コンピューターの普及等、社会の急速な変化に伴い電力需要の増大と共に設備工事の面においても変化が要求されるものである。
つまり従来では比較的容赦されていた停電工事も、最近では許されないものとなり、需要増に伴う大容量線への変更工事においても活線工事を余儀なくされている。
このような背景の中で、マニュピュレーターによる活線工事ロボット等が開発され利用され始めているが、その普及は十分なものではなく、また可能な工事も電線接続作業等、定位置における画一的なものに限られている。よって開閉器の設置・取替えなどは、高所作業車と昇柱作業を併用しながら活線に接触しないよう慎重に行われるものであり、工事効率が悪いだけでなく、人手も要し、非常に危
険な作業となるものであった。

【従来の技術】
従来において、活線状態にある線の近辺で開閉器を取替える場合には、多大な労力と危険がつきまとうものであった。図8によって説明すると、開閉器下部の低圧電力線,低圧電灯線等はゴム管で防護し、ピン碍子,ラック,引込線は縁回しカバーで防護を行い、次に補助者用仮足場の取付け、そして腕側高圧線タコ足の防護、そして作業者用仮足場の取付け等、準備段階だけ見ても相当な労力と時間を要し、人員も、班長、A作業員,B作業員(柱上作業)、C作業員(柱上作業の補助)、D作業員(地上作業)の5名で作業を行うものであった。

本願では以上のような課題を解決するため、開閉器の取替え時における吊り下げを専用吊工具を用い、その操作を絶縁された活線操作棒、いわゆるホットスティックによって活線より離れた位置より行うものである。

【実施例】
本願の実施例を詳記する。本願は、板材をコ型に折曲し、底片の両端側に長溝孔1,1 を穿設した水平長尺フレーム2 の中央に、同じく板材をコ型に折曲し、底片の一端部に吊環4 と、ホットスティック把持片5 を設け、他端部に伸縮自在な伸縮筒6 を設けた短尺フレーム3 をクロス状に配し、前記長尺フレーム2 の長溝孔1,1 には、開閉器Kの固定用ボルトK1 を嵌入し、該固定用ボルトK1 先端部に、中央部にホットスティックHで把持する把持部71を設け、該把持部71内を回動する軸72を設け、該軸72両端に太さの違うネジを螺刻し、該軸72両端にナット73,74を螺合して成る専用ナット7 の一端部を螺入すると共に、伸縮筒6 上端のボルト61を回転し、伸縮筒6 を伸長し、伸縮筒6 下端の押圧板62を開閉器K上面に押圧固定する構造のものである。

角ネジを螺刻したボルト61は大きな力に耐えると共に弛みを防止することができるものである。
専用ナット7 は、図4のように、開閉器の固定用ボルトに対応したものでミリネジM16,M12と、インチネジW1/2,W5/8の各2個セットとしたものであり、図4は、M16とM12のものである。

本願の取り扱う方法を説明すると、まず開閉器K上の固定用ボルトK1 のナット4個をホットスティックの先端に取付けたレンチで所定長弛める。
そして、開閉器吊工具の把持片5 をホットスティックHで把持し、開閉器K上にもって行き、固定用ボルトK1 に水平長尺フレーム2 の長溝孔1,1 を嵌入する。(図5)
次に長溝孔1,1 に嵌入した固定用ボルトK1 先端部に、ホットスティックHで中央部を把持した専用ナット7 の一端ナットを嵌合した状態で、他端ナットに別のホットスティックの先端に取付けたレンチを嵌合し、所定分締付ける。
次に、伸縮筒6 のボルト61に、ホットスティックの先端に取付けたレンチを嵌合し、該ボルト61を回転し、伸縮筒6 の内筒を伸長して下げ、伸縮筒6 下端の押圧板62を開閉器K上面に押圧する。
これで吊工具の取付けは完了である。(図1,2)
なお、吊環4 にはウインチのフックをあらかじめ掛けておくものである。
この状態より、ウインチを巻き上げれば、開閉器Kを水平状態で吊上げることができると共に、先に所定長弛めておいた距離が腕金A上部の狭間となって、上部腕金取付用プレートK2 が下がりゆとりとなって、図7のように取付用プレートK2 を片方の固定用ボルトK1 より外すことができ、よって片方の2本の固定用ボルトK1 を倒して横方向へ移動することにより腕金Aより開閉器Kを外すことができる。そして開閉器Kを地上まで吊り下ろすものである。
地上に下ろした開閉器の吊工具を地上作業員が外し、新たな開閉器に取付け、再び吊上げて腕金A位置にもって行き、腕金取付用プレートK2 をホットスティックにより把持し、片方の固定用ボルトK1 に嵌合する。
次に伸縮筒6 のボルト61に、ホットスティックHの先端に設けたレンチを嵌合し、ボルト61を回転し、内筒64を縮め押圧板62を開閉器K上面より離す。そしてホットスティックHで専用ナット7 の中央部を把持し、他端ナットに別のホットスティックの先端に設けたレンチを嵌合し、弛めて固定用ボルトK1 より取外す。次に固定用ボルトK1 に嵌入した開閉器吊工具の把持片5 をホットスティックHで把持し、固定用ボルトK1 より取外す。
そして腕金Aに取付けられた開閉器Kの固定用ボルトK1 のナット4個をホットスティックHの先端に設けたレンチを嵌合し、締付固定して取付は完了するものであり、安全に作業を行うことができるものである。

【発明の効果】
本願の開閉器吊工具を使用することにより、従来活線工事で行っていた柱上での低圧線防護等の準備作業そして取替えの本作業がすべて省略することができるので作業者の疲労軽減と、安全作業ができると共に作業時間の大幅な短縮が可能となる。又、従来は作業員が5名必要であったが、本願では極端にいえばバッケット車に乗車してホットスティックを操作する1名と、地上で開閉器の取替えを行う地上者1名の計2名で行えるので、作業員の削減が行えると共に、前記作業時間の短縮とも相俟って工事コストの低減にも寄与できるものである。
