Claims (2)
- ノズル本体を構成する耐火物構造を、ガス導入部からガス吹き出し面までの間を、内孔側と外周側に配置した緻密質耐火物層と、この両緻密質耐火物層の間に配置した通気性耐火物層からなる多層構造とし、
前記通気性耐火物層をガス吹き出しのためのガス流通経路とし、
前記通気性耐火物層の上方端面がストッパーと上ノズルとの嵌合部に面して前記ガス吹き出し面を形成してなる溶融金属排出ノズル。 - ガス吹き出しのためのガス流通経路である通気性耐火物層の下方先端面が下方ノズルとの接合部に面してガス吹き出し面を形成している請求項1に記載の溶融金属排出ノズル。
