Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a screen door detachment preventer for preventing the screen doors to be detached between the upper and lower screen door rails provided on the upper and lower frames of the sash, and more particularly for screen doors suspended from the sash upper frame. While the upper rail is sandwiched between the indoor and outdoor upper projecting members projecting parallel to the longitudinal direction above the screen doorway, the screen door is attached, and the movement allowance of the screen door upward is restricted. The present invention relates to an integrally formed screen door stopper for preventing the screen door from coming off.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a screen door is provided for insect control on the outermost side of the shoji that opens and closes the windows and doors of the building. This screen door is not always used like a glass shoji, but is used only during periods when insects are likely to occur, such as in summer, so it is required to be inexpensive and lightweight so that it can be easily removed. Often it can easily fall off the sash frame.
[0003]
In general, the screen door is installed between the upper and lower screen door rails provided on the sash frame by the “Kendon method”, that is, the upper screen door rail hanging from the sash upper frame is projected in parallel above the screen door ridge. The door cart mounted in the lower arm of the screen door is placed on the lower rail for the screen door protruding from the sash lower frame after being lifted so as to be sandwiched between the indoor and outdoor upper protruding members. After installing, the horizontal door upper surface between the base part of the indoor and outdoor upper projecting members and the lower end of the upper door rail for the screen door suspended from the sash upper frame There is a considerable gap between them. Because of the presence of this gap, the screen door can be attached and detached quickly, but this also causes the screen door to come off.
[0004]
For example, as shown in the sectional view of the sash with the screen door of FIG. 9 attached, the screen door 7 has the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 in the longitudinal direction over the screen door ridge 9. A lower part for a screen door in which a door wheel 17 mounted in a screen door sill 16 is projected to the sash lower frame 2 after being lifted so as to be sandwiched between the indoor-side and outdoor-side upper projecting members 12, 13. Mounted on the rail 4 by “Kendon type”. In this state, there is a gap between the upper surface of the horizontal member 10 between the base portions of the indoor and outdoor upper projecting members 12 and 13 in the screen door ridge 9 and the lower end of the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1. Since the screen door 7 can be moved upward, the door wheel 17 is completely dropped from the screen door lower rail 4 protruding from the sash lower frame 2 due to a slight vibration or the like while the screen door 7 is running. The door wheel 17 may come off and the screen door 7 may be distorted and cannot move.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to prevent such a phenomenon from occurring, a plate-shaped screen door stopper that has a long hole in the vertical direction in order to regulate the upward movement allowance of the screen door ridge is conventionally used. Is a screw threaded at a predetermined position on an indoor upper projecting member that is projected above the screen door ridge, and is arranged so that is positioned slightly below the lower surface of the horizontal portion of the sash upper frame. A method of fixing to a sash upper frame by screwing and fixing to a sash upper frame has been adopted.
[0006]
However, this method not only requires a screwdriver to rotate the screw when adjusting the installation height position of the screen door stopper, but also the position of the screen door stopper is at the top of the screen door ridge. Therefore, when adjusting the installation height position of the screen door stopper, you must prepare a stepladder, and if the screws are weak, the screen door stopper will drop downward due to gravity. There was a disadvantage that the screen door detachment was damaged when the screw was not tightened and the screws were tightened strongly.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Solves the drawbacks of the conventional screen door locking mechanism , and has a simple structure because it is integrally molded. Adjusting the mounting height position of the screen door locking system with your fingertips without the need for special tools Can easily function to prevent the slip-off effect that regulates the upward movement allowance of the screen door ridge, and the screen door can be secured at a low position near the top of the screen attached to the screen door. It is an object of the present invention to provide a screen door slip-off stopper that can adjust the mounting height position and that can easily cancel the slip-off preventing effect when the screen door is not used during cleaning or in winter.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of various studies to solve the above problems, the inventor has vertically penetrated a predetermined position of a horizontal member between the indoor side and outdoor side protruding members protruding in parallel above the above-mentioned screen door upper fence. The screen door detachment stopper, which is integrally formed , is inserted into this through-hole so that its uppermost part is mounted vertically so that it is positioned directly below the lower end of the screen door upper rail that is suspended from the sash upper frame. The present invention has been completed by investigating that the above problem can be solved by adopting a structure that can be attached in a state where the height position can be adjusted.
[0009]
That is, the present invention relates to a screen door that is installed in a sash-type manner so that the upper rail for the screen door suspended from the sash upper frame is sandwiched between the indoor and outdoor upper projecting members protruding in parallel above the screen door ridge. An integrally formed screen door that is inserted into a through-hole that is vertically penetrated in a horizontal member between upper projecting members of the upper screen of the screen door and is drilled in parallel with the longitudinal direction, and the uppermost portion is positioned directly below the lower end of the upper rail for the screen door a use detachment preventing, around the upper end on both sides below the gate-shaped portion of the upper locking portion cushion abutting portion which is convexly arcuately through the space on the top portion is formed is provided The spring portion that can be deformed so as to shorten the distance between the end portions due to the elasticity of the material and can be inserted through the through hole and restores the shortened distance between the end portions. And a sawtooth projection that engages with the horizontal member of the upper screen guard at predetermined intervals on the outer side of the leg. It is about.

FIG.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 9, the screen door locking stopper 18 according to the present invention includes an indoor side glass door 5 and an outdoor side glass screen 5 disposed between the sash upper frame 1 and the sash lower frame 2 at the opening of the window or doorway. 6 on the outdoor side, the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 is sandwiched between the indoor side and outdoor side upper protruding members 12 and 13 protruding in parallel above the screen door ridge 9. The screen door 7 is used by being attached to the screen door 7 which is mounted in a bowl-like manner. The screen door 7 is made up of a screen door upper rod 9, a screen door lower rod 16, and screen door rods 15, 15 on both sides. It is the same as before that it is stretched.
[0013]
The screen door release stopper 18 according to the present invention vertically penetrates a predetermined position of the horizontal member 10 between the indoor side and outdoor side upper protruding members 12 and 13 protruding in parallel above the screen door upper arm 9 of the screen door 7. The uppermost part is inserted into the through-hole 11 drilled in parallel with the longitudinal direction and the uppermost part is positioned directly below the lower end of the upper door rail 3, and is formed on the top part via the space part 25. The distance between the end portions is shortened by the elasticity of the material centering on the upper end below both sides of the upper gate-shaped portion 19 provided with the locking 24 portion formed with the cushion contact portion 26 protruding in an arc shape. The spring portion that can be deformed and can be inserted through the through-hole 11 and restores the shortening of the distance between the ends. Leg portions 20 and 20 on which 23 are formed are suspended, and sawtooth projections 21 that engage with the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9 are formed on the outside of the leg portion 20 at predetermined intervals. In the case where the screen door 9 is a hollow material as shown in the figure, the saw-tooth projection 21 is engaged with at least one of the horizontal member 10 because there are two parts, the upper part and the lower part. However, since the leg portion 20 is deformed so that the distance between the end portions is shortened by the elasticity of the material around the upper end, it may be engaged with the lower horizontal member 10 having a large deformation allowance. preferable.
[0014]
And between the leg parts 20 and 20, the saw-tooth formed on the outer side of the leg part 20 at predetermined intervals by the sag of the material while adjusting the mounting height position of the screen door locking stopper 18 repeatedly. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of a phenomenon that cannot be maintained when the screen-like protrusion 21 is engaged with the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9, a spring portion 23 that restores the shortening of the distance between the end portions is formed. It is necessary to be .
[0015]
Further, the outer lower end of the leg part 20 can be operated safely by being well engaged with the fingertips for shortening the distance between the end parts of the leg parts 20 and 20, and also has a fingertip protecting action, respectively. it is preferred that the knob portion 22 is formed. When the knob portion 22 is inserted through the predetermined position of the horizontal member 10 in the up-and-down direction and is penetrated in parallel with the longitudinal direction, the screen door detachment stopper 18 is inserted from above. The tip is located inside the projected tip of the sawtooth projection 21.
[0016]
Further, on the top portion of the gate-shaped portion 19, there is provided a locking portion 24 formed with a cushion contact portion 26 protruding in an arc shape through the space portion 25, and the horizontal member of the screen door ridge 9. 10 is provided with a locking portion 24 having a width and / or length larger than the width and / or length of the through-hole 11 penetrating vertically and penetrating in parallel with the longitudinal direction.
[0017]
Thus, when the cushion contact part 26 protruding in the shape of an arc via the space part 25 is formed on the top part of the portal part 19, the installation height position of the screen door retaining stopper 18 is adjusted. As a result, when the screen door 7 moves, the lower end of the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 may come into contact with the upper end of the screen door detent 18, or the sash may be used due to the long-term use of the building. Even if the center side of the opening of the frame to which the upper frame 1 is fixed hangs down and the lower end of the upper door rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 comes into contact with the upper end of the screen door locking stopper 18. Although the cushion abutting portion 26 is recessed due to the presence of the space portion 25, the phenomenon that the screen door 7 cannot be moved can be prevented.
Further, the width and / or length larger than the width and / or length of the through-hole 11 that penetrates the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9 vertically on the top of the gate-shaped portion 19 and is drilled parallel to the longitudinal direction. When the gate portion 19 of the screen door release stopper 18 has a shape that can be inserted through the through hole 11, the distance between the end portions of the leg portions 20, 20 is shortened. However, when adjusting the mounting height position of the screen door locking stopper 18, the screen door locking stopper 18 does not fall out of the through-hole 11 drilled in the screen door cage 9.
[0018]
Then, when adjusting the mounting height position of the screen door locking stopper 18 so as not to cause a phenomenon in which the screen door locking mechanism 18 is attached and the phenomenon that the screen door locking mechanism 18 is mounted obliquely does not occur. The screen door detachment stopper 18 always moves in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the screen door ridge 9 in the vertical direction with respect to the upper protruding member 13 on the outdoor side of the screen door ridge 9 on one side in the longitudinal direction of the locking portion 24. It is preferable that a sliding protrusion 27 is provided to engage with the notch groove 14 formed in the.
[0019]
The screen door locking device 18 according to the present invention having the above-described structure is provided on both sides of the screen door upper ridge 9 as shown in the front explanatory view of one example of the mounting position of the screen door locking device according to the present invention in FIG. However, the number and position are not limited to this.
[0020]
In order to attach the screen door release stopper 18 according to the present invention to the screen door upper arm 9 of the screen door 7, first, the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 is projected in parallel above the screen door upper arm 9. A predetermined position of the horizontal member 10 between the upper projecting members 12 and 13 of the screen door upper arm 9 of the screen door 7 which is mounted in a steadily manner so as to be sandwiched between the upper projecting members 12 and 13 on the indoor side and the outdoor side (see FIG. 5). A through-hole 11 is drilled vertically in the mounting position as shown) and parallel to the longitudinal direction, and the through-hole 11 is formed on both sides of the gate-shaped portion 19 of the screen door locking stopper 18 according to the present invention. Legs 20 and 20 are inserted which are suspended at the bottom and can be deformed so that the distance between the ends is shortened by the elasticity of the material around the upper end.
[0021]
This insertion, in the case of a shape gantry part 1 9 with the locking portion 24 of the screen door for the latch 18 may be inserted into the through-hole 11 is also be carried out from any direction between lower and upper through-holes 11 In the case where the through hole 11 cannot be inserted ( at least one of the gate- shaped portion 19 and the locking portion 24 has a width and / or length larger than the width and / or length of the through hole 11). In this case, the screen door 7 can be operated only from above the through-hole 11, so that the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 is projected in parallel above the screen door ridge 9. It is necessary to carry out before attaching to the outer top protruding members 12 and 13 so as to be sandwiched between them.
[0022]
In this way, the serrated projections 21 located on the outermost side of the leg portions 20 of the screen door locking stopper 18 at the predetermined intervals of the serrated projections 21 located on the most gate-shaped portion 19 side are engaged with the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9. With the screen door 7 being put together, the screen door upper rail 3 with the screen door 7 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 is sandwiched between the indoor side and outdoor side upper protruding members 12 and 13 protruding in parallel above the screen door ridge 9. When mounted in a noodle style, the lower ends of the legs 20 and 20 projecting downward from the screen door cage 9 (if the knob 22 is formed at the outer lower end of the leg 20 respectively, the knob 22 , 22) is moved with the fingertips so that the distance between the ends of the legs 20, 20 is shortened, and the engagement between the serrated projection 21 and the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9 is released. , Screen blade 21 on the leg 20 Adjust the mounting height position of the screen door for the latch 18 by engaging the horizontal member 10 of the. Adjusting the mounting height of the screen door for the latch 18, screen door to the top of the screen door for the latch 18 (the top of the upper surface and the cushion abutting portion 26 of the locking portion 24) is suspended from the sash top frame 1 remove the fingertip force after being positioned at a position slightly lower than the position where it comes into contact with the lower end of use the upper rail 3 has good if ask engage the serrations 21 on the horizontal member 10 of the screen door on stile 9.
[0023]
When the screen door detachment stopper 18 according to the present invention is attached to the screen door 7 or the height of the screen door is adjusted, when the knob portion 22 is formed at the outer lower end of the leg portion 20, the leg portion 20 and 20 are well engaged with the fingertips for shortening the distance between the end portions, and also have a fingertip protecting action, and have a width and / or length larger than the width and / or length of the through-hole 11 on the top of the portal portion 19. When the locking part 24 having a thickness is provided, the gate-shaped part 19 penetrates the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9 in the vertical direction and can be inserted through the through-hole 11 drilled parallel to the longitudinal direction. In this case, when adjusting the mounting height position of the screen door locking stopper 18, the screen door locking stopper 18 does not fall out of the through hole 11 drilled in the screen door upper arm 9, and can be operated with peace of mind. One side of the locking portion 24 in the longitudinal direction is on the outdoor side of the screen door 9 When the projection protrusion 13 is provided with a sliding projection 27 that engages with the notch groove 14 formed in the vertical direction, the state of attachment of the screen door release stopper 18 is defined, and the screen door release stopper 18 is inclined. The phenomenon that it is attached to is not generated.
[0024]
The legs by fatigue also been adjusted in mounting height position of the repeating screen door for the latch 18 the spring 23 to restore the shortening of the distance between its ends between the legs 20, 20 are formed material Occurrence of the phenomenon that the serrated projections 21 formed at predetermined intervals on the outside of the portion 20 cannot be maintained in an engaged state with the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9 is effectively prevented. As a result of adjusting the mounting height position of the screen door locking stopper 18 because the locking portion 24 formed with the cushion contact portion 26 protruding in an arc shape via the space portion 25 is provided on the top portion. Even when the lower end of the screen door upper rail 3 suspended from the sash upper frame 1 and the upper end of the screen door retaining stopper 18 come into contact with each other when the screen door 7 moves, the phenomenon that the screen door 7 cannot move does not occur.
[0025]
Such a screen door detachment stopper 18 according to the present invention can be obtained by performing the above operations in reverse, that is, on the outer lower end of the leg portion 20 projecting below the screen door upper arm 9 (on the outer lower end of the leg portion 20 respectively). When the knob portion 22 is formed, the knob members 22 and 22) are deformed so that the distance between the end portions of the leg portions 20 and 20 is shortened with the fingertips, so that the horizontal members of the sawtooth projection 21 and the screen door ridge 9 are obtained. Since the horizontal member 10 of the screen door ridge 9 is engaged with the serrated projection 21 of the leg portion 20 after moving downward with the engagement with 10 being released, the release prevention effect can be easily released. The screen door 7 can be removed from the sash frame when cleaning the screen door or when not in use in winter.
