Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an insulator structure of a connection terminal for connecting a coaxial cable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 4 shows an insulator structure of a connection terminal for connecting a conventional coaxial cable. As shown in the drawing, the insulator 20 is formed of a cylindrical outer insulator 21 and an inner insulator 22 through which the contact pins 25 are inserted and fixed, and the assembly of the insulator is performed through the inner insulator 22. After the terminal lead portion 25a of the contact pin 25 is inserted into the hole 22a to fix the contact pin 25, the outer insulator 21 is fed so as to cover from the tip direction of the contact pin, covering the contact pin 25 and the inner insulator 22 The outer insulator 21 and the inner insulator 22 are integrated.
Then, the insulator 20 is inserted into the cylindrical outer conductor 23 constituting the plug, and the claw portion 21a is locked in the locking groove 24a formed in the housing wall 24 to fix the insulator 20. The connection terminal of the coaxial cable was formed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the conventional insulator 20 is composed of two separated members, the handling is troublesome, and the assembly of the insulator 20 is performed after the contact pin 25 is assembled. When assembling, the contact pin 25 must be contacted with care so that the contact pin 25 is not deformed and the contact pin 25 is not unlocked, which is a troublesome operation.
[0004]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the insulator of the coaxial cable connection terminal which is easy to assemble and handle in view of the said subject.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is capable of fixing a contact pin having a bulging portion at the center and sandwiching the central conductor of the coaxial cable on the central axis, A cylindrical coaxial cable connecting terminal insulator having an insertion hole into which a conductor is inserted and having a feed groove for projecting a terminal lead portion of the contact pin formed in a vertical direction on the back surface, The main body and the lid are formed in an outer shape that is divided in half in the central axis direction, the back surface is provided on the main body, and the main body and the lid are arranged on the inner side from the circumferential line of the cylindrical body. A pair of opposing holding walls are continuously formed on the back surface, the bulging portion can be sandwiched by the holding walls, and the terminal lead-out portion is connected to the terminal drawing portion. Is it a transmission groove? By embedding the bulging portion between the holding walls in a protruding state, the contact pin can be held in a vertically placed posture on the main body before the cover is put on the main body. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments embodying the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view from the back side of an insulator of a coaxial cable connection terminal according to the present invention, (a) shows the shape of the insulator before assembly, and (b) shows an assembled state.
In the figure, the insulator 1 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and is composed of a main body 2 and a lid 3 whose outer shape is halved in the direction of the central axis, and the two hinge-like connecting portions 3 are continuously formed. And are integrally formed of a synthetic resin. In addition, as a material of the synthetic resin, polyethylene or polypropylene which is relatively flexible and easily forms a hinge-like connecting portion is suitable.
[0008]
The main body 2 is provided with the entire back surface 2a. The back surface 2a is a surface that is disposed on the inner surface of the housing when the connection terminals are formed, and has a feeding groove 5 that protrudes and holds the terminal lead portion 10a of the contact pin 10. Is formed. The feed groove 5 is formed to extend to the upper end of the back surface 2a in the figure, and is formed so that the contact pin 10 can be passed from above. The contact pin 10 is formed by pressing a spring conductive material such as a phosphor bronze plate so as to have a bulging portion 10b in the center.
[0009]
And the holding wall 9 which is a holding means of the contact pin 10 is formed in the right and left of the back surface 2a. The holding wall 9 is formed according to the shape of the bulging portion 10b of the contact pin 10, covers the entire bulging portion, and holds and holds the bulging portion 10b from the left and right.
Further, the front surface 2b side is formed in a state in which the insertion port 6 for inserting the central conductor of the coaxial cable is divided in half, and the lid body 3 is covered when the lid body 3 is put on the approximate center of the outer side 2c serving as an open end. A locking projection 7 for locking is provided.
[0010]
The lid 3 is opened at the rear, and a front half 3a is formed with a half-inserted insertion port 6. A locking hole 8 for inserting and locking the locking projection 7 is formed at the approximate center of the outer side 3c corresponding to the locking projection 7 formed on the main body 2.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a locking side for locking the insulator 1 to the external conductor 23 when forming the connection terminal, and 13 is a square hole for locking.
Further, the inner sides 2d and 3d provided with the hinge-like connecting portion 4 are formed with flat cutouts 14 along the central axis direction of the insulator, and the hinge-like connecting portion 4 does not protrude from the circumferential line of the insulator 1. It is like that.
[0011]
In assembling the insulator, first, the bulging portion 10b is inserted between the holding walls 9 while the terminal lead portion 10a of the contact pin 10 is inserted into the feed groove 5 of the main body 2, and the contact pin 10 is fixed in the main body. . And if the hinge-shaped connection part 4 is bent and the opening surfaces of the cover body 3 and the main body 2 are matched, the locking projection 7 is inserted and locked in the locking hole 8 and fixed in a covered state.
[0012]
Thus, since the main body 2 and the lid body 3 are integrally formed via the hinge-shaped connecting portion 4, the assembly work is performed by bending the hinge-shaped connecting portion 4 and combining the main body 2 and the lid body 3. Since there is no operation to join a plurality of members, it is easy to assemble, and after assembly, a locking mechanism consisting of a locking projection 7 and a locking hole 8 acts to open naturally. It will not be done.
[0013]
Also, a holding wall 9 is provided in the main body, and the contact pin 10 is inserted and held so as to be embedded in the left and right holding walls of the main body 2, and the contact pin 10 is securely fixed before the main body 2 and the lid 3 are combined. Therefore, the contact pin 10 does not float during assembly and does not interfere with the assembly operation, or the contact pin 10 does not deform during assembly of the insulator.
Then, as shown in the sectional view of the state in which the connection terminal is formed by assembling in the outer conductor of FIG. 2, the assembly of the connection terminal is performed by inserting the assembled insulator 1 into the outer conductor 23 from the front as in the prior art. And assemble. In addition, the insulator of FIG. 2 has shown AA arrow sectional drawing of FIG.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, and shows a case where the entire center conductor insertion portion of the front surface 2b is provided in the main body 2. FIG. As described above, the front surface may be integrally formed on the main body side as well as the locking groove on the back surface, or may be integrally formed on the lid side.
Further, in the above embodiment, the contact pin is formed to have a bulge portion, but it may be formed into a rod shape by pressing or cutting, in which case the holding means is the rod-like body. What is necessary is just to form so that arbitrary site | parts may be clamped. In addition, the shape and configuration of each part may be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the first aspect of the invention, the main body of the insulator and the lid are connected to each other via the hinge-like connecting portion and are integrally formed. It is only necessary to perform a bending operation centering on the center, and can be assembled easily.
In addition, a pair of opposing holding walls are continuously formed on the back surface, the bulging portion can be sandwiched by the holding walls, and the bulging portion is embedded between the holding walls in a state where the terminal lead-out portion protrudes from the feed groove. Thus, since the contact pin can be held in the vertical position on the main body before the cover is put on the main body, the contact pin does not get in the way when assembling the insulator.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of an insulator of a coaxial cable connection terminal showing an example of an embodiment of the present invention, (a) showing the shape of the insulator before assembly, and (b) after assembly. An insulator is shown.
