Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sewing method of an embroidery pattern on an embroidery frame and a base fabric used in an embroidery sewing machine, and more particularly, an embroidery frame and a embroidery pattern on a base fabric that can be used to sew ornaments such as appliques on a fabric. This relates to the sewing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when an applique as an ornament is sewn on an arbitrary fabric, for example, the front chest of a shirt, a needle through-hole in a transparent plate as a base cloth holding means 22 of only one outer frame 3 shown in FIG. With respect to 23, a part of the shirt fabric 5 is fastened in a state in which the sewing position of the applique (attachment piece) 6 is aligned, and the applique 6 is superposed there and sewn using an embroidery sewing machine. Wearing is going on. Further, means for coupling the tension frame 3 to a tension frame driving member 41 that moves back and forth and right and left in the embroidery sewing machine is detachably coupled using a magnetic force. It is widely known in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-167443.
[0003]
Further, as a technique for fixing the applique 6 to a predetermined place of the fabric 5 of the tension frame 3, for example, the tension frame 3 on which the fabric 5 is stretched is fixed at a predetermined position of a certain base frame, and the base frame is fixed. If the ruler frame to be prepared is lowered onto the tension frame 3 and the applique 6 is placed at a position specified by the ruler frame, the applique 6 can be positioned with respect to the fabric 5. Next, it is widely known in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-9108 to set a plurality of such frames on a multi-head sewing machine and apply an embroidery pattern 7 to each applique 6.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this conventional embroidery frame, for example, the cloth 5 is placed on the base cloth holding means 22 shown in FIG. 2, and the sewing position 5a of the applique 6 is superposed on the position of the needle through-hole 23, where the applique 6 is placed. And the embroidery pattern 7 is applied. If the number of stitches of the embroidery pattern 7 is small and the applique 6 is simply sewn, no problem occurs. However, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7C, when the embroidery pattern 7 is complicated and the number of needles is large, a hard lump of embroidery thread is exposed on the back of the fabric 5, which causes a problem that causes an uncomfortable feeling on the skin.
[0005]
In order to solve such a problem, it is conceivable to manufacture the applique 6 on which the embroidery pattern 7 has been applied in advance by another means, and superimpose it on the fabric 5 and sew it. However, if the shape of the appliqué 6 is a top-and-bottom symmetrical shape or a similar shape, there is a risk that the worker will wear the wrong direction and generate defective products.
[0006]
Also, if the embroidery thread swells on the back of the applique 6 in a wide range, it becomes difficult to fix the surface of the fabric 5 even if a soft cloth is used as the applique, and a part of the applique 6 is lifted up and the applique There is a problem that 6 is laterally shifted, and the surrounding seams are laterally shifted to cause many defective products.
[0007]
The embroidery frame of the present application is provided to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. The purpose of the present application is to use at least two tension frames so that an arbitrary embroidery pattern 7 can be applied to the applique 6 with one tension frame, and the above-mentioned one tension frame and the other second tension frame. Therefore, the appliqué 6 on which an arbitrary embroidery pattern 7 is applied is polymerized at a predetermined place on the fabric 5 so that it can be sewn accurately and so that the back thread of the embroidery pattern 7 is not on the back of the fabric. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for sewing an embroidery pattern on a embroidery frame and a base fabric.
Other objects and advantages will be readily apparent from the drawings and the following description associated therewith.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sewing method of the embroidery pattern on the base fabric in the present invention is prepared with a large frame 3 and a medium frame 2 that is separate from the large frame 3 and is detachable from the inside of the frame member of the large frame 3. In the middle frame 2, cloth holding means 16 for holding the attached piece holding cloth on the upper surface is provided inside the frame member of the middle frame 2, and the cloth holding means 16 is provided with the cloth holding means 16. Has a needle-through hole 17,
Further, the frame member of the middle frame 2 can be coupled to the drive frame of the embroidery sewing machine by using a coupling means provided on the middle frame 2 so that the middle frame 2 is separated from the large frame 3. On the other hand, on the inner side of the large frame 3, the inner dimension is determined so that the outer surface of the middle frame 2 can be detachably positioned inside the frame member of the large frame 3, Inside the frame member of the large frame 3, a base cloth holding means 22 for fixing the base cloth 5 is provided, and the base cloth holding means is provided with a needle-passing through hole 23. The position of the hole 23 is set to a position where the needle-through through hole 23 and the needle-through hole 17 are superposed in the state where the middle frame 2 is positioned inside the large frame, and the large frame 3 In addition, the large frame 3 and the middle frame 2 positioned in a superposed state inside the large frame 3 are The base cloth provided in the needle through-hole 23 of the base cloth holding means provided in the inner side of the frame member of the large frame 3 is provided with a connecting means to the drive frame so that it can be driven together by the drive frame in the thin For the sewing of the embroidery pattern 7 with respect to 5, the attachment piece 6 is provided in the needle passing hole 17 of the cloth holding means 16 provided in advance inside the frame member of the middle frame 2 so that the drive frame in the embroidery sewing machine has the middle. The frame 2 is joined and an embroidery pattern 7 is applied to the surface of the set piece 6. On the other hand, the base fabric 5 is fixed to the needle through hole 23 in the base fabric holding means 22 of the large frame 3. The inner frame 2 after the embroidery pattern 7 is applied to the surface of the attachment piece 6 attached to the needle passage hole 17 of the middle frame 2 is passed through the needle passage through hole. On the above-mentioned base cloth 5 to be fixed to 23, it is mounted in the needle passage hole 17 of the middle frame 2. The embroidery pattern 7 applied to the attachment piece 6 is mounted in a state where the back surface is overlapped, and the embroidery pattern 7 is placed on the base cloth 5 by using the overlapped needle-through hole 17 and the needle-through hole 23. This is a sewing method in which the attached pieces 6 subjected to the above are sewn in a state of being overlapped.

Is provided with a cloth holding portion 18 for holding the cloth 19. In general, the cloth holding portion 18 is configured by applying an adhesive material that can be used by repeatedly bonding and separating cloth around the through hole 17.
Reference numeral 22 denotes a transparent plate (for example, a thin plastic plate) as a base cloth holding means stretched inside the large frame 3, which is larger than the outer shape of the applique 6 and is approximately the same size as the needle passage hole 17. A base cloth holding portion 24 for holding the base cloth 5 is provided around the through hole 23. As described above, the base cloth holding unit 24 is configured by applying an adhesive material that can be used by repeatedly bonding and separating the cloth around the through hole 23.
[0011]
The positions of the positioning hole 11, the needle threading hole 17, and the needle threading hole 23 are determined around the needle drop position 42 of the table in the embroidery sewing machine. That is, when the respective tension frames are coupled to the drive frame 41 and the sewing operation is performed, the substantially central portion 42a of each hole that overlaps the needle drop position 42 is defined as the reference position. An embroidery pattern 7 can be sewn around the substantially central portion 42a.
[0012]
In the case of the above configuration, the small frame 1 is placed inside the middle frame 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and the embroidery pattern 7 is applied to the applique 6. In this operation, an applique holding cloth 19 is attached to the periphery of the needle passage hole 17 of the middle frame 2 in advance. This applique holding cloth 19 is used for removing the applique 6 from the periphery of the applique 6 after the applique 6 has been sewn to the cloth 5. As is generally known, this applique holding cloth 19 is a film-like vinyl sheet or a chemical solution. In other words, it may be a cloth (sheet) that can be melted at the end, or in other words, a cloth that cannot be shredded during the process up to FIG.
Next, in the state of FIG. 3, an arbitrary applique 6 is fitted into the positioning hole 11 in the small frame 1. The applique 6 is held by the hole edge 12 and does not slip laterally. Next, the small frame 1 and the middle frame 2 are integrally connected by using the connecting means 30, and are connected to the drive frame 41 by the connecting means 40 so as to be able to move integrally. In this state, the needle drop positions of the positioning hole 11 and the needle insertion hole 17 coincide with the reference position 42a.
In this way, an arbitrary embroidery pattern 7, for example, a picture shown in FIG. When this process is finished, the process of FIG. 2 is entered.
[0013]
First, the fabric 5 is affixed and fixed to the base cloth holding portion 24 around the needle through hole 23 of the large frame 3. In this fixing operation, a part of the fabric is made to correspond to the base fabric positioning mark 25 previously attached to the base fabric holding means 22 so that the applique 6 sewing scheduled position 5a in the fabric 5 is passed through the needle through-hole. Can be matched to 23.
Next, only the middle frame 2 in the state where the previous work is completed is placed inside the large frame 3 in the state shown in FIG. In this state, the applique 6 and the embroidery pattern 7 attached to the applique 6 are both positioned around the reference position 42a of the needle threading hole 17, so that the reference position in the needle threading hole 23 of the large frame 3 is the same. Polymerization coincides with 42a. Also, a large amount of back thread 7a of the embroidery pattern 7 is exposed on the back of the applique 6 to which the embroidery pattern 7 is attached, and the adhesion to the fabric is poor, but the applique 6 is stretched by the cloth 19 to Therefore, if the positional relationship between the large frame 3 and the middle frame 2 is determined as planned, the vertical positional relationship between the two is as planned.
Next, as in the previous step, the large frame 3 and the middle frame 2 are connected by the connecting means 30, the large frame 3 or the middle frame 2 is connected to the drive frame 41 using the connecting means 40, and the periphery of the applique 6 is Sew on the fabric 5 using the applique thread 8. In this way, the applique 6 is sewn on the cloth 19 so that it does not float, and even if the back thread 7a of the embroidery pattern 7 is raised on the back of the applique 6, it is sandwiched with the fabric 5 and hidden. Appearance is beautiful and finishes beautifully without coming out on the back of the fabric 5. Thereafter, the work 5 is completed when the fabric 5 is removed from the large frame 3 and the exposed portion of the applique holding cloth 19 is removed from around the applique 6.
[0014]
Next, the start position for sewing the applique 6 to the applique holding cloth 19 and the start position for sewing the applique 6 with the embroidery pattern 7 to the base cloth 5 are also disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-93942. As is widely known, the drive frame 41 is moved by hand so that the reference position 42a in the middle frame 2 or the large frame 3 is located at the needle drop position (below the needle) on the table 43, and the start position is determined. Is stored in the memory of the automatic embroidery machine, and thereafter, the embroidery is performed according to a program previously provided in the automatic embroidery machine. When it is desired to fix the start position, the length of the coupling member 44 shown in FIG. 1 in the reference position 42a direction is substantially the same as the length of the coupling member 44 shown in FIG. The width dimension of the frame 3b may be made long.
[0015]
Next, when the small frame 1 is omitted in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the applique 6 is provided in the needle passing hole 17 of the cloth holding means 16 and is held by the cloth holding means 16. As a means, a mark 19a on which a fixed-size applique holding cloth 19 is to be placed is previously attached to the cloth holding means 16 of the middle frame 2, and the applique holding cloth 19 is put there, and in this state the applique holding cloth 19 Is pasted on the cloth holding part 18. In addition, for the applique holding cloth 19, a mark 6d or outline is drawn in advance on the place where the applique 6 is located, and the applique 6 is bonded thereto with glue, and the needle of the cloth holding means 16 is passed through as shown in FIG. An applique 6 is provided for the hole 17. In this state, the middle frame 2 is coupled to the drive frame 41 by the coupling means 40 and embroidered.
[0016]
Next, the connecting means 30 for holding the two frames at a constant interval and moving them integrally is formed on the surface of the connecting member 31 formed in an inverted U shape and the respective frames (1, 2, 3). The connecting hole 35 is formed as shown in FIG. The connecting member 31 includes an inverted U-shaped knob member 32 made of a magnetic material, magnetic plates 33 and 33 connected to a lower end of the knob member 32 by a screw 32a so as to be adjustable in expansion and contraction, and ferrite sandwiched between the magnetic plates 33. And a magnet 34. The connecting hole 35 is inserted into the cylindrical holder 36 so as to be detachable, and a non-magnetic cylindrical holder 36 embedded and fixed in a hole formed in an aluminum frame (1a, 2a, 3a). The magnetic plates 33 and 33 are made of an iron plate 37 for joining the tips of the magnetic plates 33 and 33 detachably.
[0017]
Next, as the connecting means 30, a gap 5G corresponding to the cloth thickness is formed between the three frames (1, 2, 3) in consideration of the protrusion of the cloth from within the frame as shown in FIG. . Therefore, when wedge pieces having corresponding dimensions are inserted in a plurality of positions in the gaps, the inner and outer frames are integrated.
[0018]
Next, the coupling means 40 for detachably attaching the drive frame 41 made of iron and the tension frame (1, 2, 3) is fitted with the coupling member 44 including the convex coupling claw 45 and the coupling claw 45. It comprises a coupling recess 50 for mating and a coupling end 48 provided with a magnetic plate 49 fixed to the frame end. The coupling member 44 is made of non-magnetic plastic and is fixed to the drive frame 41 with a set screw 45a. Also, this is provided with a ferrite magnet 46 and magnetic plates 47, 47 positioned on both sides thereof, and the drive frame 41 and each coupling end 48 in the tension frame (1, 2, 3) are: Due to the detachable configuration of the coupling claw 45 and the coupling recess 50 and the iron plate 49 and the magnet 46, the three tension frames can be attached to the drive frame 41 in a replaceable manner.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the sewing of the embroidery pattern 7 on the base cloth 5 provided in the needle through hole 23 of the base cloth holding means provided inside the frame member of the large frame 3 is performed in advance on the middle frame 2. An attachment piece 6 is provided for the needle passage hole 17 of the cloth holding means 16 provided on the inside of the frame member, and the middle frame 2 is coupled to the drive frame in the embroidery sewing machine. On the other hand, the base cloth 5 is fixed to the needle through hole 23 in the base cloth holding means 22 of the large frame 3, and the medium frame 2 is threaded through the inner side of the frame member of the large frame 3. The middle frame 2 after the embroidery pattern 7 is applied to the surface of the attachment piece 6 mounted in the hole 17 is fixed on the base cloth 5 for fixing the needle frame through hole 23 to the middle frame 2. When the back surface of the embroidery pattern 7 applied to the attachment piece 6 attached to the needle hole 17 is overlapped, The attached piece 6 on which the embroidery pattern 7 is applied is sewed on the base cloth 5 by using the needle-passing hole 17 and the needle-passing through-hole 23. Then, when the attached piece 6 with the embroidery pattern 7 attached to the middle frame 2 and the large frame 3 is sewed to the base cloth 5, the large amount of the back thread 7a exposed on the back of the attached piece 6 is covered with the surface of the base cloth 5. The effect that can be produced.
Further, as in the prior art, the attached piece 6 with the embroidery pattern 7 attached to the base cloth 5 can be manually superposed to prevent an error in the orientation and position of the attached piece 6 in advance. There is an effect that the attached piece 6 can be accurately oriented in a predetermined position and can be sewn around without any lateral displacement.
