信号灯器などの機器を装柱するために、電(支)柱に、突設した腕金の荷重強度を上げるために電柱と腕金との間に補強ロッドを架設するときがあるが、本発明は、この補強ロッドを用いた電柱用腕金の補強装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
電柱に円筒体で成る腕金を屈曲状にして突設し、該腕金の屈曲部に隣接する直状部分をそれぞれ部分的に係合するよう相対向させて配置した一対の挟持片をボルトとナットによって互いに締付け、この挟持片を締付けた前記のボルトに基端側を電柱に取付けた補強ロッドの先端を係止した構造のものがある(例えば、特許文献1)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、挟持片の半円状の中央部片を円形の腕金に係合させてボルトとナットを用いて締付ける構造のため、機器を吊下した腕金の先端側の負荷荷重によって挟持片が腕金に沿って移動(基部方向)し勝ちとなり、このため当初の機器設置状態を維持できなくなるため、腕金を屈曲状にして該屈曲部によって前記の移動を防ぐようにしている。すなわち、従来例は屈曲状の腕金を用いなければならないという使用上の制約があるのみならず、半円状の挟持片部で円形(断面)の腕金を挟持する構成を採るため挟持片の腕金に対する組付けは必ずしも満足のいくものではない。

本発明は、斯様な従来例の欠点に着目し、補強ロッドを用いた補強装置として堅牢な装置を提供すべく創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
電柱に突設した腕金の中間部に、該中間部をそれぞれ部分的に係合するように相対向させた一対の接続片を接続ボルトとこれに螺合したナットによって互いに締付け、基端側を前記電柱に前記腕金より上方において取付けた補強ロッドの先端を前記接続ボルトに接続した電柱用腕金の補強装置において、中央部と該中央部の両側に相対設した一対の側部とで成る中央部片と、該中央部片の前記側部の自由端に締付け部片を連設すると共に、前記中央部片の中央部と側部との境界部に該境界部に沿うスリットを設けて前記接続片を構成し、該接続片の前記中央部片に、角筒で構成した前記腕金を、該腕金の角部に前記スリットを接触させ、しかも、中央部片の前記側部に接触させるようにして係合すると共に、一対の接続片の互いに相対する締付け部片間にわたした各接続ボルトそれぞれに補強ロッドの先端を接続した構成とするのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は本発明に係る電柱用腕金の補強装置の一実施形態を示し、図1は一部欠截正面図、図2は一部欠截平面図、図3は要部の一部欠截平面図、図4は一部を分解して示した図3の一部欠截側面図である。

実施形態は、電柱Dに第一バンド体1を用いて角筒状の腕金2を突設し、該腕金2の先端に信号灯器3を取付けて支持させ、この支持状態を補強するために、前記第一バンド体1の上方に第二、第三のバンド体4,5を配して前記電柱Dに締付け、第二バンド体4によって中央部を取付けて電柱Dに横設した腕杆16の両端に基端を取付けた補強ロッド6の先端を前記腕金2の中間部に接続装置7を介して接続し、また、第三バンド体5と前記腕金2の先端間には補強ロッド6とほぼ同構成の第二補強ロッド8を架設したものである。

前記接続装置7は、一対の接続片9,9と一対二組の、組付け兼用の接続ボルト10とナット11とで構成し、接続片9は、中央部12aの両側に側部12b,12bを相対設して構成した溝形状の中央部片12の両側すなわち側部12bの自由端に中央部片12に並行するようにして翼状にして締付け部片13を連設して構成したものである。

そして、側部12b,12bの離開幅を前記腕金2の外径とほぼ同径にした前記中央部片12に腕金2の中間部を部分的に係合するようにして腕金2を介して一対の接続片9,9を相対向させ、相対する該接続片9,9の前記締付け部片13,13に設けた透孔14と該締付け部片13,13間に介在させた補強ロッド6の先端に設けたリング部片15に前記接続ボルト10を貫通させ、一方の締付け部片13の透孔14より突出する該ボルト10先端にナット11を螺合締付けて、基端側を前記腕杆16の端部に取付けた補強ロッド6の先端(リング部片15)を接続装置7を介して腕金2の中間部に取付けるのである。

なお、接続片9の中央部片12の側部12b,12bと中央部12aの境界部(隅角部)には該境界部に沿わせてスリット17を設けてあり、このスリット17の存在によって相対する締付け部片13,13を前記接続ボルト10とナット11とで締付けたとき、接続片9はスリット17のある境界部において腕金2の角部に接触して屈曲し、中央部片12の側部12bが腕金2に圧接して該腕金2を挟持し、摩擦抵抗を増大させ、接続装置7すなわち接続片9の腕金2に沿う移動が可及的に規制されるのである。

また、補強ロッド6は、中間部の電柱D側の近傍に長さ調節装置(ターンバックル)18を介在させ組付け誤差を補正できるようにしてあり(第二補強ロッド8も同様)、その基部側に前記リング部片15と同様にして設けたリング部片を前記腕杆(方形筒体で成る)16内に挿入してボルト19とナットによって腕杆16に取付けてある。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、接続ボルトとこれに螺合したナットを用いて接続片を腕金に締付けたとき、該接続片すなわち中央部片の側部が腕金によく接触して接触抵抗を増大させることができ、従って、接続片が腕金に沿って移動しにくくなるので、腕金の補強装置として当初の状態を維持できる堅牢な装置を提供できる。
