Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an article support leg for attaching to an article and supporting the article.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Article support legs have already been proposed for attaching to and supporting the article. Conventionally proposed article support legs basically have a male threaded rod part to be screwed into an article to be supported, a bolt engaging part and a downward projecting shaft part in this order, and a lower projecting shaft part. Having a pedestal that supports the entire bolt so as to be rotatable by supporting the rotating tool engaging portion via a thrust bearing, and the pedestal is prevented from falling off from the downward projecting shaft portion It is. Such an article support leg is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 3035474.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 3035474 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to such a conventional article support leg, the bolt and the pedestal for supporting the bolt are made of a material having extremely high rigidity such as metal. Accordingly, when the article with the supporting legs attached is placed on the floor surface or the like, the impact load or vibration load applied to the article or the article is transmitted from the floor surface or the like after the article is placed on the floor surface or the like. Some shocks and vibrations cannot be absorbed. In addition, depending on the article, it is impossible to suppress the impact or vibration that may be generated from the article to be transmitted to the floor surface or the like, and impact, vibration, noise, or the like is given to the surroundings.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an article support leg that has a rigidity sufficient to stably support an article, can easily absorb a load such as impact and vibration, and has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following article support legs. That is,
A bolt having a male threaded rod portion, a flange portion, and a downward projecting shaft portion to be screwed into an article to be supported in this order;
A base member that is fitted to the downward projecting shaft part and supports the bolt part rotatably by supporting the flange part via a thrust bearing;
A retaining device for preventing the base member from falling off the downward projecting shaft portion;
A cushion member connected to the base member and extending downward from the base member;
The cushion member is an article support leg formed of an elastic material and including a main portion having a liquid storage chamber therein and a liquid stored in the liquid storage chamber.
[0007]
The article support leg is attached to the article by the male threaded rod portion of the bolt being screwed into the female thread portion of the support leg attachment section provided in advance on the article to be supported, and is disposed on the article installation floor or the like. To support the article.
[0008]
The article support leg has the cushion member described above, and the cushion member can stably support the article to be supported and can flexibly relieve an applied load such as impact and vibration.
[0009]
In other words, the cushion member has a main portion with a built-in liquid storage chamber, the main portion is formed of an elastic material, and the liquid storage chamber stores a liquid that is an incompressible fluid. Therefore, the cushion member has a higher rigidity than the case where only the compressible fluid such as air is accommodated in the main portion, and can support the article stably. Moreover, since the main part is formed of an elastic material and contains a fluid that can flow, the impact load applied to the article when the article with the article support legs attached is placed on the floor surface or the like. After installing a vibration load or an article on the floor or the like, it is easy to absorb an impact or vibration that is transmitted from the floor or the like to the article. Moreover, it can suppress that the impact and vibration which generate | occur | produce from this goods are transmitted to a floor surface etc. depending on goods.
[0010]
The liquid storage chamber may be filled with liquid, but gas may be stored together with the liquid in order to adjust the stiffness of the cushion member and the degree of absorption of shock, vibration, etc. according to the article to be supported. .
[0011]
It is desirable that the bolt has a turning tool engaging portion. By providing such a rotating tool engaging portion, when the male screw rod portion is screwed into the article female screw portion, an appropriate rotating tool is engaged with the engaging portion and the bolt is turned as necessary. Can do. In addition, after being placed on the floor or the like, the height of the article can be adjusted and leveled by turning a bolt with an appropriate turning tool engaged with the turning tool engaging portion. The flange portion may also serve as the turning tool engaging portion.
[0012]
The turning tool engaging portion in the bolt can be of various forms that can turn a bolt by engaging a tool that turns the bolt. As a typical example, there can be cited a hexagonal engaging portion having a planar outline capable of engaging a spanner, a monkey wrench, a chain tongue and the like.
[0013]
As a retaining device that prevents the base member from falling off the downward projecting shaft portion, various devices that retain the bolt while allowing the bolt to rotate can be employed. For example, a) a ring member that is fitted and fixed with an adhesive, b) a nut member that is screwed to the same part, and c) a peripheral part provided in the same part. A ring member for retaining such as a C-shaped ring that is temporarily expanded and placed in the groove and then fitted so as not to be pulled out by the elastic restoring force; d) a retaining member that is fitted in a hole provided in the same part A pin member can be mentioned.
[0014]
The main part of the cushion member can be formed of various elastic materials made of rubber, synthetic resin or the like having elastic restoring force. The hardness may be appropriate depending on the weight of the article to be supported by the article support leg of the present invention, the degree of dislike of vibration and impact, and the like.
[0015]
In addition, various liquids such as water and oil can be adopted as the liquid stored in the liquid storage chamber in the cushion member. However, the liquid does not easily vaporize or vaporize even under the usage environment of the article support leg. A difficult liquid can be recommended. If the contained liquid is easily vaporized, it tends to cause abnormal deformation of the liquid containing chamber and thus the main part, which may make it difficult to support the article safely by the article support legs.
[0016]
The form of the main part in the cushion member, the form of the liquid storage chamber, the number and arrangement state thereof, and the like can support the article to be supported in an intended state .
[0017]
Here, used as the main part of the cushion member, is connected to the base member at the upper end be formed in a cylindrical shape, what has a plurality of stages alternating with small outer diameter portion and the large outer diameter portion To do. The presence of the large outer diameter portion makes it easy to obtain rigidity for stably supporting the article, and the presence of the small outer diameter portion makes it easy to obtain deformation for absorbing loads such as vibration and impact.
[0018]
Further, the liquid storage chamber is annularly formed in the cylindrical main portion of the cushion member, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is horizontally long in the main portion radial direction corresponding to at least one small outer diameter portion of the main portion. A space that intersects the space portion and the horizontally long space portion and has a vertically long space portion that extends vertically with respect to the horizontally long space portion is employed. The cross-sectional shape of the liquid storage chamber is preferable in that it can easily absorb various loads such as impact and vibration while stably supporting the article .
[0019]
Although the cushion member may be arranged on the article installation floor or the like, the article support leg may include a lower base member arranged on the article installation floor or the like. That is, a lower base member may be further provided below the base member, and the cushion member may be connected between the upper base member and the lower base member.
[0020]
The lower base member may be formed of a cushion body having a lower end portion made of an elastic material. Such a cushion body can also be formed of various elastic materials made of rubber, synthetic resin or the like having elastic restoring force. The hardness may be appropriate depending on the weight of the article to be supported, the degree of dislike vibration and impact, and the like. The material of the friction body may be the same as the material of the main part of the cushion member.
[0021]
The article support legs according to the present invention can be used to support various articles (for example, heavy articles) and precision equipment such as a large computer device that is not subject to vibration or impact.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0023]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an example of an article support leg. FIG. 2 is a view showing an example of use of the article support leg shown in FIG.
[0024]
The article support leg shown in the figure includes a bolt 1, an upper base member 3 that supports the bolt 1 through a thrust bearing 2, a lower base member 5 below it, and a cushion member 6 connected between the upper and lower base members 3, 5. Contains. The bolt 51, the thrust bearing 2, the upper base member 3, and the upper part 51 to be described later of the lower base member 5 are made of metal and have high rigidity.
[0025]
The bolt 1 is obtained by integrally forming a male threaded rod portion 11, a turning tool engaging portion 12, and a downward projecting shaft portion 13 to be screwed into a support target article W (see FIG. 2) in this order.
[0026]
The downward projecting shaft portion 13 of the bolt 1 is passed through the upper base member 3 and can rotate with respect to the upper base member 3. The thrust bearing 2 is housed in a recess on the top surface of the upper base member 3, and the lower surface of the rotating tool engaging portion 12 of the bolt 1 is in contact with the bearing 2. Thus, the bolt 1 is supported by the bearing 2 and is in a rotatable state. A retaining ring 4 is fitted on a portion of the downward projecting shaft portion 13 of the bolt 1 that projects downward from the base member 3 and is fixed with an adhesive.
[0027]
Although the rotation tool engaging part 12 is not limited to this, it is a thing of the planar view outline hexagonal shape in this example.
[0028]
The cushion member 6 has a main portion 61 in which a liquid storage chamber 60 is built and an oil 62 stored in the chamber. The oil used is, but not limited to, silicon oil here.
[0029]
Although the main part 61 is not limited to it, the thing made from a synthetic rubber whose hardness (juro) is about 60 to 90 degree | times can be illustrated. In this example, it is made of a synthetic rubber having a hardness (juro) of 85 degrees.
[0030]
The main part 61 is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole, and is fitted on the small-diameter lower step part 31 of the upper base member 3 at the upper end part so as not to be removed therefrom. In addition, the lower end portion is fitted and engaged with the upper ring portion 51 of the lower base member 5 so as not to be detached therefrom.
[0031]
The main portion 61 has small outer diameter portions 611 in three steps, and has a large outer diameter portion 612 having a total of two steps between the small outer diameter portions adjacent in the vertical direction. The large outer diameter portion 612 is formed so as to obtain rigidity for stably supporting the article W, and the small outer diameter portion 611 is formed so as to easily obtain deformation for absorbing a load such as vibration and impact.
[0032]
The liquid storage chamber 60 is annularly formed in the main portion along the cylindrical shape of the main portion 61. The cross-sectional shape of the main portion 61 intersects the horizontally long space portion 601 and the horizontally long space portion corresponding to the small outside diameter portion 611 between the two large outside diameter portions 612 in the main portion 61, and the horizontally long space portion On the other hand, it is the shape which exhibits the vertically long space part 602 extended up and down.
[0033]
Oil 62 is stored in the liquid storage chamber 60. In the chamber 60, a slight air phase a smaller than the amount of oil is left. The oil 62 can be accommodated in the chamber 60 by, for example, inserting a needle into the main portion 61 up to the chamber 60, depressurizing the chamber through the needle, and then injecting oil. The needle insertion portion may be sealed later with an appropriate sealant or the like. Further, the main portion 61 is divided into upper and lower parts, for example, with a horizontal plane passing through the vicinity of the top of the vertically long space portion 602 of the liquid containing chamber 60 as a boundary. After the oil 62 is accommodated in the chamber 60, the upper and lower formed portions are bonded. You may join.
[0034]
The lower base member 5 includes the upper ring 51 and a cushion body 52 fitted to the small diameter step portion 511. The cushion body 52 is made of the same material as the main portion 61 of the cushion member 6.
[0035]
The article support leg described above is attached to the article W by the male threaded rod portion 11 of the bolt 1 being screwed into the female thread portion M in the support leg attachment section provided in advance on the article W to be supported, and the article installation floor surface. It is arranged on F etc. and supports article W.
[0036]
When the male threaded rod portion 11 is screwed onto the article female threaded portion M, if necessary, an appropriate turning tool can be engaged with the turning tool engaging portion 12 of the bolt 1 to turn the bolt. Further, after being placed on the floor surface F or the like, the height position of the article W can be adjusted or leveled by turning the bolt 1 by engaging an appropriate turning tool with the engaging portion 12.
[0037]
The article support leg has a cushion member 6, the cushion member has a main portion 61 containing a liquid storage chamber 60, and the main portion is formed of a synthetic rubber that is an elastic material, The liquid storage chamber 60 stores oil 62 that is an incompressible fluid.
[0038]
Accordingly, the cushion member 6 has a higher rigidity than the case where only the compressive fluid such as air is accommodated in the main portion 61, and can support the article W stably. Moreover, since the main portion 61 is formed of synthetic rubber, which is an elastic material, and contains flowable oil 62 and some gas, the article W with the article support legs attached is placed on the floor F or the like. It is easy to absorb the impact load or vibration load applied to the article when installed on the floor, or the impact or vibration that is transmitted from the floor or the like to the article W after the article is placed on the floor. Further, depending on the article W, it is possible to suppress the impact and vibration generated from the article from being transmitted to the floor surface F and the like.
[0039]
In FIG. 2, N is a female screw portion for locking that is screwed into the male screw rod portion 11 of the bolt 1, and is tightened after the positional relationship of the bolt 1 with respect to the article W is determined.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided an article support leg that has a rigidity sufficient to stably support an article, can easily absorb various loads such as shock and vibration, and has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost. can do.
