【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、グリルに関し、詳しくは、グリルケースの両側に設けるスライドレール手段によって、コンパクトでかつ比較的簡素な構成としてグリルケースの高さ方向の容量を低減することがなく、調理用コンロに組み込む形態として有効なものとしながら、グリル受け皿を庫外に引き出すことができ、焙焼物の扱いを楽にし、商品価値を大幅に高めようとする技術に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、調理用コンロなどに組み込まれていてグリル受け皿を引き出し自在に備えているグリルにおいては、図１５及び図１６に示すように、グリルケース１にグリル受け皿２がスライド自在に載置されて収納されている。

このような構成においては、グリル受け皿２を最大に引き出した状態においても略水平姿勢に保持する必要があることから、グリル受け皿２の奥部をグリルケース１内に残してグリル受け皿２が抜け落ちないように保持される構成となっている。（例えば、特許文献１及び２参照）
このような特許文献１及び２においては、最大引き出し状態においてグリル受け皿２の奥部がグリルケース１内に残るから、グリル受け皿２の全体を引き出すことができず、例えば、大きな魚などの取り扱いが面倒になるものである。

そこで、図１７に示すように、グリル扉１０を回動させて倒すことで、グリル受け皿２の前部上方を開放させ、焙焼物の扱いを容易にする構成のものがある。（例えば、特許文献３参照）
このような特許文献３においては、グリル受け皿２の前部を開放できるが、グリル受け皿２の奥部は依然としてグリルケース１の内部に存在しているものである。

グリル受け皿２の全体をグリルケース１外に引き出すようにする構成として、図１８及び図１９に示すように、グリルケース底部に固定されたベース５２に対してスライダー５０をスライド自在に設け、スライダー５０にサブスライダー５１をスライド自在に設け、サブスライダー５１の前部に扉１０を回動自在に取り付け、しかして、スライダー５０及びサブスライダー５１をスライドさせ、扉１０を水平に倒すことで、サブスライダー５１及び扉１０を充分に突出させ、グリル受け皿２の先端部をサブスライダー５１及び水平となった扉１０の上に引き出すようにしてグリル受け皿２を充分に引き出すことができる構成のものがある。（例えば、特許文献４参照）
このような特許文献４においては、グリル受け皿２を充分に引き出すことができるが、スライダー５０、サブスライダー５１及びこれらの作動機構部がグリルケース１の底部において上下に重なる構成となって、グリルケース１の高さ容量を低減し、調理用コンロに組み込む形態に不向きなものとなり、構成も複雑になり、故障しやすくコストも高くなるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、グリルケースの側壁に対向して設けるスライドレール手段によって、コンパクトでかつ比較的簡素な構成としてグリルケースの高さ方向の容量を低減することがなく、調理用コンロに組み込む形態として有効なものとしながら、グリル受け皿を庫外に引き出すことができ、焙焼物の扱いを楽にし、商品価値を大幅に高めることができるグリルを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明においては、グリルケースにグリル受け皿がスライドレール手段によってスライドされて引き出し自在に構成されたグリルであって、前記スライドレール手段はグリルケースの両側に固定されるガイドレールと、前記ガイドレールに係合し、グリル受け皿の両側に配される被ガイドレールを備え、外側方が開放されて前記被ガイドレールを取り付けると共に該被ガイドレールの上面を覆うカバー枠を左右に配設し、両カバー枠を連結材にて連結して皿受け枠を構成し、前記皿受け枠にグリル受け皿を取り外し自在に積載し、前記被ガイドレールはガイドレールに対してグリル受け皿の後部がグリルケースの開口位置にまで引き出し可能に構成されたことを特徴とするものである。

このような構成によれば、ガイドレールに対して被ガイドレールを引き出すことで、グリル受け皿をグリルケースより略全域にわたって引き出すことができ、例えば、大きな魚などの扱いが楽になり、更に、ガイドレールと被ガイドレールを備えたスライドレール手段はグリルケースの両側に設けられていて、コンパクトでかつ比較的簡素な構成としながら、グリルケースの高さ方向の容量を低減することがなく、調理用コンロに組み込む形態として有効となり、しかも、被ガイドレールの上面をカバー枠にて覆うことで、スライドレール手段にごみなどが侵入するのを防止して保護することができ、例えば、市販のスライドレール手段を使用することができ、カバー枠及び連結材によって充分な強度を備えた皿受け枠を構成することができ、かつ、グリル受け皿の着脱も容易となり、使い易く、故障も少なく、コストを低減できる。

請求項２の発明においては、前記皿受け枠に揺動フレームを上下に揺動自在に枢支連結し、前記揺動フレームの前端部にグリルケースの前部開口を開閉するグリル扉を取り付けていることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成によれば、グリル受け皿を引き出せばグリルケース側に載せられている揺動フレームが引き出しに伴って下降回動するのであり、手を離せば揺動フレームとともにグリル扉を皿受け枠に対して下方に揺動させてグリル扉をグリル受け皿及びこれに載っている焼き網に対して容易に退避させることができ、大きな魚などの扱いが、一層、楽になる。

請求項３の発明においては、前記スライドレール手段は、前記ガイドレールと被ガイドレールの各々に挿通される中間レールを備え、前記中間レールにはガイドレールに対するころがり軸受及び被ガイドレールに対するころがり軸受を備えていることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成によれば、グリル受け皿の引き出し及び収納を中間レールに設けたころがり軸受によって安定的におこなえながら、ガイドレールと被ガイドレールの各々に中間レールが挿通されていることから、グリル受け皿を全域に引き出すための構成が簡素化でき、ころがり軸受により滑らかなスライドができてユーザーに高級感を抱かせることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図１はグリル受け皿を引き出した要部の斜視図である。図２はグリル受け皿を外した要部の斜視図である。図３（ａ）はグリルを組み込んだ調理用コンロの平面図、同図（ｂ）は正面図である。

本発明のグリルＡは調理用コンロ１６の下部中央に組み込まれている。調理用コンロ１６は大小３個の調理バーナー１８を備え、ガラス製の天板１７が敷設されて高級感を抱かせるようにしている。グリルＡは前面が開口し後部が排気口２３に通じた略角筒状のグリルケース１に対してグリル扉１０、グリル受け皿２、焼き網１４及び皿受け枠２５を引き出し及び収納自在に設けている。グリルケース１内には上バーナー、左右の側部バーナー２４を設けている。

前記グリル受け皿２は焼き網１４を取り外し自在に積載している。グリル受け皿２の前部には内部を見通すことができる透過型のグリル扉１０を配設している。グリル扉１０に形成した取っ手２２を持ってグリル受け皿２の引き出し及び収納操作をおこなうようにしている。この場合、グリル受け皿２はグリルケース１にスライドレール手段３にてガイドされて引き出し自在にしている。
前記グリル受け皿２の引き出し及び収納に際して、グリルケース１の高さ方向の容量を低減することがなく、調理用コンロ１６に組み込む形態として有効なものとしながら、グリル受け皿２を庫外に引き出すことができ、焙焼物の扱いを楽にし、商品価値を大幅に高めるようにしている。以下、詳述する。

図１、図２、図４及び図７（ａ）（ｂ）に示すように、グリルケース１の底部に底部板３１を固定し、グリルケース１の開口前縁部に開口枠３２を取り付けている。この場合、底部板３１に開口枠３２を連結していてもよい。

底部板３１の左右の縦壁３３の内面に断面略コ字状のガイドレール４を固定している。ガイドレール４に対向して断面略コ字状の被ガイドレール５が配され、ガイドレール４と被ガイドレール５との間には中間レール１１を配し、中間レール１１はガイドレール４と被ガイドレール５間に挿通し、中間レール１１の内外にはボール３４をリテーナー３５にて回転自在に保持したボールベアリングとしてのころがり軸受６を保持している。このように、ガイドレール４、被ガイドレール５及びころがり軸受６を内外に保持した中間レール１１を備えたスライドレール手段３は、例えば、市販品を使用するものである。

図９に示すように、縦片２６と水平片２７にて断面略Ｌ字状に形成し、外方及び下方が開放されたカバー枠２０を板金の折り曲げ加工にて形成している。カバー枠２０の縦片２６に被ガイドレール５をビス（図示せず）にて固定して被ガイドレール５の上部を覆っている。カバー枠２０の先端の折り返し片２９にて被ガイドレール５の前部を覆っている。

左右の被ガイドレール５を固定して左右に配設されるカバー枠２０、２０の前後部間には線材にて平面視がコ字状に形成した連結材２１、２１が溶接されて皿受け枠２５を構成している。このように、左右の被ガイドレール５、５にはカバー枠２０、２０が被せられ、連結材２１、２１が架設されて皿受け枠２５が構成されているのであり、このように被ガイドレール５、５を連結して皿受け枠２５を構成する部材を枠材３９と総称するが、その形態は変更することができるものである。

グリル受け皿２の前部には折り曲げ部３０を形成してあり、皿受け枠２５の底部を左右のカバー枠２０、２０の間及び前後の連結材２１、２１の間に挿入し、折り曲げ部３０を連結材２１に載置することで、皿受け枠２５にグリル受け皿２を取り外し自在に積載している。

ところで、ガイドレール４及び被ガイドレール５の長さはグリルケース１の奥行き長さに略等しくしてあり、これら両レール４、５間に略同長さの中間レール１１を備えていて、グリル受け皿２の後縁部がグリルケース１の開口前縁部よりも前方となってグリル受け皿２を全域にわたって引き出すことができるようにしている。

前記皿受け枠２５を形成している左右のカバー枠２０、２０間にわたって略コ字状の揺動フレーム９をピン３６にて上下に揺動自在に枢支連結している。カバー枠２０と揺動フレーム９の前端部との間に長孔３８を備えたリンク３７を枢支連結している。しかして、揺動フレーム９が下降回動する際に、リンク３７によって揺動フレーム９の回動下限位置を規制するようにしている。

図１及び図１３に示すように、揺動フレーム９には切り起こしにて係止片４３が形成され、グリルケース１の前部開口を開閉するグリル扉１０には係止孔４４が形成され、係止片４３を係止孔４４に係入し、グリル扉１０側のばね性を備えた板片４５を揺動フレーム９側の受片４６に当接させることで、揺動フレーム９の前端部にグリル扉１０を取り外し自在に取り付けている。このようにグリル扉１０を揺動フレーム９に着脱自在とする構成は種々設計変更することができる。グリル扉１０には取っ手２２を設けている。

このような構成によれば、グリル扉１０の取っ手２２を持って引き出すことで、グリルケース１の両側に固定されたガイドレール４とグリル受け皿２側に連係される被ガイドレール５の間に備えている中間レール１１の内外のベアリングのようなころがり軸受６によって、グリル受け皿２の移動が円滑にガイドされ、グリル受け皿２の引き出し及び収納をきわめて円滑におこなえてユーザーに高級感を抱かせることができるのである。

この場合、ガイドレール４、被ガイドレール５及びころがり軸受６、６を内外に備えた中間レール１１とによって形成されているスライドレール手段３によって、グリル受け皿２をグリルケース１より全域にわたって引き出すことができるのであり、例えば、大きな魚などの扱いが楽になるのである。ところで、グリル受け皿２の引き出しに際して、グリル受け皿２の奥部がグリルケース１内に残る形で使用してもよいものである。

しかも、このようなスライドレール手段３はグリルケース１の両側に対向して設けられ、スライドレール手段３を有効に利用して皿受け枠２５を構成していて、コンパクトでかつ比較的簡素な構成としながら、グリルケース１の高さ方向の容量を低減することがなく、調理用コンロ１６に組み込む形態として有効なものにしている。

更に、グリル受け皿２の引き出しに伴って、グリルケース１側に固定されている底部板３１に載置されている揺動フレーム９がピン３６の回りに自重によって下降回動するのであり、手を離せば揺動フレーム９とともにグリル扉１０を皿受け枠２５に対して下方に揺動してグリル扉１０をグリル受け皿２及びこれに載っている焼き網１４に対して容易に退避させることができ（図１３参照）、大きな魚などの扱いが、一層、楽になるものである。グリル受け皿２の収納に際しては、取っ手２２を持ってグリル扉１０を押し込むことで、揺動フレーム９がグリルケース１側の底部板３１によって押し上げられて上方に回動され、最奥の収納位置においてグリル扉１０がグリルケース１の開口枠３２の開口を閉塞することになる。

ところで、被ガイドレール５を固定して左右に配設される両カバー枠２０、２０を連結材２１にて連結して皿受け枠２５を構成しているのであり、被ガイドレール５の上面をカバー枠２０にて覆うことができ、中間レール１１のころがり軸受６等にごみなどが侵入するのを防止してスライドレール手段３を保護することができるのであり、又、皿受け枠２５を収納して調理する際の輻射熱を遮蔽してころがり軸受６等を保護できるのであり、例えば、市販のスライドレール手段３を使用することができるのである。

図７（ａ）に示すように、ガイドレール４及び被ガイドレール５には、ばね板製でディテントと称する位置決め具４０、４０を設けていて、グリル受け皿２の最大引き出し位置において、中間レール１１の前後端縁が位置決め具４０、４０を乗り越え、その後、ばね板製の位置決め具４０、４０が復元することで、最大引き出し位置を弾性的な係止力を備えた操作感覚をもって仮保持することができるようにしている。意図をもって押し込まない限りグリル受け皿２は最大引き出し位置を維持するのであり、使いやすくしている。

ガイドレール４の後端部にはばね板製のキャッチ４１を設け、被ガイドレール５の後端部には被キャッチ４２を形成し、グリル受け皿２の収納完了位置において、被キャッチ４２がキャッチ４１に弾性的に保持されて位置決めをおこなえるようにしている。このように、グリル受け皿２の最大引き出し位置及び収納完了位置において解除自在に弾性的に保持する構成を位置決め手段１２と総称するが、その構成は種々設計変更することができるものである。

本実施の形態においては、スライドレール手段３はガイドレール４、被ガイドレール５とで構成し、ガイドレール４にはリテイナー３５にてボール３４を保持したころがり軸受６を備えていて、上記実施の形態の中間レール１１をなくしたものである。この場合、ガイドレール４及び被ガイドレール５はグリル受け皿２及び焼き網１４の奥行き寸法Ｌより充分に長くしてあり、しかして、対向する被ガイドレール５、５を利用して構成している皿受け枠２５に積載されたグリル受け皿２はグリルケース１より全域にわたって引き出されるものである。

尚、実施の形態では、スライドレール手段３のガイドレール４をグリルケース１の内部に設けたが外部に設けてもよいものであり、この場合、グリルケース１の両側壁に切り溝を形成して被ガイドレール５及び中間レール１１との係合を図るようにするとよい。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の発明においては、グリルケースにグリル受け皿がスライドレール手段によってスライドされて引き出し自在に構成されたグリルであって、前記スライドレール手段はグリルケースの両側に固定されるガイドレールと、前記ガイドレールに係合し、グリル受け皿の両側に配される被ガイドレールを備え、外側方が開放されて前記被ガイドレールを取り付けると共に該被ガイドレールの上面を覆うカバー枠を左右に配設し、両カバー枠を連結材にて連結して皿受け枠を構成し、前記皿受け枠にグリル受け皿を取り外し自在に積載し、前記被ガイドレールはガイドレールに対してグリル受け皿の後部がグリルケースの開口位置にまで引き出し可能に構成されているから、ガイドレールに対して被ガイドレールを引き出すことで、グリル受け皿をグリルケースより略全域にわたって引き出すことができるのであり、例えば、大きな魚などの扱いが楽になり、更に、ガイドレールと被ガイドレールを備えたスライドレール手段はグリルケースの両側に設けられているから、コンパクトでかつ比較的簡素な構成としながら、グリルケースの高さ方向の容量を低減することがなく、調理用コンロに組み込む形態として有効なものにでき、しかも、外側方が開放されて前記被ガイドレールを取り付けているカバー枠を左右に配設し、被ガイドレールの上面をカバー枠にて覆うことで、スライドレール手段にごみなどが侵入するのを防止して保護することができ、例えば、市販のスライドレール手段を使用することができ、カバー枠及び連結材によって充分な強度を備えて皿受け枠を構成することができ、皿受け枠にグリル受け皿を取り外し自在に積載することから、グリル受け皿の着脱も容易となり、使い易くなり、故障も少なく、コストを低減することが可能となるという利点がある。
