Description

The present invention relates to a drum washing machine, and more specifically, is arranged in an axial direction on an inner peripheral surface of a rotating tub installed to be inclined upward and forward so that laundry can be easily put in and taken out. The present invention relates to a drum washing machine having improved lifter structure and improved washing performance.

In general, a drum washing machine has a housing that forms an appearance, a cylindrical water tank that is installed in the housing, and stores washing water, and is rotatably installed in the water tank, and is placed in the water tank. A cylindrical rotating tub in which the laundry is washed, a drive motor disposed at the rear of the water tub to rotate the rotating tub, and a door attached to the front surface of the housing.

In the rotating tub, a plurality of lifters are provided in the axial direction so as to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub, and with the rotation of the rotating tub, laundry and washing water are pumped up by the lifters. Then, the laundry is washed while falling.

In addition, an opening is formed on the front surface of the water tank and the rotating tub, the door is opened, laundry is put into and out of the rotating tank through the opening, and then the water tank and the rotating tub are externally opened when the door is closed. The laundry is sealed and the laundry is washed in this state.

The drum washing machine having the above-described configuration opens and closes the door attached to the front surface of the housing to put in and take out the laundry. Usually, the height of the drum washing machine housing is higher than the average height of a person. Since the opening of the rotating tub is located forward, the body is bent greatly in order to open and close the door and put laundry into and out of the opening of the rotating tub. It was inconvenient because it had to be lowered.

In order to eliminate such inconvenience, recently, the rotating tub is provided so as to be inclined upward so that the opening of the rotating tub is arranged upward, and the user does not bend the body or A drum washing machine has been developed that makes it easy to load and unload laundry just by bending it.

When the rotating tub is inclined as described above, a large amount of laundry is collected at the rear end portion of the relatively low height rotating tub, whereas the rotating tub is relatively high at the front end portion. Although a small amount of laundry is placed, the lifter is formed with a certain protruding height and a certain width from the front end to the rear end on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub, so the laundry is at the rear end of the rotating tub. Is piled on the lifter, while the laundry is placed only under the lifter in the front part of the rotating tub.

Therefore, when the rotating tub is rotated in such a state that a large amount of laundry is biased at the rear end of the rotating tub, the laundry positioned on the lifter at the rear end of the rotating tub is lifted by the lifter. Since it cannot be lifted, it cannot be easily washed, and the lifter operates inefficiently because there is not much laundry lifted by the lifter at the tip of the rotating tub.

In addition, the laundry that has not been lifted by the lifter at the rear end of the rotating tub is entangled or twisted as the lifter is rotated together with the rotating tub. I had to solve things and was troublesome.

In addition, at the front end of the rotating tub where a relatively large amount of laundry is not distributed, the laundry is lifted up smoothly by the lifter and pushed and moved to the rear end of the rotating tub having a low height. The phenomenon of the laundry being biased toward the rear end becomes more serious.

In addition, when the laundry is placed on the rear end of the rotating tub as described above, a large load is applied to the rear end of the lifter, while a small load is applied to the tip of the lifter. A dynamic imbalance acts on the rotating tank, and the rotating operation of the rotating tank is not smooth.

In addition, the conventional drum washing machine has a structure in which the rotating tub is inclined upward and the lifter is formed with a certain protruding height, so that the tip of the lifter is formed from the bottom of the rotating tub. The detergent-mixed washing water that has flowed into the section is only partly swept vertically downward from the sprinkling hole by the lifter rotating upward, and most of it flows into the rear end of the lifter and moves to the lifter It will be concentrated from the rear end. As a result, the laundry located at the tip of the rotating tub is not sufficiently wet with the washing water mixed with the detergent, and the washing efficiency is inferior.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems in the conventional drum washing machine described above, and an object thereof is the structure of a lifter disposed in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of a rotating tub installed to be inclined upward. An object of the present invention is to provide a drum washing machine with improved washing performance by improving the above.

Preferably, the partition plates are arranged at different intervals.

A drum washing machine according to still another aspect of the present invention includes a housing, a rotating tub that is inclined upward by a predetermined angle toward the front surface of the housing, and at least an inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub. One lifter, and a plurality of uneven portions are formed at the upper end of the lifter.

A washing machine according to still another aspect of the present invention includes a housing, a rotating tub installed to be inclined upward by a predetermined angle toward the front surface of the housing, and at least one disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub. One lifter, and at least one partition plate is disposed inside the lifter, and the lifter is partitioned into two or more chambers.
The height of the lifter is higher at the rear end portion than the front end portion, and the partition plates are arranged so that the volumes of the chambers are the same.

In the drum washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the rotating tub is disposed to be inclined upward toward the front surface of the housing, and when each lifter is positioned at the lowermost end of the rotating tub, The lifter has a structure that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub so that the upper end of the lifter is in a horizontal state, so even if a relatively large amount of laundry is located at the rear end of the rotating tub, the laundry is lifted without difficulty. Smooth and quick washing.

In addition, the drum washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which the laundry placed at the rear end of the rotating tub is stably lifted by the lifter due to the structural features described above. There is an effect that can be rotated in the state.

In addition, the drum washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention does not entangle or twist the laundry, so that when the laundry is dehydrated, the rotating tub does not rotate in an unbalanced state, and has already been washed. The effect of not having to unravel the laundry.

In addition, the drum washing machine according to another embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of partition plates are arranged inside a lifter and a plurality of chambers having substantially the same volume are formed. The washing water is evenly distributed over the entire length of the lifter. As a result, the laundry located at the tip of the relatively high rotating tub can be washed quickly and effectively.

In addition, the drum washing machine according to another embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which the upper end portion of the lifter is formed in a corrugated shape, and a large number of sprinkling holes are arranged in rows in each mountain and valley. The wash water mixed with the detergent is distributed uniformly over the entire length of the lifter, and at the same time, friction is applied to the laundry to act on the laundry. It has the effect of washing more quickly and effectively.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a schematic structure of a drum washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a drum washing machine according to the present invention has a substantially box shape, and has a housing 1 that forms an appearance, and a drum-shaped water tank 2 that is installed inside the housing 1 and stores washing water. And a drum-shaped rotating tub 3 that is rotatably installed in the water tub 2 and has a number of dewatering holes 4 on its circumferential surface, and the laundry tub 3 is rotated to wash and dehydrate laundry. Drive motor 5 to be made.

Openings 2a and 3a are formed in front of the water tub 2 and the rotating tub 3 so that the laundry can be put into the rotating tub 3 and the laundry contained in the rotating tub 3 can be taken out, respectively. 1, a door 6 for opening and closing the openings 2a and 3a of the water tank 2 and the rotating tank 3 is hinged.

Further, at the upper end of the housing 1, a water supply pipe 7 to which washing water is supplied from the outside, and a detergent container 8 that contains the detergent and is mixed with the detergent and the washing water supplied through the water supply pipe 7. A drainage pump 9 and a drainage hose 10 for discharging the washed water to the outside of the housing 1 are disposed at the bottom of the housing 1.

The drive motor 5 is fixedly installed at the rear part of the water tank 2, and a rotary shaft 5 a connected to the drive motor 5 is coupled to the rear part of the rotary tank 3 to transmit the rotational force of the drive motor 5 to the rotary tank 3. Rotate.

The rotating tub 3 is arranged so as to be inclined upward at a certain angle toward the front surface of the housing 1 so that the laundry can be put in and taken out without bending the body. The tank 3 is suspended in the housing 1 while being inclined upward at the same angle as the inclination angle α (see FIG. 2) of the tank 3. Of course, depending on the case, the rotation tank 3 and the water tank 2 may be arranged with different inclination angles.

The tilt angle α of the rotating tub 3 is advantageously increased as much as possible so that the laundry can be easily put in and taken out from the front of the housing 1. Since the laundry is too biased, the washing performance is deteriorated. Therefore, it is preferable to set the inclination angle α of the rotating tub 3 in the range of about 5 ° to 15 ° in consideration of simple loading of the laundry and washing performance at the same time.

A plurality of lifters 20 are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub 3 along the axial direction at regular intervals. When the rotating tub 3 rotates, the washing water and the laundry are lifted up and dropped at a certain height. Let the laundry be washed.

These lifters 20 are disposed adjacent to the rear surface of the housing 1 rather than the front end portion of the rotating tank 3 adjacent to the door 6 because the rotating tank 3 is inclined upwardly toward the front surface of the housing 1. The protruding height gradually decreases from the rear end to the front end of the rotating tub 3 so that the laundry that is biased toward the rear end of the rotating tub 3 can be lifted smoothly. The structure of the lifter 20 will be described with reference to FIGS.

2 and 3 are a sectional view and a perspective view of the rotating tub showing the structure of the lifter disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub shown in FIG. 1, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2, the rotating tub 3 is inclined upward by an angle α toward the front surface of the housing 1 (see FIG. 1), and the horizontal center line (C 1 -C 1) and the horizontal line of the rotating tub 3. (H1−H1) intersect with each other while forming an angle α. Therefore, a relatively larger amount of laundry is placed at the rear end of the rotating tub 3 than at the front end.

Similarly, each lifter 20 has a structure that becomes lower at a constant gradient from the rear end to the front end of the rotating tub 3 so that the upper end 21 and the lower end 22 of the lifter 20 intersect at an angle α. When the lifter 20 is positioned at the lowest point of the rotary tank 3, the upper end portion 21 of the lifter 20 is set to be parallel to the horizontal line (H1-H1).

Here, the lower end portion 22 of the lifter 20 indicates a portion that touches the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub 3, and the upper end portion 21 of the lifter 20 indicates a portion where the lifter 20 protrudes from the rotating tub 3 to the maximum.

With such an arrangement structure of the lifter 20, a relatively large amount of laundry is lifted at the rear end portion of the lifter 20 having a relatively high protruding height in a state where the lifter 20 is positioned at the lowest point of the rotating tub 3. Thus, a relatively small amount of laundry is lifted at the tip of the lifter 20 having a relatively low protrusion height, and thus the rotating tub 3 rotates smoothly while maintaining a dynamic balance. The whole laundry can be washed efficiently.

Moreover, since the laundry is performed in a state where a small amount of laundry is distributed at the tip of the lifter 20 having a relatively low protruding height, the laundry positioned at the tip of the lifter 20 is placed in the rotary tub 3. The phenomenon of moving to the rear end portion does not occur.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lifter 20 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub 3 so as to be axially spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and at the same time to connect the tip from the rear end of the rotating tub 3. The entire laundry contained in the rotating tub 3 is lifted up.

The upper end portion 21 of the lifter 20 is formed with a certain width, and a plurality of water spray holes 23 are opened in the upper end portion 21. The water spray holes 23 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the vertical direction.

In addition, a plurality of openings 27 are opened at locations where the lifter 20 is coupled in the rotary tank 3, and when the lifter 20 is placed at the lowest rotational position, the opening 27 of the rotary tank 3 and the lower end 22 of the lifter 20. Wash water flows into the lifter 20 through the.

Accordingly, the wash water that has flowed into the lifter 20 from the bottom of the rotary tub 3 through the lower end 22 of the lifter 20 opened to the upper end 21 of the lifter 20 when located in the upper part of the rotary tub 3. Accordingly, the washing water mixed with the detergent sufficiently wets the laundry, so that the washing can be performed quickly.

Of course, although not shown here, a number of water spray holes may be formed on both sides of the lifter to spray water from the side.

A pair of bosses 24 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) are integrally formed in the lifter 20, and fastening holes 25 in which threads are engraved are formed in these bosses 24. Therefore, the lifter 20 is fixed to the rotary tank 3 by fastening the screw 26 to the fastening hole 25 from the outside of the rotary tank 3.

On the other hand, the lifter 20 has a structure in which the protrusion height decreases as it goes to the tip of the rotating tub 3. When the lifter 20 rotates from the bottom to the top of the rotating tub 3, the tip of the lifter 20 is compared with its rear end. Therefore, the washing water that has flowed into the lifter 20 from the bottom of the rotary tub 3 flows into the rear end of the lifter 20, and the washing water is almost filled from the water spray hole 23 at the tip of the lifter 20. On the other hand, a large amount of washing water is concentrated from the water spray hole 23 at the rear end of the lifter 20.

In order to prevent such a phenomenon, the lifter according to the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of partition plates are arranged. For this structure, see FIGS. 4 and 5 showing the internal structure of the lifter. To explain.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lifter 20 according to the present invention includes first and second partition plates 31 and 32 disposed laterally therein, and the interior of the lifter 20 is first to third. The chambers 41, 42, and 43 are partitioned.

When the lifter 20 is positioned above the rotating tub 3 by the first and second partition plates 31 and 32, the washing water in the relatively high first chamber 41 does not flow into the second chamber 42, Similarly, the washing water in the second chamber 42 does not flow into the third chamber 43.

Therefore, the washing water in the first chamber 41 formed at the tip of the lifter 20 is caught in the tip of the rotating tub 3, and the washing water in the second chamber 42 formed at the middle of the lifter 20 is rotated. The wash water in the third chamber 43 formed in the middle part of the tank 3 and formed in the rear end part of the lifter 20 is caught in the rear end part of the rotary tank 3.

The first and second partition plates 31 and 32 divide the interior of the lifter 20 so that the volumes of the first to third chambers 41, 42, and 43 are substantially the same, and the first to third chambers 41, 42, 43 so that approximately the same amount of washing water is sprayed. For this reason, the first and second partition plates 31 and 32 are arranged so that the upper ends thereof are inclined so as to approach the tip of the lifter 20 as compared with the lower ends thereof, and at the same time, the respective inclination angles are made different. .

Due to the arrangement structure of the first and second partition plates 31 and 32 as described above, the upper ends of the first and second partition plates 31 and 32 that touch the upper end portion 21 of the lifter 20 are spaced apart from the upper end portions of the lifter 20. The lower end of the first partition plate 31 and the lower end of the second partition plate 32 that touch the lower end portion 22 of the lifter 20 and the lower end of the second partition plate 32 are divided into three portions having substantially the same interval. The first to third chambers 41, 42, and 43 have substantially the same volume by dividing so that the length of the portion is the longest and the length of the lower end portion of the third chamber 42 is the shortest.

As described above, the lifter 20 according to the present invention has a structure in which the three chambers 41, 42, 43 are formed by the two partition plates 31, 32, but the partition plate is further provided inside the lifter. When many are arranged, more chambers are formed, and the washing water mixed with the detergent is distributed more uniformly through the watering holes formed at the upper end of the lifter.

The process of washing the laundry by the drum washing machine according to the present invention configured as described above will be described as follows.

First, when the laundry is simply put into the rotating tub 3 that is inclined upward by opening the door 6 without lowering the posture, a relatively large amount of laundry is positioned at the rear end of the rotating tub 3, A relatively small amount of laundry is located at the tip of the rotating tub 3.

In this state, when the door 6 is closed and the washing machine is operated by operating a control panel (not shown), the washing water mixed with the detergent is placed in the lower part of the water tank 2 through the water supply pipe 7 and the detergent container 8. It will fill. Thereafter, when the washing water corresponding to the amount of the laundry is supplied and the water supply process is completed, the laundry is washed while the rotating tub 3 and the rotating shaft 5a are alternately rotated clockwise and counterclockwise by the operation of the drive motor 5. Is done.

During this washing process, a relatively large amount of laundry comes to be positioned at the rear end of the inclined rotating tub. Since it is formed higher than that, the laundry can be lifted up without difficulty, and the rotating tub also rotates in a dynamically balanced state.

When the lifter 20 reaches the upper part of the rotary tub 3 while lifting the laundry, the laundry is washed while falling, and at the same time, the detergent flows from the bottom of the rotary tub 3 through the lower end 22 of the lifter 20. The mixed washing water wets the laundry while being sprinkled downward from a number of sprinkling holes 23 opened at the upper end of the lifter 20.

At this time, since the first to third chambers 41, 42, 43 having substantially the same volume are formed in the lifter 20 according to the present invention by the first and second partition plates 31, 32, The lifter 20 does not flow from the front end portion to the rear end portion.

That is, the washing water in the first chamber 41 is poured from the watering hole 23 formed at the tip of the lifter 20, and the washing water in the second chamber 42 is formed in the watering hole 23 formed in the intermediate part of the lifter 20. In addition, the washing water in the third chamber 43 is caught from a watering hole 23 formed in the rear end portion of the lifter 20.

Accordingly, since the washing water is evenly distributed over the entire length of the lifter 20, it is placed not only on the laundry placed at the rear end portion of the rotating tub 3 but also at the intermediate portion and the front end portion of the rotating tub 3. The laundry is sufficiently filled with the washing water mixed with the detergent so that the entire laundry is evenly wetted.

When the washing process is completed, the laundry is rinsed and dehydrated in the rinsing process and the dehydrating process, and the washing is completed. In the rinsing process, the entire washing is performed by the function and effect of the first and second partition plates 31 and 32 as described above. The object can be rinsed uniformly.

When the washing is completed, the door 6 is opened again and the laundry is taken out from the rotating tub 3. At this time, the rotating tub 3 according to the present invention is inclined upward so that the laundry can be washed without lowering the posture. Objects can be taken out easily.

6 to 8 are views showing the structure of a lifter according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 shows a state in which a plurality of lifters are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating tub, and FIG. 7 shows the surface of the lifter. FIG. 8 shows a state in which a plurality of partition plates are arranged inside the lifter.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a lifter 20a according to another embodiment of the present invention has a surface of the lifter 20a, that is, an upper end portion 21 of the lifter 20a formed in a corrugated shape, and has a large number of curved uneven portions. Other than that, it has the same structure as the lifter 20 shown in FIG.

That is, the lifter 20a has a structure in which the upper end 21 is inclined because the protrusion height decreases toward the tip of the rotating tub 3, and the upper end 21 has a large number of peaks 21a and valleys 21b. Arranged at a pitch, water spray holes 23 formed in a number of rows along the vertical direction are arranged at the upper end 21 of such a waveform. These sprinkling holes 23 are formed so that each row is in a straight line at each peak 21a and valley 21b of the upper end 21 formed in a waveform.

As described above, the upper end portion 21 of the lifter 20a is formed in a corrugated shape and has a structure including a large number of peaks 21a and valleys 21b. Therefore, when the lifter 20 is located at the upper part of the rotary tub 3, the washing water is lifted. It does not immediately flow from the front end portion to the rear end portion, but stays on the respective peaks 21a of the upper end portion 21 and is sprinkled on the lower portion of the rotating tub 3 through the sprinkling holes 23. Washing water will be sprinkled.

Moreover, since the sprinkling holes 23 are formed in a row in the vertical direction along the numerous peaks 21a and valleys 21b of the upper end portion 21, they are discharged through the sprinkling holes 23 of the relatively high peaks 21a. No washing water is discharged through the sprinkling holes 23 formed there while flowing to the next lower mountain 21a.

Therefore, the washing water does not flow immediately from the front end portion of the lifter 20a along the rear end portion, and the washing water can be prevented from being concentrated at the rear end portion of the lifter 20a.

In addition, due to the structure in which the upper end 21 of the lifter 20a is formed in a corrugated shape as described above, when the rotating tub 3 rotates alternately in the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction, the laundry is applied by applying a frictional force to the laundry. Make the laundry more effective.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, the lifter 20 a is formed with curved peaks 21 a and valleys 21 b at the tip 21, and at the same time, in the same manner as in FIGS. 4 and 5, a plurality of partition plates 31. , 32 may be formed.

If the lifter 20a is configured in this way, the washing water in the lifter 20a temporarily stays in the corrugated mountain 21a, so that the phenomenon of immediately flowing to the lower side can be delayed, and secondly the first and second partitions. It is possible to prevent the plates 31 and 32 from flowing further to the lower side, and more effectively prevent the washing water from flowing from the front end portion of the lifter 20a to the rear end portion.
