Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine, and relates to a gaming machine (for example, a pachinko machine) that uses a ball (pachinko ball) and a gaming machine (for example, a slot machine) that uses a medal to play a game.

In this type of gaming machine, in order to achieve a sound effect and a light decoration effect (or effect), an acoustic lighting device having a speaker and a light source is arranged on the front side of the game machine. is there.
In such an acoustic illumination device, a lamp board on which a light source (lamp) is arranged is mounted on a base board mounted on the front side of a glass door (glass frame) with screws, and both left and right sides of the lamp board A speaker is mounted with screws adjacent to the side, a lamp cover that covers the lamp board is mounted on the front side of the base board, and speaker covers that cover the speakers are mounted adjacent to the left and right sides of the lamp cover. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
JP-A-8-66535

By the way, the acoustic illumination device having the above-described structure has a structure in which light from a light source (lamp) arranged on the lamp substrate is emitted directly through the lamp cover, and thus it is difficult to effectively use light from the light source. .
Therefore, it is conceivable to arrange a reflector with respect to the light source, reflect the light from the light source in a predetermined direction by the reflector, and enhance the light decoration effect by the reflected light.
However, the structure in which the reflector is disposed with respect to the light source has a problem that the number of parts and the number of assembling steps increase as the reflector is individually manufactured and assembled, resulting in high costs.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, a speaker housing for mounting a speaker, a lamp substrate to which a light source is attached, and a reflector body having a central hole for the light source and having a first reflecting portion on the front surface are provided. The reflector body and the speaker housing are integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and the lamp substrate is disposed on the rear side of the reflector body to form an acoustic decoration device, and the acoustic decoration device is disposed on the front side. Further, the light source employs an LED, and the LED is arranged at a position behind the center hole and the emitted light passes through the center hole , and a plurality of the light sources are provided corresponding to each first reflecting portion. Regardless of the difference in the position of the first reflecting portion in the front-rear direction, the front surface of the lamp substrate is installed with the height in the front-rear direction aligned,
On the other hand, in front of the center hole, a second reflecting portion that is aligned with the center hole is projected so as to reflect the light of the LED that has passed through the center hole toward the side,
Further, the second reflecting portion is formed of a transparent synthetic resin material, and at the rear portion thereof is integrally formed with a cylindrical portion continuously provided with a stepped portion having a larger diameter than the reflecting portion, and the front end of the cylindrical portion Is brought into contact with the rear peripheral edge of the central hole of the first reflecting portion and the rear end of the cylindrical portion is brought into contact with the front surface of the lamp substrate, whereby the cylindrical portion is placed behind the central hole of the first reflecting portion. It is arranged so as to be sandwiched between the peripheral edge and the front surface of the lamp substrate so as to surround the LED with the cylindrical portion,
Then , the LED light emitted on the rear side of the reflector body is passed through the center hole to the front of the reflector body, the light is reflected to the side by the second reflecting portion, and the reflected light is further reflected by the first reflection. A gaming machine in which the light is reflected toward the front at the part.

In the above configuration, since the reflector body is formed integrally with the speaker housing formed of the synthetic resin material, the number of parts and the number of assembling steps are not increased.
Further, the LED light emitted behind the reflector body is passed through the center hole to the front of the reflector body, the light is reflected to the side by the second reflecting portion, and the reflected light is further forwarded by the first reflecting portion. The light decoration effect can be enhanced by reflecting the light toward the screen.

According to the present invention, by forming the reflector body integrally with the speaker housing body formed of the synthetic resin material, it is possible to save the trouble of individually manufacturing and assembling the reflector, increasing the number of parts and the number of assembling steps. It is possible to enhance the light decoration effect without causing it.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 11, a center hole 102 is formed through each central portion of the plurality of bowl-shaped reflecting surfaces 101, and the rear side of the reflector body 100 is at a position corresponding to each center hole 102. A lamp substrate 110 on which a light source 111 made of one or a plurality of lamps, LEDs or the like is disposed is mounted.
A light reflector 120 that reflects the light emitted from each light source 111 toward the bowl-shaped reflecting surface 101 is disposed in each central hole 102 of the plurality of bowl-shaped reflecting surfaces 101.

In the first embodiment, the light source 111 corresponding to each central hole 102 is composed of a plurality of (four in FIG. 8) LEDs. Further, the plurality of LEDs are arranged on the same circumference, and in the plurality of LEDs, blue LEDs and red LEDs are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 11, the light reflector 120 is formed of a transparent synthetic resin material, has a light reflecting portion 121 as a second reflecting portion at the front portion, and the lamp substrate 110 at the rear portion. A large-diameter cylindrical portion 123 that surrounds and covers the peripheral portions of the plurality of LEDs is integrally formed with a stepped portion.

That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the light reflecting portion 121 of the light reflector 120 is inserted from the rear opening of the center hole 102 of the bowl-shaped reflecting surface 101 and the stepped portion is the rear peripheral edge of the center hole 102. It is formed in a columnar shape (or a prismatic shape such as a triangular prism, a quadrangular column, a polygonal column, etc.) that protrudes forward by a predetermined amount in a state of being in contact with the portion, and is approximately from the peripheral edge of the protruding end surface toward the vicinity of the rear end surface. A recess 121a is formed by being recessed in a conical shape (or a pyramid shape). Thus, the light reflecting portion 121 forms a prism body having an inclined inner reflecting surface around the concave portion 121a and having a substantially triangular cross section. Hereinafter, the light reflecting portion 121 is also referred to as a prism body 121.
Further, in a state where the stepped portion of the light reflector 120 is in contact with the rear peripheral edge of the center hole 102, the end surface of the cylindrical portion 123 of the light reflector 120 is close to or in contact with the front surface of the lamp substrate 110. Thus, the light reflector 120 is held between the lamp substrate 110 and the reflector body 100.

Further, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, side reflector bodies 130 are integrally formed with the speaker housing body 90 on both side portions of the pair of left and right speaker housing bodies 90. In both the side reflector bodies 130, substantially like the central reflector body 100 described above, a bowl-shaped reflecting surface 131 composed of a large number of divided reflecting faces 133 is arranged vertically, and A light reflector 145 is disposed in the center hole, and both left and right lamp substrates 140 on which LEDs as the light source 141 are disposed are mounted on the rear side.
That is, in the first embodiment, the pair of speaker housings 90, the central reflector body 100, and the left and right side reflector bodies 130 form a horizontally long apparatus main body 81 that extends over substantially the entire width of the glass door 6.

Further, in the first embodiment, among the left and right lamp substrates 140, the right lamp substrate 140a in FIG. 8 also serves as a relay substrate.
In other words, the terminal board of the power line whose one end is connected to the control board (not shown) disposed on the rear side of the game board 31 is connected to the lamp board 140a also serving as the relay board on the right side. The lamp board 140a also serving as a relay board and the central lamp board 110 are electrically connected by a connection line, and the central lamp board 110 and the left lamp board 140b are electrically connected by a connection line. .
Further, the lamp board 140a also serving as a relay board on the right side and the right speaker 97, and the lamp board 140b on the left side and the left speaker 97 are electrically connected by connection lines.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, a back cover 150 is attached to the rear opening of the peripheral wall portion of the apparatus main body 81 including the speaker housing 90 so as to close the opening.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 10, a fitting portion 155 into which the rear end portions of the pair of left and right speakers 97 are fitted is formed in an annular shape on the inner wall surface of the back cover body 150.
In addition, the cover peripheral portion 96 of the speaker cover 95 is attached to the speaker through the peripheral flange 99 of the speaker 97 by pressing the rear side of the peripheral flange 99 of the speaker 97 forward to the projecting ends of the fitting portions 155. A plurality of pressers 156 that are held in contact with the support edge 94 of the hole 93 are integrally formed.
That is, after the speaker cover 95 and the speaker 97 are sequentially fitted from behind the speaker mounting holes 93 of the pair of left and right speaker storage bodies 90 of the apparatus main body 81, the back cover body 150 is provided on the rear side of the apparatus main body 81. By mounting with screws or the like, the speaker 97 and the speaker cover 95 are fixed by the cooperation of the support edge 94 of the speaker mounting hole 93 and the pressing body 156 of the back cover body 150.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 10, the rear cover body 150 is formed with two partition walls 158 that protrude toward the rear surface of the lamp substrate 110, and the rear surfaces of the pair of left and right speakers 97 are rear surfaces. An acoustic space 160 having a volume corresponding to the speaker 97 and being enclosed by the cover body 150, the partition wall 158, the lamp substrate 110, and the peripheral wall portion 82 of the apparatus main body 81 is configured in a closed state.

Further, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, on the front side of the apparatus main body 81, the entire body excluding the front side portions of the pair of speaker housings 90, that is, the reflector body 100 in the central portion and the left and right sides. A front cover body 170 formed of a transparent (colorless and transparent) synthetic resin material is mounted so as to cover both side reflector bodies 130 of the above. The front cover body 170 protects the central reflector body 100 and the left and right side reflector bodies 130 and enhances the appearance design. Note that the front cover body 170 is not necessarily required, and a configuration in which the front cover body 170 is eliminated may be employed.

[About the effects of the gaming machine according to the first embodiment]
In the gaming machine according to the first embodiment configured as described above, since the reflector body 100 is formed integrally with the speaker housing 90 formed of a synthetic resin material, it is troublesome to manufacture and assemble a dedicated reflector body. The number of parts and assembly man-hours can be reduced to reduce costs.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 10, the speaker housing 90 is formed with a speaker mounting hole 93 into which the speaker 97 is fitted from behind, and in the vicinity of the front opening of the speaker mounting hole 93, the speaker 97. A support edge 94 that contacts the front peripheral flange 99 is formed, while a rear cover 150 attached to the rear side of the apparatus main body 81 including the speaker storage body 90 has the peripheral flange 99 of the speaker 97 on the front side. A pressing body 156 is integrally formed so as to be pressed and hold the cover peripheral portion 96 of the speaker cover 95 in contact with the support edge 94 of the speaker mounting hole 93 via the peripheral flange 99.
Thus, after the speaker cover 95 and the speaker 97 are sequentially fitted from the rear of the speaker mounting hole 93 of the speaker housing 90, the back cover body 150 is mounted on the rear side of the apparatus main body 81 with screws or the like, The speaker 97 can be fixed by sandwiching the peripheral flange 99 of the speaker 97 and the cover peripheral portion 96 of the speaker cover 95 by the cooperation of the support edge 94 of the speaker mounting hole 93 and the presser 156 of the back cover body 150. it can.
In this way, the speaker 97 and the speaker cover 95 can be fixed to the speaker housing 90 without using screws, so that the attaching and detaching work of the speaker 97 and the speaker cover 95 to the speaker housing 90 can be facilitated. .

Further, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 10, the back cover body 150 is formed with a partition wall 158 that protrudes toward the rear surface of the lamp substrate 110, and on the rear side of the speaker 97, The acoustic space 160 can be configured in a substantially closed state in a state surrounded by the peripheral wall portion 82 of the apparatus main body 81 having the back cover body 150, the partition wall 158, the lamp substrate 110, and the speaker housing body 90.

In particular, the acoustic space 160 can be configured over a wide range from the rear of the speaker 97 to the arrangement region of the lamp substrate 110 (the rear region of the lamp substrate 110 in the first embodiment). For this reason, the acoustic space 160 having a volume corresponding to the speaker 97 can be easily formed, and the acoustic effect can be enhanced.
Moreover, the left and right acoustic spaces 160 corresponding to the pair of speakers 97 are partitioned by two partition walls 158. For this reason, when the pair of speakers 97 is operated, it is possible to prevent a problem that the sound in the left and right acoustic spaces 160 interferes with each other and lowers the acoustic effect. In other words, when the left and right acoustic spaces 160 are communicated with each other, the sounds of the pair of speakers 97 may interfere with each other and cause a problem that deteriorates the acoustic effect. Can be prevented.

Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 11, a lamp substrate 110 having a light source 111 is disposed on the rear side of the reflector body 100, and the central portion of the bowl-shaped reflective surface 101 of the reflector body 100 is A light reflector 120 that reflects light emitted from the light source 111 toward the bowl-shaped reflecting surface 101 is disposed. For this reason, the light from the light source 111 of the lamp substrate 110 disposed on the rear side of the reflector body 100 is reflected by the light reflector 120 and then reflected by the bowl-shaped reflecting surface 101.

In particular, in the first embodiment, the light reflecting portion of the light reflector 120 is configured by the conical recess 121a to form a prism body 121 having an inclined inner reflection surface and having a substantially triangular cross section. The internal reflection surface of the body 121 is formed so that the incident angle of the light emitted from the light source 111 with respect to the internal reflection surface is within a predetermined range.
Then, light emitted from the light source 111 is incident from the rear end surface of the prism body 121, and part of the light is emitted from the front side of the prism body 121. Further, a large amount of light incident from the rear end surface of the prism body 121 is internally reflected by the inclined inner reflection surface of the prism body 121 and emitted from the side surface toward the bowl-shaped reflection surface 101. In this way, the light emitted from the light source 111 with the angle of the inclined inner reflection surface of the prism body 121 set appropriately, the light emitted to the front side of the inner reflection surface of the prism body 121, and the inside of the prism body 121 The light is internally reflected on the reflection surface and dispersed in the light emitted from the side surface of the prism body 121. Further, the light emitted from the side surface of the prism body 121 is reflected by the bowl-shaped reflection surface 101 to be light-decorated.
As described above, the light decoration effect can be enhanced by effectively utilizing the light emitted from the light source 111.

Further, in the first embodiment, the bowl-shaped reflection surface 101 is constituted by a large number of divided reflection surfaces 103, and as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the multiple divided reflection surfaces 103 form inclined surfaces. The divided reflection surface 103a and the divided reflection surface 103b forming a vertical surface are alternately arranged in the radial direction and the circumferential direction.
For this reason, the light internally reflected by the prism body 121 and emitted from the side surface thereof toward the bowl-shaped reflection surface 101 is reflected by the divided reflection surface 103a that forms an inclined surface. And the novel and vivid light decoration effect is acquired by the light reflected from the division | segmentation reflective surface 103a which makes an inclined surface.
That is, in the conventional structure in which the light of the light source is emitted from the front lens in a diffused manner, the light is blurred on the entire front lens, and thus it is difficult to enhance the light decoration effect. Mosaic in which light reflected from a large number of divided reflection surfaces 103 divided in a nest shape, in particular, the divided reflection surfaces 103a forming inclined surfaces alternately arranged in the radial direction and the circumferential direction, shines in each divided reflection surface 103a. A novel light decoration effect that is not present in the past can be obtained.

Further, in the first embodiment, the light sources 111 corresponding to the respective central holes 102 of the plurality of bowl-shaped reflecting surfaces 101 are arranged on the same circumference and configured by a plurality of (four in FIG. 8) LEDs. The blue LEDs and the red LEDs are alternately arranged.
And by lighting / blinking a blue LED or lighting / flashing a red LED according to the game situation, it is possible to enhance the light decoration and the fun of the game.
Moreover, it is also possible to light-decorate as if the light is rotating by sequentially blinking a plurality of LEDs in the circumferential direction.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the second embodiment, a plurality of elastic pressers 157 for urging the rear end surface of the speaker 97 forward are formed on the wall portion forming the bottom portion of the fitting portion 155 of the back cover body 150. It is formed radially from the center. That is, a plurality of substantially U-shaped cut portions 157a are formed radially on the wall portion forming the bottom of the fitting portion 155, thereby forming a plurality of elastic pressers 157 that can be elastically deformed. On the front side of the free ends of the plurality of elastic pressers 157, a protrusion 157b that presses against the rear end surface of the speaker 97 is provided.
Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

Therefore, in the second embodiment, after the speaker 97 is fitted from behind the speaker mounting hole 93 of the speaker housing 90, the back cover body 150 is screwed or the like on the rear side of the speaker housing (device main body 81) 90. At the same time, the speaker 97 can be fixed by the cooperation of the support edge 94 of the speaker mounting hole 93 and the elastic presser 157 of the back cover body 150.
For this reason, also in the second embodiment, since the speaker 97 can be easily fixed to the speaker housing 90 without using screws, the attaching and detaching work of the speaker 97 with respect to the speaker housing 90 can be facilitated.
