Description

【0001】
次に、二段目の左・右辺支持部材10LB、10RB(Bは二段目を示す添え字である。)

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging structure for transporting a plate-like workpiece typified by a hood skin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the overseas on-site assembly method of automobiles, a method of disassembling each component part of the car body, collecting and packing each component part, and loading it into a container and transporting it is adopted.
[0003]
Various packaging techniques for this purpose have been proposed, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-30589 “Supporting member for collective packaging”. The invention of the above publication is characterized in that the corners of the workpiece W are supported using the support members 1 to 3 shown in FIG.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the supporting members 1 to 3 are described in the left column, page 7, lines 7 to 8 in the same publication as "supporting members 1, 1: 2, 2: 3, 3 are all formed by forming a polystyrene foam block. As described in the above, it is made of polystyrene foam. That is, conventionally, polystyrene foam has been used as the main material of the packaging material.
[0005]
However, styrene foam that has been used in the past is made from petroleum, which is a finite natural resource, and is discarded as it is once transported. Is desirable.
In addition, from the viewpoint of measures to dispose of increasingly serious waste, polystyrene foam is bulky and expensive to transport, unsuitable for landfilling, becomes hot when burned, and generates toxic gases. was there.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention paid attention to corrugated cardboard as a material to replace the conventional foamed polystyrene. Corrugated cardboard can be manufactured from waste paper and the like, so paper resources can be reused. Corrugated cardboard material does not generate toxic gas even when incinerated, and since it easily returns naturally even after landfill treatment, it is a material that is much more environmentally friendly than polystyrene foam. However, the corrugated board material has a problem that it is insufficient in strength for conveying parts and the like, and therefore has been unsuitable as a main member of packaging.
[0007]
Therefore, the present inventors have improved the rigidity by contriving structural ingenuity, and as a result, almost all of the packaging material is made of corrugated cardboard material.
That is, claim 1 is a packing structure for horizontally stacking and packing plate-like workpieces using a support member that can be superposed up and down,
A left side support member that supports the left side of the horizontal plate-like workpiece;
A right side support member that supports the right side of the plate-like workpiece;
It consists of a plurality of leg members that can be inserted into these left and right side support members,
The left and right side support members are folded in half and folded up and down,
A tongue-like piece extending horizontally on the outer periphery is formed by cutting out,
The leg member is folded in half or in three to make a V-shaped cross section or a U-shaped cross section,
And it is a vertically long member tapered toward one end, and at the intermediate height position,
A groove or hole into which the tongue-like piece is inserted is notched,
In the state where the leg member is inserted into the tongue-like piece of the left / right side support member,
The left and right side support members are arranged on the left and right at predetermined intervals, and a plate-like workpiece is placed thereon,
Then
When the left and right side support members are placed on the upper side of the left and right side support members on which the workpiece is placed, the leg members of the upper left and right side support members are inserted into the leg members of the lower left and right side support members. The plate-like workpiece packaging structure is characterized in that the plate-like workpieces can be stacked.
[0008]
Since the leg member has a V-shaped cross section or a U-shaped cross section, it has extremely high bending rigidity and buckling rigidity, and exhibits sufficient strength even though it is made of cardboard.
Then, by inserting the upper leg member into the lower leg member, there is no fear that the upper leg member is laterally displaced even when receiving a horizontal force.
Therefore, the plate-like workpiece can be stably held even when a downward force and a horizontal force are applied even though a large number of plate-like workpieces are stacked. The upward force can be easily dealt with by applying a simple band.
[0009]
In claim 2, the leg member is
Fold or fold corrugated paper into a V-shaped or U-shaped cross section,
And it is a vertically long member tapered toward one end, and at the intermediate height position,
A groove or hole into which the tongue-like piece of the left / right side support member is inserted is formed by cutting out,
To the tongue-like piece of the left and right side support member,
The lower half of the leg member extends downward from the support member, the upper half of the leg member extends upward from the support member, and the leg member is inserted so that two or three surfaces are tapered. When
Position the plate-like workpiece on one side tapered surface of the leg member,
In addition, when the leg member of the upper left / right side support member is inserted into the leg member of the lower left / right side support member,
The support member is positioned in the height direction by the upper leg member hitting the tongue-like piece of the lower left / right side support member.
[0010]
Attach the leg members to the left and right side support members. At this time, the lower half of the leg member extends downward from the support member, and the upper half of the leg member extends upward from the support member. Such left and right side support members are arranged at predetermined intervals on the left and right sides, and a plate-like workpiece is placed thereon. Since the plate-like workpiece is surrounded by the upper half of the leg member, positioning is ensured and there is no fear of lateral displacement.
Next, prepare new left and right side support members, attach leg members to them, and insert the lower half of the upper leg member into the upper half of the lower leg member, and support the new left and right sides. Place the member on the left and right side support members. A new plate-like workpiece is placed on the new left and right side support members.
In this way, a large number of plate workpieces can be stacked.
[0011]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to corrugate all the main material of the packaging. Since corrugated cardboard is a paper material, it can be easily incinerated and landfilled, and can be expected to have a special effect that it does not adversely affect the environment.

It shows that the plate-like workpieces 43A to 43E are stacked while covering the second leg member 30C and covering the fourth leg member 70 on the second leg member 30E of the fifth stage.
As is apparent from the figure, the second leg members 30A to 30E and the fourth leg member 70 are upwardly projecting tapered columns, and the first leg members 20A to 20E and the third leg member 60 adjacent to them are the top. It can be said that these are the tapered pillars that open at the same time, and that these jointly exert the effect of withstanding horizontal force.
[0036]
And the waterproof film 81 represented by the polyethylene sheet is covered, and the whole is suppressed with the band 82. FIG.
Since the waterproof film 81 prevents moisture from entering from the outside, the rusting and contamination of the plate-like workpieces 43A to 43E can be prevented. It is even better if a desiccant such as silica gel is placed inside.
The band 82 prevents the first leg members 20 </ b> A to 20 </ b> 20 from coming off and separating.
Therefore, a plurality of plate-like workpieces can be safely transported by the packing structure as shown in the figure.
[0037]
The plate-like workpiece is a variety of vehicle body components such as a hood skin, a door outer, a door inner, a roof, and a floor, and the type is not limited.
Further, the number of leg members is arbitrary as long as it is two or more.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention exhibits the following effects by the above configuration.
According to the first aspect, since the leg member has a V-shaped cross section or a U-shaped cross section, the bending rigidity and the buckling rigidity are extremely large, and the leg member exhibits a sufficient strength despite being made of corrugated cardboard.
[0039]
According to the second aspect, the leg members are respectively attached to the left and right side support members. At this time, the lower half of the leg member extends downward from the support member, and the upper half of the leg member extends upward from the support member. Such left and right side support members are arranged at predetermined intervals on the left and right sides, and a plate-like workpiece is placed thereon. Since the plate-like workpiece is surrounded by the upper half of the leg member, there is no fear of lateral displacement.
In addition, since the leg member has a tapered shape, the taper action can prevent the workpiece from being lifted.
[0040]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to corrugate all the main material of the packaging. Since corrugated cardboard is a paper material, it can be easily incinerated and landfilled, and can be expected to have a special effect that it does not adversely affect the environment.
