本発明はバッグを運搬,積載するの適した合成樹脂製パレットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
下記特許文献1に示された合成樹脂製パレットは、積み重ねたとき雨水等がパレットの側面からデッキボード上面に浸透するのを防止するため、外周に該デッキボードの上面よりも高い外側壁を立設し、その内側に溝を形成したものであった。また、この合成樹脂製パレットは、載置面の略々全体に水抜きとなる透孔を開設したものであった。
また、下記特許文献2に示されたパレットは、載置面のフォーク挿入用の通孔に相当する部分に多数のスリット状の透孔を形成したものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記パレットは種々の物品を運搬するのに使用され、例えば樹脂ペレットのような粒状物や、粉体,液体等が容れられたビニール袋のような円筒状の合成樹脂製バッグ(フレキシブルコンテナ)を運搬するためにも使用されるが、このような流動物が入ったバッグが載置されると、バッグ底部の透孔に当たる部分の生地が該透孔中に陥没し、痕が付いたり損傷させるおそれがあった。また、載置面が平坦に形成されたパレットでは、雨水がその載置面とバッグ底部との隙間に毛細管現象により侵入し、容易に水抜けしなくなるので、いつまでも濡れた状態となり汚れや埃が付着し易くなる欠点があった。

そこで本発明は、バッグ底部を傷付けることなく載置でき、水抜けが容易で、しかも重いバッグにも耐えられる強度を備えたバッグ運搬用の合成樹脂製パレットを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明のバッグ積載用合成樹脂製パレットは、裏面に桁半部および補強用の格子状リブが一体に形成された一対のデッキボードを該桁半部の端面どうしを連結することにより、両デッキボード間にフォーク挿入用の通孔が形成された合成樹脂製パレットであって、該通孔が形成された部分に相当する該デッキボードの載置面の一部に前記格子状リブにより区画された水抜孔を該デッキボードの載置面の中央を中心とする略円弧状の範囲に多数形成してなることを特徴とする。
このため、バッグ底面の大部分は桁半部に相当する平坦な載置面上に接するように積載され、バッグが傷付かないとともに、毛細管現象による雨水の侵入を防ぎ得る。

また、本発明は上記パレットにおいて、水抜孔は格子状リブにより区画された矩形状のものであることを特徴とする。
このような矩形状の水抜孔は角張っていることから毛細管現象をより起きにくくするとともに、開口面積を最大限にできることから水抜き作用がより確実になされる。しかも補強用格子状リブの連続性を阻止しないので重いバッグにも耐えられる強度を備え得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を図面に従い説明する。図1はこのパレットの外観斜視図、図2はその平面図、図3はこのパレットを構成する合成樹脂製デッキボードの裏面の斜視図である。この実施形態では長方形状であるデッキボード1は、図3に示されるように、裏面の両長側辺および中央に桁半部2,2および桁半部3が夫々一体に形成され、該桁半部2,2および桁半部3内に補強用の格子状リブ4が一体に形成され、該桁半部2,2と桁半部3の間隔5,5には該格子状リブ4よりも升目を細かくすることで桁半部内よりも薄手ながらも強度を備え得る補強用の格子状リブ6が一体に形成される。なお、この間隔5,5はフォーク挿入用の通孔となり得るもので、7は滑り止め用にデッキボード1の裏面に止着されたゴム製のグロメットである。そして一対のデッキボード1,1を桁半部2,2および桁半部3の端面どうしを熱溶着等の手段で連結することにより、図1,図4に示したように、両デッキボード1,1間にフォーク挿入用の通孔8,8を平行に形成し、短側面に一対のフォーク挿入口9,9を開口させている。

また、通孔8,8が形成された部分に相当する該デッキボード1,1の載置面の一部に前記格子状リブ6により区画された40mm角程度の矩形状の水抜孔10をデッキボード1の載置面の中央11を中心とする略円弧状の範囲に20mm程度の間隔を置いて多数形成してなる。また、通孔8,8が形成された部分に相当する該デッキボード1,1の載置面の全体には格子状リブ6により区画された区域に1個ずつ直径15mm程度の小さい丸孔12が開設される。なお、13はフォーク挿入口9,9に相当するデッキボード1,1の載置面に複数個が直線状に並設された直径10mm程度の小孔、14は積載物の滑り止めのためにデッキボード1の表面に止着したゴム製のグロメットである。

また、桁半部3に相当するデッキボード1の載置面には上記水抜孔または丸孔のような透孔は一切形成されず、両端部が水抜孔10に連通したスリット状溝15が両短側辺寄りに横断状に形成される。(図5参照)。

このように構成した合成樹脂製パレットは、図4に示したように、粉体,液体等が容れられた円筒状の合成樹脂製バッグ20を積載したとき該パレットの載置面と接触する該バッグの底部が前記水抜孔10上にてその接触範囲が略々終焉するように該バッグの底部の外径を調整する。こうすることで、該バッグの底部は桁半部3に相当するデッキボード1の中央の平坦な載置面に支持されるので、該バッグの底部を傷付けることなく積載できる。また、該バッグに降り注いだ雨水はその外側に位置する水抜孔10から通孔8,8に抜け落ちるので、従来のようにバッグ底部と載置面との隙間に雨水を侵入させないようにできる。

また、桁半部3上の載置面に横断状に形成されたスリット状溝15は、雨水を両端部の水抜孔10に導くことからこの方向からの雨水の侵入を防ぐ。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明に係るバッグ積載用合成樹脂製パレットは、裏面に桁半部および補強用の格子状リブが一体に形成された一対のデッキボードを該桁半部の端面どうしを連結することにより、両デッキボード間にフォーク挿入用の通孔が形成された合成樹脂製パレットであって、該通孔が形成された部分に相当する該デッキボードの載置面の一部に前記格子状リブにより区画された水抜孔を該デッキボードの載置面の中央を中心とする略円弧状の範囲に多数形成してなるので、それと合致する外径のバッグを積載すれば該バッグの底部生地を傷めることなく、雨水は必要最小限として所要位置に十分に大きく開口させた水抜孔から確実に抜け落ちるので、雨水がバッグ底部に侵入し汚れや埃が付着し易くなることもないなど有益な効果がある。
