【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の液体容器用口栓の実施の形態について、図を用いて詳細に説明する。

本発明の液体容器用口栓(10)は、図1に示すように、キャップ(100)とスパウト(200)から構成されるものであり、バッグインボックスなどの袋状容器の注出口部に突設するスパウトに、内容物充填機上でキャップを打込み方式で装着するものである。なお、キャップ及びスパウトは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどの使用目的に合った熱可塑性樹脂を用いて、射出成形法により作製するものである。また、スパウト(200)の袋状容器への取り付けは、スパウトの下方のフランジ(210)を袋状容器の注出口部に熱融着して突設するものである。

本発明のキャップ(100)の構造は、図1に示すように、外周に鍔部(111)をもつ凹面鏡状の天板(110)の下面に封止リング(120)を垂設し、この封止リングの上方外周面にスパウトとの密嵌部(121)をもち、下方外周面にリング状の垂直断面形状が長方形のスパウトとのロック凹部を設けるものである。なお、通常、キャップの鍔部(111)の外周面には、装着したスパウトからキャップを廻しながら外側へ取り外しやすくするために、ローレット(112)を設けて掴みやすくするものである。また、キャップの天板を凹面鏡状つまり下方へ半球面状にすることにより天板に耐圧衝撃性を付与させて、キャップに何らかの圧衝撃がかかったときの事故発生を防ぐものである。

上述の本発明の実施形態の液体容器用口栓は、内容物充填機上で、袋状容器に取り付けられたスパウトの注出筒にキャップを打込み方式で装着すると、図2に示すように、キャップ(100)の封止リング(120)の外周面のロック凹部(122)にスパウト(200)の注出筒(220)の内周面のロック凸部(222)が嵌脱可能にロックして位置決めされる。また、キャップの封止リング(120)の外周面の密嵌部(121)とスパウトの注出筒(220)の上方の内周面とが密接し袋状容器が完全に封止される。なお、流通・保管時には、上述したロック機構によりキャップが緩むことがないで液漏れが防げ、使用時に容器を開封するときには、キャップをスパウトから適度の抵抗をもって取り外して容器を開封でき、再度容器を封止するときには、キャップをスパウトにクリック感をもってロック位置に挿着して容器を完全に封止することができる。
