Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is attached to the drain outlet of a drainage device that drains water in various drainage devices that generate drainage by use, such as basins such as washstands and sinks, waterproof pans used in bathrooms and washing machines, etc. It is a thing regarding a covering member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, drainage devices that drain water are used in various drainage devices that generate drainage by use, such as tank bodies such as washstands and sinks, and waterproof pans used in bathrooms and washing machines.
[0003]
The drainage device shown in FIG. 17 is an example thereof, and shows a drainage device called a drain trap having a function of preventing odors and pests from entering from the sewage side.
[0004]
By the way, since the drainage water is already used for some reason, for example, if it is drainage used for washing dishes, etc. in the sink, cooking scraps, etc., should also be drainage used for washing hair in the sink. In most cases, hair and the like are mixed in each case. If these are discharged as they are from the drain to the sewage side, there is a problem such as clogging of these dusts in the sewage pipe, resulting in clogging of the pipe. Therefore, a drain plate of a normal drainage device is provided with a slit so that dust larger than a certain size in the drainage does not enter the drain port, and a bottomed cylindrical member that prevents the entry of large dust Then, the side surface and the bottom surface are knitted, and a strainer or the like for collecting dust, hair, etc. in the drainage is disposed. In addition, if the strainer is used as described above, the user of the tank body feels uncomfortable by directly looking at the dust in the strainer, so that drainage is performed and the strainer in the drain outlet is not directly viewed. A blindfold member called a drainage plate is often arranged. As described above, in most cases, a covering member attached to the drain port, such as an eye plate member, a strainer, or a blind member, is used for the drain port of the drainage device.
[0005]
There are various ways of attaching the covering member of the drainage port to the drainage port. For example, in the case of the strainer shown in FIG. 21, the flange provided on the periphery of the opening of the strainer is placed on the opening of the drainage device. Installation is in progress. Further, in the case of the blindfold member shown in FIG. 22, the outer edge of the blindfold member is loosely fitted in the vicinity of the opening of the drainage port to be attached to the drainage port.
[0006]
On the other hand, in the case of the eye plate member, it is often attached by a strong fitting method as described below. Hereinafter, each member used for attachment and an example of the attachment method will be described with reference to the drawings.
The drainage port covering member, usually referred to as the eye plate member, shown in FIGS. 17 to 20 has a structure described below, and is detachably attached to the drainage port by the method shown in paragraph 0007.
The drainage port of the drainage device is formed on the bottom surface portion of the tank body, and is formed in a cylindrical shape with protrusions at a plurality of locations on the inner peripheral surface thereof.
The eye plate member, which is a covering member, is a substantially cylindrical member having a slightly smaller diameter than the drain port provided at the drain port of the drainage device. Are provided with a plurality of slit portions for passing the water through the drain outlet.
Further, the eye plate member is opened to the lower end at a position corresponding to the protruding portion of the drain port, and has a vertical groove portion having a width slightly wider than the horizontal width of the protruding portion of the drain port, and the vertical groove portion on the side surface portion of the vertical groove portion. Communicating with the groove and extending in the arc direction, the vertical width is somewhat wider than the vertical width of the protrusion in the vicinity of the vertical groove, and the vertical width becomes narrower as the distance from the connecting vertical groove decreases, and the protrusion is fitted in the vertical direction. A lateral groove portion having a tapered portion and a fitting groove comprising the tapered portion are provided on the side surface.
[0007]
When attaching the eye plate member configured as described above to the drain port, first, the longitudinal groove portion of the eye plate member is disposed at a position that coincides with the projection of the drain port in plan view.
Next, the eye plate member is lowered along the vertical groove portion, and the protrusion of the drain outlet is inserted into the vertical groove portion until the height of the horizontal groove portion is reached. Next, when the eye plate member is rotated along the horizontal groove portion, the vertical width of the horizontal groove portion of the portion through which the protruding portion passes is narrowed by the tapered portion provided in the horizontal groove portion, and finally the protruding portion and The horizontal groove is fitted and the eye plate member is attached to the drain outlet.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the covering member provided with the fitting groove like the eye plate member shown in the above paragraphs 0006 to 0007, there is always a problem in the balance of the strength of fitting.
[0009]
That is, in the attachment structure of the drain port and the covering member, a plurality of protrusions and fitting grooves such as two to four are usually provided due to the problem of the balance of attachment. For this reason, even if an appropriate fitting strength is obtained at any one location, the fitting strength may not yet reach a sufficient state at other locations. In such a case, it is desirable to rotate the covering member until an appropriate fitting strength is obtained also in the remaining protrusions and fitting grooves, but in that case, the place where the fitting strength is already good is There is a problem that fitting is performed more than necessary, and it is too tight at the time of attachment / detachment, which is inconvenient for attachment / detachment, or damage is caused to the protrusion or the fitting groove.
[0010]
If the dimensions of the projections of the drain outlets and the fitting grooves of the countersink members are exactly the same at all locations, the above problems will not occur. Because it is mass-produced by resin molding using a mold, there are differences in the shrinkage rate of the resin depending on the molding conditions, etc. In fact, it is impossible for all to be equal. For this reason, by setting the fitting of the drain port and the covering member weakly as a whole, it is avoided that the fitting becomes impossible, but in this case, the covering member is detached from the drain port at the time of transportation or use. Problem arises.
[0011]
Furthermore, in the case of the drain outlet covering member as described above, a problem called sand biting occurs.
As described above, since the wastewater flowing into the drainage port is used sewage, fine dust or sand particles are often mixed therein. If they enter the fitting part of the projection and the fitting groove of the covering member attached to the drain port, even if trying to release the fitting of both, these fine dust and sand particles get in between them. However, the balance of the fitting, which is made up of a delicate balance, will be lost, and it will not be possible to release or remove the fitting, but the fitting will be tightened more than necessary, making it difficult to remove and damage, and the member will be damaged or damaged. May occur.
The present invention has been invented in view of the above problems, and is a drainage cover member using a projection and a fitting groove, which can solve the problems of fitting distortion and sand biting. Is to provide.

[0025]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 10 is a drainage device having other drainage ports (1), and other members, which are formed by adopting a plate member at the drainage port (1) as a covering member. It consists of.
It is provided in a drainage device attached to the bottom surface of a waterproof pan or the like, and has a cylindrical shape and is provided with protrusions (2) made of an elastic material such as rubber at a plurality of locations on its inner peripheral surface.
The eye plate member (6), which is a covering member, is a substantially cylindrical member having a slightly smaller diameter than the drain port (1) provided in the drain port of the drain port (2), and is directed inward from the upper end of the cylindrical shape. The upper surface provided is provided with a plurality of slit portions (9) for allowing drainage to pass through the drain port (1).
The eye plate member (6) is released to the lower end at a position corresponding to the projection (2) of the drain port (1), and is slightly wider than the lateral width of the projection (2) of the drain port (1). A longitudinal groove portion (3a) having a lateral width, and a side surface portion of the longitudinal groove portion (3a), which communicates with the longitudinal groove portion (3a) and extends in an arc direction, has a longitudinal width in the vicinity of the longitudinal groove portion (3a) and a protrusion portion (2 ) And a lateral groove portion (3b) provided with a taper portion (3c) that fits in the longitudinal direction with the protrusion portion (2) being narrower as the distance from the communicating vertical groove portion (3a) is smaller. And a fitting groove (3) formed on the side surface.
[0026]
When attaching the eye plate member (6) configured as described above to the drain port (2), first, the longitudinal groove (3a) of the eye plate member (6) is formed on the projection (2) of the drain port (1) in plan view. Place it at a position that matches
Next, the eye plate member (6) is lowered along the longitudinal groove (3a), and the protrusion (2) of the drain port (1) is placed at the height of the lateral groove (3b) in the longitudinal groove (3a). Until it is inserted. Next, when the eye plate member (6) is rotated along the horizontal groove portion (3b), the taper portion (3c) provided in the horizontal groove portion (3b) causes the horizontal groove of the portion through which the protruding portion (2) passes. The vertical width of the portion (3b) becomes narrower, and finally the projection (2) and the lateral groove (3b) are fitted to attach the eye plate member (6) to the drain port (1).
At this time, since the protrusion (2) is made of an elastic material such as rubber and becomes an elastic portion (4), the protrusion (2) is located at any one of the protrusion (2) and the fitting groove (3).
