Next, although the manufacture example and test example of the pest control poison bait of this invention are shown, this invention is not limited only to the following examples.
First, a manufacturing example is shown.
[0022]
Production Example 1
25 parts by weight of microencapsulated fenitrothion (20% by weight), 6 parts by weight of κ -carrageenan, 5 parts by weight of glycerin, 37 parts by weight of molasses, 17 parts by weight of dextrin, 5 parts by weight of sesame oil, 5 parts by weight of peanut butter, Mix well to obtain the poisonous bait of the present invention.
[0023]
Comparative production example 1
Add 25 parts by weight of microencapsulated fenitrothion (20% by weight), 6 parts by weight of κ -carrageenan, 37 parts by weight of molasses, 17 parts by weight of dextrin, 5 parts by weight of sesame oil, 5 parts by weight of peanut butter and mix well to poison. Get a bait.
[0024]
Comparative production example 2
Microencapsulated fenitrothion (20 wt%) 25 parts by weight, glycerin 5 parts by weight, 37 parts by weight of molasses, dextrin 17 parts by weight, sesame oil 5 parts by weight, peanut butter 5 parts by weight was added and mixed well bait Get the agent.
[0025]
Test example In a plastic test container (27.8cm x 39.8cm x height 7.5cm) containing bait (animal solid feed) and water (contained in absorbent cotton), a plywood shelter (length 15cm, width 3.5) A hiding place combining 3 cm plywood plates in a triangular prism shape) and 10 German cockroach males and females were placed and left overnight to acclimate the cockroach to the shelter. Next, poison bait (about 0.5 g) was put in the test container, and the poison bait was taken out after 6 hours. Two days later, the death and death rate (%) of the cockroach was observed, and in the test using the poison bait obtained in Production Example 1, a 100% death rate was observed. In the test using the poisonous bait obtained in (1) and (2), both were 85% or less.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The poisonous bait for pest control according to the present invention is excellent in eating habits and exhibits excellent effects in controlling pests such as cockroaches.
