本発明は、艤装(シャフト継ぎ足し)時に作業室内の圧力を一定に保ちながら、シャフト内の圧縮空気を排気して、大気圧にしなければならないため、ケ−ソンのシャフト接続孔を作業室の天井スラブで塞ぐボトムドアの取付方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、ケ−ソン工事に於いて、沈下の進行に伴い艤装工としてロック、シャフトの継足しが行なわれる。

圧気作業中にシャフトの継足しを行う場合、ケ−ソンの作業室内(函内)は断気せずにシャフト内のみ断気して大気圧下で継足しを行うため、ケ−ソンのシャフト接続孔をボトムドアで密封封鎖して作業室とシャフトとを遮断してシャフト内のみ断気する。

このボトムドアの取付方法について、従来の方法は、図1の〔a〕に示すように、クローラクレ−ン8で、作業室3内のボトムドア7を吊り込み、作業員が1名作業室内に入り、クローラクレーン8のオペレ−タ−と電話、ブザ−、汽笛、無線機等の連絡手段により、信号合図により取付作業を行っている。

すなわち、ボトムドア7を図1の〔b〕に示すように、ボトムドア7を作業室3の天井スラブまでクローラクレ−ン8で吊り上げた後、図1の〔c〕に示すようにスペシャルシャフト4又は縦続シャフト5から吊り下げたレバ−ブロック(登録商標)9で固定する作業が行なわれる。

この取付作業は,足場が悪い作業室内の作業員の指示に従ってクローラクレ−ン8のオペレ−タがボトムドア7の吊り上げを行うため、危険を伴うものであるばかりでなく,作業性が悪かった。

また、従来のボトムドア閉鎖作業は,熟練した作業員5名(クローラクレーン運転工、マテリアルロック扉開閉係、艤装工2名、ケーソン作業室内作業員)で120分の作業時間を必要とした。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、ケーソンの作業室内とシャフト接続孔内の作業員2人でケ−ソンのボトムドアの取付作業を従来の1/4の短時間で安全に行うことが出来る方法を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、請求項1記載の発明は、ケ−ソンにシャフト接続孔と作業室を連通する操作チェーン用挿通孔を設け、その挿通孔の作業室側を密閉閉鎖するメクラ蓋を着脱自在に設け、且つシャフト接続孔に連設したスペシャルシャフト又は縦続シャフト内にチェーンブロックを吊り下げ、そのチェーンブロックの操作チェーンを前記挿通孔に挿通して端部を作業室内に垂下させ、この操作チェーンを操作してボトムドアを作業室内の天井スラブに圧接するまで吊り上げた後、操作チェーンの作業室内に垂下しているものを挿通孔内に入れ、メクラ蓋で作業室側の挿通孔を密閉することを特徴とするケ−ソンのボトムドア取付方法である。

請求項2の発明は、ケ−ソンのシャフト接続孔と作業室に両端を配置したスイッチ回路の電線を設け、この電線のシャフト接続孔側の端部にはコンセント又は電線端子を接続し、作業室側にはスイッチを接続すると共に、シャフト接続孔に連設したスペシャルシャフト又は縦続シャフト内にホイストウインチを吊り下げ、その電源コ−ドを前記コンセント又は電線端子に接続し、前記スイッチを操作してボトムドアを作業室の天井スラブに圧接するまで吊り上げることを特徴とするケ−ソンのボトムドア取付方法である。

本発明によれば、マテリアルシャフトとマンシャフトを設けたニュ−マチックケ−ソン工法の場合、ケーソン作業室内とシャトル接続孔内の作業員2人でボトムドアの固定作業を従来より遥かに短時間で安全に行うことが出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
図2は本発明の請求項1記載の発明に対応する実施例を示すもので、10はケ−ソン1のシャフト接続孔2と作業室3を連通する操作チェーン11aを収納する挿通孔12を形成する直径l00mmの埋込鋼管、11はスペシャルシャフト4に接続した縦続シャフト5から吊り下げた1t吊りチェーンブロックであって、操作チェーン11aを埋込鋼管10に挿通して端部を作業室3内に垂下させ、この操作チェーン11aを操作してボトムドア7を吊り上げる。

以上の説明からわかるように、本発明によればケーソン作業室内とシャフト接続孔内の作業員2人でボトムドア7の取付(密閉)作業を行うことが可能であるため、従来のクローラクレ−ンを用いる場合のように、ケーソン外の作業員の連絡指示に気を使うことなく従来より短時間で安全に作業を行うことができる。
