本発明は、祝宴や打上げ等の簡易な儀式に用いる簡易鏡開き用酒樽に関する。

【従来の技術】
祝宴、祝賀、興行の始めや打ち止め、出初め式等の伝統的儀式や社会的儀式には、古くから鏡開きが行われている。
この鏡開きとしては、酒樽や、この酒樽に化粧を施した菰樽の上蓋である鏡板を木槌で叩き付けて、酒樽を開く行為によっておこなわれ、儀式の印象を高める等の演出効果を有する（特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、この種の鏡開きは、儀式性を有するため、神聖で社会性のある公（おおやけ）の場で行われる慣行を有し、加えて、実施においても、日本酒が入った菰樽や酒樽を用いて行われるため、用意や段取りなどの点で面倒で大変なところがあり、一般の宴やコンパ等の個人的趣向が強い集まりなどでは行われることはない。
しかし、近年、一例として、スポーツの娯楽性を反映して、プロ野球やプロサッカーなどの球団やチームを応援する宴やコンパが多く行われるようになっており、具体的には、応援する球団やチームが勝利したり優勝したりすることによって祝宴を催したり、成り行き的に祝宴状態になったりしている。
このような状況の中で、節目に当たる勝利や、優勝等の場合、唯単なる飲み会に終わらず、よりその場の雰囲気を盛り上げたい気持ちが生じるのも自然な成り行きである。

本発明は、上述の実状に鑑みて為されたものであって、その主たる課題は、趣向的な小祝宴等においての演出効果を高めることができる簡易鏡開き用酒樽を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１による簡易鏡開き用酒樽の特徴構成は、木槌の叩き付けによって、鏡蓋を鏡開き可能に構成された簡易鏡開き用酒樽であって、上部に円形の開口が形成された酒樽様態の樽状本体部に、前記開口を閉じる円盤状の鏡蓋を着脱自在に設け、この鏡蓋を、放射状で３つ以上に分割された分離自在な分割蓋体から構成するとともに、前記樽状本体部の開口には、円盤状に合された分割蓋体の下面の外周部を面接触状態で載置支持する蓋受け部が備えられている点にある。

上記特徴構成によれば、樽状本体部の開口に載置された鏡蓋の板中央部分を、木槌で叩きつけることによって、この叩きつけ力が、受け部経由で鏡蓋の分割蓋板が分離状態で開口から外方に向かって飛び出そうとする反力として作用する。

従って、樽状本体部を鏡開き状態にすることができるので、祝宴の趣旨に対応する印象的な演出効果を形成することができる。
ここで、鏡開き状態とは、樽上本体部の開口から鏡蓋を構成する分割蓋体が外されたり持ち上がったりする等の叩き割り状態を指し、その結果、樽状本体部の上部開口が開けばよいが、開かなくてもよい。また、叩きつけに用いる木槌として、木という表現を使用しているが、木製はもとより合成樹脂製のものであってもよい。

本発明の請求項２による簡易鏡開き用酒樽の特徴構成は、木槌の叩き付けによって、鏡蓋を鏡開き可能に構成された簡易鏡開き用酒樽であって、上部に円形の開口が形成された酒樽様態の樽状本体部に、前記開口を閉じる円盤状の鏡蓋を着脱自在に設け、この鏡蓋を、放射状で３つ以上に分割された分離自在な分割蓋体から構成するとともに、前記樽状本体部の開口内周面には、開口端の内径よりも小なる内径となる段差部が形成され、この段差部には、円盤状に合された分割蓋体の下面の外周部を面接触状態で載置支持する蓋受け部が着脱自在に載置されている点にある。

上記特徴構成によれば、樽状本体部の開口に円盤状に維持した状態で載置された鏡蓋の板中央部分を、木槌で叩きつけることによって、この叩きつけ力が、受け部経由で鏡蓋の分割蓋体が分離状態で開口から外方に向かって飛び出そうとする反力として作用する。

本発明の請求項４による簡易鏡開き用酒樽の特徴構成は、前記周方向で隣接する両分割蓋体の隣接側面の相対向する部位には、叩き付け時に分離可能な状態で両分割蓋体を連結する磁気連結手段が設けられている点にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
〔第１実施形態〕
以下、本発明を適用した簡易鏡開き用酒樽を図面に基づいて説明する。
簡易鏡開き用酒樽Ａは、図１〜図５に示すように、上部に円形の開口１Ａが形成された酒樽様態の樽状本体部１に対して、複数の扇状の分割蓋体である分割蓋板２Ａを連結して円盤状体を形成する鏡蓋２が着脱自在に備えられて構成され、木槌Ｔの叩き付けによって、鏡蓋２を鏡開き可能になっている。

この実施形態の簡易鏡開き用酒樽Ａは、例えば、高さが約１６０ｍｍ程度、樽状本体１の幅が約１６５ｍｍ程度、鏡蓋２の直径が約１３２ｍｍ程度で、カウンターやテーブル等の上に、手運びで載せることができる大きさのものを例にとって説明する。

樽状本体部１は、図１〜図３に示すように、底部に環状の台座１０ａを一体形成された上面開口の有底容器状の芯材１０に対して、合成樹脂製素材から形成されたシート状の菰部材１１を、上部開口には外側から内側に巻き込むとともに、胴回りには周方向に巻装し、合成樹脂素材からなる太縄部材１２、細縄部材１３等を用いて菰部材１１を芯材に止着して外殻部Ａ１が形成され、この外殻部Ａ１には、開口１Ｂに臨んで上部が開口する有底筒状の酒用容器５が着脱自在に収容されて構成されている。そのため、この実施形態では、この酒用容器５の上部開口が樽状本体部１の開口１Ｂを構成している。

この実施形態の酒用容器５は、約８合〜１０合（１．８Ｌ）の日本酒などの酒類を収納可能になっており、飲酒の際には、杓などによって注ぐことが可能になっている。

言い換えれば、周方向で隣接する両分割蓋板２Ａ，２Ａの隣接側面の相対向する部位には、叩き付け時に分離可能な状態で両分割蓋板２Ａ，２Ａを連結する磁気連結手段７が設けられている。

各分割蓋板２Ａは、３ｍｍ〜７ｍｍ程度の肉厚さを有するベニヤ板などの扇状の木板２Ａａと、この木板２Ａａの全表面に対応して、木目模様が描かれた合成樹脂シート２Ａｂが貼着されており、３枚の分割蓋板２Ａ，２Ａ，２Ａを磁気連結することによって、木目模様が揃う状態に連結することができる構成になっている。
