【0001】
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a softener for a tatami mat suitable for use in coating a tatami mat on a tatami floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tatami mat is to cover the upper side of the tatami floor, but it is a sheet formed by knitting weeds in one direction, so care must be taken to cover the tatami floor. In other words, if the bending that opposes the fiber direction of the weeds is made random, the weeds break. Moreover, it is broken in an uneven state. When this happens, the grass hurts and the appearance is bad, so there is no commercial value. In recent years, thin tatami mats with no tatami edges have become popular, and it is not desirable to cheat them, and it is strongly desired to bend the tatami table cleanly.
[0003]
Hot water has been used for this bending. In other words, the hot water was soaked in the grass and waited until it became soft before bending.
[0004]
However, it took a long time of 20 minutes or more until soaking, and hot water had to be prepared. In addition, experience is necessary to judge whether or not a beautiful bend is possible, and skill is an element that cannot be ignored.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved and means for achieving them]
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a softening agent that can quickly perform the work of softening the tatami mat so that it can be easily bent.
[0006]
Means therefor include the following components (A), (B) , (C), and (D)
(A) Surfactant
(B) Water
(C) Viscosity reducing agent
(D) Antifungal agent
And containing
Tatami mat (A) a surfactant of the above component is an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, which non-ionic surfactant, characterized in that it is a polyhydric alcohol or sorbitan surfactant Softener.
[0007]
The tatami mat softener is preferably a concentrated type used by diluting with water.
[0008]
[Action and effect]
This tatami surface softener is applied to the bent portion using a brush or the like, and after waiting for a while, it is bent.
[0009]
Since the softener for tatami mats contains a surfactant, it has the effect of reducing the interfacial tension (surface tension) of weeds, soaking up water quickly due to wetting and penetration, and softens in a short time. There is no need to try by bending a softened state, such as when using the heat hot water. In addition, since it contains a nonionic surfactant, its hydrophilic group provides a strong wetting action and less foaming. For this reason, the said effect is high.
[0010]
Moreover, since it is not necessary to prepare hot water as in the prior art, preparation is simple and safety is high.
[0011]
Nonionic surfactant polyhydric alcohol in, or because of the use of sorbitan based, rather is good emulsifying, precipitated or not muddy, high transparency, no discoloration of the tatami facing be applied to the mat facing .
[0012]
Because contain a viscosity reducing agent in addition to the above components, was example be bubble standing, Awakie well, the permeability becomes better Thereby. Even if it is a concentrated softener, it is easy to mix and dilute when diluted with water.
[0013]
Furthermore, since a fungicide is contained, it is possible to prevent mold from growing on the tatami after folding the tatami surface. That is, after the tatami surface softener is applied to the tatami surface and bent, the bent portion of the tatami surface contains moisture, so that the mold is likely to come off. However, since the anti-fungal agent acts, it is not necessary to forcibly dry, and even if it depends on natural drying, it can prevent the occurrence of mold related to the commercial value.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Details of the present invention will be described below.
The softener for tatami mat of the present invention is a mixture of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, and water, and more preferably, a viscosity reducing agent and an antifungal agent are mixed in addition to the above.
[0015]
The preparation may be performed at room temperature. A solution is prepared by mixing an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant in water, and a viscosity reducing agent and an antifungal agent are added to the solution, and the pH value is adjusted to 6.5 to 6.5. Adjust to a value of 7.5.
[0016]
In this preparation, the water content is limited to about 90% by weight, in other words, the content of other components is 10% by weight or more, and in use, it is diluted 6 to 10 times with water. It may be a concentrated type softener for tatami mats. For example, even if they are sold in a small container of about 250 ml, they are not used up immediately, are easy to handle without being bulky, and have the advantage that costs can be reduced.
[0017]
Examples of the anionic surfactant include sodium dodecyl sulfate, higher alcohol sulfate, higher alcohol ethoxy sulfate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sodium sulfate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate triethanolamine, and the like; sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, etc. Alkyl benzene sulfonates; alkyl sulfonates such as sodium dodecyl sulfonate; N-acyl amino acid salts such as sodium lauroyl sarcosine and sodium lauroyl methylalanine; sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl ether phosphate, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether phosphate Sodium, dipolyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate, tripolyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate, dipolyoxy ester Examples thereof include polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphates such as rennonylphenyl ether phosphate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sodium phosphate, and dipolyethylene lauryl ether sodium phosphate, and other suitable anionic surfactants. Can be used. You may use together 1 type, or 2 or more types.

Examples of the nonionic surfactant include polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil; polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester such as polyoxyethylene sorbitan tetraoleate, polyoxyethylene glyceryl monoisostearate, Polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid esters such as polyoxyethylene glyceryl triisostearate, polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters such as polyethylene glycol monoisostearate, polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether, polyoxyethylene hexyl decyl ether, polyoxyethylene octyldodecyl ether , Polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene stearyl ether Polyoxyethylene addition surfactants such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers such as polyoxyethylene oleyl ether and polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether; polyglycerol surfactants such as polyglycerol alkyl ether and polyglycerol fatty acid ester; polyoxy Examples include silicone derivative surfactants such as ethylene methyl polysiloxane copolymer and poly (oxyethylene / oxypropylene) methyl polysiloxane copolymer, and other appropriate nonionic surfactants. . You may use together 1 type, or 2 or more types.
[0019]
In particular, a polyhydric alcohol-based or sorbitan-based surfactant is preferably used. It is preferable because it has good emulsifying properties and does not precipitate or become cloudy, has high transparency, and does not discolor the tatami surface even when applied to the tatami surface.
[0020]
Examples of the viscosity reducing agent include lower alcohols such as ethanol and isopropylene glycol; glycols such as ethylene glycol and propylene glycol; urea, benzenesulfonate, toluenesulfonate; xylenesulfonate; benzoate, etc. Can be mentioned.
[0021]
The softening agent for tatami mats having the above-described configuration exhibits a very thin, faint white, substantially transparent appearance and has no odor.
At the time of use, after being diluted with water by a predetermined amount, it is applied to the bent portion of the tatami surface using a brush and becomes soft after waiting for a while.
[0022]
Surfactants have the effect of lowering the interfacial tension (surface tension) of weeds, and soak in water quickly by wetting and permeation and soften in a short time. In addition, since it contains a nonionic surfactant, its hydrophilic group provides a strong wetting action and less foaming. For this reason, the said effect is high.
[0023]
Moreover, since it is not necessary to prepare hot water as in the prior art, preparation is simple and safety is high.
[0024]
Furthermore, since a viscosity reducing agent is contained, even if bubbles are formed, the bubbles disappear well, and this also improves the permeability. Moreover, although it prepared so that it may be diluted with water and used, since it contained the viscosity reducing agent, when diluting, it is easy to mix with water and is easy to use.
[0025]
Furthermore, since it contains a fungicide, after applying and folding a softener for tatami mats to the tatami mat, it does not have to be forced to dry, and it depends on natural drying, so that mold related to product value can be used. Can be prevented.
