Description

【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1-6 is a figure which shows the ball dispensing apparatus of this invention, Comprising: The housing | casing 1 has the recessed part 11 for attachment outside, and the sprocket type rotor 2 is formed in the inner wall surface 12 of the inside. It is attached to the shaft. In the rotor 2, the gear 31 is rotated by the motor 3, and the gear 22 provided on the proximal side surface 21 of the rotor 2 is rotated by the gear 31, whereby the rotor 2 rotates forward about the support shaft 23. The rotor 2 pays out the balls received in the ball receiving recess 24 from the upper ball introducing path 4 to the ball discharging path 5 in front of the rotor 2.
[0010]
A photo sensor 60 is disposed on the side surface of the ball payout path 5 in the vicinity of the position where the ball is paid out from the rotor 2. Pay out the ball. An input / output connector 32, a substrate 33, and a connector 34 are connected and disposed above the motor 3, and the motor 3 and a photosensor 60 described later are connected to the connector 34.
[0011]
The tip end of the support shaft 23 of the rotor 2 is limited to a length that does not protrude from the side surface 25, and a ball passage is formed by forming a gap through which the ball can pass between the side surface 25 and the outer side surface 61. 6 is provided. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the outer side surface 61 can be provided so as not to protrude significantly from the outer end portion of the photosensor 60, so that the width of the housing 1 can be reduced. The ball removal passage 6 is extended below the rotor 2, and this extended portion is set so that the vertical position of the ball introduction passage 4 above the rotor 2 is the same. Therefore, the design of the ball passage in front of the ball introduction passage 4 or the ball passage after the ball removal passage 6 is very easy.
[0012]
At the lower end of the ball introduction path 4, a pair of ball removal valves consisting of an outer ball removal valve 7 and an inner ball removal valve 8 provided with a width of the ball introduction path 4 are suspended. The outer ball removal valve 7 extends from the support shaft 71, has a flat surface 72 on the ball introduction path 4 side, and further has an engaging piece 73 for rotation extending from the support shaft 71. The extraction valve 7 and the engagement piece 73 rotate around the support shaft 71. Further, the inner ball removal valve 8 extends from the support shaft 81 and has a flat surface 82 on the ball introduction path 4 side, and rotates left and right around the support shaft 81.
[0013]
A ball removal lever 9 that is tilted around a support shaft 91 is attached to the upper side of the rotor 2 and below the axial attachment position of the inner ball removal valve 8. A cam member 10 for positioning the ball removal lever 9 is disposed on the side of the outer ball removal valve 7. The cam member 10 has an arcuate sliding surface 101 and a tip for locking the tip of the ball removal lever 9. The upper step portion 102 and the lower step portion 103 are provided.
[0014]
As shown in detail in FIG. 7, the ball removal lever 9 has an outer protrusion 93 that pushes the outer ball removal valve 7 outward at the tip of an arm 92 protruding from the shaft portion 91, and directly on the shaft portion 91. It has an inner protrusion 94 that is provided and pushes the inner ball removal valve 8 outward. Further, a knob 95 for rotating the ball removal lever 9 is provided on the lateral side of the outer protrusion 93, and a flexible locking piece 96 protrudes from the end of the knob 95. ing.
[0015]
A normal state in which balls are delivered to the ball payout path 5 is shown in FIGS. In this state, the locking piece 96 at the tip of the ball removal lever 9 pushes the engagement piece 73 upward and holds the outer ball removal valve 7 in a vertical posture facing downward. Since 96 is locked to the upper step 102 of the cam member 10, the outer ball removal valve 7 is vertically locked downward. In this state, the gap between the lower end of the outer ball removal valve 7 and the upper end of the side surface 25 of the rotor 2 is smaller than one ball, the entrance of the ball removal passage 6 is closed, and the ball is introduced. Since the path 4 and the ball dispensing path 5 communicate with each other, the balls flow into the ball receiving recess 24 of the rotor 2, and the balls are delivered to the ball dispensing path 5 by the rotation of the rotor 2.
[0016]
When the rotation of the rotor 2 is stopped after the balls are dispensed, the balls are present in the ball receiving recess 24 of the rotor 2 and the ball introduction path 4 above the rotor 2. When removing the remaining balls due to maintenance or replacement of a new stand, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the ball removal lever 9 is moved forward by holding the knob 95. The locking piece 96 of the ball removal lever 9 is slid on the arc-shaped sliding surface 101 of the cam member 10 and locked by being fitted into the lower step portion 103 by the forward movement, and the flat surface of the outer ball removal valve 7 is locked. 72 is pressed by the outer protrusion 93 and the outer ball removal valve 7 is pushed outward, so that the inlet of the ball removal passage 6 is opened. At the same time, the inner ball removal valve 8 is pushed out by the inner protrusion 94 and the inlet of the ball dispensing path 5 is closed. The ball remaining in the ball receiving recess 24 of the rotor 2 and the ball remaining in the ball introduction path 4 following this ball are pushed out in the direction of the side surface 25 of the rotor 2 by the inner ball removal valve 8, and the ball is removed. It flows down the passage 6 and is discharged outside.
[0017]
If the knob 95 is picked up to raise the ball removal lever 9 and the outer ball removal valve 7 and the inner ball removal valve 8 are retracted, the balls are sent to the ball dispensing path 5 as shown in FIGS. It can be switched to the state.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As explained above, the present invention, after pushing the ball remaining in the rotor and the ball introduction path in the direction of the side of the rotor by a ball removal valve suspended at the lower end of the ball introduction path, This ball can be discharged to the outside through a bead passage provided in the side surface of the rotor. Further, the ball dispensing apparatus of the present invention has a pair of ball removal valves suspended from the side surface of the lower end portion of the ball introduction path, and a ball removal lever for extruding the ball removal valve in the lateral direction of the rotor. The ball introduction lever is pushed forward to push out the ball extraction valve so that the ball introduction path and the ball extraction passage communicate with each other, and the ball introduction lever is raised to retreat the ball extraction valve and the ball introduction path and the ball discharge path Can be freely switched to the state of communication. In addition, since a pair of ball removal valves can be operated in conjunction with one ball removal lever, the ball removal valve on the side necessary for communicating the ball introduction passage and the ball removal passage or ball discharge passage is connected to the ball removal lever. Can be locked securely. In addition, since the support shaft of the rotor is pivotally attached to the wall surface in the casing and the side surface of the rotor is used as the inner side surface of the ball removal passage, the width of the casing can be reduced. Furthermore, the width of the rotor is set to a width that exceeds the half of the ball, and the tip end of the support shaft of the rotor is suppressed to a length that does not protrude from the side surface of the rotor. By forming a gap through which one ball can pass, a ball removal passage can be provided.
Therefore, the present invention has a great advantage that it can be completely extracted without leaving a ball on the rotor or the ball introduction path.
