Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for forming a new rigid pipe along the inner surface of a pipe for the purpose of repairing the pipe, and in particular, a synthetic resin having rigidity such as polyethylene in the pipe. It relates to a method of forming a tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a synthetic resin pipe having a certain degree of rigidity, such as polyethylene, is inserted through a long length by pushing or pulling from one end of the pipe, and the pipe is lined with the pipe. Yes.
[0003]
However, in this method, when the pipe has a bent portion or the like, the pipe cannot follow the bending, and may not be able to be inserted over the entire length of the required portion of the pipe. It was considered that the pipe was inserted into the pipe line by a reversal method with the flexibility given by heating.
[0004]
In the reversal method, the hose-shaped flexible lining material is reversed so that the inner side becomes the outer side by the fluid pressure, and the inverted portion is advanced in the pipe line, and the reversed lining material is moved to the inner surface of the pipe line by the fluid pressure. This is a construction method in which a curable resin liquid impregnated in the lining material is cured to impart rigidity and the pipe line is lined.
[0005]
In this method, the inverted lining material can also be bonded to the inner surface of the pipeline with a curable resin liquid, but the rigid material released from the pipeline in the pipeline without bonding the lining material and the pipeline. Tubes are also formed.
[0006]
Thus, pipes such as polyethylene are much stiffer than lining materials in the reversal method, so it is not possible to invert such pipes so that the inside is the outside, but by heating this pipe, It is intended to apply the reversal method by imparting flexibility that allows reversal.
[0007]
However, even if a pipe such as polyethylene is heated to impart flexibility, it is difficult to impart a high degree of flexibility that can be reversed only by fluid pressure, and excessive flexibility. When the property is imparted, problems such as the pipe swelling and deforming at the reversal part, or ruptures occur.
[0008]
Thus, in the reversal method, a long string-like object is inserted through the entire length of the lining material, and the long string-like object protruding from the reversing portion is pulled through the pipeline, There is a method of assisting inversion and inducing the progress of the inversion portion in the bent portion, which is described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-12911.
[0009]
FIG. 4 shows this method. A pressure vessel 2 is provided at one end of a pipe 1, and a terminal of a lining material 4 is coupled to a discharge port 3 of the pressure vessel 2. The fluid pressure acts on the inversion portion 5 of the lining material 4, and the lining material 4 advances in the pipe line 1 while inverting so that the inside becomes the outside.
[0010]
A string-like long object 6 such as a belt is inserted into the non-inverted lining material 4, the string-like long object 6 protrudes from the reversing part 5, and the tip thereof is from the other end side of the pipe line 1. It is towed by the towing device 7.
[0011]
Thus, in this method, the inner surface of the non-inverted lining material 4 is brought into pressure contact with the string-like long object 6 by the fluid pressure, and the string-like elongated object 6 is pulled, so that the lining material as shown in FIG. 4 and pulling the non-inverted portion of 4 to promote inversion in the inversion portion 5, and in the bent portion 8 of the conduit 1, the string-like long object 6 suppresses the inversion by suppressing the inside of the inversion portion 5. By urging reversal of the outside of the bend, the reversal portion 5 can smoothly pass along the bend 8 and be lined.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when this method is applied to the reversing method performed on the pipe 9 such as polyethylene instead of the lining material 4, the surface of the pipe 9 is smooth and the friction with the string-like long object 6 is small. When the scale 6 is pulled, the traction force is not properly transmitted to the non-inverted pipe 9, and only the string-like long article 6 partially slides from the pipe 9 and is not inverted as shown in FIG. 3. The pipe 9 may buckle in a bellows shape and may not be a force that promotes the reversal of the pipe 9 in the reversal portion 5.
[0013]
Further, once such buckling occurs, even if the buckled portion reaches the reversal portion 5, the habit caused by buckling remains, and the reversal portion 5 cannot be smoothly reversed, and the reversal proceeds. Is impossible.
[0014]
This invention is made | formed in view of this situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the method which can form a pipe | tube in the pipe line 1 smoothly by the reversal method using the pipes 9, such as said polyethylene. To do.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Thus, the present invention is a pipe having the rigidity of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, in which a friction resistance member made of water-swelling rubber is fixed to a belt on a pipe to which flexibility is given by heating. The pulling member is inserted, the pipe is inverted so that the inside becomes the outside by the fluid pressure consisting of hot water or steam, and the water caused by the warm water or steam is allowed to enter the non-inverted portion of the pipe, By pulling the pulling member protruding from the reversing part through the inside of the pipe and moving the reversing part through the pipe, the reversed pipe is arranged in the pipe.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a method of forming a pipe in the pipe line 1 by the reversal method according to the present invention. FIG. 1 (a) is a central longitudinal sectional view showing an inverted part of the pipe 9, and FIG. It is a BB sectional view in).
[0018]
Thus, in this method, a polyethylene pipe 9 is used as a pipe for the reversal method, and a flexible belt is used in the non-reversed portion 13 of the pipe 9 instead of the string-like long object 6 in the above-described method. A pulling member 12 formed by adhering a frictional resistance member 11 to 10 is inserted.
[0019]
The belt 10 is preferably made of a woven fiber and has a sufficient strength, and the frictional resistance member 11 fixed to the belt 10 is sufficiently flexible and has a high frictional resistance. It is preferable to use a material that closely adheres to the surface and does not slip easily.
[0020]
In the present invention, water-swelling rubber is used as the material of the friction resistance member 11, and warm water or steam is used as the fluid pressure. Therefore, the water-swelling rubber is caused by water that has entered the non-inversion portion 13 of the pipe 9. Swells and softens, adheres more strongly to the pipe 9 and increases the frictional resistance. Further, the friction resistance member 11 is preferably provided on both surfaces of the pulling member 10, but may be only on one surface.
[0021]
Further, the means for fixing the frictional resistance member 11 to the belt 10 is not particularly limited, but it is necessary that the fixing of the belt 10 is not separated when the belt 10 is pulled. For example, the pulling member 12 can be formed by adhering with a soft adhesive, and sewing and fixing with a thread.
[0022]
Thus, in this state, as shown in FIG. 5, while pulling the pulling member 12 protruding from the reversing portion of the pipe 9 through the pipe line 1, the pressure fluid is fed into the pressure vessel 2 to the reversing portion 5. The fluid pressure is applied and the pipe 9 is reversed at the reversing portion 5 while the reversing portion 5 is advanced through the pipe line 1.
[0023]
When the pipe 9 is made of a rigid synthetic resin such as polyethylene, the reversing method is performed while the pipe 9 is warmed and softened to give flexibility so that it can be reversed. As a heating means, the pipe 9 can be heated by feeding a heated pressure fluid into the pressure vessel 2.
[0024]
[Action]
In the present invention, the non-inverted portion 13 of the pipe 9 is flat and fluid pressure is applied from the outside, so that the friction resistance member 11 on the surface of the traction member 12 is placed on the inner surface of the non-inverted portion 13 of the pipe 9. Press and stick.
[0025]
Therefore, when the traction member 12 is pulled, the traction member 12 does not slide with respect to the inner surface of the non-inverted portion 13 of the pipe 9, and the traction force applied to the traction member 12 is transmitted to the non-inverted portion 13 of the pipe 9 by friction force. Then, the non-inverted portion 13 of the pipe 9 is pulled through the pulling member 12 throughout, and the above-described bellows-like buckling does not occur.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
Therefore, according to the present invention, the non-inverted portion 13 of the pipe 9 is buckled like a bellows as in the case where the conventional method is applied as it is even in a pipe 9 made of polyethylene, which is difficult to apply the reversal method. In other words, the reversing portion 5 is pulled by the pulling member 12 to promote the reversal of the reversing portion 5 and the smooth reversing method can be performed.
[0027]
The present invention is not limited to a method using a synthetic resin pipe 9 such as polyethylene, but can also be applied as it is to a reversal method using a flexible lining material 4 that has been generally used. It is possible to pull the non-inverted portion of 4 more reliably and to proceed the inversion smoothly.
