【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、オフィス等において好適に用いられ、オプション部材を保持する機能を有するオプション取付部材、及びこのオプション取付部材を具備する天板付家具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、オフィス等において好適に用いられる家具に取り付けるための種々のオプション部材が考えられている。そして、これらのオプション部材は、オプション取付部を介して家具に取り付けられる。このようなオプション部材及びオプション取付部として、家具にオプション取付凹部を設けているとともに、このオプション取付凹部にオプション部材を取り付け可能なオプション部材取付口を有するオプション取付部材を着脱可能に設けているものが挙げられる。このようなオプション取付部の構成の一例として、家具としてテーブルを用いているものであって、オプション取付凹部として家具の天板の上面側と下面側とを連通させる開口部を有するとともに、オプション取付部材として前記オプション取付凹部に着脱可能に蓋着される蓋体を有し、このオプション取付部材のオプション部材取付口として配線挿通口を設けていて、このオプション部材取付口にオプション部材としてコンセントボックスを取り付けるようにしているものが挙げられる。（例えば特許文献１を参照。）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述の例のように構成したオプション取付部材は、同一形状を有する複数のオプション部材取付口を所定ピッチで設けているが、種々のオプション部材を取り付けるようにすべく種々の形状のオプション部材取付口を設けるようにしたいという要望や、オプション部材の配置を種々に変更したいという要望がある。

しかし、オプション部材取付口をオプション取付部材に直接穿孔して設ける態様を採用すると、オプション部材の配置を変更するには、オプション部材取付口の配置が異なる他のオプション取付部材を用意する必要がある。すなわち、上述した要求に応えるには、それぞれ異なるオプション部材取付口の配置を有するオプション取付部材を用意しなければならず、コストがかかるので上述した要望に柔軟に対処することが難しくなる。

本発明は以上に述べた課題を解決し、オプション部材の配置の自由度の向上を図るべく構成するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち本発明に係るオプション取付部材は、オプション部材を取り付け可能なオプション部材取付口を有するカバー部材と、このカバー部材と別体をなし、前記カバー部材を着脱可能に取り付け可能に構成した本体とを具備し、前記本体が押し出し成形品であるとともに、本体の頂板に凹部を設け、この凹部の長手方向に沿う縁部の上端部からそれぞれ相寄る方向に突出する突起を押し出し成形により設け、この突起と凹部の底との間に係合部を形成し、板状のカバー部材の縁部をを前記係合部に凹凸係合させることにより、この係合部の延出方向にスライド移動させて前記本体に着脱させ得るようにしているとともに、カバー部材のオプション部材取付口に電源コンセント又は情報コンセントを取付可能であり、電源コンセントへの電源コードの脱着又は情報コンセントへの通信ケーブルの脱着をカバー部材の上方から行うようにしていることを特徴とする。

このようなものであれば、オプション部材取付口をカバー部材に設けているので、オプション部材の配置の変更に対応するには、カバー部材のオプション部材取付口の配置のみを変更すればよく、本体はオプション部材取付口の配置に関らず共通のものを用いることができるようになる。すなわち、オプション部材取付口の配置が異なるカバー部材を着脱交換することにより、オプション部材の配置を変更できるようになる。従って、コストのいたずらな上昇を招くことなくオプション部材の配置の自由度の向上を図ることができるようになる。

このようなオプション取付部材をオフィスにおいて好適に使用できる態様の一例として、前記本体が所定の家具に取り付けられるコンセントホルダであって、前記オプション部材取付口に、オプション部材として電源コンセント又は情報コンセントを取り付け可能としているものが挙げられる。このようなものであれば、パーソナルコンピュータの電源を電源コンセントに接続するとともに、該パーソナルコンピュータに接続する通信ケーブルを情報コンセントに接続して該パーソナルコンピュータを外部に接続する態様や、電源コンセントに照明器具の電源を接続するとともに、情報コンセントに電話に接続する通信ケーブルを接続する態様等を実現できるからである。

前段に述べたようなような態様をより好適に実現するには、前記本体が、その内部に配線を保持可能に構成しているものであればよい。このような構成であれば、本体内部に電源コードや通信ケーブルを収納し、さらにこれらを保持する保持具として本体を利用できるからである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の一実施形態について述べる。

本実施形態に係る天板付家具Ｔは、全体斜視図を図１、分解斜視図を図２にそれぞれ示すように、中央部に凹部Ｔ１ａを有する天板Ｔ１と、天板Ｔ１を支持する脚構造体Ｔ２と、前記天板Ｔ１の凹部Ｔ１ａに嵌め入れられるオプション取付部材たるコンセントホルダ１とを具備するものである。

前記天板Ｔ１は、上述したように、前記凹部Ｔ１ａに前記コンセントホルダ１を嵌め入れるように構成している。前記凹部Ｔ１ａの周縁には、枠材Ｔ１１を枠材取付具Ｔ１２を介して取り付けている。この枠材Ｔ１１は、その内周面にスリットＴ１３を設けていて、前記枠材取付具Ｔ１２と係合するようにしている。なお、前記スリットは、高さ方向に離間させて複数設けていて、厚さ寸法の異なる天板に対応するようにしている。

前記脚構造体Ｔ２は、本実施形態では天板Ｔ１の下面の四隅部の下方に設けられ、図示しない床面に接地している。

前記コンセントホルダ１は、全体斜視図を図３、分解斜視図を図４、図３におけるａ−ａ断面図を図５、図３におけるｂ−ｂ断面図を図６にそれぞれ示すように、開口部を有するコンセントホルダ本体２と、オプション部材たる電源コンセント９１を取り付け可能なオプション部材取付口たる電源コンセント取付口３ａ、及び他のオプション部材たる情報コンセント９２を取り付け可能なオプション部材取付口たる情報コンセント取付口３ｂを有し、前記コンセントホルダ本体２とは別体をなすカバー部材３とを具備する。そして、前記コンセントホルダ本体２は前記カバー部材３を着脱可能に取り付け可能に構成している。

前記コンセントホルダ本体２は、本実施形態ではアルミニウム押し出し成形により形成されるものであり、前記天板Ｔ１の幅方向に沿って延伸している。さらに詳述すると、前記図５及び図６に示すように、平板状をなす底板２１と、底板２１の長手方向に沿う両縁から垂直に起立する起立板２２と、起立板２２の先端から外方に所定距離だけ離間した位置から底板２１と反対方向に向けて拡開する方向に傾斜して設けられる傾斜板２３と、前記起立板２２の先端と前記傾斜板２３の基端とを接続する第１接続部２４と、底板２１の板面に垂直に離間する方向に膨出した部分円弧状をなし、長手方向に沿う両縁間の寸法を前記傾斜板の先端間の寸法よりもさらに拡大させた形状の頂板２５と、頂板２５の長手方向に沿う縁部と前記傾斜板２３の先端とを接続する第２接続部２６とを、いずれも押し出し成形により形成している。また、四隅に前記天板の凹部の開口縁と係合する取付部２７を有するとともに、頂板に４箇所の開口部２ａ、底板に１箇所の配線挿通口２ｘをそれぞれ設けている。前記取付部２７は、前記枠材Ｔ１１を挟み込むことの可能な係合凹部２７ａを設けているとともに、天板Ｔ１の板面に垂直に伸びる軸回りに回転して前記係合凹部２７ａと前記枠材Ｔ１１との係合を解除可能な操作部２７１を設けている。加えて、長手方向両端にキャップ２８を取り付け、このキャップ２８により、本体内部の空間を外部から隠蔽するようにしている。さらに、このコンセントホルダ本体２の幅方向中央部においては、前記起立板２２と天板Ｔ１の凹部Ｔ１ａの開口縁とが離間して互いに対向するようにしているとともに、これらの間の空間にスペーサ部材４を取り付けるようにしている。具体的には、前記傾斜部２３の基端から略底板に向かう方向に突起２３１を押し出し成形により形成しているとともに、長手方向中央部には、底板２１に当接する当接部４１１と、この当接部４１１から起立して設けられる起立部４１２とを有するスペーサ取付部材４１を取り付けるようにしていて、このスペーサ取付部材４１の起立部４１２及び前記コンセントホルダ本体２の突起２３１と、前記本体の起立板２２との間の空間にスペーサ部材４の基部４ａを取り付けるようにしている。なお、本実施形態では、このスペーサ部材４は樹脂製である。

一方、カバー部材３は、前記コンセントホルダ本体２の長手方向に沿って延びる細長い鉄製の板状の部材であり、上述したように、電源コンセント取付口３ａと、情報コンセント取付口３ｂとをそれぞれ設けている。前記電源コンセント取付口３ａは両端部近傍に計２箇所、前記情報コンセント取付口３ｂは長手方向中央近傍に計２箇所設けている。

また、前記コンセントホルダ本体２には、押し出し成形により、連続溝からなる係合部２ｂを２箇所に形成しているとともに、前記カバー部材３の縁部を前記係合部２ｂに凹凸係合させ、さらにこの係合部２ｂの延出方向にスライド移動させてコンセントホルダ本体２に着脱させ得るようにしている。具体的には、前記頂板２５に凹部２５ａを設けるとともに、この凹部２５ａの長手方向に沿う縁部から相寄る方向に突出する突起２５１を設け、この突起２５１と凹部２５ａの底との間に係合部２ｂを形成している。

しかして、前記図３に示すように、前記カバー部材３を前記コンセントホルダ本体２に装着した状態で、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ及び情報コンセント取付口３ｂは、前記コンセントホルダ本体２の頂板２５の開口部２ａの一部と重合する。

具体的には、前記頂板２５の開口部２ａのうち１箇所に、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ及び情報コンセント取付口３ｂの各１箇所が重合するようにしている。電源コンセント９１は、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ及び前記開口部２ａを通過して、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａの縁部に保持される。一方、情報コンセント９２は、前記情報コンセント取付口３ｂ及び前記開口部２ａを通過して、前記情報コンセント取付口３ｂの縁部に保持される。そして、前記電源コンセント９１及び前記情報コンセント９２から延出する電源コード９１１及び情報ケーブル９２１は、コンセントホルダ本体２の底板２１に保持されるとともに、この底板２１に設けた配線挿通口２ｘから外部に導き出される。

本実施形態に係るコンセントホルダ１は、以上に述べたように、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ及び情報コンセント取付口３ｂを、コンセントホルダ本体２とは別体をなすカバー部材３に設けているので、電源コンセント９１及び情報コンセント９２の配置を変更する際には、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ及び情報コンセント取付口３ｂの配置が異なるカバー部材３と交換すればよい。従って、オプション部材たる電源コンセント９１及び情報コンセント９２の配置を容易に変更することができ、コストのいたずらな上昇を招くことなくオプション部材の配置の自由度の向上を図ることができる。また、このコンセントホルダ１には、電源コンセント９１と情報コンセント９２との双方を取り付けることができるので、パーソナルコンピュータの電源コードを電源コンセント９１に接続するとともに、該パーソナルコンピュータに接続する通信ケーブルを情報コンセント９２に接続して該パーソナルコンピュータを外部に接続する態様や、電源コンセント９１に照明器具の電源を接続するとともに、情報コンセント９２に電話に接続する通信ケーブルを接続する態様等を実現できる。

また、前記コンセントホルダ本体２が開口部２ａを有するとともに、前記カバー部材３を前記コンセントホルダ本体２に装着した状態で、前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ及び情報コンセント取付口３ｂが、前記コンセントホルダ本体２の開口部２ａの一部と重合するよう構成しているので、電源コンセント９１及び情報コンセント９２を前記電源コンセント取付口３ａ又は情報コンセント取付口３ｂにも挿通させるとともに、前記コンセントホルダ本体２の開口部２ａに挿通させて、前記コンセントホルダ本体２の内部に位置させることができる。すなわち、電源コンセント９１及び情報コンセント９２を前記コンセントホルダ本体２の内部に収納して見栄えを整えることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係るオプション取付部材は、オプション部材取付口を有するカバー部材と、このカバー部材を着脱可能に構成した本体とを具備すとともに、前記本体と前記カバー部材とを別体に構成しているので、オプション部材の配置の変更に対応するにはカバー部材のオプション部材取付口の配置のみを変更すればよく、本体はオプション部材の配置に関らず共用できる。すなわち、カバー部材の交換によりオプション部材取付口の配置を変更できるので、コストのいたずらな上昇を招くことなくオプション部材の配置の自由度の向上を図ることができる。
また、前記本体が押し出し成形品であるとともに、本体の頂板に凹部を設け、この凹部の長手方向に沿う縁部の上端部からそれぞれ相寄る方向に突出する突起を押し出し成形により設け、この突起と凹部の底との間に係合部を形成し、板状のカバー部材の縁部をを前記係合部に凹凸係合させることにより、この係合部の延出方向にスライド移動させて前記本体に着脱させ得るようにしているので、種々の長さ寸法を有する本体に容易に対応できるとともに、オプション部材の配置の変更に応じて、カバー部材を前記係合部のスライド延出方向に移動させることにより、オプション部材取付口の配置の異なるものに交換することを容易に行うことができる。すなわち、オプション部材の取付位置や種類の変更により好適に対応することができる。
