本発明は、外枠内に主部材と横部材が格子状に形成されてなるグレーチングに関し、詳細には道路や歩道等に雨水を排水するために設けられている側溝や横断溝などの断面U字状の溝(以下、U字状溝という)に蓋として設置されるグレーチングに関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、グレーチングを載せ置いて取付けるU字状溝の場合には、その載せ置くU字状溝の上部縁は、通常コンクリートのままであり、しかもグレーチングとU字状溝との間にはかなりの隙間があるため、グレーチング上を自転車や自動車などの車が走行したり、人が通ってもカタカタ、あるいはガチャガチャと音を発することがあり、特に住宅街においてはこの音が耳障りで問題となっている上に、跳ね上がりの懸念もある。音の発生を防止するため隙間にゴムなどの騒音防止材を取付けたものもあるが、耐用性が悪く交換などのメンテナンスの手間が大変である。

また、グレーチングを落とし込んで設けるU字状溝の場合も、その受部は通常コンクリートのまま、あるいは山形鋼をアンカーを介してコンクリートに取付けた形態となっており、しかもグレーチングと受部の間にはかなりの隙間があるため、上記U字状溝の上部縁に載せ置いて取付けるグレーチングの場合と同様に、U字状溝のグレーチング上を自転車や自動車などの車が走行したり、人が通ってもカタカタ、あるいはガチャガチャと音を発することがあり、特に住宅街においてはこの音が耳障りで問題となっている上に、跳ね上がりの懸念もある。一方、これを改善して、グレーチングを受部内に落とし込んでアンカーボルト・ナットにより固定することもできるが、このようにした場合、しっかりとした固定ができ音の発生も無い反面、ごみなどを取り除く際にはその開閉に時間を要し作業性が悪いなどの問題がある。

本発明は、上記の如き問題を解消するためになしたものであって、その目的は、ごみなどを取り除く作業にそれほど支障を来たすことなく、且つ車などの走行でカタカタ、ガチャガチャといった音の発生を防止し得るとともに、跳ね上がりも防止し得る、特に住宅街の道路に好適に適用し得るグレーチングを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項1に係るグレーチングは、外枠内に主部材と横部材が格子状に形成されてなるグレーチングにおいて、平行する主部材間の底側外枠寄りに設けられ上下方向の貫通孔を有する補助部材と、この補助部材の貫通孔に回動自在に設けられた回動軸と、この回動軸の底側の端部に設けられ馬蹄形をなし、円弧部の何れか一方の端部が厚肉に形成され、他方の端部からその厚肉に至る間が勾配に形成されるとともに、回動軸が反円弧部側に偏心して取付けられてなる締付け板とを備えてなるものである。

上記構成では、グレーチングに回動軸を介して回動自在に設けられ馬蹄形をなし、円弧部の何れか一方の端部が厚肉に形成され、他方の端部からその厚肉に至る間が勾配に形成されるとともに、回動軸が反円弧部側に偏心して取付けられてなる締付け板を、例えばU字状溝の受部の底の下に形成した空洞内に回動軸を回動させて装入することで、締付け板とグレーチングの主部材下面との間で、受部の底から空洞までの間に形成した底板部を挟み付けることができる。このように締付け板によってU字状溝の受部の底板部を挟み付けた場合には、この締付けが解除されないかぎりグレーチングが受部との間でガタツクことがなく、車などの走行でカタカタ、ガチャガチャといった音を発することが防止できる上に、グレーチングが受部内から浮き上がったり、外れたりすることの防止も図れる。また、回動軸を回動させることで締付けを簡単に解除させることができ、ごみなどを取り除く作業が支障なく行える。また、このように騒音防止、跳ね上がり防止、清掃容易といったことから、特に住宅街の道路への適用が期待される。

【発明の実施の形態】
