Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toe protection shoe in which a protection member is provided on a toe part of a basement socks or waterproof shoes in order to protect the toe part from a fallen object or the like at a construction site or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a device in which a protection member 50 for protecting a toe from a fallen object or the like is attached to a toe portion of an underground socks. The protection member 50 includes a thumb protector 51 that protects the thumb and a four-finger protector 52 that protects the remaining fingers, both of which are made of synthetic resin. By using synthetic resin, the weight is lighter than that of steel, so there is a great advantage that it is easy to wear.
[0003]
However, there are many types of synthetic resins from soft to hard. Soft synthetic resin lacks rigidity, making it difficult to reliably protect the toes from falling objects, etc., and even hard ones that are brittle can be destroyed by impacts from falling objects. Does not fulfill.
[0004]
From such a viewpoint, the inventor of the present invention has conducted research over a long period of time in order to select an optimum material for forming the toe protection member centering on synthetic resin.
[0005]
In addition, the present inventor has made various ingenuity in order to provide toe protection shoes that are safer and easier to wear by improving various points lacking in the underground socks provided with the conventional protection member 20.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that, even though the conventional toe protection member is made of synthetic resin, the optimum synthetic resin is not specified as the protection member, and the basement socks with the conventional toe protection member are not specified. There are various points to be improved.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This will be described with reference to FIGS. A toe protection shoe according to the present invention is attached in a form covering a shoe portion 10 comprising a shoe main body 11 and a rubber bottom 13 attached to the bottom surface of the shoe main body 11, and an outer surface of a toe portion of the shoe portion 10. A protective member 20 having a curved recess 21 between the thumb part and the four finger part of the part, and a shock absorber attached between the shoe part 10 and the protective member 20 with the substantially rear part protruding rearward from the protective member 20. The rubber bottom 13 of the shoe portion 10 is a holding portion 14 that is lifted in a curved shape following the shape of the curved concave portion 21 of the protective member 20. It is formed of a material obtained by adding glass fiber to nylon resin.
[0008]
In this toe protection shoe, it is preferable to provide a support portion 15 made of hard rubber at a portion where at least the lower end of the protection member 20 of the rubber bottom 13 of the shoe portion 10 abuts.
[0009]
Furthermore, a buffer plate piece 40 may be provided between the shoe main body 11 and the cushioning material 30, and the space 41 may be formed over almost the entire area between the shoe main body 11 and the cushioning material 30.
[0010]
In addition, in the method for manufacturing toe protection shoes according to the present invention, first, the buffer material 30 is provided on the inner surface of the protection member 20 having the curved concave portion 21 between the thumb portion and the four finger portion of the tip portion. Is attached in a state of protruding rearward from the protective member 20, and the entire lower end of the protective member 20 is covered with an unvulcanized rubber tape 24, and then the protective member 20, the buffer material 30, and the unvulcanized rubber tape. 24, the toe portion of the shoe body 11 is covered, the lower end portion of the protection member 20 covered with the unvulcanized rubber tape 24 is attached to the shoe body 11, and then the rear end portion of the protection member 20 is unvulcanized. The rubber bottom 26 is covered with a rubber sheet 26 and attached to the shoe main body 11, and the rubber bottom 13 is attached to the integrated body of the protective member 20 and the shoe main body 11. Curved to follow the shape of Paste in a state where the raised Chi, further in which the unvulcanized rubber tape 24 and the unvulcanized rubber sheet 26 made by vulcanizing.
[0011]
In addition, before covering the toe part of the shoe main body 11 with the integrated member of the protection member 20, the buffer material 30 and the unvulcanized rubber tape 24, the buffer plate piece 40 may be attached to the lower surface of the buffer material 30.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
One embodiment of the toe protection shoe according to the present invention will be described together with its operation. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, this toe protection shoe is composed mainly of a shoe portion 10, a protection member 20 and a cushioning material 30. The shoe part 10 is composed of a shoe main body 11 constituted by a so-called normal underground socks and a rubber bottom 13 attached to the bottom surface of the shoe main body 11.
[0013]
The protective member 20 is formed by injection molding a material obtained by adding glass fiber to nylon resin in a molding die. The inventor of the present invention has made long-term studies using various synthetic resins as a material for forming the protective member 20. As a result, it was discovered that a material formed by adding a glass fiber to nylon resin is light and has sufficient rigidity and is not brittle, and is optimal as the protective member 20. The mixing ratio of the nylon resin and glass fiber in this embodiment is 70:30.
[0014]
In addition, it was confirmed that a good protective member 20 can be formed by using a urethane resin or a material obtained by adding glass fibers to an engineering plastic material. Moreover, the color of the protection member 20 can be set to a desired color by mixing a staining agent before injection molding. Since most of the upper surface of the protective member 20 is exposed, it can be decorated by setting it to a desired color. Moreover, since the protection member 20 is exposed, it can be easily recognized from the appearance that this shoe is a toe protection shoe.
[0015]
Further, when the shoe receives an impact or the like, the damage of the protective member 20 can be confirmed from the outside, which is a guideline for judging whether or not the shoe can be used.
[0016]
This protective member 20 is attached in a form covering the outer surface of the toe portion of the shoe portion 10, and a curved recess 21 is formed in a portion between the thumb portion at the tip portion and the four finger portions which are other fingers. By forming the curved recess 21, a holding portion 14 is formed by lifting the tip of the rubber bottom 13 of the shoe 10 in a curved shape following the curved recess 21, and between the thumb portion and the four finger portion. It is possible to place the rubber bottom 13 in an intrusion position in the space to be formed. As a result, the shoe sole 12 of the shoe body 11 is also lifted and abuts against the back of the finger, so that the contact sensation is improved and a sense of stability as an underground tabi or other work shoes can be provided.
[0017]
Furthermore, the protective member 20 in the present embodiment forms a thick wide portion 22 at the lower end portion of the tip, and forms a rounded R portion 23 at the rear end portion. By forming the wide portion 22, the load applied to the protective member 20 can be received with a wide ground contact area so that a stable function is exhibited as the protective member 20, and by forming the R portion 23, the impact on the foot Is going to be softened.
[0018]
The cushioning material 30 may be attached to the inner surface of the protective member 20 as a single sheet on the entire surface, or may be attached with the toe portion and the heel side divided. The protective member 20 has a portion located on the nail at the upper part of the fingertip that is slightly larger than that of the shoe part 10. When the protective member 20 is attached to the toe part of the shoe part 10, the shoe body 11 and the cushioning material 30 are attached. A gap 25 is formed between the protective member 20 and the upper nail of the fingertip does not hit the hard protective member 20 via the flexible shoe body 11. Therefore, the fingertip or the like is not damaged.
[0019]
Further, by providing the cushioning material 30, a buffer zone can be formed between the protection member 20 and the shoe body 11. For example, even if a container falls on the protection member 20, the cushioning material 30 The impact on the foot can be softened. In particular, this effect is remarkable when an object falls on the rear end of the protective member 20.
[0020]
Moreover, in this embodiment, the support part 15 which formed the part which the lower end of the protection member 20 of the rubber bottom 13 of the shoe part 10 contact | abuts with the hard rubber is provided (refer FIG. 10, 11). By doing so, the rubber bottom 13 can reliably receive the impact applied to the protective member 20, so that the toe can be reliably protected and the rubber bottom 13 can be damaged by a strong impact. Is prevented.
[0021]
In the toe protection shoe according to this embodiment, the toe portion of the shoe body 11 is separated into a thumb portion and a four finger portion, but the rubber bottom 13 and the protection member 20 are the thumb portion and the four finger portion. Are substantially hemispherical arcs that are not separated from each other. By doing so, it is possible to prevent intrusion of stones or mud between the thumb part and the four finger part and adversely affect smooth walking.
[0022]
Although the shoe part 10 in this embodiment is comprised with the underground tabi, this invention is not limited to an underground tabi, but covers all rubber waterproof shoes and other work shoes.
[0023]
Another embodiment of the toe protection shoe according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this toe protection shoe, two plate-like buffer plate pieces 40 made of sponge rubber are provided between the shoe main body 11 and the buffer material 30 along the width direction. A space 41 is formed over almost the entire area. Note that the number and mounting direction of the buffer plate pieces 40 are not limited to those of the present embodiment. Further, the buffer plate piece 40 may be formed by laminating a plurality of materials having a high buffering effect such as sponge rubber, or may be formed as a single piece by cutting a single material.
[00024]
A sufficient cushioning effect against an impact can be obtained with the cushioning material 30 alone. However, when almost the entire surface of the cushioning material 30 is in close contact with the shoe main body 11, when the fingertip bends during walking, the entire finger feels a pressure and it is difficult to walk. By providing the buffer plate piece 40 between the shoe body 11 and the cushioning material 30 to form the space 41, the fingertip can be bent freely, and the feeling of pressure during walking can be eliminated.
[00025]
Next, an embodiment of a method for manufacturing the above-described toe protection shoes will be described.
First, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the cushioning material 30 is protected on the inner surface of the protective member 20 having the curved concave portion 21 between the thumb portion and the four-finger portion at the tip portion, and approximately 1 cm of the rear portion is protected. It sticks in the state which protrudes back from the member 20. At the same time, the entire lower end of the protective member 20 is covered with an unvulcanized rubber tape 24.
[0026]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the toe portion of the shoe main body 11 is covered with the integrated member of the protection member 20, the cushioning material 30 and the unvulcanized rubber tape 24, and the unvulcanized rubber tape 24 of the protection member 20 is used. The covered lower end portion is attached to the shoe body 11, and then the rear end portion of the protection member 20 is covered with the unvulcanized rubber sheet 26 and attached to the shoe body 11. At this time, the unvulcanized rubber tape 24 and the unvulcanized rubber sheet 26 are substantially the same member.
[0027]
Then, as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the rubber bottom 13 is attached to the integrated member of the protection member 20 and the shoe main body 11. At this time, the curved concave portion 21 of the protective member 20 is pasted in a state of being raised in a curved shape following the shape of the curved concave portion 21. As a result, the upper end 14 of the rubber bottom 13 is lifted in a curved shape so as to enter the space between the thumb part and the four finger part.
[0028]
Finally, the unvulcanized rubber tape 24 and the unvulcanized rubber sheet 26 are vulcanized, and necessary manufacturing steps are added to complete the manufacturing process.
[00029]
In the above manufacturing method, as shown in FIG. 12, before covering the toe portion of the shoe body 11 with the integral member of the protection member 20, the cushioning material 30 and the unvulcanized rubber tape 24, the cushioning is applied to the lower surface of the cushioning material 30. The board piece 40 can be affixed. For example, after attaching the buffer plate piece 40 to the buffer material 30, an integrated body of the buffer material 30 and the buffer plate piece 40 may be attached to the inner surface of the protection member 20. The buffer plate piece 40 may be attached to the lower surface of the buffer material 30 after being attached to the inner surface of the buffer 20.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
In the toe protection shoe according to the present invention, the protection member 20 is made of a material in which glass fiber is added to nylon resin, so it is lightweight and has sufficient rigidity and is not brittle. Therefore, it is easy to walk and the toes can be reliably protected from falling objects, collision objects, and the like.
[0031]
In addition, since the curved concave portion 21 is formed at the distal end portion of the protection member 20 and the holding portion 14 is formed at the distal end portion of the rubber bottom 13, the shoe sole 12 comes into contact with the back of the finger to improve the contact sensation, and the underground socks Or the feeling of stability as other working shoes is improved, and the comfort is improved.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the cushioning material 30 is provided between the shoe portion 10 and the protection member 20, the fingertip or the nail does not hit the hard protection member 20 via the shoe body 11. Therefore, the fingertip or the like is not damaged.
[0033]
Furthermore, the buffer material 30 can form a buffer zone between the protective member 20 and the shoe body 11. For example, even if an article falls on the protective member 20, The applied impact can be softened, and the toes can be more reliably protected.
[0034]
In addition, by forming the part where the lower end of the protection member 20 of the rubber bottom 13 of the shoe portion 10 abuts with hard rubber, the impact applied to the protection member 20 can be reliably received by the rubber bottom 13, so that the toes Can be reliably protected, and the adverse effect that the rubber bottom 13 is damaged by a strong impact is prevented.
[0035]
Further, by providing a buffer plate piece 40 between the shoe body 11 and the cushioning material 30 to form a space 41 over almost the entire area between the shoe body 11 and the cushioning material 30, the fingertip can be freely moved during walking. Can be bent. Therefore, it is easy to walk without feeling a sense of pressure on the entire finger.
[00036]
Moreover, according to the manufacturing method of the toe protection shoes concerning this invention, a toe protection shoe can be manufactured favorably.
