【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、打球供給皿を有する前面板を開閉自在に設けてなるパチンコ遊技機に関し、特に打球供給皿に貯留される打球を1個ずつ発射レールの発射位置に供給する自動球送り装置が前面板と分離して前面枠体側に設けられたパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ遊技機は、周知のように縦長の方形状に枠組形成された外枠と,該外枠の一側に開閉自在に軸支される前面枠とを有し、該前面枠の裏面に遊技盤取付枠を介して遊技盤が着脱自在に装着されている。また,前面枠の前面には、遊技盤の遊技領域を覆うガラス板保持枠及び打球供給皿を有する前面板が開閉自在に設けられており、前面板の裏面には打球杆の発射動作に連動して打球供給皿に貯留される打球を1個ずつ発射レールの発射位置に供給する自動球送り装置が取り付けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように自動球送り装置が前面板の裏面に取り付けられた従来のパチンコ遊技機にあっては、前面板に開設された打球供給皿の球出口が自動球送り装置によって塞がれた状態になっているため、前面板を開放しても打球供給皿の打球が球出口から零れ落ちるようなことがなく、従って前面板を開放する際にあらかじめ打球供給皿の打球を抜き取るような面倒な作業が不要となる。しかし、その反面自動球送り装置が前面板の裏面に取り付けられていると遊技者が打球供給皿に手を乗せたり或いは打球供給皿に貯留される打球の重さによって前面板が歪んだりするようなことがあり、その結果発射レールの発射位置と自動球送り装置の供給口との対応位置関係に狂いが生じて正確な打球の供給動作が行われなくなるという問題点が発生する。

本発明は、上記した問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、自動球送り装置を前面板と分離して前面枠体側に設けることにより打球供給皿の打球を安定した状態で発射レールの発射位置に供給できるようにすると共に、前面板を係止する係止手段を利用して打球供給皿の球出口を開放したり閉鎖したりするようにして前面板を開放する際に打球供給皿の打球を抜き取る面倒な手間を不要とすることができるようなパチンコ遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために、本発明は、外枠と、該外枠の一側に開閉自在に取り付けられる前面枠体とを有し、該前面枠体の前面に打球供給皿を有する前面板を開閉自在に設けてなるパチンコ遊技機において、前記打球供給皿に貯留される打球を1個ずつ発射レールの発射位置に供給する自動球送り装置を前面板と分離して前面枠体側に装着すると共に、前面板の開放側内側面に係止手段を設け、前記係止手段は、前面枠体の係止部に係合して前面板を閉止する第1位置及び前面枠体の係止部との係合を解除する第2位置とに移動可能に設けられ、かつ球止板が固着された係止レバーと、該係止レバーを常に第1位置に付勢する付勢部材と、前記係止レバーを第2位置に係止保持すると共に、前面板を閉止することにより係止レバーの係止を解除するロック部材とから構成されており、前記球止板は、係止レバーが第1位置のとき前面板に開設された打球供給皿の球出口を開放して自動球送り装置に打球を供給可能とし、係止レバーが第2位置に移動したとき打球供給皿の球出口を閉鎖するように設けられていることを特徴としている。

このように構成することにより、係止レバーが無用に移動して前面板の閉止動作に支障を及ぼすようなことを無くすことができると共に、前面板を開放する際に打球供給皿の打球を抜き取るような面倒な手間を不要とすることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面を参照して本発明の一実施の形態を説明する。図1はパチンコ遊技機の正面図、図2はパチンコ遊技機の裏面図、図3はガラス板保持枠と打球供給皿を有する前面板及び余剰球受皿を有する前面下部板を開いた状態の斜視図、図4は前面枠体の斜視図である。図1において、パチンコ遊技機1は、縦長な方形状に枠組み形成される外枠2と、該外枠2の一側にヒンジ機構3、3によって開閉自在に装着される前面枠体4とを備え、該前面枠体4の前面一側にガラス板保持枠5と、打球供給皿6を有する前面板7及び余剰球受皿8を有する前面下部板9とがそれぞれ開閉自在に軸支されている。また、前面下部板9には打球発射用の操作ハンドル10が設けられている。

前記前面枠体4は、図4に示すように鉄板等の金属板によって形成されるもので、上部にほぼ正方形状の開口部11が形成され、その下部が板状部12aとして形成された主枠部12と、該主枠部12の裏面側であり、開口部11の上側位置を除く左右両側位置及び下側位置にそれぞれカシメ着されて該主枠部12と一体化される遊技盤取付枠13とを有し、その遊技盤取付枠13であり、かつ主枠部12の開口部11を覆うように遊技盤14が着脱可能に取り付けられるようになっている。

また、前記前面枠体4の前面であり、かつその軸支側の上端にガラス板保持枠5の一側上端を軸支するための下向きのヒンジ軸15を突設した支持体16が固着され、中程よりやや下方位置にガラス板保持枠5の一側下端と前面板7及び前面下部板9とを軸支するためのヒンジ金具17が固着されている。このヒンジ金具17は、上下両端に水平な支持片18a,18bを有するコ字形に形成されており、両支持片18a,18bにヒンジ軸杆19が貫通されている。このヒンジ軸杆19の下端は前面枠体4の前方に突出する下部ヒンジ機構3の支持板部20に固着されており、その上端が上部の支持片18aから上方に突出されている。そして、その上部の支持片18aから上方に突出するヒンジ軸杆19にガラス板保持枠5の一側下端が軸支され、両支持片18a,18b間に位置するヒンジ軸杆19に前面板7が軸支され、さらに下部の支持片18bと前面枠体4の下部ヒンジ機構3の支持板部20間に位置するヒンジ軸杆19に前面下部板9が軸支されるようになっている。

一方、前記前面枠体4の主枠部12であり、開口部11の下方の板状部12aには、円形状の取付孔21とほぼ四角形状の取付孔22が貫通形成されている。円形状の取付孔21の周囲には複数の係合孔23と、縦溝孔24,24が間隔を離して対向状に設けられており、さらに円形状取付孔21の両側位置にU字形の切欠溝25により弾性が付与された弾圧片26,26が形成されている。前記複数の係合孔23は大径孔部23aと小径孔部23bとが連通状に設けられた鍵穴形状のものである。また、前記弾圧片26には小突起27が一体に突設されている。

そして、前記前面枠体4の主枠部12前面には、図3に示すように遊技盤14の遊技領域外を覆うように合成樹脂により形成されたレール飾り部材28と、同じように合成樹脂により形成されたレール変形防止部材29が設けられ、遊技盤14の遊技領域外には、証紙貼付部材30等が設けられている。また、前記円形状の取付孔21には後述する打球発射機構31が取り付けられ、四角形状の取付孔22には通路構成体32が着脱自在に装着されるようになっている。

一方、図2に示すように前記前面枠体4の裏面には、合成樹脂製の機構板33が上下のヒンジ34,34を介して着脱及び開閉自在に設けられている。この機構板33は、遊技盤14の裏面に相対する板状部を有し、該板状部の前面に入賞球集合カバー35が収納される入賞球集合空間が形成され、その入賞球集合空間の下方部に樋状の入賞球集合部33aが設けられている。また、機構板33の板状部の裏面上部には貯留球タンク36と、該貯留球タンク36に貯留された球を下流側に整列しながら誘導する球誘導樋37が設けられており、さらに球誘導樋37の下流側には屈曲誘導樋38を介して賞球払出装置39が着脱可能に設けられている。また、賞球払出装置39の下方には、払い出された賞球を打球供給皿6に導く賞球排出通路40、該打球供給皿6の余剰球出口41の側方に連通状に設けられる余剰球通路42、アウト球通路43、球抜通路44等が設けられており、余剰球通路42の流下端が前記通路構成体32の余剰球誘導通路45に連通され、アウト球通路43の流下端が前記通路構成体32のアウト球排出通路部46に連通され、さらに球抜通路44の流下端が前記通路構成体32の球抜き排出通路部47にそれぞれ連通されるようになっている。

前記打球発射機構31は、図5乃至図8に示すように発射レール48と、該発射レール48の発射位置に臨む打球杆49と、該打球杆49の回動範囲を規制するストッパー50,50と、打球杆49の駆動源としてのロータリーソレノイド51と、打球杆49の発射動作に連動して打球供給皿6に貯留される打球を1個ずつ発射レール48の発射位置に供給する自動球送り装置52とをそれぞれ保持体53に一体に組付けてユニット化されている。

前記保持体53は、肉厚に形成された1枚の金属板により形成されており、該保持体53には、図7に示すようにロータリーソレノイド51をビス止めするための複数の取付孔54やロータリーソレノイド51の駆動軸55を臨ませるための透孔56が穿設されている。また、保持体53の表側には、発射レール48を取り付けるための複数の取着凸部57や自動球送り装置52を取り付けるための間隔保持突起58、或いは打球杆49のストッパー取付部59、把手片60等が一体に設けられており、保持体53の裏側には主枠部12の板状部12aに設けられた係合孔23に嵌合する複数の嵌合突起61と、縦溝孔24,24に嵌合する規制突条62,62が突設され、さらに、弾圧片26,26の小突起27,27が嵌合する凹孔63,63が設けられている。前記複数の嵌合突起61は、図8に示すように大径頭部64と細径基部65とを一体に有する。

前記発射レール48は、ステンレスにより上面に浅いV字状のガイド溝48aが形成された断面門形形状に形成されており、保持体53の表面側に突設された複数の取着凸部57にビス止めされるようになっている。詳細に説明すると、前記取着凸部57は、図9に示すようにその突出長さが発射レール48の内側間隔とほぼ同一寸法に形成されており、かつその基部に凹溝57aが形成されている。そして、発射レール48の一方の側片部48bを凹溝57aに嵌めこんで保持体53の表面に密着させると共に、他方の側片部48cを取着凸部57の先端に当接させた後、発射レール48の取付孔66から取着凸部57のねじ孔67にビス68を締着することにより強固に取り付けられるようになっている。このように、発射レール48を取着凸部57を介して取り付けることにより通常発射レール48の内側に装着される補強用の中子部材を不要とすることができる。

一方、前記自動球送り装置52は、図7及び図10、11に示すように垂直状の球通路69を有する通路枠70と、該通路枠70の球通路69に設けられる球供給部材71と、該球供給部材71を作動させる電磁石72とから構成されており、箱状のケース体73内に一体に収納されている。前記ケース体73は、前カバー部73aと後カバー部73bとの二部材で形成されてねじ74,74により一体化されるもので、その後カバー部73bの一側上下部に設けられた軸部材75,75を前記保持体53の表面側に固着されたベース枠76の軸受部77に軸支させることにより図5に示す閉止位置と図6に示す開放位置とに開閉できるようになっている。

前記通路枠70は、ケース体73の後カバー部73bにねじ78,78で固着されており、その球通路69の上流端が後カバー部73bの後面壁79に開設された球出口95に臨まされている。また、前記球供給部材71は、図11に示すように発射レール48と平行に設けられた横軸81により上下方向へ回動可能に軸支されており、かつ円弧状に形成された球受部82と横軸81より下方であり通路枠70の外方に突出する係合ピン83とが設けられている。そして、係合ピン83の突出端が通路枠70の側方に沿って上下動自在に設けられた連動部材84の係合溝85に臨まされている。

一方、前記電磁石72は、L字形の支持板86を一体に備え、該支持板86の両側縁をケース体73の前カバー部73aと後カバー部73bのそれぞれ内側面に設けられた突条87,87間の溝部88に嵌め合わせることにより通路枠70の側方に固定されており、その下方に磁性体からなる可動板89が対設されている。この可動板89は、後端が支持板86の下端に形成された係止溝90に係止されて上下方向へ回動可能なように支持されており、常にはバネ91によって図10実線で示す下向きに回動付勢されている。また、可動板89の先端は、連動部材84の係合部92に上方から係合するようになっている。

このように構成された自動球送り装置52は、図5及び図11に示すようにケース体73を閉止した状態のときケース体73の前カバー部73aが前記保持体53の表面に突設された規制杆93に当接されてその前カバー部73aの前面壁94が発射レール48の前縁にほぼ密着するように位置すると共に、球供給部材71の球受部82が発射レール48の発射位置に正しく対峙するようになっている。また、前面板7を閉じた状態においてケース体73の後カバー部73bであり、その後面壁79に開設された球導入口95と前面板7に開設された打球供給皿6の球出口96とが連通されるようになっている。なお、前面板7の内側には、自動球送り装置52を正しく位置規制するための位置決め突起97が突設されており、ケース体73の後カバー部73bであり、その後面壁79には位置決め突起97が嵌合する位置決め孔98が設けられている。

そして、前記ロータリーソレノイド51による打球杆49の発射動作に同期して電磁石72が励磁されると、該電磁石72の励磁に伴う可動板89の吸着作用(図10鎖線参照)により連動部材84を介して球供給部材71が図11鎖線のように上向き(反時計回り方向)回動され、電磁石72の消磁に伴う可動板89の下方への回動(図10実線位置)により連動部材84を介して球供給部材71が下向き(時計回り方向)回動されるもので、球供給部材71の上向き回動により球通路69の先頭に位置する打球を球受部82に受け入れて保持し、球供給部材71が下向き回動されるとその球受部82の打球を発射レール48の発射位置に供給するようになっている。

上記のようにユニット化された打球発射機構31を前面枠体4の主枠部12に取り付けるには、図8及び図12に示すように先ず主枠部12の板状部12aに貫通形成された円形状取付孔21にロータリーソレノイド51を前面側から臨ませると共に、嵌合突起61の大径頭部64を板状部12aに穿設された係合孔23の大径孔部23aに嵌めて保持体53を板状部12aに密着させる。この際に、保持体53の規制突条62,62が板状部12aの縦溝孔24,24に嵌合されることになり、これによって、該保持体53が左右方向へがたつかないように確実に位置規制されることになる。次に、この状態で把手片60を指で押して保持体53を下方へ押し下げ嵌合突起61の細径基部65と係合孔23の小径孔部23bとを係合させる。この保持体53の押し下げにより弾圧片26の小突起27が保持体53の凹孔63,63に嵌合して該保持体53が上下方向へがたつかないように確実に位置規制される。これによって、打球発射機構31を前面枠体4の主枠部12にビス止めすることなくワンタッチで強固に、かつ正確に取り付けることができる。

また、このようにして、前面枠体4の主枠部12に取り付けられた打球発射機構31を取り外すには、保持体53を上方へ押し上げて嵌合突起61の細径基部65を係合孔23の小径孔部23bから外した後、嵌合突起61の大径頭部64を係合孔23の大径孔部23aに一致させることによって簡単に達せられる。そして、自動球送り装置52をケース体73に収納して保持体53に開閉可能に取り付けることにより、零れ球等から自動球送り装置52をガードすることができると共に、ケース体73を閉止した状態において発射レール48の前縁にほぼ密着するケース体73の前カバー部73aが打球杆49により発射される打球のガイド面となって良好な球とびが得られることになる。また、図6に示すように自動球送り装置52を開放すれば発射レール48の拭き掃除や点検、交換作業などが容易となる利点がある。

しかして、図13乃至図19に示すように前記前面板7の開放側内側面にはL字形固定片99が固着されており、該L字形固定片99に係止手段100が設けられている。この係止手段100は、前面板7を閉止したり開放したりするもので、係止レバー101と付勢部材としてのコイルばね102とロック部材103とから大略構成されている。前記係止レバー101は、その前側縁に前面枠体4に設けられた板状の係止部104に係脱可能な鉤状係止片105と、前記ロック部材103に設けられた係止爪部106が係合可能な係合切欠き部107が形成されている。また、係止レバー101の上端は直角に折り曲げられて押圧操作部108として形成されており、下部位置にはばね掛け部109が設けられている。そして、L字形固定片99の垂直壁99aに設けられたピン110,110に上下の縦長孔111,111を挿入して該垂直壁99aに沿って上下方向に移動可能であり、かつ図15に示すように鉤状係止片105を前面枠体4の係止部104に係合して前面板7を閉止する第1位置及び図16に示すように鉤状係止片105と前面枠体4の係止部104との係合を解除する第2位置とに移動可能に設けられている。

一方、前記ロック部材103は、図17及び図18に示すように係止爪部106及び前面枠体4の板状の係止部104と当接可能な腕部112とを一体に備えて略横L字形に屈曲形成されており、その屈曲部が軸113によりL字形固定片99の垂直壁99aに回動自在に軸支されている。また、前記コイルばね102は、下端が係止レバー101のばね掛け部109に掛止され、その上端がロック部材103のばね掛け部114に掛止されて常に係止レバー101を図15に示す第1位置に付勢するようになっている。また、コイルばね102は、前記ロック部材103を図17において常に反時計回り方向に回動付勢するようになっている。なお、前記ロック部材103は、図15に示すように前面板7が閉止された状態のとき腕部112が前面枠体4の板状の係止部104に当接してその回動が規制されるようになっている。

上記構成の係止手段100において、図13及び図15実線に示すように前面板7が前面枠体4に閉止された状態のとき、図15及び図17鎖線で示すようにコイルばね102の付勢に抗して押圧操作部108を押し下げると、図16に示すように係止レバー101の鉤状係止片105と前面枠体4の係止部104との係合が解除されて前面板7が開放され、同時に図18に示すように前記ロック部材103の係止爪部106が係止レバー101の係合切欠き部107に係合して係止レバー101を第2位置に係止保持する。すなわち、ロック部材103は、前面板7が開放されてその腕部112が前面枠体4の板状の係止部104から離脱すると同時にコイルばね102による付勢で図18において反時計回り方向に回動して係止レバー101の係合切欠き部107に係合するようになっている。そして,この状態で前面板7を前面枠体4に閉止すると、図17に示すようにロック部材103の腕部112が前面枠体4の板状の係止部104に当接して該ロック部材103がコイルばね102の付勢に抗して時計回り方向に回動し、ロック部材103の係止爪部106と係止レバー101の係合切欠き部107との係合を解除する。これによって、係止レバー101がコイルばね102によって第1位置に付勢されて鉤状係止片105が前面枠体4の係止部104に係合され、前面板7が前面枠体4に閉止される。このように、前面板7を開放する位置で係止レバー101をロック部材103により係止保持する構成とすることにより、係止レバー101が無用に移動して前面板7の閉止動作に支障を及ぼすようなことを無くすことができる。

一方、前記係止レバー101には、前面板7に開設された球出口96を開閉する球止板117が一体に固着されている。この球止板117は、ステンレス等の金属板からなる薄い板状の弾性体により形成されており、係止レバー101が前面板7を閉止する第1位置のときには図19実線で示すようにその先端球止め部117aが球出口96の上方に位置して該球出口96を開放し、係止レバー101が前面板7を開放する第2位置のときには図19鎖線のように係止レバー101と一体に下方へ移動して球止め部117aにより球出口96を閉鎖するようになっている。このように、前面板7を係止又は開放する係止レバー101と一体に球止板117を設け、係止レバー101を下方に押し下げて前面板7を開放したとき球止板117により打球供給皿6の球出口96を閉鎖する構成とすることにより、前面板7を開放する際に打球供給皿6に球が貯留されていても球出口96から球が零れ落ちるようなことがなくなり、前面板7を開放する度に打球供給皿6の球を抜き取るという面倒な手間を省くことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は,以上説明したところから明らかなように,打球供給皿を有する前面板の開放側内側面に、前面板を閉止又は開放する係止手段を設け、該係止手段を、前面枠体の係止部に係合して前面板を閉止する第1位置及び前面枠体の係止部との係合を解除する第2位置とに移動可能に設けられ、かつ球止板が固着された係止レバーと、該係止レバーを常に第1位置に付勢する付勢部材と、該係止レバーを第2位置に係止保持すると共に、前面板を閉止することにより係止レバーの係止を解除するロック部材とから構成し、前面板を開放したとき係止レバーをロック部材により係止保持すると同時に、球止板により前面板に開設された打球供給皿の球出口を閉鎖するようにしたので、係止レバーが無用に移動して前面板の閉止動作に支障を及ぼすようなことを無くすことができると共に、前面板を開放する度に打球供給皿の球を抜き取るという面倒な手間を省くことができる。
