Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transfer sheet for forming a pattern on the surface of a housing interior material exterior material such as a furniture base material or a building member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a transfer sheet is sometimes used to form a printed pattern on the surface of a housing interior material exterior material such as a furniture base material or a building member.
The transfer sheet has a structure in which a release layer / picture layer or a release layer / picture layer / adhesive layer is sequentially laminated on a release sheet.
Of these, a transfer sheet that can be transferred by heat and pressure is often used. In this method, first, a transfer sheet is manufactured, and the transfer sheet is formed on a substrate, which is a transfer target, on the pattern side or adhesive layer The release layer / pattern layer or release layer / pattern layer / adhesive layer is transferred with heat and pressure, and the release sheet is peeled off.
[0003]
In the case of a resin sheet having no heat resistance such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polypropylene as the release sheet, the resin can be stretched by heat and pressure. It is effective for transferring to a certain substrate.
At this time, it is necessary to use a layer having a property of extending the peeling layer, the pattern layer, and the adhesive layer. For this reason, polyvinyl butyral resin is often used as the resin for forming the release layer.
On the other hand, when using release paper with good heat resistance and polyethylene terephthalate sheet, since the paper and resin do not stretch due to heat, the substrate to be transferred is used to transfer to a substrate with a smooth surface. It is done.
[0004]
The transfer paper manufacturing method usually uses a gravure multicolor printing machine to unwind a rolled release sheet, print a release layer with the first color, and print a pattern layer with two or more colors (1 to 1). (3 colors), if necessary, the adhesive layer is then printed and wound. During this time, each color is dried. In this way, the layers are often formed in-line for laminating the layers on the same printing press.
[0005]
However, when polyvinyl butyral resin is used as the resin for forming the release layer and a transfer paper is produced in-line with a gravure multicolor printer, when the pattern layer is formed by printing with a gravure ink on the release layer, the first color The gravure ink is not compatible with the release layer, the gravure ink does not transfer well to the release layer, the ink remains on the plate, and the printing ink printed in the first color when printing the second printing ink is The printing ink of the second color is not transferred to the plate, the pattern is chipped, the so-called “ink removal” phenomenon is observed, and the target pattern layer cannot be obtained. .
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. A resin layer forming a release layer, in particular, a polyvinyl butyral resin, is used to produce a desired pattern layer having no “ink removal” phenomenon. The transfer sheet is provided.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Invention]
In order to achieve the above object in the present invention, first, in claim 1,
A transfer sheet in which a release layer / picture layer / adhesive layer are sequentially laminated on a release sheet,
The release layer is composed of a polyvinyl butyral resin mixed with at least 10 to 23 % by weight of barium sulfate, and the pattern layer is made of a printing ink mainly composed of polyvinyl butyral resin; It is a thing.
[0009]
The release layer is composed of a resin in which 10 to 30 parts by weight of an extender pigment is mixed in a polyvinyl butyral resin, and in this way, an extender pigment is projected on the surface of the layer. It seems that there is a boundary with the pigment, the printing ink squeezes into this boundary, the biting of the printing ink is improved, and the ink is not removed.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
As the release sheet, a conventionally known material such as a synthetic resin film such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate, paper, or metal foil can be used.
When using release paper or polyethylene terephthalate sheet with good heat resistance, since the paper or resin does not stretch due to heat, the substrate to be transferred is used to transfer to a substrate having a smooth surface.
On the other hand, in the case of a resin sheet having no heat resistance such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polypropylene, since the resin can be stretched by heat and pressure, the substrate to be transferred is a substrate having fine irregularities on the surface. Used to transfer to material. At this time, it is necessary to use a layer having a property of extending the peeling layer, the pattern layer, and the adhesive layer.
[0011]
When the release layer has a property that the film is extended by heat and pressure, polyvinyl butyral resin is preferable among thermoplastic resins.
In addition, extender pigments may be mixed in the resin. The extender pigment is a transparent pigment having a low refractive index, and is used as a filler for changing the properties of the printing ink or as an extender, and inorganic alumina white, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate and the like are used.
The mixing amount is preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin.
When the amount is less than 10 parts by weight, there is no effect on ink removal, and when the amount exceeds 30 parts by weight, the fluidity of the ink is deteriorated or the film becomes opaque.
In addition, a surfactant or the like may be mixed.
[0012]
The pattern layer is formed by printing one or more colors with gravure printing ink.
Printing ink is a mixture of colored pigments in a resin, and other surfactants are added.
When a polyvinyl butyral resin is used for the release layer, a polyvinyl butyral resin may be used as the printing ink resin. This is because it is well-familiar with the release layer and the adhesiveness comes out by heat and pressure.
[0013]
If necessary, an adhesive layer may be further provided on the pattern layer.
[0014]
Each layer provided on the release sheet is usually provided by inline printing with a gravure multicolor printer.
Each layer may be provided separately. That is, the release layer is printed by a printing press or applied and wound by a coater. Next, the pattern layer is printed with a gravure printing machine. If necessary, the adhesive layer is then printed on a printing press or applied with a coater and wound up.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it was possible to obtain a transfer sheet having a desired pattern without ink removal.
Therefore, the present invention exhibits an excellent practical effect as a transfer sheet for forming a pattern on the surface of a housing interior material exterior material such as a furniture base material or a building member.
