【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はワイヤー入りのブラジャーに係り、その目的は、着用者に苦痛を与えたり、着用者の身体にワイヤーの跡が残らず、また外観の美しい外付けワイヤーブラジャーを提供することにある。
尚、本明細書においてブラジャーとは、一般的なブラジャーだけでなく、ロングラインブラジャー、スリーインワン、ボディスーツ、ブラスリップ等のカップ部を有するファンデーション全体のことをいう。

【従来の技術】
従来より乳房カップの下側の縁に金属やプラスチック、樹脂からなるある程度以上の剛性を有するカップワイヤーを備えたブラジャーは乳房の形を美しく整える造形性を有するブラジャーとして広く普及している。

従来の最も一般的に普及しているカップワイヤーを備えたブラジャーにおいて、図６に示すように、乳房の基底ラインの形状に沿った半円弧状の形状をしたワイヤー（５）がカップパット（７）に付設されている。
このような従来のブラジャーでは、図７及び図８（ａ）（ｂ）に示すように、ワイヤー（５）がカップパット（７）の内側に位置し、クッション布（６）の中にワイヤー（５）を入れることにより肌にあたる力を軽減させ、更には突き抜けを防止させていた。また、突き抜け防止、延いてはけが防止のためにワイヤー端部には樹脂などでコーティングが施されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記したような従来のブラジャーには、以下に述べる問題点があった。
従来のワイヤー入りブラジャーは前記したようにワイヤーが肌側に位置されているため、これを装着した時にワイヤーが身体に圧迫感を与え、肌にワイヤー跡がつくことがあった。また、数回の洗濯でワイヤーがねじれたり、曲がりを生じる等して、ワイヤーの形状が変化するため装着時に胸の中央部の中心部分にワイヤーの先端があたって違和感を感じたり、傷がついたりすることがあった。
更に、本来ブラジャーはカップ布（８）と台布（９）の縫い合わせ位置でカップ部と台部の機能が分かれるものであり、その位置にワイヤー（５）がくることが理想であるが、図８（ａ）（ｂ）からもわかるようにワイヤー付設構造上、ワイヤーが離れた位置になることが常であった。

本発明者はこのような問題点を解決するために、先ずカップワイヤーをカップの外側（表面側）に付設することを考えたが、単にワイヤーをカップの外側に位置させた場合、ブラジャーの表面にワイヤーが膨出するため、ブラジャーの外観が悪くなり、デザイン上の大きな制約となり、更に身体のラインに沿うような洋服を着用した場合、ワイヤー部分のラインが見えるという問題があった。

本発明は上記した問題点を全て解決するためになされたものであって、ワイヤーの肌へのあたりを緩和し、且つワイヤーをカップ布と台布の縫い合わせ位置に付設する、外観にも優れたワイヤー入りブラジャーを創出しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明のうち請求項１に係る発明はカップ布と、前記カップ布の周辺の湾曲部に配されるとともに該カップ布の外側から付設されるワイヤーと、前記ワイヤーの付設位置を含む前記カップ布の内側に配設される低反発ウレタンフォームからなるカップパットと、前記カップ布の外側に配設される台布と、前記台布の上縁の湾曲線に沿い且つ該上縁の湾曲線の直下にある縫い合わせ位置を通るように、該台布、該カップ布、前記カップパットとともに縫製されるとともに、前記カップ布と該台布の間に挟まれて縫製されるワイヤーを覆う布を備える外付けワイヤーブラジャーであって、前記ワイヤーを覆う布が、前記縫製によりワイヤーを覆うループを形成し、該ループ及び前記ワイヤーが前記台布外側の縫い合わせ位置を覆うことを特徴とする外付けワイヤーブラジャーに関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る外付けワイヤーブラジャーについて、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図１は本発明の実施の形態である外付けワイヤーブラジャーの片側正面図を示し、図２は図１に示す本発明に係る外付けワイヤーブラジャーを裏側から見た図を示し、図３は図１に示す本発明に係る外付けワイヤーブラジャーの断面図を示し、図４（ａ）（ｂ）は図３のワイヤー付設部分の拡大断面図を示す。

本発明に係る外付けワイヤーブラジャーは、図１及び図２に示すように、カップ（１）と、左右のカップをつなぐ中央台布（２）と、カップの縁部からそれぞれ横方向に延びるバック布（３）と、肩紐（４）から構成されている。
