Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a frame coupling structure of a cabinet for storing electrical and electronic equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The cabinet for storing electrical and electronic equipment is generally configured by forming a rectangular parallelepiped skeleton by twelve rod-like frames and attaching a door, a side panel, a ceiling and the like to the skeleton. For this reason, it is necessary to connect the end portions of the three frames orthogonal to each other in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the depth direction at each corner portion.
[0003]
Conventionally, as a frame coupling structure for this purpose, a corner piece made of a casting having projections in three directions is used, and the end of the frame is inserted into each projection and then coupled with screws, or the end of the frame is three-dimensional. In addition, a structure in which the ends of the frame are directly welded to each other is also known.
[0004]
However, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain sufficient strength and rigidity in the frame coupling structure in which all the frame end portions are screwed and coupled to the corner pieces. On the other hand, the frame connection structure in which all the frame ends are welded to each other can obtain sufficient strength and rigidity, but the workability is poor because a sanding process of the welded portion is required, and a lot of work is required. There was a problem that the work time was required and the cost was high. In particular, since the cross-sectional shape of the frame of the cabinet for storing electrical and electronic equipment is often very complicated, there is a possibility that a portion on the surface of the frame where the sander for post-processing of the welded part is difficult to enter, and the appearance becomes unsightly.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, can provide sufficient strength and rigidity, and can reduce the assembly work time, reduce the cost, improve the appearance, etc. It was made to provide a frame connection structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. In the corner portion of the cabinet for storing electrical and electronic equipment in which the ends of three frames that are orthogonal to each other are joined, each frame is connected to the hypotenuse of a hollow portion having a right triangle shape. The projections are provided at both ends of the frame to form a recess that becomes a draining portion. The corner pieces are fitted into equilateral triangular spaces formed between the end faces of the oblique sides of each frame. Among them, at least a part of the frame inner part inside the cabinet than the contact part with the door, the side panel, the ceiling or the like is joined by welding, and at least a part of the frame outer part outside the cabinet is connected to the contact part. It is characterized by being coupled by a fixture.
[0007]
Also, a structure in which the recess is formed in each of the frame inner part and the frame outer part, or a recess formed in the frame outer part is used as a draining part, and the bottom part is fixed by a fixing tool and the side wall is welded. can do.
[0008]
In the frame coupling structure of the cabinet for storing electrical and electronic equipment according to the present invention, since welding and a fixture are combined as coupling means between the ends of the frame, strength and rigidity are ensured by welding, and at the same time, sanding is difficult to perform. By using fixtures such as rivets and screws for the parts with poor workability, the number of welded parts can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced and the appearance can be improved.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 9 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a corner portion viewed from the outside of the cabinet, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the corner portion, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view. 4 is a perspective view of the corner portion as viewed from the inside of the cabinet. As shown in these figures, the corner portion is a combination of the end portions of three frames 1 that are orthogonal to each other in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the depth direction.
[0010]
The frame 1 of the first embodiment has the same cross-sectional shape obtained by bending a steel plate as shown in FIGS. That is, each frame 1 is formed with a recess 5 serving as a draining portion by projecting the projections 4 and 4 at the opposite sides of the hypotenuse 3 of the hollow portion 2 having a right triangle shape with the side walls 32 and 32 toward the corner. A right-angle bent side 7 is formed at the tip of the extended side 6 extending from the portion 2. The protrusions 4, 4 serve as contact portions with the doors, side panels, ceiling, etc. 40 of the electrical / electronic equipment storage cabinet.
[0011]
In FIG. 5, the lower right portion of these abutting portions is the inside of the cabinet, and the upper left portion with the recess 5 is the outside of the cabinet. Of the frame inner side which is the inside of the cabinet, on the orthogonal sides 8 and 9 of the hollow portion 2, the extended side 6, the right-angled bent side 7 and the like, a row of holes 10 for mounting devices is formed.
[0012]
In this embodiment, such three frames 1 are three-dimensionally orthogonal, and a corner piece 11 shown in FIG. 8 is fitted in an equilateral triangular space formed between the end faces of the hypotenuse 3. This corner piece 11 is formed by projecting a connecting side 13 having a predetermined angle (135 °) on each side of a regular triangular flat plate 12, and an insertion hole 15 for a rivet 14 is formed in each connecting side 13. . Further, an insertion hole 16 for the rivet 14 is formed near the end of the oblique side 3 of the frame 1, and each coupling side 13 of the corner piece 11 is inserted into the hollow portion 2 of the three frames 1. As shown in FIG. 3, three frames 1 are joined by driving rivets 14.
[0013]
As described above, the oblique sides 3 of the frame 1 are coupled to each other by the rivet 14 which is a kind of fixture through the corner piece 11, while the other sides of the frame 1 are coupled to each other by welding. FIG. 9 shows the welded portion 17 by hatching. Thus, sufficient strength and rigidity can be ensured by combining the fixing with the fixture and welding. In addition to the rivets 14, examples of the fixing tool include screws and bushes.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, a part of the inside of the corner portion is cut out, and the base coupling fitting 20 is attached by a rivet 21. The shape of the base coupling fitting 20 itself is as shown in FIG. A base connection bolt insertion hole 23 is formed in the surface 22 of the base connection metal fitting 20, and is fixed to the base of the frame, or a suspension bolt for hanging the cabinet is inserted into the frame.
[0015]
In the first embodiment described above, the concave portion 5 serving as a draining portion located on the outer side of the frame is coupled by the fixture. In the part of the hypotenuse 3 which becomes the bottom surface of the recess 5, the protrusions 4 and 4 on both sides are obstructed and it is difficult for the sander to enter. However, by using a fixing tool for the coupling, the assembly workability is improved and the appearance is also improved. . Moreover, since the other parts including the side wall are joined by welding, waterproofness can be obtained as well as strength. The hypotenuse 3 of the recess 5 serving as a draining portion is not welded, but if it is firmly fixed with a rivet or the like, a practically sufficient waterproof property can be obtained, and if a packing is interposed, the waterproof property is further improved. Can do. Further, when assembling, temporary fixing with a fixing tool is first performed, and then welding is performed, so that workability is improved. In addition, since the number of welds is reduced, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0016]
FIG. 11 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment only in that a triangular pyramid-shaped corner piece 18 having a sharp center as shown in FIG. 12 is used. . Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0017]
Various embodiments in which the cross-sectional shape of the frame 1 is changed are shown below in FIG.
FIGS. 13 and 14 show the third and fourth embodiments in which the frame cross section of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 9 is slightly changed. Are joined by a rivet 14 through a corner piece 11, and the other hatched parts are joined by welding.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention , since the end portions of the frame are coupled by welding and a fixture, the number of welding points can be reduced while maintaining strength, and the assembly workability is improved and the cost is increased. You can go down. Moreover, according to this invention , since a flame | frame outer part is couple | bonded by welding, waterproof performance can be improved.
[0024]
In addition, according to the present invention , since the concave portion of the frame in which the sander for post-welding processing is difficult to enter is fixed by a fixing tool such as a rivet, workability is improved. According to the second aspect of the present invention, both the strength improvement and the reduction of the welded portion can be achieved by using the frames in which the concave portions are formed in the frame inner portion and the frame outer portion, respectively. According to invention of Claim 3 , since the recessed part formed in a frame outer side part was made into the draining part, and the bottom part was fixed by the fixing tool and the side wall was welded, it aims at coexistence with workability | operativity and waterproofness. Can do.
