹所26が形成されている。この凹所26内には、前記一対の圧縮バネ21aの配置位置がずれないようにするための仕切り壁27が適宜長さで形成されている。前記凹所26に隣接した位置には、前記リンク杆5の他端部及び該他端部にビス17等にて固定されたカム体15を前記凹所26内に臨むことができる連通部28が前記収納ケース16の幅内に形成されている。さらに、前記連通部28を跨いで前記支軸24が嵌まる貫通孔29が前記収納ケース16の幅方向に穿設されている。前記収納ケース16の広幅面のうちの他方(側板3の内面に対峙する面、前記凹所26の底側となる面)には、前記リンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15を覆うための平板状のカバー板部30が一体的に形成されている。

前記凹所26の表面側には広い面積で段部31と突起32とが形成されており、前記凹所26を塞ぐための蓋板33の周囲縁は前記段部31に嵌まり、蓋板33の嵌合孔33aは前記突起32に嵌まるように構成されている。また、蓋板33の別の取付け孔33bと収納ケース16に穿設した取付け孔34とを介して前記ビス25にて収納ケース16ごと側枠体9bの側面に固定する。なお、前記蓋板33の一側部を屈曲させた支持片33cにて前記一対の圧縮バネ21aの他端を支持するように構成しても良い(図7参照)。

前記凹所26内に配置された受け体20には、前記板状のカム体15の周面(カム面15a)に対峙する平板状の受け部20aと、該受け部20aから突設して前記各圧縮バネ21aの内径部に嵌まって位置決めするガイド軸部20bとを備え、前記受け部20aの片面には、摩擦係数の小さい材料からなる当接部材35を埋設し、この当接部材35にカム体15の周面(カム面15a)を当接させるように構成している。この場合、天板3が起立姿勢にあってリンク杆5が起立しているとき(図5の二点鎖線及び図2参照)、カム体15の回動中心(支軸24の軸心)からカム面15aと前記当接部材35との当接面までの距離は短い。従って、受け体20は支軸24に接近する方向に前進し、これにつれて付勢手段21によるカム体15への押圧力が少ないように設定されている。他方、天板3が水平姿勢にあってリンク杆5が略横長状に配置されているときには(図5の実線及び図3参照)、前記カム体15の回動中心からカム面15aと前記当接部材35との当接面までの距離が長い。従って、受け体20は支軸24から離れる方向に後退し、これにつれて付勢手段21によるカム体15への押圧力が大きくなるように設定されている。

なお、前記収納ケース16の幅寸法W1は、机本体1の側板2と移動体4の側枠体9bとの間の左右巾W2より若干狭く、その巾W2内に収納ケース16が納まった状態で、前後長手の隙間空間に配置されている。また、リンク杆5の内側面も側枠体9b及び天板3の側面に近接した位置になるように配置されている(図6参照)。そして、収納ケース16における広幅一側面のカバー板部30と移動体4の側面との間に、前記リンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15の周囲を位置させて前記カバー板30にて覆うように構成されている(図2、図3及び図6参照)。

次に前記構成による作用について説明すると、起立姿勢の天板3の前面側に位置する把手40(図1参照)を前方に引いて、当該天板3を下向き回動させるにつれて、一対のリンク杆5の他端部側が水平方向に近くなるように下向き回動し、且つこのリンク杆5を介して移動体4を前向きに押し出す(図3参照)。

このリンク杆5が図2で時計回り方向(図5で反時計回り)に回動するにつれて、当該リンク杆5の他端部と一体的に回動するカム体15のカム面15aが受け体20を前記付勢手段21(圧縮バネ21a)の付勢力に抗して後退するように押圧する。そしてこの付勢手段21の付勢力は、リンク杆5の他端部が略水平方向に回動する角度が大きい程(天板3が水平姿勢に近づく程)大きくなるのである。従って、天板3の下向き回動速度は、自重による加速が抑えられて、水平姿勢に近付くにつれて遅くなる。これにより、天板3は、ゆっくりと移動体4の天枠体9aに当って載置される(図1の二点鎖線状態及び図3参照)結果、衝撃音も極めて少なく、天板や移動体が傷つかない。また、移動体4が前向きに押し出される速度も段々と遅くなる。

なお、天枠体9aの上面のうち前寄り部位には、ゴム等の軟質弾性材製の緩衝体41が接着剤等で固定されている。リンク杆5は天板3と移動体4との左右いずれか一側にのみ配置してもよいが、前述のように、天板3と移動体4との左右両側に配置することが好ましい。

前記とは反対に、水平姿勢の天板3を上向き回動させるにつれて一対のリンク杆5の他端部側が起立するように上向き回動し、且つこのリンク杆5を介して移動体4を後方に引き込む(図3参照)。

このリンク杆5が図3で反時計回り方向(図5で時計回り)に回動するにつれて、当該リンク杆5の他端部と一体的に回動するカム体15のカム面15aが受け体20の当接部材35に当接する箇所から前記支軸24の軸心までの距離が短くなる。従って、前記付勢手段21にて押圧される受け体20がカム体15を押圧するように前進し、それにつれて受け体20ひいてはカム体15を押圧する前記付勢手段21(圧縮バネ21a)の付勢力は徐々に低下する。

従って、水平姿勢の天板3を上向き回動させる開始区間で、前記リンク杆5を起立方向に付勢力が作用することになり、軽い力で天板3を持ち揚げできるのである。

そして、天板3が起立姿勢の状態では、その天板3の側面と移動体4の側面とにの間に略起立状態にあるリンク杆5全体及び収納ケース16は、机本体1の側面視において(図2参照)、側板2の前縁より後方に位置しているから、リンク杆5及び収納ケース16の外面は当該側板2にて覆われており、リンク杆5の一端部(上部)は側板2の内面と天板3の側面との狭い隙間内にあり、収納ケース16も側板2の内面と移動体4の側枠体9bの外面との間に位置し、且つ収納ケース16の上側から突出するリンク杆5の他端部も移動体4における天枠体9aの側面に極めて接近した位置にあって、子供の小さい指が入り込む隙間がほとんど存在しないから、極めて安全である。

そして、天板3が起立姿勢から下向き回動する途次においても、リンク杆5の一端部(上部)は側板2の内面と天板3の側面との狭い隙間内にあり、収納ケース16も側板2の内面と前記側枠体9bの外面との間に位置し、さらに、移動体4と共に前進動するリンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15は収納ケース16の幅内に位置し、しかも、それらの回動する部材(リンク杆5の他端部等)の外面側をカバー板部30にて広く覆っているから、収納ケース16が側面視で側板2の前縁より前方に突出したとしても、子供の指が前記リンク杆5の他端部等の回動部位と固定部位との間で挟まれるという虞もないのである。

このような状況は、天板3が水平姿勢、つまり収納ケース16が最も前方に突出している状態から天板3を上向き回動し、移動体4ひいては収納ケース16が後退動する動作時においても同じであり、リンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15等回動部分が前記カバー板部30にて広く覆われて保護されるのである。

本発明は、前述の実施形態に限らず、様々な態様に具体化できる。例えば、前記図示実施形態では、カバー板部30を収納ケース16と一体的に形成したが、別体のカバー板部30を収納ケース16の一方の広幅面にビス止めする等して固定しても良い。さらに、図5に示すように、収納ケース16の凹所26内における前記受け体20の配置位置から離れた側に前記圧縮バネ21aの他端を支持する支持片42を配置し、収納ケース16の側面に螺合させた調節ボルト43の先端にて前記凹所26内の前記支持片を押して、前記圧縮バネ21aの付勢力の初期値を大小調節するように構成しても良い。その結果、天板3の下向き回動速度等の変更を簡単に行えるのである。

さらに、前記図示実施形態では、支軸24は収納ケース16に対して固定され、リンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15は支軸24の回りに相対的に回動可能に枢支されていたが、支軸24にリンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15を固着し、支軸24が収納ケース16に対して回転可能に構成しても良い。その場合、図9に示すように、収納ケース16内において、リンク杆5の他端部とカム体15とを支軸24の軸線方向に離間させてそれぞれ支軸24に固定するようにしても良い。本発明における支軸24はリンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15の回動中心としての機能を有するだけだからである。

また、第2の実施形態として、図10に示すように、収納ケース内に配置するリンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15を支軸24を介して移動体24の側面に装着する。前記板状のカム体15のカム面に当接する受け体として軸45の周りに回動可能なレバー44にて構成し、このレバー44の他端を引張バネ46または圧縮バネ、もしくは捩じりバネなどの付勢手段にて付勢して、前記カム体15に押圧力を付与するように構成しても良い。この場合も前記レバー44や付勢手段を収納ケース16内に配置すると共にカバー板部にて回動する部品の回りを覆って保護することが好ましい。収納ケースを用いないで、リンク杆5の他端部及びカム体15を支軸24を介して移動体24の側面に装着し、受け体及び付勢手段を装着する場合にも、前記カバー板部にて回動する部品の回りを覆って保護することが好ましい。

前記各実施形態におけるカム体15及び受け体20と付勢手段21とを備えた収納ケース16は、移動体4の左右いずれか一側にのみ配置しても差し支えないが、前述の各実施形態のように、天板3と移動体4との左右両側に配置することが、天板3の回動の左右バランスが取れて好ましい。さらに前記各実施形態において、リンク杆5の他端部にカム体15を一体的に形成しても良い。

さらに、参考例として図11に示すように、前記リンク杆5の他端部に一体的に回動する板カム状のカム体15を備え、このカム体15のカム面15aに付勢手段としての渦巻きバネ47(もしくは図示しないが板ばね)の自由端側を常時押圧するように配置させても良い。この場合、リンク杆5の他端部とカム体15と、これらを回動自在に支持する支軸24と、前記渦巻きバネ47とを収納ケース16内に配置しておくことが好ましい。この参考例によれば、上記各実施形態による効果に加えて、受け体を省略できて部品点数が少なくて済み、コストを低減できるという効果も奏する。

【発明の効果】
以上に詳述したように、請求項1の発明の机装置は、机本体に対して略垂直状態の閉止姿勢と略水平状態の開き姿勢となるように基端部周りに起伏回動可能に設けた天板と、この天板の下方で水平方向に前後動可能に設けた移動体とを備えた机装置において、前記天板の起伏回動に連動して前記移動体が前後動するように、一端部を前記天板の側面部に回動可能に枢支し、他端部を前記移動体の側面に回動可能に枢着したリンク杆を備え、前記リンク杆の他端部にはカム体を備える一方、前記移動体の側面に収納ケースを固定し、該収納ケース内には、前記カム体のカム面に当接して移動可能な受け体と、前記カム体に受け体を弾力付勢するための付勢手段とを備え、前記収納ケースに配置した支軸に前記リンク杆の他端部とカム体とを回動可能に枢支させたものである。
