Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric razor having a plurality of blade heads that can be brought into contact with the skin at the same time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is an electric razor with multiple blade heads that can be in contact with the skin at the same time in order to increase the cutting efficiency of the folds. In this case, it is necessary to shave the folds so that the multiple blade heads touch the skin simultaneously. The function cannot be demonstrated. However, in order to apply a plurality of blade heads to the skin at the same time, it is necessary to always keep the angle at which the electric razor is applied to the skin, such as a chin, which is practically difficult.
[0003]
For this reason, even if the angle between the main body of the electric razor and the skin changes by making each blade head freely floatable or mounting a plurality of blade heads on the oscillating head, a plurality of blade heads Is provided that can be applied to the skin at the same time.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even in the above-mentioned structure having a float structure or a swing structure, there is a limit to the angle change that can be handled, and if the angle between the electric razor body and the skin exceeds the limit, one blade is used. Only the head contacts the skin, or the effective cutting area of the scissors in the blade head does not hit the skin, and the shaving performance is greatly deteriorated.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electric razor that can reliably lead a plurality of blade heads to contact with the skin simultaneously.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Accordingly, the present invention includes a plurality of shaving blade heads, and an electric razor in which these blade heads are arranged on substantially the same surface. And a display unit for notifying the user whether or not a plurality of blade heads are in contact with the skin at the same time. If a plurality of blade heads do not touch the skin at the same time, the user can recognize that the contact angle of the electric razor body with respect to the skin is not correct in order to notify the user of this point by notification by the display unit.
[0007]
In the case where the detection unit is provided with three or more blade heads, the detection unit can be formed as a device for measuring the electrical resistance between the blade heads formed as electrodes. Further, in the case where each blade head is floatable, the detection unit can be formed to detect the sinking amount of each blade head. The detection unit may be formed of a plurality of switches that are turned on and off according to the degree of skin contact of each blade head.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an example. The reciprocating electric razor here is provided with a total of three blade heads 1a, 1b, 1c arranged in parallel and parallel. Of these three blade heads 1a, 1b, and 1c provided freely, the central blade head 1a is used for shaving with a slit-like blade hole in the outer blade, and is arranged on both sides of the central blade head 1a. The two blade heads 1b and 1c thus formed are for finishing shaving with a foil-shaped outer blade.
[0009]
The outer blades of the blade heads 1a, 1b, and 1c are each formed as an electrode, and a minute current flows between the outer blade (electrode) of the blade head 1a and the outer blade (electrode) of the blade head 1b. Thus, an electrical resistance measuring unit 21 for measuring the electrical resistance value between both electrodes is connected, and a minute current is also applied between the outer blade (electrode) of the blade head 1a and the outer blade (electrode) of the blade head 1c. An electrical resistance measurement unit 22 that measures the electrical resistance value between the two electrodes by flowing is connected. The minute current that flows here is of a level that does not affect the human body, and the blade heads 1a, 1b, 1c have an insulating structure.
[0010]
The degree of contact (contact area) of each blade head 1a, 1b, 1c with the skin varies depending on the angle at which the electric razor body is applied to the skin, but now, the degree of skin contact of the outer blade in each blade head 1a, 1b, If the degree of skin contact of the outer blades in the blade heads 1a and 1c is equal, the electrical resistance values measured by the two electrical resistance measuring units 21 and 22 as the skin contact detection unit 2 are substantially the same. However, when the skin contact degree of the outer blade in the blade heads 1a and 1b is worse than the skin contact degree of the outer blade in the blade heads 1a and 1c, the electrical resistance value measured by the electrical resistance measurement unit 21 is the electrical resistance measurement unit. It becomes larger than the electric resistance value measured at 22.
[0011]
Therefore, by comparing the electric resistance values measured by the two electric resistance measuring units 21 and 22, and when there is a difference greater than a predetermined value, the contact angle of the electric razor to the skin is inappropriate by driving the display unit 4. This can be notified to the user. In this way, the electrical resistance values measured by the electrical resistance measuring units 21 and 22 are compared, and when there is a difference greater than a predetermined value, for example, an inclination detecting unit 3 for driving the display unit 4 formed by a buzzer is provided. Thus, the user can know whether the current angle of the electric razor is applied to the skin. Further, the contact angle of the electric razor body 1 to the skin is within a predetermined range (2α in FIG. 3) so that the difference between the electric resistance values measured by both the electric resistance measuring units 21 and 22 is within the predetermined value. It can be performed with reference to the notification by the display unit 4.
[0012]
4 and 5 show other examples. Two blade heads 1b, 1c arranged in parallel and parallel are provided, and each blade head 1b, 1c is connected to a spring piece 11 provided integrally with the blade frame 10 at both ends thereof, so that it can be floated freely. It has become. The blade heads 1b and 1c and the two float amount detection units 23 and 24 provided in the blade frame 10 are connected by connecting members 25 and 25, respectively. The inclination detection unit 3 that has obtained an output corresponding to the amount of error) from the float amount detection units 23 and 24 compares the two outputs, and drives the display unit 4 when the difference exceeds a predetermined value.
[0013]
When the two blade heads 1b and 1c are in contact with the skin at the same time, the float amounts of the two blade heads 1b and 1c are substantially the same, but when only one blade head 1b is in contact with the skin, only the blade head 1b Since the other blade head 1c does not sink, the degree of skin contact of the two-blade heads 1b and 1c can be measured by comparing the float amounts.
[0014]
Another example is shown in FIG. This is provided with two blade heads 1b and 1c which are arranged in parallel and parallel and are freely floated. A switch 26a which turns on when the blade head 1b sinks and a switch which turns on when the blade head 1c sinks. 26b, and a contact detection unit 27 that detects the degree of skin contact according to the on / off state of the switches 26a and 26b.
[0015]
If the two switches 26a and 26b are both off, the double-edged heads 1b and 1c are not in contact with the skin, and if the two switches 26a and 26b are both on, the double-edged heads 1b and 1c are properly applied to the skin. If it is determined that they are in contact and only one of the two switches 26a, 26b is on, the display unit 4 is driven on the assumption that the angle of contact of the electric razor body with the skin is inappropriate.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, in the electric razor that has a plurality of blade heads that can be brought into contact with the skin at the same time to increase the cutting efficiency of the scissors, detection for detecting the degree of contact of each of the plurality of blade heads with each skin And a display unit for notifying the user whether the plurality of blade heads are in contact with the skin at the same time by comparing the detection results by the detection unit, and if the plurality of blade heads are not in contact with the skin at the same time, The user can know this point by notifying the display unit and can recognize that the angle of the electric razor body to the skin is not correct. Based on the notification, the contact angle to the skin can be properly maintained.
