【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる中空の容器本体の口頸部に装着される密閉中蓋と、該密閉中蓋を覆うようにして嵌合された開閉自在な外蓋とからなる密閉蓋体を嵌着、密閉した容器に係り、中でも、容器本体とは異質の合成樹脂からなる密閉中蓋に、ヒンジ蓋からなる外蓋を被着、嵌合して形成した密閉蓋体が嵌着された中空容器が、使用済みとなって廃棄される際には、前記蓋体の外蓋と中蓋とを一緒に容器本体から容易に分離できるようにした、容器の再生処理に適した蓋体と該蓋体を有する容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来からソースや醤油等の注出容器としては、溶液を収容する中空の容器本体と、該容器本体の口頸部に嵌合して密封する中蓋と、該中蓋の外側を覆って嵌着した外蓋とからなる蓋体とで構成される注出容器が多用されている。
このような容器は使い勝手がよいことから、最近の生活様式の変化に伴って、このような容器を用いた各種の製品が大量に消費されるようになり、使用済みとなった容器はゴミとなって大量に廃棄されるようになってきた。
そして、このように使用済みとなった容器をゴミとして大量に処理することが社会的に問題を引き起こすようになるにつれて、これらの合成樹脂容器は家庭から出る一般のゴミとは分別して回収した後、資源として有効に再生利用することが義務づけられるようになってきた。

ところで、前記した各種の製品は、生産コスト等の経済上の理由あるいは密封性や開口性等の技術上の理由から、ほとんどのものが容器本体と蓋体(外蓋および中蓋)とは互いに異質の樹脂材料から形成されている。
そこで、使用済みとなって廃棄された容器を回収して、資源として再利用するには、容器本体と蓋体とを分別して再生処理することが不可欠であるから、容器を廃棄する際には、容器本体と蓋体とを分離して別々にしてから廃棄するか、あるいは、家庭ゴミとは分別して回収した後に、蓋体部分を容器本体から分離することが必要である。
従って、前記した容器は、容器本体から蓋体を簡単に分離できるような構造にして、再生処理に要する費用を低く抑えることが、空になった容器を資源として再生利用するためには欠くことができない要件となる。

このような要件を考慮して、容器本体からヒンジ式の蓋体を簡単に分離して廃棄できるようにした注出容器として、実開平7−40500号公報その他に見るように、栓抜きを用いて蓋体を容器本体の口頸部から簡単に分離できるように、蓋体の嵌合筒部に栓抜きが係合する係合部を設けた構造にして、梃子の作用により蓋体を容器本体から分離するようにしたものが知られている。
しかしながら、このような容器では、栓抜きがなければ蓋体を容器本体から分離することができないので、蓋体を分離するために常に栓抜きを用意しておかなければならない。

そこで、栓抜きがなくとも、容器本体から蓋を容易に分離できるようにする手段を講じた容器として、実開平4−118348号公報や実開平5−34151号公報に記載されているように、容器本体の口頸部に嵌合する筒状の嵌合筒部にヒンジを介して連結された蓋部からなる蓋体に於いて、嵌合筒部に破断可能な薄肉部を形成すると共に、該薄肉部を破断するための把持片を設けた構造にして、廃棄する際に、把持片を掴んで引張ることにより前記嵌合筒部のが破断されて、蓋体が容器本体から容易に分離されるものが知られている。

しかし、上記したような容器に於いては、栓抜きのような特別の分離用の道具を必要としたり、蓋体を分離するのにやや大きな力を要すると共に、蓋体の一部が千切れるおそれもあり、また、これらの蓋体はやや複雑であるから特別な形をした成形金型を必要とする。
そこで、前記したように中蓋と外蓋からなるヒンジ形式の蓋体が嵌着された容器に於いて、簡単な操作により中蓋と外蓋とが一緒に容器本体から容易に分離できるようにした蓋体の出現が望まれる。

上記した従来の蓋体のように特別な道具を用いたり、蓋体の一部を破断させたりすることなしに、蓋体を容器本体から簡単に分離することができるようした注出容器として、特開平2001―158456号公報に記載するような容器が提案されている。
上記公報に記載する発明は、図7に示すように、溶液を収容する中空の容器本体52の口頸部53に嵌合して密封する中蓋54と、該中蓋54を覆うように被着する外蓋55とからなる蓋体59を、図8に示すように、前記容器本体52の口頸部53に螺着して密閉する密封容器51に於いて、前記中蓋54を回動することにより容器本体52の口頸部53から簡単に分離できるように形成したものである。

上記のように形成した注出容器51は、容器本体52の口頸部53が外径の小さい上半部53aと大きい下半部53bとの段状に形成されて、前記口頸部の上半部53aの外周面に環状突起56を周設して、境界段部に周方向に複数個の略三角形をした案内突起57を突設すると共に下半部53bの外周面に雄ネジ58を周設して、容器本体52の内部に内溶液を収容可能に形成されている。
そして、前記容器本体52の開口部に嵌着する中蓋54は、口頸部53の内面に嵌合する内筒部54aと外面に嵌合する外筒部54bとが頂壁部で連結された嵌合筒部と、前記内筒部に連接する密閉板の中央に設けた注出口54cと、前記外筒部54bの下端部に設けられた前記口頸部53の案内突起57に係合する波形の係合突起60とから、前記容器本体52の口頸部53に嵌着可能に形成されている。

上記のように形成された中蓋54が容器本体52の口頸部53に嵌着されると、前記口頸部53に設けられた案内突起57に中蓋54の波形状をした係合突起60が係合されると共に、前記中蓋54の嵌合突起54dが前記口頸部53の環状突起56に係合されて、注出口54cから内容液を注出可能にした液体容器が形成され、そして、液体容器の前記中蓋54を覆うように外蓋55を被着して、口頸部53の雄ネジ58に外蓋55のネジ部61を螺合して、図8に示すように密閉された注出容器51が形成される。

このようにして形成された注出容器51に於いては、中蓋54を容器本体52から分離する際には、外蓋55を回動させて容器本体52の口頸部53から取り除いた後に、中蓋54を掴んで回動させることにより、中蓋54の波形の係合突起60が口頸部53の三角形状の案内突起57面に滑るように乗り上げて、中蓋54が上方へ押し上げられるので、中蓋54は容器本体52の口頸部53から簡単に分離することができる。

しかし、上記した容器51は、中蓋を容器本体から簡単に分離できるようにするために、複雑に形成された容器本体52の口頸部53面に、三角形状をした案内突起57が一体に設けられた特注品であるから、特別の内溶液を詰め替えて使用するような容器には適しているが、一般に広く使用されている通常の中空容器にはそのまま適用することができない。
そこで、広く一般に使用されている中空容器にも簡単に適用することができて、容器本体から容易に分離可能にした密閉蓋体の出現すれば、使用済みの容器の再生処理が容易になる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記したような理由に基づいて創案されたもので、広く一般に使用されている中空容器に内容液を収容すると共に、容器本体の口頸部に嵌合して密閉可能な中蓋と、該中蓋を覆うように被着する外蓋とからなる蓋体を、前記中空容器の口頸部に嵌着して形成してなる注出容器に於いて、空になった容器本体から前記蓋体を分離するのに、栓抜き等の特別な道具を必要とせずに、また、蓋体の一部を破断したり、切除しなくても、小さな力で容易に分離可能な構造をした蓋体に形成して、使用済みとなって廃棄する際に、空の容器から外蓋および中蓋を簡単に分離できるようにした分別処理に適した蓋体を装着した容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願発明は、中空の容器本体の口頸部に嵌合して開口部を密閉可能で、外蓋を押し上げて上方へ案内可能に形成した中蓋と、該中蓋を覆うように嵌着するヒンジ形式の外蓋とからなる蓋体を、内容物を収容した一般に使用されている中空の容器本体に嵌合、装着して、容器本体から蓋体を簡単に分離可能にした注出容器を構成する。

前記中蓋は、容器の口頸部に嵌合する内筒部と外筒部とそれらを連結する連結部とからなる嵌合筒部の内側に、内溶液を注出する注出筒を連接すると共に該注出筒に破断可能な閉板を設けて密封可能にして、前記嵌合筒部の外側に、外蓋に係合して上方へ押し上げるための三角形状をした案内突起を突設して、容器本体の口頸部に嵌着可能にして外蓋が嵌合されるように形成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
中空の容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌合する内外筒部からなる嵌合筒部8に連接して、注出筒9と破断可能な閉板部17とを設けて開口部を密閉可能に形成した中蓋4に、前記嵌合筒部8の連結部8aに立設した円筒壁8bに案内突起8cを設けると共に、前記嵌合筒部8に外蓋5の嵌合筒部14の内外筒部を嵌合可能に形成した中蓋4を、熱可塑性樹脂の射出成形により成形する。
また、前記中蓋4の嵌合筒部8に嵌合可能に形成した外蓋5の嵌合筒部14の外筒部12の内面に前記案内突起8cに係合する係合突起14cを設けると共に、外蓋5の嵌合筒部14にヒンジ15を介して蓋部16を連接して開閉自在となしたヒンジ蓋状の外蓋5を、熱可塑性樹脂の射出成形により成形する。

本願発明は、上記のようにして成形された中蓋4の上から前記のように成形された外蓋5を被せるように嵌合せしめて、外蓋5の内筒部11が中蓋4のU字状をした嵌合凹部s内に圧入されると共に、外蓋5の外筒部12が中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の外筒部7を締めつけるように嵌着されて一つに結合された、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌着して密封可能なヒンジ蓋形式の蓋体3が形成される。
そして、上記のようにして形成された蓋体3を、液状の内容物が収容された中空の容器本体2の口頸部2aに打栓して嵌着せしめた注出容器1を構成する。

上記のようにして、容器本体2の口頸部2aの開口部が蓋体3により密封された注出容器1を使用するには、外蓋5の蓋部16を開いてから、中蓋4の注出筒内の環状の摘まみ片17aを引っ張って閉板部17を切除すると、開口部が形成されて使用可能な状態になるので、中蓋の閉板部17が開口された注出容器1を手に持って傾けることにより、容器本体2の中の内容物を中蓋4の開口部から注出して使用することができる。

このようにして使用済みとなった注出容器1は、蓋部3が閉じられた状態にしてから外蓋5を掴んで回動させると、外蓋5の係合突起14cが中蓋4の案内突起8cの傾斜面に乗り上げて、外蓋5が押し上げられて浮き上がった状態になるので、外蓋5の蓋部16を開いた状態にしてから、該蓋部を掴んで上方に引っ張り上げることにより、外蓋5と中蓋4とを一緒に容器本体2から簡単に分離できるので、異質の容器本体2と蓋体3とは簡単に分別して廃棄される。

【実施例】
以下に、本願発明の蓋体とそれを用いた容器について、最適な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
本願の発明は、図1に示すように、各種の調味料や液体飲料等の液状をした内容物が収容される中空の容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌合して装着される蓋体3は、口頸部2aの内外面に密着して嵌合する中蓋4と、該中蓋4を覆うようにして中蓋の嵌合筒部に嵌合して口頸部2aに嵌着、固定される外蓋5とからなり、前記容器本体2と中蓋4および外蓋5とは、通常はそれぞれの機能に応じた異質の合成樹脂から形成されている。

前記した中空の容器本体2は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等の硬質の合成樹脂のブロー成形により、溶液を収容可能にした容器本体2の胴部に連接した口頸部2aが形成されると共に該口頸部にネックリング2bが形成されて、該ネックリングの上部には前記中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の外筒部7の内面に設けられた係合凸部7aが係合する係合凹部2cが設けられた構造に成形されたものである。

そして、前記中蓋4は、ポリエチレン等の軟質の汎用樹脂の射出成形により、図1および図5に示したように、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌合される内筒部6と外筒部7とを連接した連接部8aとからなる嵌合筒部8を形成して、前記連結部8aに円筒壁8bを立設すると共に該円筒壁面に傾斜面を有する三角形状をした複数の案内突起8cを突設して、また、前記嵌合筒部8の内筒部6の下端部に連接して注出筒9を立ち上げるように形成して、前記内筒部6と注出筒9の間に外蓋5の内筒部11を圧入して固定可能なU字状をした嵌合凹部を形成すると共に、前記中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の外筒部7の下端部に口頸部2aの係合凹部2cに係合する係合凸部7aを形成して、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌合可能にした中蓋4が成形される。

また、前記外蓋5は、中蓋4と同じように汎用樹脂を射出成形して、前記容器本体2に装着される中蓋4の嵌合筒部8に嵌着可能な外筒部12と内筒部11とを頂壁部13で連接してなる嵌合筒部14に、ヒンジ15を介して開閉自在に蓋部16が連結された形状に成形されて、前記外筒部12の内面上部には前記中蓋4の三角形状の案内突起8cに係合可能に形成された係合突起14cが設けられ、また、外筒部12の内面下部には中蓋の外筒部7に係止する係止突起12aが設けられている。

このように成形した外蓋5を、図2に示すように、外蓋の外筒部12が上記のように成形された中蓋4の外筒部7に嵌合するようにして、外蓋5を中蓋4に被着せしめてから、外蓋5を中蓋4に対して押圧して嵌合させると、中蓋4の外筒部7の上端部と外蓋5の外筒部12の先端部とに面取りしてあるから、図5に示したように、外蓋5の内筒部11が中蓋4のU字状の嵌合凹部に嵌入されると共に、外蓋5の外筒部12は中蓋4の外筒部7に簡単に嵌合されて、密接に結合された蓋体3が形成される。

このようにして形成された蓋体3を、液状の内容物が収容された容器本体2の口頸部2aに打栓せしめて開口部を密閉すると、図1に示したように、中蓋4の嵌合筒部8内に容器本体2の口頸部2aが嵌合されて、蓋体3は容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌着して固定される。
このようにして嵌着された蓋体3は、中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の内外筒部が口頸部2aにより押し拡げられる方向に作用する力を受けても、中蓋4の外筒部7は外蓋5の嵌合筒部の外筒部12により締め付けられると共に、中蓋4の内筒部6は外蓋5の内筒部11により圧迫されるので、蓋体3は一層強く口頸部2aに嵌着されて、中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の内外筒部が外向きに開いて嵌着力が弱くなるようなことがないので、高温充填が行われる容器に用いた場合にも、熱履歴により中蓋の内筒部が内倒れ現象を起こすようなことがないので、液漏れを引き起こすような心配もなくなる。

上記のようにして、液状の内容物が収容されてなる容器本体2の口頸部2aの開口部を前記蓋体3により密封して形成された注出容器1が、包装されて商品として出荷された後、店頭で購入されて消費者の手に渡り、消費者が使用する際には、注出容器1の外蓋5の摘み片16aを指先で押し上げて蓋部16を開いてから、中蓋4の注出筒9の環状の摘まみ片17aに指先を掛けて上方へ引っ張り上げると、中蓋4の閉板部17は薄肉の弱め線部に沿って引き裂かれて切除されて、注出筒9に開口部が形成されて使用可能な状態になる。
このようにして中蓋4が開口された注出容器1は、蓋部16を開いた状態にして容器本体2部分を手に持って傾けることにより、容器本体2の中の内容物を中蓋4の開口部から注出して使用に供されるが、使用後に蓋部16を閉じると、注出口10が蓋部天板の環状の密閉片16bにより密閉されるので、再び保管することができる。

上記のようにして注出容器1の内容物が全て消費されて、不要になった容器を廃棄する際には、図3に示したように、蓋部16が閉じられた外蓋5を掴んで左右いずれかに回転させると、外蓋5の回転により嵌合筒部14の外筒部12の内面に設けられた係合突起14cが、前記中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の円筒壁8bに設けた三角形状の案内突起8c面に当接して、更に、係合突起14cは案内突起8cの三角形の斜面に乗り上げて、滑るようにして上方へ移動しながら外蓋5を上方へ押し上げた状態にする。

そして、押し上げられた前記外蓋5は、その外筒部12の下端部に設けられた係止突起12aが中蓋4の外筒部7の上端部に設けた抜け止め部7bに係止されると共に、中蓋4の嵌合凹部から外蓋5の内筒部11の上半分が浮き上がり、その上端部が注出筒9の上端部に設けた環状突起9bに係止されて、外蓋5の上方への移動は停止される。
このようにして、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌着された中蓋4の嵌合凹部内に嵌合されていた外蓋5の内筒部11が押し上げられると、内筒部11の下半部分が嵌合凹部の溝幅が狭い部分から溝幅が広い部分に移動して停止すると、外蓋5の中蓋4の内筒部6を容器本体2の口頸部2aに押圧していた嵌合力が低減されることになる。

このようにして、外蓋5および中蓋4が容器本体2から簡単に分離された注出容器1は、回収されて資源として再生処理された後で、再び利用に供される。

本願の発明は、上記したように、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌合される嵌合筒部8に立設した円筒壁8bに傾斜面を有する案内突起8cを突設すると共に、嵌合筒部8の内筒部6に連接して注出筒9を設けて、外蓋5の内筒部11を嵌合する嵌合凹部を形成して、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌合可能な中蓋4を形成して、前記中蓋4の嵌合筒部8に嵌着可能に形成された外蓋5の嵌合筒部14の外筒部12の内面に、前記中蓋4の案内突起8cに係合可能な係合突起14cを形成すると共に、前記外蓋5の嵌合筒部14にヒンジを介して蓋部16を連結して形成してなる外蓋5を被着せしめて、前記中蓋4の嵌合凹部に外蓋5の内筒部11を嵌合すると共に中蓋4の外筒部7に外蓋5の外筒部12を嵌合して、前記中蓋4の案内突起8cに外蓋5の係合突起14cを係合可能に蓋体3を形成して、容器本体2の口頸部2aに嵌着して密封するようにしたものである。

従って、上記のように形成された蓋体3が口頸部2aに打栓、嵌合された注出容器1は、中蓋4の嵌合筒部8が容器本体2の口頸部2aに強く締め付けるようにして嵌着されているので、蓋体3をそのまま引き抜こうとしても、簡単に口頸部2aから蓋体3を外すことはできないが、外蓋5を回動させることにより外蓋の係合突起14cが中蓋の案内突起8cの傾斜面に乗り上げて、外蓋5の嵌合筒部14が中蓋4から浮き上がるので、中蓋4の容器本体2に対する嵌合力が低減されて、中蓋4を容器本体2から簡単に引き抜くことができるようになるので、使用済みの注出容器を廃棄する際には、異質の材料からなる容器本体部分と蓋体部分とを簡単に分別してから廃棄できるので、再生処理が容易になる。

尚、上記した実施例に於いて、蓋体3を容器本体2から分離する際に、外蓋5の嵌合筒部14を中蓋4の嵌合筒部8からから浮き上がった状態にするために、中蓋4の嵌合筒部8の円筒壁8bに設けた案内突起8cの形状を、図2に示したように、略正三角形をした両面に傾斜面を有するものにしたが、本願発明は、このような形状に限定されるものではなくて、斜辺を傾斜面とした直角三角形や傾斜面が外に湾曲した山形状に形成してもよい。

また、上記の実施例では、中蓋4に設ける注出口10を注出筒9の内側面に連接するように形成したが、本願発明は、図6に示したように、注出筒29の先端部を湾曲させて注ぎ口を形成した、注出口30を注出筒29に直接に設けた形状に中蓋24を形成してもよいし、このようにすると、先の実施例に比べて中蓋の構造が少しは簡単になるので、成形金型や成形するのが容易になるから製造コストを低減することができる。
更に、注出筒9を前記嵌合筒部8に設けた円筒壁8bの先端部に連接して、注出筒9の先端に注出口を設けた構造にしてもよくて、その場合には、中蓋4の嵌合凹部と外蓋の内筒部を省略することも可能である。

【発明の効果】
本願の発明は、容器本体の口頸部に嵌着する中蓋の嵌合部を外蓋の嵌合筒部で内外面を締め付けるような構成にした蓋体を形成したので、蓋体の容器本体の口頸部に対する嵌合力が従来の蓋体よりも強くできて、また、本願発明の蓋体は、従来から一般に広く使用されている中空容器に、特別な手段を施さずに嵌着させることができる。
本願発明の蓋体は、外蓋を回動させることにより、簡単に外蓋を中蓋から浮き上がらせて、蓋体の容器本体の口頸部に対する嵌合力を弱めることができるので、栓抜き等の分離用の道具を必要としたり、あるいは、蓋体の一部を切除したりすることなしに、簡単な操作による小さな力で蓋体を容器本体から分離することができて、容器の再生処理が容易になる。
