【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、引出係合片を有する物品支持体、前記支持体を有する抽出バッグ及びその製造用シート複合体に関するものである。更に詳しく述べるならば、本発明は、物品を容器内に保持するための引出係合片を有する物品支持体、この支持体を用いて抽出バッグを、抽出容器上に安定して載置し、安全に抽出を行うことができる支持体付抽出バッグ、及びこの支持体付抽出バッグを、容易にかつ効率よく製造することができる支持体付抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
実公昭60−7623号(特許文献1)及び特開平8−33572号(特許文献2)には、フィルター製袋体と、厚紙製ホルダーとを一体化し、ホルダーを折り曲げて支持具を組み立て、袋体内の被抽出物に抽出を施すことが可能な抽出用具が開示されている。
また、特開平11−285443号(特許文献3)には、厚質シートの中心線中央部に中心孔を設け、この中央部の中心孔の外側に、この中心線を上方に折曲げることを可能にする押罫線を設け、中心孔の両外側部に、中心線と直交し、前記押罫線を介して、下方向に折り曲げ可能な1対の支持片を設け、前記中心孔の全周縁裏側に、濾紙からなる袋体の上縁部を接着して形成したコーヒー等飲料の簡易抽出用具が開示されている。さらに、特開平10−216017号公報(特許文献4)に開示されている濾過具は、カップなどの容器上面に載置可能な濾過具本体と、その内側に取り付けられた袋体とからなり、濾過具本体は容器上部を、外側から挾持できる一対の挾持部と、挾持部の上側に、容器の開口部上縁と当接する載置部とを有するものである。

さらに、特開平6−113952号公報(特許文献5)には、不織布からなるほぼ三角形状の袋状フィルターの正・背両面の上半部に保持片を接着し、各保持片から、2個の把手を引き出し、各把手に1個の切れ込み凹部を設けたフィルターが開示されている。
しかしながらまた、特開平11−178720号公報に開示されているドリップバッグは、透水性濾過性シート材料からなる袋本体と、薄板状材料からなり袋本体の対向する2面上に設けられた、掛止部材とからなるものであり、掛止部材は、周縁部と、その内側に形成され、引出し可能なアーム部と、このアーム部の内側に形成された舌片部とからなり、アーム部はその上下端のいずれかで、周縁部に連続し、他端で舌片部と連続しているものである。
上記従来のフィルター又はドリップバッグは、その係合片(把手)の使用長さが一定であるため、それと係合すべき容器開口部の形状・寸法によっては、安定な保持が困難になることがある。このため、係合片の引出方向、角度などを適宜に設定することにより、係合片を、種々の寸法・形状の容器開口部に、容易に係合することが可能な支持体が強く要望されていた。従来の支持体付抽出バッグの製造には、先ず袋体を製造し、これを支持具に組み合わせて固着し、この袋体に被抽出材料を充填し、充填口を封止するという別々の3工程を必要としていた。そこで、上記3工程を単一工程において連続的に実施して製造できる新しい支持具付抽出バッグの出現が強く望まれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、物品、特にコーヒーなどの被抽出材料を収容した抽出バッグを、容器、特に抽出容器中に安定して支持することができる物品支持体、及びこの物品支持体を具備する抽出バッグ、特に抽出操作を安全に実施することができる支持体付抽出バッグ、並びに前記物品支持体を用いることにより支持体付抽出バッグを、簡単な工程で、容易に、かつ高い効率をもって製造することができる支持体付抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の係合空隙部を有する物品支持体(1)は、横長の保形・耐水性シート材料からなる物品支持体であって、
このシート材料の上端縁部及び下端縁部に、それぞれ前記シート材料の上端縁及び下端縁にほぼ平行に形成された切込線と、
前記下端縁部切込線の両端から上方に向って伸びる1対の上向き切込線と、及びこの上向き切込線の上端から上方内側に向って拡大するように形成された1対の係合用空隙部とを有することを特徴とするものである。
本発明の支持体付き抽出バッグ(1)は、透水・濾過性のシート材料により形成され、被抽出材料を収容している袋本体と、請求項1に記載の係合用空隙部を有する物品支持体(1)からなる、袋本体用支持体とを有し、
前記袋本体は、前記透水濾過性シートを、その中心線に沿って半折して形成された正・背両面部を有し、この正・背両面部は、その前記半折により形成された端縁において互に連続しており、その他の端縁において、それぞれ接合封止されており、
前記支持体は、その上端縁とそれに平行に形成された上端縁部切込線との間の上端縁部の中央部分に設けられた少なくとも1個の接着域において、前記袋本体の正・背両面部のそれぞれの上半部に、接着されていることを特徴とし、
それによって、前記袋本体の上端部を開口し、この開口した袋本体を、抽出容器の内部に位置させたとき、前記支持体の下端縁と下端縁部切込線との間の下端縁部を前記抽出容器の内側に位置させ、かつ前記下端縁部切込線と、前記左右1対の上向切込線と、前記1対の係合用空隙部とにより形成される係合部を、前記抽出容器の外側に位置させ、かつ前記係合用空隙部内に、前記抽出容器の上端を位置させることにより、前記1対の支持体によって、前記開口した袋本体を前記抽出容器内に保持することができるものである。
本発明の支持体付き抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体(1)は、透水濾過性シート材料と、その上に接着された請求項1に記載の係合用空隙部を有する物品支持体(1)からなる複数個の支持体とを有し、
前記支持体は、前記シート材料の長手中心線の両側に、前記長手中心線から離間し、かつ前記長手中心線に関し互に対称をなす位置に、前記支持体の上端縁が、前記シート部材の側縁に対向し、前記支持体の下端縁が前記シート材料の長手中心線に対向するように配置され、前記支持が、その上端縁の中央部分に設けられた接着域において、前記シート材料に接着されていることを特徴とするものである。
本発明の係合空隙部を有する物品支持体(2)は、保形・耐水性シート材料からなる物品支持体であって、横長の基体部と、この基体部の左右両下端部から、下方にほぼ円弧状をなして伸び出ている円弧帯状張出部と、前記基体部の下端中央部から、前記円弧帯状張出部に向って伸び出し、かつその下端が前記円弧帯状張出部の内側線から離間している中央垂下部と、前記基体部の下端、中央垂下部、及び前記円弧帯状張出部の内側線により規定される係合用空隙部とを有し、前記基体部の上端縁部に、その上端縁にほぼ平行に伸びる上端縁部切込線が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。
本発明の支持体付きバッグ(2)は、透水・濾過性のシート材料により形成され、被抽出材料を収容している袋本体と、本発明の係合用空隙部を有する物品支持体(2)からなる袋本体用支持体とを有し、
前記袋本体は、前記透水濾過性シートを、その中心線に沿って半折して形成された正・背両面部を有し、この正・背両面部は、その前記半折により形成された端縁において互に連続しており、その他の端縁において、それぞれ接合封止されており、
前記袋本体の正・背両面部のそれぞれの上半部に、前記支持体が、その上端縁とそれに平行に形成された上端縁部切込線との間の上端縁部の中央部分及び前記中央垂下部の一部分において、接着されていることを特徴とし、

前記支持体は、前記シート材料の長手中心線の両側に、前記長手中心線から離間し、かつ前記長手中心線に関し互に対称をなす位置に、前記支持体の前記上端縁が、前記シート部材の側縁に対向し、前記支持体の円弧帯状張出部が前記シート材料の長手中心線に対向するように配置され、前記支持体が、その上端縁の中央部分及び前記中央下垂体の一部に設けられた接着域において、前記シート材料に接着されていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の係合空隙部を有する物品支持体(1)は、保形・耐水性シート材料からなるものであって、この支持体は、その上端縁部及び下端縁部に、それぞれ、上端縁及び下端縁にほぼ平行に形成された切込線と、前記下端縁部切込線の左右両端から、上向に向って伸びる左右1対の上向き切込線と、これら左右1対の上向き切込線の上端から、上方内側に向って拡大するように形成された、左右1対の係合用空隙部とを有するものである。

図1に示された本発明の物品支持体(1)の一態様において支持体(1)1は、横長四辺形の形状を有し、その上端縁部分2及び下端縁部分3には、それぞれ上端縁2a及び下端縁3aにほぼ平行に伸びる上端縁部切込線4及び下端縁部切込線5が形成されている。前記上・下端縁部切込線4,5は、図1に示されているような直線形であってもよいし、或は、下向きに凸の円弧形線又は波形線であってもよい。
図1において、下端縁切込線5の左右両端から、上方に向って伸びる左右1対の上向き切込線6a,6bが形成されていて、この左右1対の上向き切込線6a,6bの上端から上向き内側に向って拡大する左右1対の係合用空隙部7a,7bが形成されている。

図1において、下端縁部切込線5と、左右1対の上向き切込線6a.6bの連結部は、丸められていてもよい。また、係合用空隙部7a,7bの形状には、それが、上向き切込線の上端から上方内側に向って拡大している限り、格別の制限はないが、図1に示されているように拡大した頭部の下側に、下向きに伸び出す凹部8a,8bと、それに隣る凸部9a,9bとが形成されていることが好ましい。この係合空隙部7a,7b頭部の凹部8a,8b及び凸部9a,9bは、支持体と物品との係合を安定させるために有効である。

支持体を形成するシート材料は、保形・耐水性シート材料から選ばれる、シート材料の保形性とは、シート材料に湾曲、屈折などの変形が施されたとき、シート材料が、その変形された形状を保持し、弾性的に復元することがない特性を意味する。耐水性とは、水、特に熱水に接触したとき、透水、軟化、変形、変質、破断などを、生じない特性を意味する。このようなシート材料としては、例えば厚さ30〜40μmの、防水塗工系、プラスチックシート又は気孔質合成樹脂シート(合成紙など)などを用いることができる。

図2には本発明の係合体付き抽出バッグの一実施態様(1)が示されている。図1において、支持体付抽出バッグ(1)11は、袋本体12と、2個の本発明の支持体1とから構成される。袋本体12は、透水・濾過性のシート材料により形成される。このような透水・濾過性シート材料としては、濾紙、濾布及び濾過用不織紙を用いることができる。濾過用不織布は、例えばポリオレフィン系極微細繊維(例えば、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレン極微細繊維)、ポリエステル系極微細繊維、並びに前記合成重合体極微細繊維と、通常の濾過用親水性繊維(例えば、レーヨン繊維など)との混合繊維から製造されたものを包含する。
袋本体12は、前記透水・濾過性シートを、その中心線に沿って半折して形成された正・背両面部13,14を有している。この正・背両面部は、前記半折により形成された端縁、例えば、下端縁15aにおいて、互に連続しており、その他の端縁15b,15c,15dにおいて、それぞれ接合封止されている。上端縁15dは、剥離可能に接着封止されていてもよいし、或は、剥離開口不能に十分に接着され、その下に近接して引裂き用ミシン目(図示されていない)が形成されていてもよい。

本発明の抽出バッグ(1)の袋本体には、被抽出材料が収容されている。被抽出材料には、それが水、熱湯などにより抽出可能である限り、格別の限定はないが、コーヒー粉末、緑茶、紅茶、各種中国茶、ハーブ茶、及び各種被抽出用健康剤などを用いることができる。

2個の支持体1のそれぞれは、その上端縁部2に設けられた少なくとも1個の接着域16において、袋本体12の正・背両面部のそれぞれの上半部に接着されている。袋本体12と支持体1との接着において、袋本体及び支持体の少なくとも一方を他方と融着することが好ましいが、接着剤を用いてもよい。接着剤の種類には格別の制限はないが、一般的無毒性・耐水性接着剤を用いることが好ましい。図2に示された抽出バッグにおいては、各支持体は、その下端縁部3に設けられた接着域17においても、袋本体12の正・背いずれかの面部13又は14に接着されている。

図2の抽出バッグ(1)を、その支持体(1)により、抽出容器に係合するには、袋本体の上端縁を開口し、又は開口せずに、図3に示されているように、抽出バッグ11を抽出容器21の開口上端縁部上に配置し、袋本体12の下半部分を容器21の開口部内に入れながら、袋本体12を支持する支持体1の、下端縁部3を抽出容器21の内側に位置させ、かつ係合部10を抽出容器21の外側に位置させ、その係合用空隙部7a,7b中に、抽出容器21の上端縁を位置させ、それによって、被抽出材料を収容している袋本体を、1対の支持体1を介して、抽出容器の開口部内に安定して保持する。
袋本体12の上端縁は、支持体と、抽出容器の係合前に開口してもよく、或は係合後に開口してもよい。開口された袋本体は、保形・耐水性シート材料からなる支持体の保形基体部によりその開口状態を安定して保持することができる。

図4において、抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体31は、透水濾過性シート材料32と、その上に接着された本発明の引出係合片付き物品支持体からなる複数個の支持体33a,33b,34a,34b…36a,36b…を有し、シート材料32の長手中心線37の左右両側に支持体33aと33b、34aと34b、35aと35b、36aと36b…が、互に1対をなして、長手中心線から離間して配置されていて、1対をなす支持体、33aと33b、…36aと36b…は、長手中心線に対し、対称をなす位置に、各支持体の上端縁部2がシート材料32の左右側縁38,39に対向し、各支持体の下端縁部3が、シート材料32の長手中心線37に対向するように配置されている。各支持体33a…36b…は、その少なくとも上端縁部16に設けられた接着域16においてシート材料32に接着されている。図4においては、各支持体は、その上端縁部2における接着域16に加えて下端縁部3における接着域17においても接着されている。

図5においてシート複合体31を、その長手中心線37に沿って、支持体が外側に位置するように半折し、その重ね合わされた側端縁部38,39を、側端縁接着機41により接合しながら、製袋機(図示されていない)に供給する。半折されたシート複合体31の1対の支持部材34a,34bを有する部分42が製袋機の製袋・被抽出材料充填作業位置に来たとき、このシート複合体部分62と、その下流に隣り合うシート複合体部分43との間の部分(間隔部)において、重ね合わされた間隔切断部44を帯状に接着し、この帯状接着部64その中心線に沿って切断する。このとき、例えば図5に示す接着切断機45を使用する。すなわち、シート複合体の、隣接する支持体の間の間隔切断部44を、その中心線に沿って帯状に接着し、形成された帯状接着部をその中心線において切断する。接着部の形状は、Y字状であってもよく、このとき発生する三角形部分を切断クズとして除去(例えば吸引除去)してもよい。この接着切断機45は、シート材料が、溶融接着可能な合成繊維を含有している場合、図5に示されているような超音波ホーン(加熱部材)46と、それに対向し、所望の形状の接着・切断面を有するアンビル47とを有するものであってもよい。

またシート材料間隔部44の接着・切断操作により、当該シート複合体部分42の下流に隣り合う部分43の上端部も同時に接着、封止され、完成された支持体付抽出バッグ43としてシート複合体部分42から分離する。
上述のようにして、シート材料32の下端縁及び側端縁が接着されたシート複合体部分62に対し、その内側に、被抽出材料が充填される。このようにして被抽出材料を収容し、上端が開口している袋状の部分42は、その接着充填位置から、下流の位置に移動し、上記と同様にして、その上端開口部が接合封止され、その上流に隣接するシート複合体材料から切断分離される。このようにして、支持体付抽出バッグ48が得られる。

本発明の係合空隙部を有する物品支持体(2)は、保形・耐水性シート材料から形成されたものであって、基体部と、この基体部の左右両下端部から、下方にほぼ円弧状をなして伸び出ている円弧状張出部と、前記基体部の下端中央部から、前記円弧帯状張出部に向って伸び出し、かつその下端が前記円弧状張出部の内側線から離間している中央垂下部と、前記基体部の下端、中央垂下部、及び前記円弧状張出部の内側線により規定される係合用空隙部とを有することを特徴とするものである。

図6は本発明の物品支持体(2)の一態様を示すものであって、この支持体51は、保形・耐水性シート材料から形成されており、基体部52、円弧帯状張出部53と、中央垂下部54と、上記基体部52の下端52a、中央垂下部54及び円弧状張出部53の内側線53aにより規定される係合用空隙部55とを有している。円弧帯状張出部53は基体部52の左右両下端部から、下方にほぼ円弧状をなして伸び出ている。また中央垂下部54は、基体部52の下端52aの中央部から、円弧帯状張出部53に向って伸び出し、但し、その下端54aは円弧帯状張出部53に連続することなく、円弧帯状張出部の内側線53aから離間している。基体部52、中央下垂部54、円弧帯状張出部53の間には、支持体が物品に係合するに十分な係合用空隙部55が形成されている。
図6の支持体51においては、基体部52の上端縁部52bに切込線56が形成されてい。この切込線56を設けることによって、支持体51が、その上端縁部52b内の接着域(図示されていない)において、物品例えば抽出バッグ用袋本体(図示されていない)に、接合され支持体上端縁部52bが袋本体の変形に対応して変形した場合でも、支持体の切込線56より下の部分は、上端縁部52bの変形に拘らず、その円弧帯状張出部53、中央下垂部54及び係合用空隙部55を、物品係合に好適な形状に変形することが容易になる。
支持体(2)を形成するシート材料は前記支持体(1)から用いられる保形・耐熱性シート材料から選ぶことができる。

図7において、支持体付抽出バッグ(2)61は袋本体12、2個の本発明の支持体1とから構成される。袋本体12を形成する透水濾過性シート材料は、前記抽出バッグ(1)と同一の材料から選ぶことができる。
袋本体12は透水濾過性シート材料を、その中心線に沿って半折して形成された正・背両面部13,14を有し、この正・背両面部13,14は前記半折により形成された端縁例えば下端縁15aにおいて、互に連続しており、その他の端縁15b,15c,15dにおいて、それぞれ接合封止されている。上端縁15dは、剥離可能に接着封止されていてもよく、式は剥離開口不能に十分に接着され、その下に近接して引裂き用ミシン目(図示されていない)が形成されていてもよい。
抽出バッグ(2)の袋本体12中には、前記抽出バッグ(1)と同様の被抽出材料が収容封止されている。

図7の抽出バッグにおいて、袋本体12の正・背両面部13,14上の支持体61の各々はその基体部52の上端縁部52bに設けられた1個以上の接着域62において、袋本体12の正・背両面部13,14の各々に接着されている。また支持体は、中央下垂部54に設けられた少なくとも1個の接着域63において、袋本体の正・背両面部13,14の各々に接着されてい。接着域62に加えて、接着域63においても袋本体の正・背両面部の各々に接着されていることによって、支持体51の中央下垂部54は、常に袋支持体に接合しているから、抽出バッグを、抽出容器に係合するとき、円弧帯状張出部のみを手指により操作すればよく、また、支持体の中央垂部54は基体部52とともに袋本体を開口した状態に安定に保持することができるという利点を発現する。

図7の抽出バッグ(2)をその支持体(2)により抽出容器に係合するには、袋本体の上端縁を開口し、図8に示されているように抽出バッグ61を抽出容器も71の開口部上端縁部上に配置し、袋本体12の下半部分を容器71の開口部内に入れながら、袋本体12を支持している2個の支持体51の各々の中央下垂部54を容器内例に位置させ、円弧帯状張出部53を容器の外側に配置し、容器開口上端縁部を、支持体の係合用空隙部55中に係合させる。このようにすると容器開口部に配置された2個の支持体51により支持されている袋本体12は、係合用空隙部55内に係合した容器開口部の上端縁上に、1対の円弧帯状張出部53により、安定に保持される。袋本体の上端縁は、支持体と、抽出容器とを係合させた後に開口してもよい。開口した袋本体は、保形耐水性シートからなる支持体により、その開口状態に安定に保持される。
