【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、きき幅を調整できる防災用の調整瓦に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、防災(耐震、耐風雨)用の瓦と、きき幅の調整ができる瓦は、個別に形成されている。従って、この二つの目標を達成できる瓦は、本発明者が知る範囲では、現実には存在しなかった。また先行文献を調査したが、これに該当する文献は見当たらなかった。

前記防災瓦としては、特開2002−61337の「桟瓦(棧瓦とする)」がある(文献1)。その内容は、棧瓦の頭差込み隅に設けた切込みの底部に突片を、また尻棧山隅に設けた凹部と押さえ片を、それぞれ設け、この突片を凹部に挿入するとともに、当該突片のやや内方頭差込み部を前記押さえ片で押圧する構成である。従って、例えば、斜め下側の棧瓦の突片が破損しても、押さえ片を利用して当該斜め下側の棧瓦の飛散防止、ズレ防止等が図れる特徴がある。

また調整瓦としては、本出願人が提案する特開2000−257213の瓦がある(文献2)。その内容は、瓦本体表面の差込み側水返し突条を、瓦本体の差込み側やや内側に形成し、差込み側を斜め端部とした構成である。従って、瓦本体に、僅かに手を加えることで、当該瓦の葺合せ寸法の調整ができる。また本発明は、瓦本体間の面的な摺接と、係合用の切込み部等による係止を図る構成である。従って、雨仕舞い、耐震性、耐風性の向上が図れる実益がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述の如く、文献1は防災瓦として機能する。また文献2は調整瓦として機能する。従って、この文献1、2は、それぞれ防災瓦と、調整瓦とは、個別の構造である。しかし、市場より要望が強い、前記両機能が発揮できる高付加価値の瓦の提供に応ずることができない課題が考えられる。

本発明は、前述の防災瓦として機能するとともに、調整瓦としても機能する高付加価値を備えた防災用の調整瓦を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、防災瓦として機能するとともに、調整瓦としても機能する高付加価値の防災用の調整瓦とすること、またきき幅調整兼水返し用の少なくとも二条の突条ときき幅調整用の少なくとも二条の突条とを利用し、少なくとも三通りのきき幅(棟方向)調整が可能であり、しかもワンタッチで何人も所定の葺合せができる防災用の調整瓦とすること、等を意図する。そして、前記きき幅調整兼水返し用の少なくとも二条の突条と差込み側水返し突条部とで形成される隙間に、きき幅調整用の少なくとも二条の突条が嵌り込む構成であるので、きき幅の調整を図りつつ、きき幅方向のズレ防止(耐震、耐風雨効果)を図ること、等を意図する。またこのきき幅方向の防災機能と、前記水返し突条の尻側水返し突条部に併設した第2の水返し突条を介して設けた窪み部、及び嵌合兼水返し用の表面側堰と、頭側の端部の嵌合用の溝、及びこの溝の内方に併設した嵌合用の裏面側堰とによる嵌り込みを介して、きき脚方向(屋根の流れ方向)のズレ防止を図ることを意図する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜図10は請求項1に対応する実施例であり、(イ)きき幅調整(地割調整)を説明する。:中間寸法(中間)のきき幅は、調整瓦の表面に設けたきき幅調整兼水返し用の第1突条を挾むようにして隣接する調整瓦(隣接調整瓦)のきき幅調整用の第1突条と、きき幅調整用の第2突条が設けられる。この際に、隣接調整瓦の裏側棧山水返しは、調整瓦の差込側の内面に添接(当接)される。一方調整瓦の差込み側水返し突条は隣接調整瓦の裏面棧山に添接される。この挾み付け構成で、きき幅方向のズレ防止と、位置決め(きき幅)が決定される。また調整瓦の葺設の容易化が図れる。:最小寸法(最小)のきき幅は、きき幅調整兼水返し用の第2突条を挾むようにして隣接調整瓦のきき幅調整用の第1突条と、きき幅調整用の第2の突条が設けられる場合には、この最小のきき幅となる。:また最大寸法(最大)のきき幅は、きき幅調整兼水返し用の第1突条を挾むようにして隣接調整瓦のきき幅調整用の第2突条と、裏面棧山水返し突条部が設けられる場合には、最大のきき幅となる。以上の挾み付けを介して風雨の浸入防止が図れる。従って、この浸入防止は、最小のきき幅調整が、挾み付けが深く、かつ重ね葺きの寸法が大きいこと最も強固であり、順次中間のきき幅、最小のきき幅となる。(ロ)上下調整瓦のズレ防止を説明する。調整瓦の表面の窪み部に、上方の調整瓦(上方調整瓦)の裏面側堰が嵌り込み、また調整瓦の表面の表面側堰が、上方調整瓦の裏面側堰と頭垂れとの間に嵌り込みことで、ズレ防止が図れる。またこの嵌り込みを介して風雨の浸入防止が図れる。

また、図11〜図20は請求項2に対応する実施例であり、(イ)きき幅調整に関する構成は、前述の請求項1の実施例に準ずる。(ロ)上下調整瓦のズレ防止を説明する。調整瓦の表面の窪み部に、上方の調整瓦(上方調整瓦)の裏面側堰が嵌り込み、また調整瓦の表面の表面側堰が、上方調整瓦の裏面側堰と頭垂れとの間に嵌り込み、さらに尻側水返し突条部が上方調整瓦の裏面側窪み部に嵌り込むことにより、ズレ防止が図れる。またこの嵌り込みを介して風雨の浸入防止が図れる。この例では、3箇所の嵌り込みでなる構成であり、そのズレ防止等の効果は顕著である。

また図21〜図30の表面側窪み部を設けた調整瓦の実施例は、(イ)きき幅調整に関する構成は、前述の請求項1の実施例に準ずる。(ロ)上下調整瓦のズレ防止を説明する。調整瓦の表面の窪み部に、上方の調整瓦(上方調整瓦)の裏面側堰が嵌り込み、また調整瓦の表面の表面側堰が、上方調整瓦の裏面側堰と頭垂れとの間に嵌り込み、さらに尻側水返し突条部が上方調整瓦の裏面側窪み部に嵌り込み、また調整瓦の表面側窪み部に、上方調整瓦の頭垂れが嵌り込むことにより、ズレ防止が図れる。またこの嵌り込みを介して風雨の浸入防止が図れる。この例では、4箇所の嵌り込みでなる構成であり、そのズレ防止等の効果は、さらに顕著である。

尚、前記嵌り込みは、嵌合が理想である。しかし、僅かな余裕があることが、調整瓦の製造、歪・変形等の調整瓦の使用可(弊害解消)、施工の容易化、又は葺き替えの容易化、作業の簡略化等に有益である。

以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照して説明する。

図1〜図10に示す請求項1の例では、1は頭側1−1、尻側1−2と差込み側1−3、及び棧側1−4で区画され、かつ尻棧隅に一条形態の切込み、また頭差込み隅に一条形態の切込みを備えた略方形状の調整瓦である。この調整瓦1には、図示しないが、切込みを有さない調整瓦、平板瓦等も含む。そして、この調整瓦1の表面1aには、尻側1−2から差込み側1−3に沿うように水返し突条2が、また尻側1−2から頭側1−1に向って(調整瓦1の内方に向って)凹部3と、この凹部3から表面視して略角波型の傾斜面4を経由して形成された第2の水返し突条5と、この第2の水返し突条5から垂直断面6を経由して形成された傾斜状の窪み部7と、表面側堰8が構成されており、この第2の水返し突条5、窪み部7、表面側堰8は、上方の調整瓦1’の後述する溝、裏面側堰との間で、流れ方向(棟から軒方向)の強固な嵌め合せ関係及びズレ防止と、位置決めの容易化、きき脚寸法決定等に役立てる。

また調整瓦1の表面1aには、前記水返し突条2の差込み側水返し突条部2−2に併設するきき幅調整兼水返し用の少なくとも二条の第1、第2突条9、10(きき幅調整兼水返し用の突条)を形成する。この第1突条9は、頭側1−1より正面視した場合には、例えば、三角形状として、型抜きの容易化、裁量の節約、又は軽量化、風雨の浸入防止、水返し効果等に役立てる。またこの第2突条10は、頭側1−1より正面視した場合には、例えば、方形形状として、差込み側水返し突条部2−2との相似性、強度の向上と、又は風雨の浸入防止、水返し効果等に役立てる。さらに差込み側水返し突条部2−2と同様に、調整瓦1の表面1aへの接触を確保して、葺設の安定性、葺設の確実性、又は風雨の浸入防止、水返し効果等に役立てる。尚、この第1、第2突条9、10と差込み側水返し突条部2−2との間には、隙間を形成して、軽量化、又は風雨の浸入防止、水返し効果等に役立てる。さらに差込み側水返し突条部2−2の頭差込み隅は、高さを低くして、葺合せの容易化を図り、また風雨の浸入防止、水返し効果等に役立てる。

図中11は頭側1−1に設けた調整瓦1の表面1aから略裏面1bに向って、略45ー程度の角度で傾斜した面取り部であり、吹き上がる風雨の上方への誘導(Yで示す)と、その葺合せ部Xへの風雨の浸入防止が図れる。また上方への誘導は、調整瓦1’(調整瓦1、他の瓦を含む。以下、同じ)を押え込む作用と、この調整瓦1’の飛散防止とが図れる(浸入防止との相乗効果が期待できる)。また面取り部11は、雨水、雪等の誘導と、暴風時にも前述の効果は期待できること、又は一層前記効果が期待できる。以上のような効果が期待できることは、例えば、屋根勾配の緩やかな葺設でも可能であり、しかも前述の効果と、略同じ効果が期待できる。即ち、屋根勾配の緩やかな葺設においても、防災瓦となり得る。またこの面取り部11は、調整瓦1、1’等の厚みのカムフラージュに役立て得る。また図中Y1は押え込む作用の一例を示す。
